Description

一种显示设备的壁挂装置及显示设备
本申请要求在2015年09月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201520757122.5、发明名称为“一种显示设备的壁挂装置及显示设备”的中国专利申请的优先权，其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及显示设备安装技术领域，特别是涉及一种显示设备的壁挂装置及显示设备。
背景技术
电视挂架是专为平板电视机、液晶电视机挂于墙壁而设计的电视机周边设备，它广泛应用于家庭、办公室、会议厅、展览馆、酒店、机场、火车站、医院、巴士站和购物广场等场所。
目前，在采用挂架安装电视机时，往往都是很简单地将电视机挂装于挂架上，当有外力误碰电视机时，可能会发生电视机从挂架上脱落的意外，从而损坏电视机甚至造成人身伤害。
发明内容
本发明提供一种显示设备的壁挂装置及显示设备，以提高显示设备壁挂安装的安全可靠性。
本发明提供一种显示设备的壁挂装置，包括：用于与墙壁固定连接的墙壁固定件、用于与显示设备本体固定连接的显示设备固定件，以及挂装件，其中：所述墙壁固定件具有槽口向上的第一挂钩；所述挂装件与所述显示设备固定件固定连接，具有用于与所述第一挂钩挂接的第一限位块，以及位于所述第一限位块下方的第二限位块。
优选的，所述显示设备固定件与所述显示设备通过紧固件固定连接，且所述紧固件位于所述显示设备固定件与所述显示设备本体之间的部分套设有橡胶支撑套。
优选的，所述墙壁固定件横向设置，所述显示设备固定件和所述挂装件纵向设置。
优选的，所述挂装件和所述显示设备固定件的数量相同，且至少为两个；所述墙壁固定件的第一挂钩至少为两个。
优选的，所述墙壁固定件具有挂接板，所述挂装件还具有挂接于挂接板且槽口向下的第二挂钩。
优选的，所述挂接板具有挂接限位口，所述第二挂钩挂接于所述挂接板的所述挂接限位口。
优选的，所述挂接板还具有导向挂接限位口的挂接导向口。
在本发明技术方案中，第一挂钩与第一限位块的挂接能够使显示设备本体在受到背向墙壁方向的外力碰撞时不易从壁挂装置上脱落，第二限位块可以使显示设备本体受到向上方向的外力碰撞时不易从壁挂装置上脱落。因此，相比较现有技术，本发明提供的显示设备的壁挂装置更加安全可靠。
本发明还提供一种显示设备，所述显示设备包括显示设备本体和前述任一项技术方案所述的显示设备的壁挂装置。采用该壁挂装置的显示设备本体不容易在外力的作用下从壁挂装置上脱落，因此显示设备具有较佳的安装可靠性。

如图1、图3和图4所示，本发明实施例提供了一种显示设备的壁挂装置，包括：用于与墙壁8固定连接的墙壁固定件1、用于与显示设备本体固定连接的显示设备固定件3，以及挂装件2，其中：墙壁固定件具有槽口向上的第一挂钩12；挂装件2与显示设备固定件3固定连接，具有用于与第一挂钩12挂接的第一限位块11，以及位于第一限位块11下方的第二限位块13。
图5是第一挂钩与第一限位块挂接后的壁挂装置示意图，其中第一挂钩12与第一限位块11挂接，第二限位块13位于第一挂钩12的正下方。
本发明实施例提供的显示设备的壁挂装置可以应用在家庭、办公室、会议厅、展览馆、酒店、机场、火车站、医院、巴士站和购物广场等场所。
显示设备本体的具体类型不限，例如可以为电视机、电脑显示器，显示屏等。
本发明实施例提供的显示设备的壁挂装置中第一挂钩与第一限位块的挂接能够使显示设备本体在受到背向墙壁方向的外力碰撞时不易从壁挂装置上脱落，第二限位块可以使显示设备本体受到向上方向的外力碰撞时不易从壁挂装置上脱落。因此，相比较现有技术，本发明实施例提供的显示设备的壁挂装置更加安全可靠。
如图1和图2所示，在本发明实施例的技术方案中，显示设备固定件3与显示设备本体通过紧固件5固定连接，且紧固件位于显示设备固定件3与显示设备本体9之间的部分套设有橡胶支撑套4。橡胶支撑套可以保证显示设备本体9的上部和下部在竖直平面上，橡胶支撑套的长度根据显示设备上部和下部的厚度差决定。
如图2所示，显示设备固定件3与挂装件2通过紧固件10固定连接，墙壁固定件1与墙壁8通过紧固件6和紧固件7连接，在本发明实施例中，紧固件6为螺丝，紧固件7为螺母。
如图1所示，在本发明实施例的技术方案中，墙壁固定件1横向设置，显示设备固定件3和挂装件2纵向设置。
如图1和图4所示，在本发明实施例的技术方案中，挂装件2和显示设备固定件3的数量都为两个；墙壁固定件1上的第一挂钩12也为两个，与挂装件2的数量相对应。在实际应用中，挂装件和显示设备固定件的数量相同，但并不局限于一个或者两个。墙壁固定件上的第一挂钩数量也不局限于两个，但是每个第一挂钩均与一个挂装件对应设置。
