有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明所提供基于地理位置信息的社群互联方法和系统,以地理位置信息及身份信息为网络节点建立社群网络;当用户终端首次登录社群网络服务器时,获取用户终端的地理位置信息及用户身份信息完成注册并取得认证;接收用户输入的用于交互的信息和/或服务,并将其上传至社群服务器并存储于所述用户的可见空间内;当用户终端通过注册的用户账号登录社群网络时,用户终端通过查找存储于可见空间的信息和/或服务,获取其所需信息和/或服务。其以地理位置信息和身份信息为网络节点,并且通过其财务状态信息将用户进行信用等级划分,保证了社群网络信息的可靠性。从根本上解决了现有虚拟社群上各种信息和信息发布者的可靠性得不到保证,人们对信息的真伪性难以分辨,从而增加了信息获取和利用的难度,降低了信息传播的有效性的问题。

本发明提供一种基于地理位置信息的社群互联方法和系统,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
下面结合附图,通过对实施例的描述,对发明内容作进一步说明。
请参见图1,图1为本发明提供基于地理位置信息的社群互联方法较佳实施例的流程图。所述方法包括如下步骤:
S1、以地理位置信息及身份信息为网络节点建立社群网络。
具体地,所述社群网络是以地理位置信息及身份信息为网络节点。所述地理位置信息可以为用户的居住地的位置信息,可以是用户的经营场所的位置信息,所述身份信息为表明用户身份的标识信息,如用户的身份证信息、护照信息、户口本信息等。例如,所述社群网络以用户的家庭户主的身份信息及用户的居住地址为网络节点建立社群网络,如图2所示。
进一步,所述网络节点还包括用户的财务状态信息,其还可以包括财务状态信息,根据所述财务状态信息,将用户进行信用等级划分。所述网络节点的地理位置信息及身份信息为基本信用等级,其是用户进入社群网络的基本信用。进一步,根据用户的财务状态信息对网络节点的信用等级进行划分为常规信用等级和网络信用等级。
常规信用的产生基于用户建立财务帐户,用于积累财务信用;积极参与社群活动积累社群信用。基于此类信用,用户可作为基本社会生产服务单元等,其计算方法为:
常规信用=财务信用度+社群信用度;
其中,所述财务信用度基于用户财务账户随时间的曲线、期望、方差、中位数;所述财务信用度采用静态加动态的方式,公式如下:

其中,X为固定财产(会随流动财产的增减而变化);Y为流动财产(即财产在时间上的平均流量);β为固定财产和流动财产的计算占比。
所述社群信用度基于家庭用户在积极参与社会网络所积累的信用度;该用户为外部网络提供特定服务,并获得正(或负)反馈,来积累信用度,公式如下:

其中,X为正反馈,Y为负反馈,β为正负反馈的计算占比;一般情况下,负反馈的占比要大一些。
网络信用的产生基于:熟人网络的共同决议(当家庭本身无法支撑其所需要的信用等级请求时,需要请求自己所在网络的支持,而其所能申请的信用值取决于其所能游说到的网络的支撑能力);这样,家庭便有了网络的支撑,有了聚集社会资源的能力。此网络在计算机中的表示为树模型。当然,此信用计算结果会随时空环境的变化而变化,所以,我们还可以使用多次计算结果的方差、期望、动态曲线等来对信用度计算主体的信用做全方位分析。当然,更重要的是,凭借此信用度,家庭用户可以发行股票、债权等,可以极大的激发全社会的活力。人们可以以家庭为单位,参政议政,让人们更好的融入国家,同时可更好的改进政府组织形态,让国家在充满活力的同时还具有强大的凝聚力。
网络信用值的递推公式如下:

