Description

The present invention relates to the technology of a refrigerator having a vegetable case, and more particularly to the technology of a refrigerator that encloses a vegetable case in a refrigerated room.
Conventionally, refrigerators having a vegetable room are known. For example, according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-146405 (Patent Document 1), a vegetable case is installed in a vegetable room, and each vegetable case is provided with an independent room with a partition wall. A vegetable room cold air outlet is provided near the upper side, and a vegetable room cold air return port is provided at the corner of the vegetable room on the same side as the side on which the vegetable room cold air outlet is provided or in the lower part near the corner. .
In recent years, refrigerators have been proposed that contain vegetable cases in a refrigerated room. For example, according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-52774 (Patent Document 2), a refrigeration room is disposed at the top of the heat insulation box body, and a vegetable container and a cold room are disposed at the lower part of the refrigeration room. A cooling storage room and an ice making room are partitioned by a vertical partition plate through a heat insulating partition wall, and a drawer door type refrigeration extending across the entire width of the main body is located at the lowermost part adjacent to the cooling storage room and the ice making room. By arranging the chamber, the inside of the main body is divided into four sections.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. Their names and functions are also the same. Therefore, detailed description thereof will not be repeated.
<First Embodiment>
<Overall configuration>
First, the overall configuration of the refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment will be described. FIG. 1 is a front sectional view showing an overall configuration of a refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a side sectional view showing the overall configuration of the refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the refrigerator 100 includes a refrigerating chamber 110 on the upper stage, an ice making chamber 120 on the left side of the middle stage, an upper freezing room 130 on the right side of the middle stage, and a lower freezing room 140 on the lower stage. The refrigerator compartment 110 is provided with a rotating refrigerator compartment door (not shown). The ice making chamber 120 is provided with a drawer-type door. The upper freezer compartment 130 is also provided with a drawer-type door. The lower freezer compartment 140 is also provided with a drawer-type door.
The refrigerator compartment 110 is constituted by an inner box 110X. A plurality of refrigeration shelves 110A, 110B, 110C, and 110D, a chilled case 114, a partition shelf 113, a fruit case 112, and a vegetable case 111 are arranged in the refrigerator compartment 110 in order from the top. Has been.
A shower duct 103 is disposed behind the plurality of refrigeration shelves 110A, 110B, 110C, and 110D. In the shower duct 103, a plurality of outlets 103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, and 103E are formed side by side in the vertical direction. As will be described later, cold air cooled by the evaporator 151 blows out into the refrigerator compartment 110 from the outlets 103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, and 103E.
The vegetable case 111, the fruit case 112, and the chilled case 114 are slidable in the front-rear direction with respect to the inner box 110X. For example, the user can pull out the vegetable case 111 forward and put the vegetable in and out of the vegetable case 111. In addition, the user can pull out the fruit case 112 forward and put the fruit in and out of the fruit case 112. Further, the user can pull out the chilled case 114 forward, and put meat and dairy products into and out of the chilled case 114.
Behind the lower freezer compartment 140 are an evaporator 151, a glass tube heater 159 for defrosting the evaporator 151, and a cooling fan 152 for sending the cool air from the evaporator 151 to the upper freezer compartment 130 and the like. Is done. In addition, behind the refrigerating chamber 110, the refrigerating chamber 110 is turned on via a refrigerating chamber damper 153 for turning on / off the flow of the cold air toward the refrigerating chamber 110 and the outlets 103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, and 103E. A refrigerator compartment fan 154 for sending in cold air is arranged.
Refrigerator 100 has a refrigeration cycle. Hereinafter, the refrigeration cycle according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing the flow of cold air according to the present embodiment.
The refrigeration cycle according to the present embodiment includes a compressor 161, a condenser (not shown), a capillary tube (not shown), an evaporator 151, and the like through a refrigerant pipe through which refrigerant flows. The refrigerator 100 has a control unit 160 for controlling the operation of the refrigeration cycle 20. The controller 160 operates the refrigeration cycle by driving the compressor 161, opens and closes the damper 153, and drives the cooling fans 152 and 154.
Next, the cold air flow path will be described. The cold air cooled by the evaporator 151 is sent to the ice making chamber 120, the upper freezing chamber 130, and the lower freezing chamber 140 by the cooling fan 152. When the damper 153 is released, the cold air is sent into the refrigerator compartment 110 from the outlets 103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, and 103E while being raised in the shower duct 103 by the refrigerator compartment fan 154. The cold air sent into the refrigerating chamber 110 cools food and beverages in the refrigerating chamber 110 while descending from the upper side to the lower side, and returns to the evaporator 151 from the return duct 104.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the cool air sent into the refrigerating chamber 110 moves downward from the upper rear portion of the refrigerating chamber 110 along the front portion of the refrigerating chamber 110, that is, along the back of the door, It passes through the front of the chilled case 114, the front of the fruit case 112, the front of the vegetable case 111, and the lower part of the vegetable case 111, and enters the return duct 104. As will be described later, since the gap at the end of the vegetable case 111 and the gap at the end of the fruit case 112 are small, the cold air flowing in the refrigerator compartment 110 is directly applied to the vegetables and fruits in the vegetable case 111 and the fruit case 112. It becomes hard to hit.
