Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals. Their names and functions are also the same. Therefore, detailed description thereof will not be repeated.
< first embodiment >
< overall construction >
First, the overall configuration of the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 1 is a front sectional view showing an entire configuration of a refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is a side sectional view showing the entire configuration of the refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, refrigerator 100 includes refrigerating compartment 110 at an upper stage, ice making compartment 120 at a left side of a middle stage, upper freezing compartment 130 at a right side of the middle stage, and lower freezing compartment 140 at a lower stage. The refrigerator 110 is provided with a rotary refrigerating chamber door, not shown. The ice making compartment 120 is provided with a drawer type door. The upper freezer compartment 130 is also provided with a drawer type door. The lower freezing chamber 140 is also provided with a drawer type door.
The refrigerating compartment 110 is constituted by an inner box 110X. In the refrigerating compartment 110, a plurality of shelves 110A, 110B, 110C, and 110D for refrigerating, a refrigerating box 114, a partition shelf 113, a fruit box 112, and a vegetable box 111 are mainly arranged in order from top to bottom.
A shower pipe (shower product) 103 is disposed behind the plurality of cold storage shelves 110A, 110B, 110C, and 110D. Shower pipe 103 has a plurality of blow-out ports 103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, and 103E arranged in parallel in the vertical direction. As described later, the cold air cooled by evaporator 151 is blown out into refrigerating room 110 from air outlets 103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, and 103E.
The vegetable box 111, the fruit box 112, and the refrigerating box 114 are slidable in the front-rear direction with respect to the inner box 110X. For example, the user can pull out the vegetable box 111 in a forward direction and take out the vegetables into the vegetable box 111. Further, the user pulls the fruit box 112 forward, and takes out the fruit and puts it into the fruit box 112. Further, the user pulls the refrigerator box 114 forward, and takes out meat or dairy products into the refrigerator box 114.
Behind bottom freezer compartment 140, evaporator 151, glass tube heater 159 for defrosting evaporator 151, and cooling fan 152 for sending cold air from evaporator 151 to upper freezer compartment 130 and the like are disposed. Further, a refrigerating room damper 153 for conducting and stopping the flow of cold air to refrigerating room 110 is disposed behind refrigerating room 110, and a refrigerating room fan 154 for sending cold air into refrigerating room 110 through air outlets 103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, and 103E is disposed.
The refrigerator 100 has a refrigeration cycle. The refrigeration cycle of the present embodiment will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3. Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing the flow of cold air in the present embodiment.
The refrigeration cycle according to the present embodiment includes a compressor 161, a condenser, a capillary tube, an evaporator 151, and the like, which are not shown, via a refrigerant tube through which a refrigerant flows. The refrigerator 100 also includes a control unit 160 for controlling the operation of the refrigeration cycle 20. The controller 160 operates the refrigeration cycle by driving the compressor 161, opens the closing damper 153, and drives the cooling fans 152 and 154.
Next, a flow path of the cold air will be described. The cold air cooled by the evaporator 151 is delivered to the ice making compartment 120, the upper freezing compartment 130, and the lower freezing compartment 140 by the cooling fan 152. When damper 153 is released, cold air is sent from blow-out ports 103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, and 103E into refrigerating room 110 while rising in shower duct 103 by refrigerating room fan 154. The cold air supplied into refrigerating compartment 110 is cooled down from the top to the bottom, cools food, beverages, and the like in refrigerating compartment 110, and returns to evaporator 151 through return duct 104.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the cold air supplied into refrigerating compartment 110 moves downward from the rear upper portion of refrigerating compartment 110 along the front portion of refrigerating compartment 110, i.e., the rear surface of the door, and passes through the front of refrigerating box 114, the front of fruit box 112, the front of vegetable box 111, and the lower portion of vegetable box 111, and enters return duct 104. As described later, since the gaps between the ends of the vegetable box 111 and the fruit box 112 are small, the cool air flowing through the refrigerating compartment 110 is less likely to directly contact the vegetables and fruits in the vegetable box 111 and the fruit box 112.
