Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un module et un système de gestion de services de logistique et de distribution de produits pharmaceutiques prescrits entre un prestataire de soins, une pharmacie et un patient. Le prestataire de soins et la pharmacie sont connectés à un service de dossier médical qui est configuré pour recevoir des informations concernant des ordonnances médicales prescrites au patient par le prestataire de soins. Le prestataire de soins dispose d'un module installé en connexion avec son dossier patients, de façon à permettre une comparaison entre les patients pour lesquels au moins une nouvelle ordonnance médicale a été prescrite avec des patients pour lesquels aucune telle ordonnance n'a été prescrite. Cette comparaison est ensuite utilisée pour notifier le groupe pertinent de patients et permet ainsi d'améliorer le niveau de service et l'accessibilité tout en protégeant l'intégrité personnelle.