<Detailed description of the refrigerator compartment 110>
Next, the structure in the refrigerator compartment 110 concerning this Embodiment is demonstrated in detail. In addition, FIG. 4 is a front view which shows the structure in the refrigerator compartment 110 concerning this Embodiment. FIG. 5 is a front cross-sectional view showing the configuration inside the refrigerator compartment 110 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 6 is a side cross-sectional view showing a configuration in the refrigerator compartment 110 according to the present embodiment.
4 to 6, in the present embodiment, a vegetable case 111 is disposed at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment 110. A fruit case 112 is disposed above the vegetable case 111. A chilled case 114 is disposed above the fruit case 112 with a partition shelf 113 interposed therebetween. And on the side of the lower part of the inner box 110X, that is, the side of the vegetable case 111, the fruit case 112, the partition shelf 113, and the chilled case 114, they are held or the slide in the front-rear direction is guided. The guide panels 115R and 115L for improving the sealing performance of these cases are fitted.
Hereinafter, each of the vegetable case 111, the fruit case 112, the partition shelf 113, the chilled case 114, and the guide panels 115R and 115L will be described in detail.
First, the vegetable case 111 according to this embodiment will be described. FIG. 7 is an upper front perspective view and a lower front perspective view of the vegetable case 111 according to the present embodiment. Referring to FIGS. 4, 5, 6, and 7, vegetable case 111 includes a bottom surface 111 </ b> S, a front surface 111 </ b> F, a right surface 111 </ b> R, a left surface 111 </ b> L, and a rear surface 111 </ b> T.
A slide rib 111A is formed at least in the substantially vertical center of the right surface 111R and the left surface 111L. The slide rib 111A is held by first ribs 115A of guide panels 115R and 115L described later. Preferably, slide rib 111A is sandwiched between first rib 115A and second rib 115B of guide panels 115R and 115L.
More specifically, the lower surface of the slide rib 111A is opposed to the upper surface of the first rib 115A, and the distance between the gaps is preferably 4 mm or less. Similarly, the upper surface of the slide rib 111A is opposed to the lower surface of the second rib 115B, and the distance between the gaps is preferably 4 mm or less.
Further, sealing ribs 111B are formed on the outer sides in the horizontal direction at the upper ends of the right surface 111R, the left surface 111L, and the rear surface 111T. The sealing rib 111B is sandwiched between second ribs 115B and third ribs 115C of guide panels 115R and 115L described later.
More specifically, the lower surface of the sealing rib 111B is opposed to the upper surface of the second rib 115B, and the distance between the gaps is preferably 4 mm or less. Similarly, the upper surface of the sealing rib 111B is opposed to the lower surface of the third rib 115C, and the distance between the gaps is preferably 4 mm or less. As a result, the upper side portion of the vegetable case 111 is covered with the second rib 115B, so that the gap with the inner side surface of the inner box is narrowed and the flow of cold air is prevented. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the cold air in the refrigerator compartment 110 to enter the vegetable case 111.
Note that the width of the sealing rib 111B of the vegetable case 111 is longer than the distance between the upper surface of the sealing rib 111B and the lower surface of the third rib 115C. Thereby, the cold air in the refrigerator compartment 110 becomes more difficult to enter the vegetable case 111.
Next, the fruit case 112 according to the present embodiment will be described. FIG. 8 is an upper front perspective view and a lower front perspective view of the fruit case 112 according to the present embodiment. Referring to FIGS. 4, 5, 6, and 8, fruit case 112 includes a bottom surface 112S, a front surface 112F, a right surface 112R, a left surface 112L, and a rear surface 112T.
In the present embodiment, the fruit case 112 is an upper surface member that covers the top of the vegetable case 111. In other words, the back side of the bottom surface 112 </ b> S of the fruit case 112 is an upper surface that covers the top of the vegetable case 111.
A slide rib 112C is formed in the upper and lower central portions of the right surface 112R and the left surface 112L. The slide rib 112C is held by a third rib 115C of guide panels 115R and 115L described later. Preferably, the slide rib 112C is sandwiched between the third rib 115C and the fourth rib 115D of the guide panels 115R and 115L.
More specifically, the lower surface of the slide rib 112C is opposed to the upper surface of the third rib 115C, and the distance between the gaps is preferably 4 mm or less. Similarly, the upper surface of the slide rib 112C is opposed to the lower surface of the fourth rib 115D, and the distance between the gaps is preferably 4 mm or less.
