[Fluid Providing Device According to Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a fluid providing apparatus according to an embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, a fluid supply device 1 according to an embodiment includes a bag 30 to which a connector 40 is attached, a frame 10 that holds the bag 30, and a suction and discharge device that sucks and discharges fluid from the bag 30. 20. Details will be described below.
(Bag 30)
FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the bag. First, the bag 30 will be described with reference to FIG.
The bag 30 is filled with fluid. The fluid is, for example, shampoo, rinse, detergent, or seasoning such as ketchup or mayonnaise. The fluid is preferably a shampoo or rinse containing fats and oils containing unsaturated fatty acids, and in particular, the content of fats and oils containing unsaturated fatty acids is 1% or more of the total amount of fluid sealed in the bag 30. Shampoo or rinse is preferred. Unsaturated fatty acids are prone to oxidation, so shampoos or rinses containing fats and oils containing them can be used up in a short period of time so that they are always kept fresh (not oxidized) It is preferable that the bag 30 is enclosed in an amount (for example, 2 liters or less for business use and 500 milliliters or less for home use). However, in this case, it is necessary to change the bag 30 frequently. However, according to the present embodiment, the bag 30 can be visually observed from the front side or the back side of the fluid providing device 1, and therefore the bag 30 is enclosed. The user is not forced to perform troublesome operations such as rotating the frame 10 in order to see how much fluid is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the labor of the user who confirms how much fluid is reduced, and to promote frequent replacement of the bag 30 by the user. The unsaturated fatty acid means a fatty acid having one or more unsaturated carbon bonds.
It is preferable that the fluid is sealed in the bag 30 so that, for example, the air in the bag 30 is once degassed and no or substantially no air flows into the bag 30. Thereby, the oxidation of the fluid can be effectively prevented. As will be described later, since a disposable (replacement) bag is used as the bag 30, the fluid is sealed in a factory or the like before the fluid providing device 1 or the bag 30 is shipped.
The bag 30 may have a shape that can stand independently or a shape that cannot stand independently. According to this embodiment, since the bag 30 is hold | maintained by the frame 10, even if it is a shape which cannot become independent, the attitude | position of the bag 30 can be stabilized.
A disposable (replacement) bag is used for the bag 30. According to this embodiment, since the bag 30 can be visually observed from the front or the back, the reduction of the fluid sealed in the bag 30 can be confirmed at a glance, and the bag 30 can be replaced at an appropriate timing. Can do.
As shown in FIG. 2, a connector 40 is attached to the bag 30. The connector 40 includes a through hole 46 having openings inside and outside the bag 30. The pump portion 26 of the suction / discharge device 20 is inserted into the through hole 46. The connector 40 is preferably attached to, for example, the top of the bag 30 so that the bag 30 can be easily positioned inside the frame body 10.
It is preferable that the connector 40 has a sealing valve 50 that seals the through hole 46 before the pump part 26 is inserted and releases the sealing by inserting the pump part 26. In this way, oxidation of the fluid sealed in the bag 30 can be effectively prevented. The sealing valve 50 can be attached to the inside of the through hole 46 or the opening of the through hole 46, for example. The sealing can be released by, for example, breaking or moving the sealing valve 50 by inserting the pump unit 26. In the present embodiment, the sealing valve 50 closes the opening of the through hole 46 (opening inside the bag 30) before the pump part 26 is inserted, but is pushed downward by the insertion of the pump part 26. Suppose that it is spaced apart from the opening of the through hole 46 (opening inside the bag 30) so that the sealing is released.
The connector through-hole 46 has a shape in which no gap exists between the inner wall of the through-hole 46 and the outer wall of the pump portion 26 or substantially does not exist when the pump portion 26 is inserted into the through-hole 46. It is preferable to have. In this way, as long as the pump part 26 is inserted into the through hole 46, the outside air does not enter the bag 30 at all or does not substantially enter. Therefore, since the bag 30 becomes deflated when the amount of fluid sealed in the bag 30 decreases, the amount of fluid remaining in the bag 30 can be confirmed by the shape change of the bag 30. Moreover, the oxidation of the fluid can be effectively prevented. In general, when the shape of the bag 30 changes, the posture of the bag 30 becomes unstable, and it may be difficult to take the fluid out of the bag 30. However, according to the present embodiment, even if the shape of the bag 30 changes, the bag 30 remains held by the frame 10, so that the fluid remaining in the bag 30 can be easily taken out of the bag 30. . The shape having no or substantially no gap refers to a shape in which, for example, the pump portion 26 (the inserted body 26b included in the pump portion 26 in this embodiment) is fitted into the through hole 46.
