Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a liquid storage product in which liquid such as liquid detergent, liquid medicine, liquid cosmetics, drinking water, tempura oil, soy sauce, liquid seasoning and the like is stored in a container.
In general, various types of liquid detergent and liquid medicine containers used as kitchenware and daily necessities, which are discharged little by little by user operation, are known as trigger type liquid spray containers and hand pump type liquid pump containers. ing.
In these conventional containers, when the liquid in the liquid container runs out, it is necessary to pour the contents of the liquid from the refill film pack into the liquid container.
However, the refilling operation of the liquid with the above-described refill film pack takes time, and the liquid may leak, which is troublesome for the user. In order to solve the problem, many methods have been proposed as a liquid container.
It is known that the liquid container body can be opened and closed separately, the liquid container body is divided when a refill pack is attached, the refill pack is stored inside the liquid container, and the liquid container body is united again. (For example, refer to
The techniques disclosed in the
The first problem is that it is difficult to perform the operation of attaching the above-described refill film pack in a state where the liquid container main body is divided.
The second problem is that the structural strength is weakened because the liquid container body has a divided structure.
The techniques of
Next, the technology disclosed in
The first problem is a problem that the bag-like container body may be detached.
In
The second problem is structural strength. Since the side has a large opening, the structural strength of the entire container is weak. In particular, when applied to a trigger-type liquid spray container, the problem of structural strength increases because the liquid container body is gripped. In addition, dust and water droplets may flow from the outside through the side opening.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention eliminates the need to pour liquid from a refill film pack into a liquid container and refills, and eliminates operations such as dividing the liquid container main body, thereby reducing the number of work procedures. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid storage product with a high structural strength, wherein a refillable film pack is attached, the structure of the liquid container body is simplified, parts are not inadvertently detached.

