Abstract
本发明公开了一种背板,包括背板主体和设于所述背板主体表面的加强筋组件,所述加强筋组件包括自所述背板主体的每个角部朝中央延伸的第一倾斜筋和与每个所述角部围成三角形区域的第二倾斜筋,所述第一倾斜筋和与之最近的第二倾斜筋交叉设置。本发明在背板主体的表面设计有包括倾斜设计的若干条加强筋的加强筋组件,在每个角部朝中央延伸有第一倾斜筋,而且在每个角部凸设有第二倾斜筋,第二倾斜筋与对应的角部围成三角形区域,并与第一倾斜筋交叉支撑,提高了背板的抗扭曲变形能力、刚性强度以及曲率稳定性,结构可靠且成本低。
Description
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背板。
随着经济社会及显示技术的发展,人们对平板电视尺寸的需求越来越大;相对应的尺寸越大的液晶模组其整机工艺更复杂,成本也相对会更高。在解决某些可靠性方面的问题时甚至需要增加一些额外的成本。大尺寸背板在成形后容易产生扭曲变形,如果是曲面背板还会有曲率不稳定等情况发生。
如图1a和图1b所示,传统的做法是在背板1表面增加横纵方向交错设置的加强筋1a(如图1所示方案)或者额外的支架1b(如图2所示方案)来确保背板整体的强度及刚度,但还是无法很好地解决整体背板尤其是角部出现扭曲变形的问题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种抗扭曲、结构可靠、成本低的背板。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种背板,包括背板主体和设于所述背板主体表面的加强筋组件,所述加强筋组件包括自所述背板主体的每个角部朝中央延伸的第一倾斜筋和与每个所述角部围成三角形区域的第二倾斜筋,所述第一倾斜筋和与之最近的第二倾斜筋交叉设置。
进一步地,所述第一倾斜筋的延伸终点位于所述第二倾斜筋上。
进一步地,所述第一倾斜筋垂直于所述第二倾斜筋。
进一步地,所述第一倾斜筋与其所在角部的角平分线共线。
进一步地,所述第二倾斜筋的一端位于所述背板主体的短边的中点处。
进一步地,所述第二倾斜筋的另一端位于所述背板主体的长边的1/3点处。
进一步地,所述加强筋组件还包括四条第三倾斜筋,四条所述第三倾斜筋在所述背板主体的中部围成闭合的四边形。
进一步地,所述四边形的对角线与所述背板主体的两条对称轴重合。
进一步地,所述四边形为正方形。
进一步地,所述加强筋组件还包括至少一条第四倾斜筋,所述第四倾斜筋连接在所述四边形的两个对角之间。
本发明在背板主体的表面设计有包括倾斜设计的若干条加强筋的加强筋组件,在每个角部朝中央延伸有第一倾斜筋,而且在每个角部凸设有第二倾斜筋,第二倾斜筋与对应的角部围成三角形区域,并与第一倾斜筋交叉支撑,提高了背板的抗扭曲变形能力、刚性强度以及曲率稳定性,结构可靠且成本低。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明的背板可用于各种显示装置,参阅图2,本发明实施例的背板包括背板主体10和设于背板主体10表面的加强筋组件20,加强筋组件20包括自背板主体10的每个角部朝中央延伸的第一倾斜筋21和与每个角部围成三角形区域的第二倾斜筋22,第一倾斜筋21和与之最近的第二倾斜筋22交叉设置。
通过这样的设置,无论是平面背板还是曲面的背板,背板的每个角落处都得到加强,使得背板最容易发生扭曲变形部位刚性得以提高。
背板主体10为规则的弧形板或矩形板,具有长度方向的长边和宽度方向的
短边,背板主体10关于水平的对称轴X和竖直的对称轴Y均对称,这两条对称轴将背板主体10划分成4个小的子区域,其中加强筋组件20也关于水平的对称轴X和竖直的对称轴Y均对称,即4条第一倾斜筋21、4条第二倾斜筋22关于背板主体10的两条对称轴均对称。这样可以保证背板主体10的整体受到对称一致的力,即使在弯曲的背板中也可以保证背板的曲率稳定。
进一步地,第一倾斜筋21延伸的终点位于第二倾斜筋22上,以省去不必要的延伸长度,第一倾斜筋21垂直于第二倾斜筋22且与第二倾斜筋22在其中点相交,每个第一倾斜筋21与其所在角部的角平分线共线,即第二倾斜筋22与背板主体10的长边和短边的夹角均为45°。更进一步地,第二倾斜筋22的一端位于背板主体10的短边的中点处,第二倾斜筋22的另一端位于背板主体10的长边的1/3点处。
同时,加强筋组件20还包括四条第三倾斜筋23,四条第三倾斜筋23在背板主体10的中部围成闭合的四边形,进一步确保了背板整体不会出现扭曲变形的情况,背板的整体强度及刚度再次得到加强。这里该四边形的对角线与背板主体10的两条对称轴重合。更进一步地,第三倾斜筋23平行于同一个子区域上的第二倾斜筋22,使得该四边形为正方形,该四边形的其中两个对角位于背板主体10的长边的中点处。可以理解的是,相应倾斜筋的倾斜角度和端点可以根据需要进行调整。
如图3,为本发明实施例的另一种背板结构,其中的加强筋组件20还具有形成在该四边形内的至少一条第四倾斜筋24,其中第四倾斜筋24平行于长边,连接在四边形的两个对角之间,使曲面背板的曲率更加稳定,从而可以取消传统曲面背板外接支架的结构,降低零部件成本,节省外接支架模具开发费用,从而提升产品整体竞争力。
以上仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

- 一种背板,其中,包括背板主体和设于所述背板主体表面的加强筋组件,所述加强筋组件包括自所述背板主体的每个角部朝中央延伸的第一倾斜筋和与每个所述角部围成三角形区域的第二倾斜筋,所述第一倾斜筋和与之最近的第二倾斜筋交叉设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背板,其中,所述第一倾斜筋的延伸终点位于所述第二倾斜筋上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背板,其中,所述第一倾斜筋垂直于所述第二倾斜筋。
- 根据权利要求3所述的背板,其中,所述第一倾斜筋与其所在角部的角平分线共线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背板,其中,所述第二倾斜筋的一端位于所述背板主体的短边的中点处。
- 根据权利要求5所述的背板,其中,所述第二倾斜筋的另一端位于所述背板主体的长边的1/3点处。
- 根据权利要求5所述的背板,其中,所述加强筋组件还包括四条第三倾斜筋,四条所述第三倾斜筋在所述背板主体的中部围成闭合的四边形。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背板,其中,所述四边形的对角线与所述背板主体的两条对称轴重合。
- 根据权利要求8所述的背板,其中,所述四边形为正方形。
- 根据权利要求8所述的背板,其中,所述加强筋组件还包括至少一条第四倾斜筋,所述第四倾斜筋连接在所述四边形的两个对角之间。

- 根据权利要求11所述的背板,其中,所述第二倾斜筋的另一端位于所述背板主体的长边的1/3点处。

- 根据权利要求17所述的背板,其中,所述第二倾斜筋的另一端位于所述背板主体的长边的1/3点处。