< detailed description of the interior of refrigerating compartment 110 >
Next, the structure in refrigerating room 110 of the present embodiment will be described in detail. Fig. 4 is a front view showing the configuration of the refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment. Fig. 5 is a front sectional view showing the configuration of the refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment. Fig. 6 is a side sectional view showing the configuration of the refrigerator 100 according to the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in the present embodiment, a vegetable box 111 is disposed at the lowermost section of the refrigerating compartment 110. A fruit box 112 is disposed above the vegetable box 111. A refrigerator box 114 is disposed above the fruit box 112 via a partition shelf 113. Guide plates 115R and 115L are fitted to the side surfaces of the lower portion of the inner box 110X, i.e., the sides of the vegetable box 111, the fruit box 112, the partition shelf 113, and the refrigerating box 114, to hold the boxes, guide the sliding of the boxes in the front-rear direction, and improve the sealing property of the boxes.
Hereinafter, the vegetable box 111, the fruit box 112, the partition shelf 113, the refrigerating box 114, and the guide plates 115R and 115L will be described in detail, respectively.
First, the vegetable box 111 of the present embodiment will be explained. Fig. 7 is an upper front perspective view and a lower front perspective view of the vegetable box 111 of the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the vegetable box 111 is formed of a bottom surface 111S, a front surface 111F, a right surface 111R, a left surface 111L and a rear surface 111T.
A slide rib 111A is formed at least in the substantially central portion of the right surface 111R and the left surface 111L in the up-down direction. The slide rib 111A is held by a first rib 115A of the guide plates 115R and 115L described later. The slide rib 111A is preferably sandwiched between the first rib 115A and the second rib 115B of the guide plates 115R, 115L.
More specifically, the lower surface of the slide rib 111A faces the upper surface of the first rib 115A, and the distance of the gap is preferably 4mm or less. Similarly, the upper surface of the slide rib 111A faces the lower surface of the second rib 115B, and the distance of the gap is preferably 4mm or less.
Further, a seal rib 111B is formed on the upper end portions of the right surface 111R, the left surface 111L, and the rear surface 111T to the outside in the horizontal direction. The sealing rib 111B is sandwiched between a second rib 115B and a third rib 115C of the guide plates 115R and 115L described later.
More specifically, the lower surface of the sealing rib 111B faces the upper surface of the second rib 115B, and the distance of the gap is preferably 4mm or less. Similarly, the upper surface of the sealing rib 111B faces the lower surface of the third rib 115C, and the distance of the gap is preferably 4mm or less. Accordingly, the upper side of the side portion of vegetable box 111 is covered by second rib 115B, and the gap between the inner side surface of the inner box and the side portion is narrowed, thereby blocking the flow of cold air. Therefore, the cool air in the refrigerating compartment 110 is difficult to enter the vegetable box 111.
In addition, the lateral width of the sealing rib 111B of the vegetable box 111 is formed to be longer than the distance of the gap between the upper surface of the sealing rib 111B and the lower surface of the third rib 115C. Thus, the cool air in the refrigerating compartment 110 is more difficult to enter the vegetable box 111.
Next, the fruit box 112 of the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 8 is an upper front perspective view and a lower front perspective view of the fruit box 112 of the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 4, 5, 6, and 8, the fruit box 112 is composed of a bottom surface 112S, a front surface 112F, a right surface 112R, a left surface 112L, and a rear surface 112T.
In the present embodiment, the fruit box 112 is an upper surface member covering the upper side of the vegetable box 111. In other words, the rear surface of the bottom surface 112S of the fruit box 112 becomes an upper surface covering the upper side of the vegetable box 111.
A slide rib 112C is formed at substantially the center of the right and left surfaces 112R and 112L. The slide rib 112C is held by a third rib 115C of the guide plates 115R and 115L described later. It is preferable that the slide rib 112C is sandwiched between the third rib 115C and the fourth rib 115D of the guide plates 115R, 115L.
More specifically, the lower surface of the sliding rib 112C faces the upper surface of the third rib 115C, and the distance of the gap is preferably 4mm or less. Similarly, the upper surface of the slide rib 112C faces the lower surface of the fourth rib 115D, and the distance of the gap is preferably 4mm or less.
Further, a seal rib 112D is formed on the upper end portions of the right surface 112R, the left surface 112L, and the rear surface 112T to the outside in the horizontal direction. The sealing rib 112D is sandwiched between a fourth rib 115D and a fifth rib 115E of the guide plates 115R, 115L described later.