The connector 40 preferably includes an extending portion 48 extending from the outer peripheral wall of the connector 40. If it does in this way, it will become easy to hold connector 40 by the 1st cylinder part 12 as mentioned below. In addition, holding | maintenance by the extending | stretching part 48 means supporting the extending | stretching part 48 upwards contrary to the gravity which acts on the bag 30, the fluid enclosed with the bag 30, and the connector 40, for example. If it does in this way, the bag 30 can be located inside the frame 10 using the said gravity.
It is preferable that the connector 40 includes an extending portion 49 that is different from the extending portion 48 below the extending portion 48. If it does in this way, it can prevent that the bag 30 and the connector 40 currently hold | maintained at the extending | stretching part 48 shake or tilt as mentioned later. Therefore, the pump part 26 can be accurately and easily inserted into the through hole 46 of the connector 40.
The bag 30 is not particularly limited, and is made of, for example, polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate. Moreover, the connector 40 is not specifically limited, For example, it is comprised from the resin material etc.

(Frame 10)
3 is a schematic perspective view of the frame, FIG. 4 is a schematic front view of the frame, FIG. 5 is a schematic rear view of the frame, and FIG. 6 is a schematic plan view of the frame. FIG. 7 is a schematic side view of the frame. 8 is a diagram showing a cross section taken along line AA in FIG. 3, and FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a cross section taken along line BB in FIG. Further, FIG. 10 is a view of the inside of the frame body as viewed from obliquely below the frame body. In addition, in FIG. 7, the 1st cylinder part 12 is transparently shown with the dotted line. Hereinafter, the frame 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 10.
As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 10, the frame body 10 includes a first cylindrical portion 12 that extends downward from the inner peripheral wall of the frame body 10, and a second tube that extends upward from the outer peripheral wall of the frame body 10. A cylindrical portion 14. The frame body 10, the first cylinder part 12, and the second cylinder part 14 are integrally formed by injection molding using, for example, a resin material.
The frame 10 has, for example, four frames 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d on the top, bottom, left, and right. The corners of the frame 10 may be configured to be angular, or may be configured to have roundness as in the present embodiment. The fluid providing apparatus 1 can be easily carried by gripping either one or both of the two frames 10c and 10d located on the left and right. Thus, by using the frame body 10, an easy-to-use fluid providing apparatus can be provided.
The four frames 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d may be integrally formed by injection molding or the like, or may be combined after being formed individually. In the present embodiment, it is assumed that the frame 10 is configured in the former format. The 1st cylinder part 12 and the 2nd cylinder part 14 are each provided in the inner peripheral wall and outer peripheral wall of the upper flame | frame 10a. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, it is preferable that the two left and right frames 10c and 10d have different thicknesses at the center and at the end in plan view.
The outer shape of the first tube portion 12 and the second tube portion 14 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a cylindrical shape or a rectangular tube shape. However, the outer shape of the second tube portion 14 is preferably cylindrical. If it does in this way, it will become easy to connect the attachment part 22 with the 2nd cylinder part 14 by screwing.
The first tube portion 12 holds the connector 40 so that the bag 30 is positioned inside the frame body 10. In this way, the first cylindrical portion 12 holds the connector 40, whereby the bag 30 is held by the frame body 10.
The first cylinder portion 12 holds an opening 12a through which a part of the connector 40 including the extension portion 48 passes, and an extension portion 48 that passes through the opening 12a and is inserted into the hollow portion 12c of the first cylinder portion 12. Part 12b. In this way, the connector 48 can be easily held by the first cylinder portion 12. In addition, the opening of the through hole 46 included in the connector 40 is disposed in the hollow portion 12 c of the first tube portion 12. Note that the inserted extending portion 48 abuts on the upper surface of the holding portion 12b.
When the connector 40 has the extending portion 49 different from the extending portion 48, the extending portion 49 preferably contacts the lower surface of the holding portion 12b without passing through the opening 12a. In this way, since the holding portion 12 is sandwiched between the extending portion 48 and the extending portion 49, it is possible to prevent the bag 30 and the connector 40 from being shaken or inclined. Therefore, the pump part 26 can be accurately and easily inserted into the through hole 46 of the connector 40.
The second cylinder part 14 has a hollow part 14 a that communicates with the hollow part 12 c of the first cylinder part 12. When the hollow portion 12c of the first cylinder portion 12 and the hollow portion 14a of the second cylinder portion 14 communicate with each other, one through hole 16 having openings on the outer side and the inner side of the frame body 10 is configured. In addition, since the opening of the through-hole 46 which the connector 40 has is located in the hollow part 12c of the 1st cylinder part 12, it is located in the through-hole 16 by the 1st cylinder part 12 and the 2nd cylinder part 14. Become. Therefore, the pump part 26 of the suction / discharge device 20 is inserted into the through hole 46 of the connector 40 by being inserted into the through hole 16 formed by the first cylinder part 12 and the second cylinder part 14.