When the difference between the first to fourth liquid storage products is arranged, the first liquid storage product and the second liquid storage product include grip reinforcements, and the third liquid storage product and the fourth liquid storage product are provided. The product has a cover. The first liquid storage product and the third liquid storage product have the head cap attached to the holder side, and the second liquid storage product and the fourth liquid storage product have the head cap attached to the liquid container side.
In the first to fourth liquid storage products, the combination of both the liquid container cylinder and the support is not particularly limited as long as the support can support the liquid container cylinder. As the support method, various methods such as a fitting method, a hook method, an outlet-plug method, a locking method, and a screwing method can be applied.
In the liquid storage product, a nozzle, a liquid introduction pipe communicating with the nozzle, a discharge mechanism that pumps liquid from the liquid introduction pipe and discharges the liquid from the nozzle, and a head cap that is connected to the liquid introduction pipe. A liquid discharge head including a head cap that is movably provided; the liquid introduction pipe of the liquid discharge head is inserted into the liquid container cylinder and the liquid container main body, and the head cap is attached to the discharge head. If the is fixed, liquid storage products for various purposes can be obtained. For example, head caps for various liquid discharge heads, such as those equipped with so-called trigger-type liquid spray heads, those equipped with so-called pump-type liquid spray heads, and equipped with liquid outflow holes and open / close lids. It can be. For example, if the head cap is provided with a trigger type liquid spray head, the head cap can be applied to a liquid storage product that sprays a chemical liquid in a mist form, and the head cap is provided with a pump type liquid spray head. If this is the case, it can be applied to a liquid storage product in which the user pushes the pump head and sprays the liquid inside the shampoo in small amounts, and the head cap has a liquid outflow hole and an open / close lid. The present invention can be applied to a liquid storage product of a type in which the user tilts the entire liquid storage product and causes the liquid inside to flow out.
In the first to fourth liquid storage products, a configuration without using a grip reinforcement or a cover is also possible.
With the above configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
First, it is easy to refill liquid. Refilling can be easily performed by putting a liquid container for refilling from the wall surface opening of the holder and attaching the liquid container cylinder to the support. The grip reinforcement and cover can be easily mounted by placing them on the holder. Further, the refilling liquid can be replaced while being airtight, and the liquid is not exposed to the outside air. Although the wall surface opening is provided in the holder, the wall surface opening can be closed by attaching a cover, and inflow of water droplets or the like from the wall surface opening can be prevented.
Second, the effect of improving the structural strength of the liquid storage product can be obtained. The structural strength of the grip portion of the liquid storage product is reinforced by the grip reinforcement. Similarly, the cover reinforces the structural strength of the opening of the liquid storage product. The structural strength of the entire liquid storage product can also be improved. The grip reinforcement and cover are cylindrical with a shape along the holder mounting location, and have a strong strength against gripping.
Third, a confinement effect that prevents the liquid container from coming out of the holder can be obtained. If at least a part of the liquid container cylinder is inserted into the grip reinforcement or cover in a state where the grip reinforcement or cover is mounted on the holder, the liquid container cylinder is horizontally aligned. The horizontal movement of the liquid container cylinder is limited because it is confined in the closed loop of the shaped grip reinforcement or cover. In addition, the vertical movement of the liquid container cylinder is limited by the head cap and the holder cylinder opening, and the downward movement is limited by the support in the first liquid storage product or the third liquid storage product. Has been. Further, in the second liquid storage product or the fourth liquid storage product, the movement is restricted by the support in the vertical direction. Therefore, the movement of the liquid container cylinder in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction is physically restricted, and the liquid container cylinder does not come out of the holder.
In the second liquid storage product or the fourth liquid storage product, the upper edge of the grip reinforcement or cover is positioned above the support when the grip reinforcement or cover is attached to the holder. If the inner circumference of the part fits along the outer circumference of the liquid container cylinder attached to the holder, there is no play in the horizontal direction of the liquid container cylinder, and the liquid container cylinder is further horizontal. The direction is fixed.
Fourthly, it is possible to devise a fastening effect in which the constituent elements are fastened and fixed together.
In the first liquid storage product or the third liquid storage product, if the head cap is attached to the holder tube mouth and the lower edge of the head cap presses the upper edge of the grip reinforcement, The effect that the holder and the grip reinforcement are fastened together can be obtained.
In the second liquid storage product or the fourth liquid storage product, when the head cap is attached to the liquid container cylinder, the lower edge of the head cap is either the holder body, the support body, or the grip reinforcement (or cover). If it is devised to press the upper edge, it is possible to obtain an effect in which the constituent elements are tightened and fixed together. When the lower edge of the head cap presses the upper edge of any of the holder body, support, and grip reinforcement (or cover), the drag force that the lower edge of the head cap receives mechanically is the liquid container cylinder. The liquid container cylinder is in a state where a downward force of the same strength as the drag is applied from the support body (a state pulled up), and the liquid container cylinder At the contact point between the body and the support, both are tightened in the vertical direction. Therefore, the frictional force between the liquid container cylinder and the support increases, and a sliding prevention effect and a frictional force increasing effect for preventing sliding movement of the liquid container are obtained. Moreover, since the fastening effect that each component is mutually fastened and fixed is obtained, the entire liquid-containing product is firmly stabilized.
In addition, the structure which does not use a grip reinforcement tool or a cover can give the following effects.
In the first liquid storage product or the third liquid storage product, in the configuration in which the grip reinforcement or the cover is not used, the effect of improving the structural strength cannot be obtained, but the ease of liquid refilling is obtained. In addition, the sealing performance is reduced, but the confinement effect on the structure placed on the support in the structure of the liquid container cylinder can be obtained. That is, it is possible to obtain a confinement effect on the structure of the liquid container cylinder by the three of the head cap, the support, and the holder.
In the second liquid storage product or the fourth liquid storage product, even if the grip reinforcement or the cover is not used, the effect of improving the structural strength is not obtained, but the liquid refillability is obtained. In addition, the sealing property is reduced, but the following tightening effect and a slide preventing effect for preventing the liquid container from sliding are obtained. When the head cap is attached to the liquid container cylinder, when the lower edge of the head cap presses the upper edge of the support or the upper edge of the holder body, the lower edge of the head cap is mechanically upward. The drag force that is received is transmitted to the liquid container cylinder. On the contrary, the liquid container cylinder is applied with a downward force from the support that is the same strength as the drag (a state in which it is pulled upward). In the contact point between the liquid container cylinder and the support body, both are fastened in the vertical direction. Therefore, the frictional force between the liquid container cylinder and the support increases, and a sliding prevention effect and a frictional force increasing effect for preventing sliding movement of the liquid container are obtained. Since the tightening effect that each component is fastened to each other is obtained, the entire liquid storage product is firmly stabilized.
If the liquid storage product of this invention is used, a liquid container can be sold separately as a disposable pack, and the volume of waste can be reduced during disposal. According to the liquid storage product of the present invention, the only thing to replace is a film-like liquid container that is attached to the inside of the holder body, and can reduce the volume of waste to be discharged. It becomes easier for the recycler to handle compared to the rotated form.
With conventional film packs, there is a risk of liquid leakage and dripping when the user disposes, when the trash is collected by the government, or when handled by a recycler. In the present invention, the liquid container after use is discarded by using a closure cap. Even at times, the opening of the liquid container cylinder can be reliably closed, and no liquid leakage or dripping occurs.

