主动杆12、第一从动杆13及第二从动杆14可以设置在显示面板11的上端缘(如相应于显示面板11顶边的位置),也可以设置在显示面板11的下端缘(如相应于显示面板11底边的位置)。较佳地,显示面板11的上端缘和下端缘各设有一组主动杆12、第一从动杆13及第二从动杆14,这样在调整显示面板11的曲率时,上下对称的施力较能够使得显示面板11顶边和底边的曲率保持一致。下文中是以主动杆12、第一从动杆13及第二从动杆14设置在显示面板11的上端缘为例来进行说明,但需要理解的是,本发明并不以此为限。
如图1所示,主动杆12的一端枢接于显示面板11的第一侧(如右上方顶点),第一从动杆13的一端枢接于显示面板11中相对于第一侧的第二侧(如左上方顶点),第二从动杆14的一端枢接于显示面板11中第一侧和第二侧之间的位置上(如显示面板11的顶边或顶边的曲率中心),从而主动杆12、第一从动杆13和第二从动杆14可分别绕著显示面板11上的这些枢接点进行枢转。
主动杆12的另一端侧设置有一齿轮16,齿轮16可沿著轴17进行转动,轴17垂直于主动杆12的长度方向。第一从动杆13的另一端侧设置有齿条18。主动杆12的齿轮16与第一从动杆13的齿条18啮合,因而当主动杆12的齿轮16沿著轴17转动时,可在第一从动杆13的齿条18上移动,从而主动杆12和第一从动杆13可相互靠近或远离。第二从动杆14的另一端侧枢接于第一从动杆13上,从而第二从动杆14跨接于主动杆12和第一从动杆13的延伸方向与显示面板11之间。
于一实施例中,如图1所示,主动杆12位在上方,第一从动杆13位在下方,第一从动杆13齿条18的齿在上方露出,主动杆12的齿轮16向下与第一从动杆13齿条18的齿相啮合。也因第一从动杆13与第二从动杆14枢接,使得第一从动杆13对位于其上方的主动杆12提供一定的支撑,从而提供整个结构一定的稳定性。
远程可控电机15与主动杆12上的齿轮16连接或耦接,用户可在曲面显示装置周围对远程可控电机15进行遥控,远程可控电机15接收从远端发出的遥控信号,并根据此遥控信号提供动力,此动力并传递到主动杆12上的齿轮16,使主动杆12上的齿轮16转动。远程可控电机15并可根据此遥控信号,驱使主动杆12上的齿轮16进行不同方向的转动,例如顺时针转动或逆时针转动。因而,当主动杆12上的齿轮16绕著轴17进行顺时针转动(以穿入纸面的方向)时,主动杆12上的齿轮16沿著第一从动杆13的齿条18往右侧移动,同时主动杆12与第一从动杆13相互远离,显示面板11的曲率变大,显示面板11变得较不弯曲;当主动杆12上的齿轮16绕著轴17进行逆时针转动(以穿入纸面的方向)时,主动杆12上的齿轮16沿著第一从动杆13的齿条18往左侧移动,同时主动杆12与第一从动杆13相互靠近,显示面板11的曲率变小,显示面板11变得较为弯曲。与第一从动杆13枢接的第二从动杆14的长度固定不变,在调整显示面板11的曲率时,第二从动杆14可以起到辅助施力的功能,也可以提升主动杆12和第一从动杆13向显示面板11施力的稳定度。此外,远程可控电机15亦可通过传动机构19连接到主动杆12上的齿轮16,这样可以把远程可控电机15设置在易于接收遥控信号的位置,使得用户在操控上更为顺利。
下文进一步说明本发明的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置的工作原理。在使显示面板11的曲率变小的过程中,远程可控电机15接收用户从远端发出的遥控信号,远程可控电机15根据此遥控信号驱使主动杆12上的齿轮16绕著轴17沿第一方向(如逆时针方向)转动,主动杆12上的齿轮16通过第一从动杆13的齿条18带动第一从动杆13沿靠近主动杆12的方向运动,这时主动杆12和第一从动杆13相互靠近,并将显示面板11两侧向中间拉拢,因而显示面板11的曲率变小,此时第二从动杆14会绕著其与显示面板11的枢接点枢转,进而对此枢接点产生推力向外运动,对显示面板11的曲率变小也产生了贡献。这样,主动杆12和第一从动杆13对显示面板11两侧的拉力以及第二从动杆14对显示面板11曲率中心的推力,这些作用力都是使得显示面板11的曲率变小的作用力,因此提高了施力之效率。
同理,在使显示面板11的曲率变大的过程中,远程可控电机15接收用户从远端发出的遥控信号,远程可控电机15根据此遥控信号驱使主动杆12上的齿轮16绕著轴17沿第二方向(如顺时针方向)转动,主动杆12上的齿轮16通过第一从动杆13的齿条18带动第一从动杆13沿远离主动杆12的方向运动,这时主动杆12和第一从动杆13相互远离,并将显示面板11两侧向外推离,因而显示面板11的曲率变大,此时第二从动杆14会绕著其与显示面板11的枢接点枢转,进而对此枢接点产生拉力向内运动,对显示面板11的曲率变大也产生了贡献。这样,主动杆12和第一从动杆13对显示面板11两侧的推力以及第二从动杆14对显示面板11曲率中心的拉力,这些作用力都是使得显示面板11的曲率变大的作用力,因此提高了施力之效率。