如图3和图4所示，墙壁固定件1具有挂接板14，挂装件2还具有挂接于挂接板且槽口向下的第二挂钩15。挂装件通过第二挂钩挂接于挂接板，挂接板是墙壁固定件的上端部分。
如图4所示，在本发明实施例中，挂接板14具有挂接限位口16，第二挂钩15挂接于挂接板14的挂接限位口16。挂接限位口可以起到对挂装件的限位作用，从而保证显示设备本体在受到左右方向的外力碰撞时不易脱落。
在将挂接件挂接于墙壁固定件的过程中，需要将挂接件的第二挂钩挂装于墙壁固定件的挂接板上的挂接限位口，并且将挂接件的第一限位块移动到墙壁固定件上的第一挂钩的正上方。为了准确定位，在本发明实施例中，如图4所示，挂接板14还具有导向挂接限位口16的挂接导向口17。挂接板先挂接于挂接导向口，然后水平方向移动至挂接限位口，此时，挂接件的第一 限位块位于第一挂钩的正上方，最后，将挂装件下移，第一挂钩与第一限位块挂接，完成装配。设置挂接导向口有助于更加方便地安装。
采用图1所示的壁挂装置安装显示设备本体时的具体操作步骤如下：
第一步：将显示设备固定件与显示设备本体通过紧固件固定，将挂装件与显示设备固定件通过紧固件固定；
第二步：将墙壁固定件与墙壁通过紧固件固定；(第一步和第二步次序可以互换)
第三步：如图6所示，将挂装件与墙壁固定件挂装于挂接导向口；
第四步：将挂装件从挂接导向口处平移至挂接限位口处，如图7所示。
第五步：将挂装件向下移动，将第一限位块挂接于第一挂钩，如图8所示。
安装完毕的显示设备的壁挂装置如图1所示。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示设备，显示设备包括显示设备本体和前述任一项技术方案的显示设备的壁挂装置。采用该壁挂装置的显示设备本体不容易在外力的作用下从壁挂装置上脱落，因此显示设备具有较佳的安装可靠性。
最后应说明的是：以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案，而非对其限制；尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解：其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改，或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换；而这些修改或者替换，并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种显示设备的壁挂装置，其特征在于，包括：用于与墙壁固定连接的墙壁固定件、用于与显示设备本体固定连接的显示设备固定件，以及挂装件，其中：
    所述墙壁固定件具有槽口向上的第一挂钩；
    所述挂装件与所述显示设备固定件固定连接，具有用于与所述第一挂钩挂接的第一限位块，以及位于所述第一限位块下方的第二限位块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述显示设备固定件与所述显示设备通过紧固件固定连接，且所述紧固件位于所述显示设备固定件与所述显示设备本体之间的部分套设有橡胶支撑套。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述墙壁固定件横向设置，所述显示设备固定件和所述挂装件纵向设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述挂装件和所述显示设备固定件的数量相同，且至少为两个；所述墙壁固定件的第一挂钩至少为两个。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述墙壁固定件具有挂接板，所述挂装件还具有挂接于挂接板且槽口向下的第二挂钩。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示设备的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述挂接板具有挂接限位口，所述第二挂钩挂接于所述挂接板的所述挂接限位口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示设备的壁挂装置，其特征在于，所述挂接板还具有导向挂接限位口的挂接导向口。
  8. 一种显示设备，其特征在于，包括显示设备本体和根据权利要求1～7任一项所述的显示设备的壁挂装置。