The second cylinder part 14 preferably has a first screw part 14 b on the outer peripheral wall of the second cylinder part 14. If it does in this way, the attachment part 22 can be connected with the 2nd cylinder part 14 by screwing so that it may mention later. In addition, it is preferable that the 1st screw part 14b is comprised with an external thread.
(Suction / Discharge Device 20)
FIG. 11A is a schematic perspective view of the suction / discharge device, and FIG. 11B is a partially enlarged view of the CC section in FIG. 11A. In FIG. 11B, illustration of various members is omitted as appropriate for easy understanding. As shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, the suction / discharge device 20 is provided when the attachment portion 22, the push button portion 23, the discharge port 24, and the push button portion 23 that are attached to the second cylinder portion 14 are pushed down. A pump unit 26 that sucks fluid from the bag 30 and discharges the fluid from the discharge port 24. Hereinafter, the suction / discharge device 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 11A and 11B.
The attachment portion 22 preferably has a second screw portion 22 a on the inner peripheral wall of the attachment portion 22. If it does in this way, the attachment part 22 can be easily attached to the 2nd cylinder part 14 by screwing the 2nd screw part 22a of the attachment part 22 with the 1st screw part 14b of the 2nd cylinder part 14. FIG. .
Since the opening of the through hole 46 of the connector 40 is located in the through hole 16 formed by the first cylinder part 12 and the second cylinder part 14, the bag 30 is attached to the frame body 10 and the pump part 26 is inserted into the through hole 16. However, the pump part 26 is inserted into the through hole 46 of the connector 40 by attaching the attachment part 22 to the second cylinder part 14. Therefore, when inserting the pump part 26 into the through hole 46 of the connector 40, it is not necessary to hold the connector 40 with a finger or a hand. Therefore, the pump part 26 can be inserted into the through-hole 16 of the connector 40 with a slight force and more accurately than when the connector 40 is held between fingers or hands. In addition, it is preferable that the 2nd screw part 22a is comprised with an internal thread.
The mounting portion 22 preferably has a shape that covers the hollow portion 14a of the second cylindrical portion 14 or a shape that covers the lid. If it does in this way, it can prevent that a dust, dust, etc. mix in the hollow part 14a of the 2nd cylinder part 14. FIG.
The push button portion 23 is preferably provided with a third screw portion 23 a on the outer peripheral wall on the lower end side of the push button portion 23, and the attachment portion 22 is provided with a fourth screw portion 22 b on the inner peripheral wall on the upper end side of the attachment portion 22. It is preferable. If it does in this way, the push button part 23 can be hold | maintained in the pressed-down state by screwing together the 3rd screw part 23a and the 4th screw part 22b. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the push button part 23 from being unintentionally pushed down and the fluid from being discharged from the discharge port 24. In addition, it is preferable that the 3rd screw part 23a is comprised with an external thread, and it is preferable that the 4th screw part 22b is comprised with an internal thread.
The pump unit 26 preferably includes, for example, a pump unit main body 26a, a hollow inserted body 26b to be inserted into the through hole 46 of the connector 40, and a suction port 26c. The pump body 26 a sucks fluid from the suction port 26 c into the inserted body 26 b and discharges the sucked fluid from the discharge port 24 via the push button portion 23.
As described above, in the pump part 26 (inserted body 26b), there is no gap or no substantial gap between the outer wall of the pump part 26 (inserted body 26b) and the inner wall of the through hole 46 of the connector 40. It is preferable to have a shape, and specifically, a shape to be inserted into the through hole 46 of the connector 40 is preferable.
The formation position of the suction port 26c is not particularly limited. The suction port 26c may be formed on the side surface of the inserted body 26b or may be formed on the bottom surface. The number of suction ports 26c is not particularly limited.
The pump part 26 may be configured such that a part or all of the pump part body 26 a is inserted into the through hole 46 of the connector 40. In this case, the pump part 26 does not have the inserted body 26b, and the suction port 26c is provided in the pump part main body 26a. Then, the fluid sealed in the bag 30 is directly sucked into the pump body 26a from the suction port 26c.
The suction / discharge device 20 further includes a cylinder, a piston, a spring (not shown) for returning the pushed-down push button portion 23 to a position before being pushed down.
For each part constituting the suction / discharge device 20 such as the attachment part 22, the push button part 23, the discharge port 24, and the pump part 26, for example, a resin molded product injection-molded using a resin material can be used. .
[Usage example of fluid providing apparatus 1 according to an embodiment]
Next, a usage example of the fluid providing apparatus 1 according to an embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 to 17.
First, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, a part of the connector 40 including the extending part 48 is inserted into the hollow part 12 c of the first cylinder part 12 through the opening 12 a and is inserted by the holding part 12 b of the first cylinder part 12. The extended portion 48 of a part of the connector 40 is held. Thereby, the connector 40 is held by the first tube portion 12 and the bag 30 is held by the frame body 10.