其中,Ei表示节点Ai
的父亲节点(Parent(Ai))到其自身(Ai)的边的权值;此权值由Parent(Ai)来设置,表示其愿意提供的自身以外的网络内资源的支持力度(即愿意提供的社会关系代价);当i=0时,Parent(Ai)=NULL(即Ai为根节点,表示网络信用度计算主体),E0=1;Pi表示节点Ai自身的权值,表示节点Ai的支持力度;此权值由Ai节点自己设置;Ai表示网络中的第i个节点的信用度,表示处于此次网络信用计算中的第i户家庭的信用度;当i=0时,表示此次网络信用度计算主体的信用度,也就是公式1的值。所述公式计过程中,每个节点仅可参与一次计算。
此公式的收敛方式:限制网络节点数目,即设置i的最大取值;或者限制网络深度,即设置网络深度(即树的深度,此网络在计算机中表示为树模型);或者限制最小网络支持力度,即设置Ei的最小值MinEi(当Ei
< MinEi时,停止之后的网络信用度计算)。进一步,也可是以上三种方式的组合。
S2、当用户终端首次登录社群网络时,获取用户终端地理位置信息及用户身份信息完成注册并取得认证。
具体地,当用户终端首次登录社群网络时,说明用户终端地理位置信息及用户身份信息不是社群网络中的一个节点,从而需要获取用户终端地理位置信息及用户身份信息。所述地理位置信息可以通过全球定位系统GPS确定所述用户终端地理位置信息;或者如果用户终端是通过ADSL、有线电视或移动网络进行上网业务,则根据用户终端所在小区的小区识别码ID、通过运营商确定用户终端的地理位置信息;或者获取用户手动输入的地理位置信息。所述用户身份信息可以通过互联网获取所述地理位置所有者的身份信息;或者获取用户手动输入的身份信息。
进一步,所述地址位置信息与用户身份信息是一一对应的,也就是说,每个地理位置信息仅能绑定一个用户的身份信息。所述地理位置信息可以为用户的居住地的地址信息,也可以是其经营场所的地理位置信息,所述地理位置信息可以通过用户采用固定宽带的运行商处得到,也可以通过用户采用室内固定设备登录社群网络时采集,例如采用电视客户端登录社群网络时,绑定电视客户端的地理位置和电视客户端的电视编码,将其绑定作为地理位置信息。
进一步,注册并完成认证包括实名认证过程。例如,社群网络在一固定区域内建立,那么管理员可以预先登记社群内所有住房的地理位置信息到社群服务器;住户入住后,管理员录入此住户的户主身份信息(身份证信息、工作单位、家庭成员等),并将户主身份信息与住房的地理位置信息关联起来,形成一条实名制信息,并激活此条目;住户使用电视客户端登录社群网络时,客户端获取住户的地理位置信息、电视标识信息,发送到社群服务器;社群服务器根据该信息,查询服务器端存储单元是否已存在该住户的实名制信息,若无,则提示输入户主身份信息(户主身份证信息必填,其他信息选填),并生成一条实名制信息,该信息唯一标识该住户(其初始可见空间为空,即信息对外不可见),并激活;若有,则根据该客户端提供的基本信息,判断是否允许其登录,登录后,自动同步需要同步的信息到社群服务器。其也可以为当住户使用电视客户端登录社群网络时,客户端通过电视的定位模块获取住户的地理位置信息、电视标识信息,并提示输入户主身份信息(户主身份证信息必填,其他信息选填),并将这些信息发送到社群服务器;社群服务器根据该信息,查询服务器端存储单元是否已存在该住户的实名制信息,若无,则生成一条实名制信息,该信息唯一标识该住户(其初始可见空间为空,即信息对外不可见),并激活;若有,则根据客户端提供的基本信息,判断是否允许其登录,登录后,自动同步需要同步的信息到社群服务器。其还可以为住户使用电视客户端登录社群网络时,客户端通过电视的定位模块获取住户的地理位置信息、电视标识信息,并提示用户将身份证等含有身份信息的磁卡贴到电视身份识别模块上,电视身份识别模块获取户主的身份信息,并连接公安系统(或其他身份管理系统)进行确认,确认通过后,将信息(地理位置信息、身份信息、电视标识信息)发送到社群服务器;社群服务器根据该信息,查询服务器端存储单元是否已存在该住户的实名制信息,若无,则生成一条实名制信息,该信息唯一标识该住户(其初始可见空间为空,即信息对外不可见),并激活;若有,则根据客户端提供的基本信息,判断是否允许其登录,登录后,自动同步需要同步的信息到社群服务器。