请参阅图4,其显示本发明的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置的第一从动杆13’的一个例子的示意图。在此例子中,第一从动杆13’的一端具有齿条18,第一从动杆13’并具有一包覆盖体20,其可将主动杆12上的齿轮16包覆于其中,使得传动更稳定,避免传动件暴露。另外,包覆盖体20可延伸至第一从动杆13’的另一端侧,如图4所示。
请参阅图5,其显示本发明的另一个实施例的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置10’的示意图。与上述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置10不同的是,在本实施例中,上述的远程可控电机15与齿轮16结合为一体,形成一个新的部件,即驱动部件21,也就是说,远程可控电机15与齿轮16可结合为单一部件,而后一起设置于第一从动杆13上,这样可简化装配程序,实际上也是可行的。
本发明的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置10、10’通过配置远程可控电机15、主动杆12、第一从动杆13、13’(和第二从动杆14),在主动杆12上设置齿轮16,在第一从动杆13、13’上设置齿条18,远程可控电机15与主动杆12上的齿轮16连接或耦接,进而在远程可控电机15接收从远端发出的遥控信号时,可驱动主动杆12上的齿轮16沿逆时针或顺时针方向转动,进而主动杆12和第一从动杆13、13’相互靠近或远离,此过程也可对显示面板产生了施力,而第二从动杆14也对显示面板施力,从而实现了对显示面板之曲率的远端调控。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明
的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于,包含:
    一显示面板,其上具有若干个用来显示影像的画素;
    一主动杆,其一端枢接于该显示面板的第一侧,另一端侧设置有一齿轮;
    一第一从动杆,其一端枢接于该显示面板中相对于该第一侧的第二侧,另一端侧设置有一齿条,该主动杆另一端侧的该齿轮与该第一从动杆另一端侧的该齿条相互啮合;以及
    一远程可控电机,与该主动杆上的该齿轮连接或耦接,其中该远程可控电机接收从远端发出的遥控信号,并根据该遥控信号提供动力给该主动杆上的该齿轮,使该齿轮转动,通过该齿轮与该齿条的啮合,进而使得该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互靠近或远离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:当该远程可控电机驱使该主动杆上的该齿轮沿第一方向转动时,该该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互靠近;当该远程可控电机驱使该主动杆上的该齿轮沿第二方向转动时,该该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互远离。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互靠近时施予该显示面板向内的拉力,使得该显示面板的曲率变小;该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互远离时施予该显示面板向外的推力,使得该显示面板的曲率变大。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于,所述曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置更包含:
    一第二从动杆,其一端枢接于该显示面板中该第一侧和该第二侧之间的位置上,另一端枢接于该第一从动杆上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:当该主动杆与该第一从动杆对该显示面板施予向内的拉力时,该第二从动杆对该显示面板施予向外的推力;当该主动杆与该第一从动杆对该显示面板施予向外的推力时,该第二从动杆对该显示面板施予向内的拉力。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:该第二从动杆的长度固定不变。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:该第一从动杆上的该齿条的齿在上方露出,该主动杆上的该齿轮向下与该第一从动杆上的该齿条的齿相啮合。