Further, sealing ribs 112D are formed on the outer sides in the horizontal direction at the upper ends of the right surface 112R, the left surface 112L, and the rear surface 112T. The sealing rib 112D is sandwiched between fourth ribs 115D and fifth ribs 115E of guide panels 115R and 115L described later.
More specifically, the lower surface of the sealing rib 112D is preferably opposed to the upper surface of the fourth rib 115D, and the distance between the gaps is preferably 4 mm or less. Similarly, the upper surface of the sealing rib 112D is opposed to the lower surface of the fifth rib 115E, and the distance between the gaps is preferably 4 mm or less. As a result, the upper side portion of the fruit case 112 is covered with the fourth rib 115D, so that the gap with the inner side surface of the inner box is narrowed and the flow of cold air is prevented. Therefore, the cold air in the refrigerator compartment 110 is less likely to enter the fruit case 112.
Note that the width of the sealing rib 112D of the fruit case 112 is longer than the distance between the upper surface of the sealing rib 112D and the lower surface of the fifth rib 115E. As a result, the cold air in the refrigerator compartment 110 is less likely to enter the fruit case 112.
In the present embodiment, the packing 124 is attached to the front end portion of the bottom surface 112S or the lower end portion of the front surface 112F along the left-right direction. Thereby, when the fruit case 112 and the vegetable case 111 are stored in the refrigerator compartment 110, the clearance gap between the front lower end part of the fruit case 112 and the front upper end part of the vegetable case 111 can be made small.
Next, the partition shelf 113 according to this embodiment will be described. FIG. 9 is an upper front perspective view and a lower front perspective view of the partition shelf 113 according to the present embodiment. Referring to FIGS. 4, 5, 6, and 9, partition shelf 113 is held from below by fifth ribs 115E of guide panels 115R and 115L described later.
In the present embodiment, the partition shelf 113 is an upper surface member that covers the top of the fruit case 112. In other words, the back side of the partition shelf 113 is an upper surface that covers the top of the fruit case 112.
Next, the guide panels 115R and 115L according to the present embodiment will be described. FIG. 10 is a top front perspective view of the guide panel 115R according to the present exemplary embodiment. Referring to FIGS. 4, 5, 6, and 10, guide panels 115 </ b> R and 115 </ b> L constitute a part of inner box 110 </ b> X, and include vegetable case 111, fruit case 112, partition shelf 113, and chilled. The case 114 is held so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction.
More specifically, the guide panel 115R has a first rib 115A, a second rib 115B, a third rib 115C, a fourth rib and a fourth rib 115C along the front-rear direction and toward the inside of the refrigerator compartment 110. A rib 115D, a fifth rib 115E, and a sixth rib 115F are provided upright. In the present embodiment, since a water supply tank for ice making is arranged on the left side of the chilled case 114 and on the upper surface of the left portion 113L of the partition shelf 113, the left guide panel 115L includes Six ribs 115F are unnecessary.
The vegetable case 111 is slidably mounted in the front-rear direction on the upper surface of the first rib 115A. The upper surface of the second rib 115B and the lower surface of the third rib 115C sandwich the sealing rib 111B of the vegetable case 111. The fruit case 112 is slidably mounted on the upper surface of the third rib 115C in the front-rear direction. The upper surface of the fourth rib 115D and the lower surface of the fifth rib 115E sandwich the sealing rib 112D of the fruit case 112. On the upper surface of the fifth rib 115E, the partition shelf 113 is slidably mounted in the front-rear direction. The chilled case 114 is slidably mounted on the sixth rib in the front-rear direction.
More specifically, the inner box 110X according to the present embodiment is manufactured, for example, by vacuum molding an ABS resin. On the other hand, the guide panels 115L and 115R are manufactured, for example, by injection molding polypropylene. As a result, the guide panels 115L and 115R can improve the accuracy of the corners of the first to sixth ribs 115A to 115F, and the first to sixth ribs 115A to 115E, the vegetable case 111 and the fruit case 112 This makes it possible to reduce the gap. Note that the vegetable case 111, the fruit case 112, and the like are made of, for example, polystyrene, and can be prevented from being rubbed with the guide panels 115L and 115R.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower portion of the shower duct 103 protrudes forward to form a protruding portion 190. The projecting portion 190 reaches the upper part of the rear portion of the vegetable case 111. And the upper surface of the sealing rib 111B formed in the upper end part of the rear surface 111T of the vegetable case 111 opposes the lower surface of the protrusion part 190, and it is preferable that the distance of the clearance gap is 4 mm or less. Thereby, the sealing performance of the rear part of the vegetable case 111 further improves.