S3、用户终端接收用户输入的用于交互的信息和/或服务,并将其上传至社群服务器,所述用于交互的信息和/或服务存储于所述用户的可见空间内。
具体地,所述可见空间包括主动可见空间和被动可见空间,所述主动可见空间为所述用户主动曝露给其他用户的信息、服务及其状态;所述被动可见空间为其他用户释放给所述用户的各种信息、服务及其状态。也就是说,社群网络为用户分配发布空间和接收空间。发布空间内发布自己需要的信息、服务及其状态,对其发布信息和/或服务进行设定,可以设置所有人可见,也可以设置部分人可见,还可以设置特定人可见。接收空间内显示其他用户发送给用户的各种信息、服务及其状态。
S4、当用户终端通过注册的用户账号登录社群网络时,用户终端通过查找存储于可见空间的信息和/或服务,获取其所需信息和/或服务。
具体地,用户终端通过注册的用户账号登录社群网络,查找自己想要得到的信息和/或服务,也可以查找需要自己提供服务的用户。其还可以通过地理位置信息与其他用户建立连接,通过点击对方ID直接进行互动。
例如,用户乙今日没有时间买菜,或者少买了一种食材,这时,用户乙可登录社群网络,将食品请求输入主动可见空间,用户乙可以主动查看周边有哪些共享食品,例如看看本小区有哪些共享食品;也可以针对某种食品,查找周边是否有相应的共享食品,例如查看周边是否有共享的西红柿。其可以设置自动匹配,也就是社群网络自动将发起食品请求与周边的共享食品信息进行匹配,将匹配结果反馈至发起食品请求的终端。若匹配到与所述食品请求相应的共享食品信息,则将上传所述相应的共享食品信息的冰箱的地理位置信息发送至发起所述食品请求的终端。例如,用户乙发起的食品请求匹配到了用户甲的共享食品信息(西红柿),则会将共享该食品的冰箱的地理位置发送给用户乙,用户乙可根据该地理位置找到共享该食品的用户,根据用户甲的信息登记确定是否从用户甲处得到食品供应,并将结果发送给用户甲。
进一步,所述地理位置信息包括小区、幢、号等信息,以方便用户乙找到该用户甲。当然,也可提供用户甲的电话号码。
本发明还提供了一种基于地理位置信息的社群互联系统,请参照图3,所述系统包括:服务器100和多个客户端200;
所述服务器100,用于存储社群用户的信息;
所述客户端200,用于登录社群服务器,获取客户端的地理位置信息及用户身份信息完成注册并取得认证;接收用户输入的用于交互的信息和/或服务,并将其上传至社群服务器并存储于所述用户的可见空间内;以及查找存储于可见空间的信息和/或服务,获取其所需信息和/或服务。
所述客户端200,通过全球定位系统GPS确定所述用户终端位置的地理位置信息;或者
如果当用户终端通过移动网络进行上网业务,则根据用户终端所在小区的小区识别码ID、通过移动运营商确定用户终端所处位置的地理位置信息;或者
获取用户手动输入的地理位置信息。
上述基于地理位置信息的社群互联系统的单元模块都已经在上述方法中进行了详细介绍,这里就不再赘述了。

- 一种基于地理位置信息的社群互联方法,其中所述基于地理位置信息的社群互联方法包括:以地理位置信息及身份信息为网络节点建立社群网络;当用户终端首次登录社群网络时,获取用户终端的地理位置信息及用户身份信息完成注册并取得认证;用户终端接收用户输入的用于交互的信息和/或服务,并将其上传至社群网络服务器,所述用于交互的信息和/或服务存储于所述用户终端的可见空间;当用户终端通过注册的用户账号登录社群网络时,用户终端通过查找存储于可见空间的信息和/或服务,获取其所需信息和/或服务,具体包括:用户终端查找自己想要得到的信息和/或服务,以及查找需要用户终端提供服务的用户;以及通过地理位置信息与其他用户建立连接,通过点击对方ID直接进行互动。