Example 1 is a configuration example of the first liquid storage product of the present invention.
In the liquid storage product of Example 1 below, the support body has a shape that fits with a part of the shape of the liquid container cylinder, and the liquid container cylinder is pushed into the support body from the side to fit. The example of a structure of the horizontal fitting system combined is shown.

Next, the assembly operation of each component of the liquid storage product of Example 1 and the replacement operation of the liquid container will be described.

The above is the basic configuration example of the liquid storage product of Example 1 and the assembly example of each component, excluding the mounting of the grip reinforcement.

Next, a device using a grip reinforcement will be described.
FIG. 10 is a 6-side view showing an example of a grip reinforcement. Since the rear view is the same as the front view, the illustration is omitted. The

Furthermore, the grip reinforcement has a confinement effect. In this example, the grip reinforcement is in a cylindrical shape, and the one inserted into the grip reinforcement cannot be pulled out in the horizontal direction.

Next, the liquid spray head is mounted on the
As shown in FIG. 12, the
Here, the thickness of the
As another contrivance, if the surface of the grip reinforcement is subjected to anti-slip processing, the user can more easily hold the liquid storage product. Further, if the antibacterial finish is applied to the surface of the grip reinforcement, the part touched by the user's hand can be kept even cleaner. In addition, since the grip reinforcement can be easily removed from the liquid storage product, it is possible to clean only the grip reinforcement such as when the surface is dirty or when chemicals adhere to it. No need to wash. Also, only the grip reinforcement can be appropriately replaced with a new one.

FIG. 17C is a diagram illustrating a state in which the hook of the structure 213d is hooked on the support 130d from above. Other configurations may be the same as those in the first embodiment.
Example 6 is a modification of the liquid storage product of Example 1. In the liquid storage product of Example 1, the attachment of the liquid container cylinder and the support was a fitting type, but in the liquid storage product of Example 6, the attachment of the liquid container cylinder and the support was attached by a plug outlet method. It is.
FIG. 18 is a diagram schematically illustrating the plug outlet system. As shown in FIG. 18A, a support 130e serving as an outlet is provided inside the holder tube opening 110e. The liquid container cylinder 210e is provided with a structure 213e serving as a plug. Here, the support body 130e rotates upward, but does not rotate on the lower side by a stopper (not shown). The
Example 7 is a configuration example of the second liquid storage product of the present invention. In the second liquid storage product of the present invention, the head cap is attached to the liquid container side.
Here, the head cap attached to the liquid container cylinder is a head cap incorporated in the liquid spray head, and an example of a liquid storage product to which the liquid spray head is attached is shown.
FIG. 19 is a diagram (right side view) schematically showing components of the liquid storage product according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention in an exploded manner. The liquid storage product according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention also includes three components: a liquid discharge head 10h, a holder 100h, and a
The liquid discharge head 10h may be the same as the
The holder 100h is different from the
The
The liquid container cylinder 210h has an upper surface opening 211h, and includes four structures, a structure 212h, a structure 214h, a structure 215h, and a structure 216h, and a cylindrical conduction hole is provided therein. Note that a structure 213h may be provided between the structure 212h and the structure 214h as described later.
The structure 212h is an upper structure, and is a structure that is placed on the support 130h as described later. The diameter is larger than that of the structure 212h of the liquid container cylinder of the first embodiment shown in FIG. The closing cap 230h has an inner screw of the same size as the head cap 15h, and either the head cap 15h or the closing cap 230h can be attached to the liquid container cylinder 210h.
Although the liquid container cylinder in FIG. 19 is not provided with a structure corresponding to the structure 213h, the structure 213h may be provided in a lower portion of the structure 212h. For example, it is assumed that an external screw provided in the structure 212h is not provided with a structure having the same diameter as the structure 212h.
The width of the structure 214h is such that the width can pass through the side opening 112h of the holder tube opening and the notch 131h of the support, and the height of the structure 212h is above the support 130h, and the
The structure 215h and the structure 216h may be the same as those of the liquid container cylinder of the first embodiment shown in FIG. The liquid container

FIG. 22D shows an example in which the liquid container cylinder 210h includes a structure 213h.
FIG. 22E shows an example in which the upper surface of the support 130h has a concave shape and the bottom surface of the liquid container structure 212h or the structure 213h has a convex shape. In the example of FIG. 22 (E), the upper surface of the support 130h has a concave shape including an outer edge 1301h and a recess 1302h, and the structure 212h includes an upper portion 2121h and a lower portion 2122h. Both the support recess 1302h and the lower portion 2122h of the structure fit together. By fitting both of them, the liquid container cylinder 210h is restricted not only in the vertical movement but also in the horizontal direction (lateral direction). Note that the structure body 2122h can also be considered as the structure body 213h.

