一种组播诊断的方法及装置 技术领域
本文涉及但不限于通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种组播诊断的方法及装置。
背景技术
目前运营商固网业务发展迅速,家庭网关设备的使用率越来越高,用户群也越来越大。而家庭网关的三大主流业务是上网、组播和网管,虽然现在每一项业务都开展得比较成熟,但难免会出现故障。现阶段,局方运维人员通过网管系统的网络之间互连的协议IP ping(Ping是Windows、Unix和Linux系统下的一个命令,ping也属于一个通信协议,是网络通讯协议(TCP/IP)协议的一部分,利用“ping”命令可以检查网络是否连通,可以很好地帮助我们分析和判定网络故障)诊断能定位上网业务故障,但是组播故障的诊断一直是技术空白。
随着对多媒体需求的增加,组播业务开展得越来越广泛。在传统的运维流程中,一旦组播业务使用过程中出现问题,需要用户自主报障,由运维人员上门针对终端设备以及相关网络等进行诊断,分析定位故障原因,进而完成故障的修复。有时,组播业务故障是因为上层网络环境变化等引起的,如路由器升级版本等,这类问题即使上门服务也不能得到立即解决,需要修复环境故障后再让用户重新验证。这样就导致了组播故障诊断比较被动,效率较低,时间也比较长等问题。

本发明实施例提供了一种组播诊断的方法及装置,能够提高组播故障诊断的效率,缩短诊断时间。
本发明实施例提供了一种组播诊断的方法,所述方法包括:
在接收到诊断指令时,向上层网络发送组播加入报文,其中,所述组播 加入报文用于请求所述上层网络下发组播流;
根据所述组播加入报文的发送结果,生成诊断报告;
将生成的所述诊断报告上传至指定网管系统。
可选的,所述诊断指令包括:
基于终端的应用程序或者基于用户界面中生成的指令。