More specifically, the lower surface of the sealing rib 112D faces the upper surface of the fourth rib 115D, and the distance of the gap is preferably 4mm or less. Similarly, the upper surface of the sealing rib 112D faces the lower surface of the fifth rib 115E, and the distance of the gap is preferably 4mm or less. Accordingly, since the upper side of the side portion of fruit box 112 is covered with fourth rib 115D, the gap with the inner surface of the inner box becomes narrow, and the flow of cold air is blocked. Therefore, the cold air in the refrigerating compartment 110 is less likely to enter the fruit box 112.
In addition, the lateral width of the sealing rib 112D of the fruit box 112 is formed to be longer than the distance of the gap between the upper surface of the sealing rib 112D and the lower surface of the fifth rib 115E. This makes it more difficult for cold air in refrigerating compartment 110 to enter fruit box 112.
In the present embodiment, a downward facing pad 124 is attached to the front end portion of the bottom surface 112S or the lower end portion of the front surface 112F along the left-right direction. Thereby, when the fruit box 112 and the vegetable box 111 are placed in the refrigerating compartment 110, a gap between the front lower end of the fruit box 112 and the front upper end of the vegetable box 111 can be reduced.
Next, the partition shelf 113 of the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 9 is an upper front perspective view and a lower front perspective view of the partition frame 113 of the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 4, 5, 6, and 9, the partition frame 113 is held from below by fifth ribs 115E of guide plates 115R and 115L described later.
In the present embodiment, the partition frame 113 is an upper surface member that covers the upper side of the fruit box 112. In other words, the rear surface of the partition shelf 113 is an upper surface covering the upper side of the fruit box 112.
Next, the guide plates 115R and 115L of the present embodiment will be described. Fig. 10 is an upper front perspective view of the guide plate 115R of the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 4, 5, 6, and 10, guide plates 115R and 115L constitute a part of the inner box 110X and hold the vegetable box 111, the fruit box 112, the partition shelf 113, and the refrigerating box 114 to be slidable in the front-rear direction.
In more detail, the guide panel 115R erects the first rib 115A, the second rib 115B, the third rib 115C, the fourth rib 115D, the fifth rib 115E, and the sixth rib 115F toward the inside of the refrigerator compartment 110 along the front-rear direction. In the present embodiment, since the water supply tank for making ice is disposed on the left side of the refrigerator compartment 114 and on the upper surface of the left portion 113L of the partition shelf 113, the sixth rib 115F does not need to be disposed on the left side guide plate 115L.
A vegetable box 111 slidable in the front-rear direction is placed on the upper surface of the first rib 115A. The sealing rib 111B of the vegetable box 111 is sandwiched by the upper surface of the second rib 115B and the lower surface of the third rib 115C. The fruit box 112 slidable in the front-rear direction is placed on the upper surface of the third rib 115C. The upper surface of the fourth rib 115D and the lower surface of the fifth rib 115E sandwich the sealing rib 112D of the fruit box 112. On the upper surface of the fifth rib 115E, a partition shelf 113 that is slidable in the front-rear direction is placed. The refrigerator box 114 is slidably mounted on the sixth rib in the front-rear direction.
More specifically, the inner box 110X of the present embodiment is manufactured by, for example, vacuum molding an ABS resin. On the other hand, the guide plates 115L and 115R are manufactured by injection molding polypropylene, for example. Accordingly, the guide plates 115L and 115R can improve the accuracy of the corners of the first to sixth ribs 115A to 115F, and make it possible to reduce the gaps between the first to sixth ribs 115A to 115E and the vegetable box 111 and the fruit box 112. In addition, the vegetable box 111, the fruit box 112, and the like are made of, for example, polystyrene or the like, and friction of the powder with the guide plates 115L, 115R can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the lower portion of shower pipe 103 is formed as a protrusion 190 that protrudes forward. The protrusion 190 reaches above the rear portion of the vegetable box 111. And, the upper surface of the sealing rib 111B formed on the upper end portion of the rear surface 111T of the vegetable box 111 faces the lower surface of the protrusion 190, and the distance of the gap is preferably 4mm or less. Thereby, the sealing performance of the rear portion of the vegetable box 111 is further improved.