  8. 一种曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于,包含:
    一显示面板,其上具有若干个用来显示影像的画素;
    一主动杆,其一端枢接于该显示面板的第一侧,另一端侧设置有一齿轮;
    一第一从动杆,其一端枢接于该显示面板中相对于该第一侧的第二侧,另一端侧设置有一齿条,该主动杆另一端侧的该齿轮与该第一从动杆另一端侧的该齿条相互啮合;
    一第二从动杆,其一端枢接于该显示面板中该第一侧和该第二侧之间的位置上,另一端枢接于该第一从动杆上;以及
    一远程可控电机,与该主动杆上的该齿轮连接或耦接,其中该远程可控电机接收从远端发出的遥控信号,并根据该遥控信号提供动力给该主动杆上的该齿轮,使该齿轮转动,当该远程可控电机驱使该主动杆上的该齿轮沿第一方向转动时,该该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互靠近,从而施予该显示面板向内的拉力,使得该显示面板的曲率变小;当该远程可控电机驱使该主动杆上的该齿轮沿第二方向转动时,该该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互远离,从而施予该显示面板向外的推力,使得该显示面板的曲率变大。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:在该显示面板的曲率变小的过程中,该第二从动杆绕著其与该显示面板的枢接点枢转,并对该显示面板施予向外的推力;在该显示面板的曲率变大的过程中,该第二从动杆绕著其与该显示面板的该枢接点枢转,并对该显示面板施予向内的拉力。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:该第一从动杆上的该齿条的齿在上方露出,该主动杆上的该齿轮向下与该第一从动杆上的该齿条的齿相啮合。
  11. 一种曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于,包含:
    一显示面板,其上具有若干个用来显示影像的画素;
    一主动杆,其一端枢接于该显示面板的第一侧,另一端侧设置有一齿轮;
    一第一从动杆,其一端枢接于该显示面板中相对于该第一侧的第二侧,另一端侧设置有一齿条,该主动杆另一端侧的该齿轮与该第一从动杆另一端侧的该齿条相互啮合;
    一第二从动杆,其一端枢接于该显示面板中该第一侧和该第二侧之间的位置上,另一端枢接于该第一从动杆上;以及
    一远程可控电机,与该主动杆上的该齿轮连接或耦接,其中该远程可控电机接收从远端发出的遥控信号,并根据该遥控信号提供动力给该主动杆上的该齿轮,使该齿轮转动,通过该齿轮与该齿条的啮合,进而使得该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互靠近或远离;且其中当该主动杆与该第一从动杆对该显示面板施予向内的拉力时,该第二从动杆对该显示面板施予向外的推力;当该主动杆与该第一从动杆对该显示面板施予向外的推力时,该第二从动杆对该显示面板施予向内的拉力。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:当该远程可控电机驱使该主动杆上的该齿轮沿第一方向转动时,该该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互靠近;当该远程可控电机驱使该主动杆上的该齿轮沿第二方向转动时,该该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互远离。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互靠近时施予该显示面板向内的拉力,使得该显示面板的曲率变小;该主动杆与该第一从动杆相互远离时施予该显示面板向外的推力,使得该显示面板的曲率变大。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:该第二从动杆的长度固定不变。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的曲率远程可调的曲面显示装置,其特征在于:该第一从动杆上的该齿条的齿在上方露出,该主动杆上的该齿轮向下与该第一从动杆上的该齿条的齿相啮合。