本发明实施例提供了一种组播诊断的方法,本发明实施例方法可以应用到家庭网关中,本发明实施例方法包括:在接收到诊断指令时,向上层网络发送组播加入报文,根据组播加入报文的发送结果,生成诊断报告,并将诊断报告上传至指定网管系统;本发明实施例运维人员可以直接在网管系统中查看到诊断报告,从而可以针对性的进行维修处理,这样减少了组播诊断时间,提升了组播故障诊断的效率。
下面通过附图以及实施例对本发明实施例的技术方案做说明,应当理解,本发明实施例以及实施例中的技术特征只是对本发明技术方案的说明,而不是限定,在不冲突的情况下,本发明实施例以及实施例中的技术特征可以相互组合。
如图1所示为本发明实施例中一种组播诊断方法的流程图,该方法包括:
步骤(S,Step)101,在接收到诊断指令时,向上层网络发送组播加入报文;
S102,根据组播加入报文的发送结果,生成诊断报告;
S103,将生成的诊断报告发送至指定网管系统。
本发明实施例方法可以应用到一家庭网关中,该家庭网关可以下挂机顶盒,并且能够向上层网络上传数据以及接收上层网络的数据,该家庭网关可以模拟机顶盒生成组播加入报文,因此可以通过家庭网关来实现对整个组播环境进行诊断,在本发明实施例中可以通过包括如下三种方式来实现对组播环境的检测,
方式一:
如图2所示,在用户家中出现了组播无法播放的故障时,包括:
步骤201、用户上报故障;例如:用户可以直接通过电话向运营商上报故障;
步骤202、网管系统触发组播诊断;例如、运营商在收到故障之后,将指示网管系统向家庭网关下发诊断指令,在该诊断指令中包含了诊断参数。
在家庭网关接收到诊断指令之后,家庭网关将在诊断指令中获取到诊断 参数,在诊断参数中至少包含了组播地址以及指定广域网(WAN)连接。
家庭网关获取到诊断参数之后,家庭网关将自身的配置参数进行重配置,比如说将组播地址进行重配置以及WAN连接进行重配置,这样家庭网关中的配置参数都得到了重配置。
在进行家庭网关进行重配置之后,家庭网关将模拟机顶盒生成组播加入报文,并按照指定WAN连接向重配置的组播地址发送组播加入报文,该组播加入报文用于请求上层网络下发组播流。
步骤203、家庭网关诊断并上报结果,并根据上报结果进行故障处理;可以包括:
在家庭网关向重配置的组播地址发送组播加入报文时,家庭网关会实时的检测组播加入报文是否成功发送至上层网络。若是组播加入报文未成功发送至上层网络,则家庭网关将生成表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告,并将表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告发送至指定网管系统,这样运维人员可以通过查看表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告获知用户家庭中的家庭网关故障,从而运维人员可以针对性的及时的进行维修,不仅节省了诊断时间,并且提升了运维效率。
若是家庭网关成功的向上层网络发送了组播加入报文时,家庭网关将实时的检测是否接收到上层网络下发的组播流,若是接收到上层网络下发的组播流,则家庭网关将确定上层网络正常,而家庭网关下挂的机顶盒故障,从而生成表征机顶盒故障的诊断报告,并将表征机顶盒故障的诊断报告发送至网管系统,从而运维人员可以针对机顶盒故障进行及时的维修处理。
若是家庭网关未接收到上层网络下发的组播流时,家庭网关将确定上层网络故障,而家庭网关下挂的机顶盒正常,此时家庭网关将生成表征上层网络故障的诊断报告,家庭网关将表征上层网络故障的诊断报告发送至网管系统。从而运维人员可以针对上层网络故障进行及时的维修处理。
步骤204、确定完成故障修复时,结束流程。
可选的,在本发明实施例中,为了保证准确的对上层网络的故障进行定位,在诊断指令中还包含了超时时间,该家庭网关也将重配置该超时时间。 当家庭网关向上层网络成功的发送了组播加入报文之后,该家庭网关会在超时时间内检测是否接收到上层网络洗发的组播流,若是在超时时间内接收到组播流,则家庭网关确定上层网络正常,若是在超时时间内未接收到组播流,则家庭网关确定上层网络故障。
这里还需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,当检测到家庭网关向上层网络发送组播加入报文失败时,该诊断流程结束,家庭网关将基于诊断状态、和/或组播地址、和/或组播加入报文数、和/或组播离开报文数,生成表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告。这样运维人员能够更加清楚获取故障原因。
家庭网关在超时时间内接收到组播流时,诊断流程结束,此时上层网络的频道状态为在线,家庭网关将基于诊断状态、和/或频道状态、和/或组播地址、和/或超时时间、和/或组播加入报文数、和/或组播离开报文数生成表征机顶盒故障的诊断报告。这样运维人员能够更加清楚获取故障原因。
家庭网关在超时时间内未接收到组播流时,诊断流程结束,此时上层网络的频道状态为离线,家庭网关将基于诊断状态、和/或频道状态、和/或组播地址、和/或超时时间、和/或组播加入报文数、和/或组播离开报文数生成表征上层网络故障的诊断报告。这样运维人员能够更加清楚获取故障原因。
需要说明的是,生成表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告一般包含诊断状态即可,组播地址、组播加入报文数、组播离开报文数可以不用添加到诊断报告中;如果需要,家庭网关可以进行内部接口、进程、配置等检测,进一步定位故障原因,并给出建议,如重启或拔插上行线等。机顶盒故障的诊断报告和上层网络故障的诊断报告一般包括诊断状态和频道状态两项内容,通过诊断状态和频道状态可以区分是机顶盒故障的诊断报告,还是上层网络故障。
方式二:
如图3所示,在用户家中出现了组播无法播放的故障时,可以包括:
步骤301、通过用户界面触发组播诊断;例如、用户可以在家庭网关的用户界面中进行对应的操作来触发组播诊断,也就是在用户界面中指示存在故障。
家庭网关基于用户在用户界面中的操作,直接向运营商上报故障,运营 商在收到故障之后,将指示网管系统向家庭网关下发诊断指令,在该诊断指令中包含了诊断参数。
在家庭网关接收到诊断指令之后,家庭网关将在诊断指令中获取到诊断参数,在诊断参数中至少包含了组播地址以及指定WAN连接。
家庭网关获取到诊断参数之后,家庭网关将自身的配置参数进行重配置,比如说将组播地址进行重配置以及WAN连接进行重配置,这样家庭网关中的配置参数都得到了重配置。
步骤302、家庭网关诊断并上报诊断结果,并根据诊断结果进行处理;可以包括:
在进行家庭网关进行重配置之后,家庭网关将模拟机顶盒生成组播加入报文,并按照指定WAN连接向重配置的组播地址发送组播加入报文,该组播加入报文用于请求上层网络下发组播流。
在家庭网关向重配置的组播地址发送组播加入报文时,家庭网关会实时的检测组播加入报文是否成功发送至上层网络。若是组播加入报文未成功发送至上层网络,则家庭网关将生成表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告,并将表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告发送至指定网管系统,这样运维人员可以通过查看表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告获知用户家庭中的家庭网关故障,从而运维人员可以针对性的及时的进行维修,不仅节省了诊断时间,并且提升了运维效率。