Further, an LED lamp 191 is disposed in the projection 190 at the lower portion of the shower pipe 103. Thus, since the inside of the vegetable box 111 can be irradiated from more front, it is difficult to form a shadow, and the vegetables and fruits inside the vegetable box 111 look fresh and clear. Further, since the LED lamp 191 is disposed inside the protruding portion 190, the LED lamp 191 does not protrude. Thus, the LED lamp can be disposed at a more front side without interference of the storage in the vegetable box 111 with the LED lamp 191. In the present embodiment, a light guide plate 192 is attached to the front surface of the LED lamp 191.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the front surface 111F of the vegetable box 111 is formed with protrusions and depressions, light from the LED lamp 191 is irregularly reflected, and the vegetable box 111 and vegetables and fruits inside the vegetable box 111 are fresh and clear as seen from a user opening the door of the refrigerator 100.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, the front 112F of the fruit box 112 is also formed with irregularities, light from the LED lamp 191 at the rear of the fruit box 112 is irregularly reflected, and the fruit box 112 and vegetables and fruits inside the vegetable box 112 are fresh and clear from the view of a user opening the door of the refrigerator 100.
< second embodiment >
In the first embodiment, a downward facing gasket 124 is attached to a front end portion of the bottom surface 112S or a lower end portion of the front surface 112F of the fruit box 112 in the left-right direction.
In the present embodiment, not only the fruit box 112 but also a spacer facing downward is attached to the front end of the partition frame 113 along the left-right direction. Thereby, when the fruit box 112 is placed, the gap between the front of the partition shelf 113 and the front upper end of the fruit box 112 can also be reduced.
Further, only the spacer 113 may be attached with a spacer.
Alternatively, instead of installing the packing on the fruit box 112 or the spacer 113, other structures may be used to prevent the gap between the vegetable box 111 and the fruit box 112.
< third embodiment >
In the first and second embodiments, the guide plates 115L, 115R are fitted into the inner case 110X.
However, in the case of manufacturing the inner case 110X by a method of improving the accuracy of the corner portion by injection molding, the first to sixth ribs 115A to 115F may be directly formed on the inner case 110X, regardless of whether other elements are taken into consideration.
< fourth embodiment >
In the first and second embodiments, each of the guide plates 115L, 115R is a molded member.
However, the guide plate may be two or more members. In this case, it is necessary to improve the accuracy of the plurality of guide plates and to firmly connect them.
< fifth embodiment >
In the first to fourth embodiments, the refrigerating compartment 110 is provided therein with a vegetable box 111 and a fruit box 112.
However, the number of each of the vegetable box 111 and the fruit box 112 may be two or more, or may be zero.
< sixth embodiment >
In the first to fifth embodiments, the vegetable box 111 and the fruit box 112 are adjacently disposed at the lowermost section of the refrigerating compartment 110.
However, the vegetable box 111 and the fruit box 112 may not be disposed at the lowermost stage, and may be disposed separately.
< seventh embodiment >
In the first to sixth embodiments, the lateral width of the vegetable box 111 and the lateral width of the fruit box 112 are formed to the same extent as the lateral width in the refrigerating compartment 110, and both are disposed up and down.
However, the lateral width of the vegetable box 111 and the lateral width of the fruit box 112 may be smaller than the lateral width in the refrigerating compartment 110, for example, about half of the lateral width of the refrigerating compartment 110. In this case, it is necessary to install the guide plate 115 in the vicinity of the side of the vegetable box 111 or the fruit box 112. The vegetable box 111 and the fruit box 112 may be disposed in the left-right direction.
< eighth embodiment >
In the first to seventh embodiments, the vegetable box 111 and the fruit box 112 are disposed only in the refrigerating compartment 110.
However, the second or third vegetable box 111 or the second or third fruit box 112 may be constructed as a vegetable compartment or a fruit compartment separate from the refrigerating compartment 110.
< ninth embodiment >
In the first to eighth embodiments, the lateral width of the sealing rib 111B of the vegetable box 111 is formed to be longer than the distance of the gap between the upper surface of the sealing rib 111B and the lower surface of the third rib 115C. Likewise, the lateral width of the sealing rib 112D of the fruit box 112 is formed to be longer than the distance of the gap between the upper surface of the sealing rib 112D and the lower surface of the fifth rib 115E.
