Description
Antibacterial & Antifungal body cleansing Loofah That stimulates blood Circulation
Technical Field:
Disposable loofah comprises of natural antibiotics to eliminate bacteria and fungi
Prior Art:
Traditional Loofah for body cleansing, there is different types of traditional loofah for example a rough sponge that is made from the dried fruit of a tropical plant and that people use to wash their bodies also there is the Shower Sponge made from materials like polyester and other recyclable materials.
Disadvantages of Yrior Art:
Traditional Loofah and shower towels always contains fungi and bacteria due to its frequent use as well as being in damp place and continuous exposure to water .Furthermore , Traditional loofah may spread infectious diseases from one person to another as well as it does not contain any additives or components useful for the skin.
That spongy, handheld scrubber meant to exfoliate and lather suds around your naked body is actually the perfect home for bacteria. A 1994 study published in the Journal of Clinical Microbiology showed that the popular beauty accessory— and we're talking the kind made from actual cucumbers, not plastic mesh— can host and transmit pseudomonas aeruginosa, a bacterium that can cause disease in animals.
"Loofahs are hygienic to start out with," Esther Angert, Ph.D., associate professor in the department of microbiology at Cornell University, tells The Hufflngton Post. "It's how they are maintained that will affect their longevity."
Your loofah scrubs dead skin cells off of your body, which "get caught in all of the nooks and crannies of the fibrous matrix of the loofah," she explains. When you're done scrubbing, chances are you leave the loofah in the bathroom until its next use. This is the opportune moment for bacteria to cultivate. "The shower environment is a nice, humid environment— there's not a lot of air circulation, and it's a great place for bacteria to hang out," she says. The bacteria eat any organic matter— like those discarded skin cells— left behind in the loofah.
Every time the loofah gets wet and does not dry properly, the organisms grow and grow. "You spread the bacteria that you washed off your body the last time,"Dr. Michele Green, M.D., New York-based board-certified dermatologist, tells HuffPost."The loofah is spreading yesterday's dirt back on your body." When you're sloshing that lavender-scented body wash all over yourself to get clean, you're really scrubbing with lavender- scented bacteria.
Under the right conditions, this bacteria can lead to scary stuff,
like staphylococcus— better known as a staph infection. While your skin is a really resilient organ that has the capacity to protect you from a lot of germs, your pores and any open wounds or scabs are more vulnerable to the bacteria, Angert says. If you have open cuts and are "too aggressive with the loofah," you may further damage the skin barrier and may be "forcing the particles into a wound," Dr. Jessica Krant, M.D., board- certified New York City dermatologist and founder of Art of
Dermatology LLC, tells HuffPost.
Disclosure of the Invention:
This invention relates to disposable loofah comprises of natural
antibiotics to eliminate bacteria and fungi .Moreover, said loofah provided with natural oils that help in the freshness of the skin,
stimulation of blood circulation and it gives a good smell for the body after being used.
Detailed Description of the Invention:
This invention will be made from any carrying material for the foam base Gauze or the Rice straw after the treatment with the oils and herbals ex. or recyclable materials to be used as a disposable Shower Sponge or disposable loofah (one use only) it will be dipped in a mixture of Texapon (Foam base) herbals and oils as this mixture will contain useful martial also anti fungi and anti bacteria
The composition, according to the present invention, comprises:
- Texapon (i.e. sodium laureth sulfate) (70-80%)
We will consider the other remaining percentage (20-30%) as 100%will be as follow:
- Olive oil (20-30%)
- Lavender oil ( 15-25%)
- Chamomile oil (20-25%)
- Brimstone (Roll Sulphur) (7- 10%)
The Sorbate will added to the mixture according to the below
- Sorbate (lg per 1kg)
Texapon is dissolved in a water bath after dissolving, oils and the other substances are added and stirred thoroughly .After that, preservative (Sorbate) is added, then Lavender oil. The mixture is stirred thoroughly to get a homogenous mixture then the piece of gauze or the carrier material
is dipped in the mixture, then to be left in a sterilized place to dry. Every piece is sacked separately in a sterilized sack.
Industrial applicability:
This disposable Shower Sponge or disposable loofah (one use only), according to the present invention, may be packaged in different sizes and shapes and used with water for cleansing the face and body during the shower as it comprises of natural antibiotics to eliminate bacteria and fungi .Moreover, said loofah provided with natural oils that help in the freshness of the skin, stimulation of blood circulation and it gives a good smell for the body after being used.
Wet the loofah in the shower or bath. Warmer water will cause the loofah to get softer more quickly. If you want the loofah to retain some texture and scrubbing ability, just wet it slightly before proceed ing.
No Need to Apply soap to the loofah. As its already have a ll what your body needs so it's ready to use right away