若是家庭网关未接收到上层网络下发的组播流时,家庭网关将确定上层网络故障,而家庭网关下挂的机顶盒正常,此时家庭网关将生成表征上层网络故障的诊断报告,家庭网关将表征上层网络故障的诊断报告发送至网管系统。从而运维人员可以针对上层网络故障进行及时的维修处理。
步骤303、确定完成故障修复,结束流程。

如图4所示,在用户家中出现了组播无法播放的故障时,可以包括:
步骤401、用户通过与家庭网关连接应用触发组播诊断;例如、用户可以直接通过与家庭网关连接手机的应用(App)中进行对应的操作来触发组播诊断。
步骤402、家庭网关进行组播诊断;
家庭网关接收到手机发来的指示时,家庭网关向运营商上报故障,运营商在收到故障之后,将指示网管系统向家庭网关下发诊断指令,在该诊断指令中包含了诊断参数。
在家庭网关接收到诊断指令之后,家庭网关将在诊断指令中获取到诊断参数,在诊断参数中至少包含了组播地址以及指定WAN连接。
家庭网关获取到诊断参数之后,家庭网关将自身的配置参数进行重配置,比如说将组播地址进行重配置以及WAN连接进行重配置,这样家庭网关中的配置参数都得到了重配置。

步骤404、确定完成故障修复时,结束流程;可以包括:在整个诊断流程结束之后,家庭网关将向网管系统上报诊断结束的信息,这样整个诊断流程结束。
基于上述的三种方式,在本发明实施例中,家庭网关在接收到诊断指令时,家庭网关会向上层网络发送组播加入报文,根据组播加入报文的发送结果,生成诊断报告,并将诊断报告上传至指定网管系统,这样运维人员可以直接在网管系统中查看到诊断报告,从而可以针对性的进行维修处理,这样减少了组播诊断时间,提升了组播故障诊断的效率。
本发明实施例方法还包括:

若检测到向所述上层网络发送所述组播加入报文失败时,根据诊断状态、和/或频道状态、和/或组播地址、和/或超时时间、和/或组播加入报文数、和/ 或组播离开报文数,生成表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告;
若检测到在所述超时时间内接收到所述组播流,则向所述上层网络发送组播离开报文,并将频道状态设置为在线,其中,所述组播离开报文用于指示所述上层网络停止下发组播流;根据诊断状态、和/或频道状态、和/或组播地址、和/或超时时间、和/或组播加入报文数、和/或组播离开报文数,生成所述表征机顶盒故障的诊断报告;
若检测到在超时时间内未接收到组播流,根据诊断状态、和/或频道状态、和/或组播地址、和/或超时时间、和/或组播加入报文数、和/或组播离开报文数,生成表征上层网络故障的诊断报告。
可选的,本发明实施例装置还包括处理模块,
处理模块设置为:若生成模块检测到接收到上层网络下发的组播流,则向上层网络发送组播离开报文,并将频道状态设置为在线;其中,组播离开报文用于指示上层网络停止下发组播流。