In addition, an LED light 191 is disposed on the protruding portion 190 at the bottom of the shower duct 103. This makes it possible to irradiate the inside of the vegetable case 111 from the front, making it difficult to produce a shadow, and the vegetables and fruits in the vegetable case 111 look fresh and beautiful. Further, since the LED light 191 is disposed in the projecting portion 190, the LED light 191 does not protrude. Thereby, the LED light can be arrange | positioned more forward, without the stored item in the vegetable case 111 interfering with the LED light 191. FIG. In the present embodiment, a light guide plate 192 is attached to the front surface of the LED light 191.
Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, the front surface 111 </ b> F of the vegetable case 111 is uneven, and the light from the LED light 191 is irregularly reflected, and the vegetable case 111 is opened by the user who opens the door of the refrigerator 100. The vegetables and fruits inside the vegetable case 111 look fresh and beautiful.
Similarly, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, the front surface 112F of the fruit case 112 is also uneven, and the light from the LED light 191 at the rear of the vegetable case 111 is irregularly reflected, so that the door of the refrigerator 100 is opened. From the opened user, the fruit case 112 and the vegetables and fruits inside the vegetable case 112 look fresh and beautiful.
<Second Embodiment>
In the first embodiment, the packing 124 is attached to the front end portion of the bottom surface 112S of the fruit case 112 or the lower end portion of the front surface 112F along the left-right direction.
In this embodiment, packing is attached not only to the fruit case 112 but also to the front end of the partition shelf 113 along the left-right direction. Thus, when the fruit case 112 is removed, the gap between the front part of the partition shelf 113 and the front upper end part of the fruit case 112 can be reduced.
Note that packing may be attached only to the partition shelf 113.
Or you may employ | adopt the other structure for preventing the clearance gap between the vegetable case 111 and the fruit case 112, without attaching packing to the fruit case 112 or the partition shelf 113. FIG.
<Third Embodiment>
In the first and second embodiments, the guide panels 115L and 115R are fitted into the inner box 110X.
However, regardless of whether or not other factors are taken into account, when the inner box 110X itself is manufactured by a method of increasing the accuracy of the corners by injection molding or the like, the first ribs 115A˜ The sixth rib 115F may be formed.
<Fourth embodiment>
In the first and second embodiments, each of the guide panels 115L and 115R is a single molded member.
However, the guide panel may be two or more members. In this case, it is necessary to connect the plurality of guide panels with high accuracy and strength.
<Fifth embodiment>
In the first to fourth embodiments, a vegetable case 111 and a fruit case 112 are provided in the refrigerator compartment 110.
However, the number of each of the vegetable case 111 and the fruit case 112 may be two or more, or one of them may be zero.
<Sixth Embodiment>
In the first to fifth embodiments, the vegetable case 111 and the fruit case 112 are provided next to each other at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment 110.
However, the vegetable case 111 and the fruit case 112 may not be at the lowest level, and both may be arranged apart.
<Seventh embodiment>
In the first to sixth embodiments, the width of the vegetable case 111 and the width of the fruit case 112 are formed to be the same as the width in the refrigerator compartment 110, and both are arranged vertically. .
However, the width of the vegetable case 111 and the width of the fruit case 112 may be smaller than the width in the refrigerator compartment 110, for example, may be about half the width of the refrigerator compartment 110. In this case, it is necessary to attach the guide panel 115 near the sides of the vegetable case 111 and the fruit case 112. And the vegetable case 111 and the fruit case 112 may be arrange | positioned in the left-right direction.
<Eighth Embodiment>
In the first to seventh embodiments, the vegetable case 111 and the fruit case 112 are disposed only in the refrigerator compartment 110.
However, the second or third vegetable case 111 or the second or third fruit case 112 may be configured in a vegetable room or fruit room different from the refrigeration room 110.
<Ninth embodiment>
In the first to eighth embodiments, the horizontal width of the sealing rib 111B of the vegetable case 111 is longer than the distance between the upper surface of the sealing rib 111B and the lower surface of the third rib 115C. Similarly, the lateral width of the sealing rib 112D of the fruit case 112 is longer than the distance between the upper surface of the sealing rib 112D and the lower surface of the fifth rib 115E.
However, by further reducing the gap between the upper surface of the sealing rib 111B and the lower surface of the third rib 115C, the horizontal width of the sealing rib 111B of the vegetable case 111 is reduced, and the upper surface of the sealing rib 111B and the lower surface of the third rib 115C are reduced. The gap may be shorter than the gap distance, or the sealing rib 111B may not be formed.
Similarly, by further reducing the gap between the upper surface of the sealing rib 112D and the lower surface of the fifth rib 115E, the lateral width of the sealing rib 112D of the fruit case 112 is increased to the width of the upper surface of the sealing rib 112D and the fifth rib 115E. The gap may be shorter than the distance between the lower surface and the sealing rib 112B may not be formed.