The center diagram of FIG. 24 is a diagram showing a state in which the grip reinforcement 140h is put on and attached from the state shown on the left side in the same manner as that shown in FIG.
Here, in a state where the height of the grip reinforcement tool 140h is devised and the grip reinforcement tool 140h is mounted on the holder 100h, the upper edge of the grip reinforcement tool 140h is located above the support 130h, The circumference can be fitted together so as to be along the outer circumference of the structure 213h of the liquid container cylinder. FIG. 25A is a side view schematically showing a state where the grip reinforcement tool 140h is mounted on the holder 100h when the height of the grip reinforcement tool 140h is devised. FIG. 25B shows the grip reinforcement 140h only by a side cross section, and shows the relationship among the
The diagram on the right side of FIG. 24 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the liquid spray head 10h is mounted from the state illustrated in the center diagram, similar to that illustrated in FIG. The liquid introduction tube 12h of the liquid spray head 10h is inserted from the upper surface opening 211h of the liquid container cylinder, and the head cap 15h of the liquid spray head 10h is inserted into the
A six-sided view of the assembled liquid storage product is the same as FIG. 13 of the first embodiment.
FIG. 25C shows a state in which the head cap 15h is attached from the state of FIG. 25A, and the head cap 15h is shown in a side cross section so that the inside can be easily understood.
Here, when the liquid container cylinder structure 212h and the head cap 15h are screwed together, the liquid spraying head 10h, the
In the first case, as shown in FIG. 26A, the size of the holder support 130h is larger than the size of the lower edge of the head cap 15h, and the height of the head cap 15h is the height of the liquid container cylinder. This is a case where the lower edge of the head cap 15h is in contact with the support 130h when the head cap 15h is screwed into the liquid container cylinder structure 212h.
When the head cap 15h and the liquid container cylindrical body 212h are screwed together, the downward movement is restricted when the lower edge of the head cap 15h reaches the support 130h. The structure 212h is pulled upward, and the entire liquid container cylinder 210h is gradually pulled upward. However, since the support body 130h in the
In the second case, as shown in FIG. 26 (B), the size of the lower edge of the head cap 15h is larger than the size of the support 130h, but the structure of the upper edge of the holder tube opening surrounding the periphery of the support cap 130h. It is smaller than the size of the body 113h, and the height of the head cap 15h is higher than the structure 212h of the liquid container cylinder. When the head cap 15h is screwed into the structure 212h of the liquid container cylinder, the lower edge of the head cap 15h This is a case where the end is in contact with the structure 113h at the upper edge of the holder tube opening.
Also in this second case, the principle that the liquid container cylinder 210h and the support body 130h are firmly tightened by screwing the head cap 15h and the liquid container cylinder structure 212h together is that the head cap 15h has the structure of the holder cylinder opening. It is the same as the first case except that the downward movement is restricted by the presence of the body 113h. As a result, the head cap 15h, the
In the third case, as shown in FIG. 26C, the size of the lower edge of the head cap 15h is larger than the size of the support body 130h and the holder cylinder structure 113h. The head cap 15h is smaller than a certain upper edge, the height of the head cap is higher than the sum of the height of the liquid container cylinder structure 212h and the height of the
In this third case, the principle that the liquid container cylinder 210h and the support 130h are firmly tightened by screwing the head cap 15h and the liquid container cylinder structure 212h together is that the head cap 15h is due to the presence of the
The fourth case is a case where the grip reinforcement tool 140h is attached to the holder 100h. As shown in FIG. 26 (D), both the head cap 15h and the grip reinforcement tool 140h are moderately thick, and both are large. When the head cap 15h is screwed into the liquid container cylinder structure 212h, the lower edge of the head cap 15h and the upper edge of the grip reinforcement 140h come into contact with each other.
In this fourth case, the principle that the liquid container cylinder 210h and the support body 130h are firmly fastened by screwing the head cap 15h and the liquid container cylinder structure 212h together is that the head cap 15h is attached to the holder 100h. This is the same as the first case except that the downward movement is restricted by the presence of the grip reinforcement 140h. As a result, the head cap 15h, the
Based on the above principle, in the second liquid storage product of the present invention, since the components are firmly fixed to each other, there is no fear that the
In the liquid container cylinder 210h, the vertical movement is limited by the support 130h and the head cap 15h, and the horizontal movement is limited by the presence of the holder 100h and the grip reinforcement 140h and the frictional force with the support 130h. A confinement effect can be obtained.