上述技术方案减少了组播诊断的时间,提升了组播故障诊断的效率。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种组播诊断的方法,所述方法包括:
    在接收到诊断指令时,向上层网络发送组播加入报文,其中,所述组播加入报文用于请求所述上层网络下发组播流;
    根据所述组播加入报文的发送结果,生成诊断报告;
    将生成的所述诊断报告上传至指定网管系统。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述诊断指令包括:
    基于终端的应用程序或者基于用户界面中生成的指令。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述诊断指令中包括组播地址、指定广域网WAN连接的诊断参数;所述向上层网络发送组播加入报文包括:
    在接收到诊断指令时,从所述诊断指令中获取所述诊断指令中的诊断参数;
    根据所述诊断参数,按照所述指定WAN连接向所述组播地址发送所述组播加入报文。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述生成诊断报告包括:
    若检测到向所述上层网络发送所述组播加入报文失败时,生成表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告;
    若检测到向所述上层网络发送所述组播加入报文成功时,根据所述诊断指令中的超时时间,检测在所述超时时间内是否接收到所述上层网络下发的组播流;
    若检测到在所述超时时间内接收到所述组播流,则生成表征机顶盒故障的诊断报告;
    若检测到在所述超时时间内未接收到所述组播流,则生成表征上层网络故障的诊断报告;
    将生成的所述诊断报告发送至所述网管系统。
  5. 如权利要求1~3任一项所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    若接收到所述组播流,则向所述上层网络发送组播离开报文,并将频道状态设置为在线;其中,所述组播离开报文用于指示所述上层网络停止下发组播流。
  6. 如权利要求1~3所述的方法,其中,所述诊断报告包括:
    根据诊断状态、和/或频道状态、和/或组播地址、和/或超时时间、和/或组播加入报文数、和/或组播离开报文数,生成的报告。
  7. 一种组播诊断的装置,包括:
    发送模块,设置为在接收到诊断指令时,向上层网络发送组播加入报文,其中,所述组播加入报文用于请求所述上层网络下发组播流;
    生成模块,设置为根据所述组播加入报文的发送结果,生成诊断报告;
    上传模块,设置为将生成的所述诊断报告上传至指定网管系统。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块是设置为,接收到基于终端的应用程序或者基于用户界面中生成的诊断指令时,向上层网络发送组播加入报文。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述诊断指令中包括组播地址、指定广域网WAN连接的诊断参数,所述发送模块是设置为,接收到诊断指令时,从所述诊断指令中获取所述诊断指令的诊断参数;
    根据所述诊断参数,按照所述指定WAN连接向所述组播地址发送所述组播加入报文。
  10. 如权利要求7~9任一项所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块是设置为:
    若检测到向所述上层网络发送所述组播加入报文失败时,生成表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告;
    若检测到向所述上层网络发送所述组播加入报文成功时,根据所述诊断指令中的超时时间,检测在所述超时时间内是否接收到所述上层网络下发的组播流;若检测到在所述超时时间内接收到所述组播流,则生成表征机顶盒故障的诊断报告;若检测到在所述超时时间内未接收到所述组播流,则生成表征上层网络故障的诊断报告;
    所述上传模块是设置为,将生成的所述诊断报告发送至所述网管系统。
  11. 如权利要求7~9任一项所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块是设置为:
    若检测到向所述上层网络发送所述组播加入报文失败时,根据诊断状态、和/或频道状态、和/或组播地址、和/或超时时间、和/或组播加入报文数、和/或组播离开报文数,生成表征家庭网关故障的诊断报告;
    若检测到在所述超时时间内接收到所述组播流,则向所述上层网络发送组播离开报文,并将频道状态设置为在线,其中,所述组播离开报文用于指示所述上层网络停止下发组播流;根据诊断状态、和/或频道状态、和/或组播地址、和/或超时时间、和/或组播加入报文数、和/或组播离开报文数,生成所述表征机顶盒故障的诊断报告;
    若检测到在所述超时时间内未接收到所述组播流,根据诊断状态、和/或频道状态、和/或组播地址、和/或超时时间、和/或组播加入报文数、和/或组播离开报文数,生成表征上层网络故障的诊断报告。
  12. 如权利要求7~9所述的装置,所述装置还包括处理模块,
    处理模块设置为:若生成模块检测到接收到上层网络下发的所述组播流,则向所述上层网络发送组播离开报文,并将频道状态设置为在线;其中,所述组播离开报文用于指示所述上层网络停止下发组播流。
