Description

LED射灯 技术领域
本申请涉及发光二极管领域,尤其涉及一种LED射灯。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)作为一种绿色环保的发光半导体,其因节能环保、光效高等特点,被广泛用于照明、显示等多个领域。
在照明时,采用LED光源的射灯其通常仅朝一个方向设置有透光开口,使射灯仅只能朝一个方向照射,形成集中的光束。当因场景需要对同一片区域采用不同颜色的光束进行照射时,通常需要排布两个或更多数量的射灯来达到这种色彩更替的效果,从而制造成本较高。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决上述技术问题之一。
本申请提供一种LED射灯,包括:LED光源,以及设置所述LED光源的基座,所述LED光源包括:具有至少两个延伸部的灯板以及设置于所述延伸部上的LED发光芯片,所述基座包括:安装基体以及至少两个从所述安装基体不同方向延伸出且具有透光开口的照射筒,每个所述延伸部设置于对应的一个所述照射筒中。
进一步地,所述基座具有两个所述照射筒,每个所述照射筒中心轴线在同一直线上或呈一定夹角。
进一步地,所述基座具有至少三个所述照射筒,相邻的每个所述照射筒中心轴线之间呈一定夹角。
进一步地,所述照射筒呈直筒状。
进一步地,所述照射筒内径沿光线照射方向逐渐变大。
进一步地,所述透光开口处设置有光学透镜。
进一步地,所述光学透镜为内部阶梯状分布且具有菲涅耳条纹的菲涅耳透镜。
进一步地,所述灯板上设置有用于控制所述LED发光芯片工作的控制器。
进一步地,所述基座通过旋转轴与一安装支架旋转式固定以更换所述照射筒进行照射。
本申请的有益效果是:
通过提供一种LED射灯,包括:LED光源,以及设置所述LED光源的基座,所述LED光 源包括:具有至少两个延伸部的灯板以及设置于所述延伸部上的LED发光芯片,所述基座包括:安装基体以及至少两个从所述安装基体不同方向延伸出且具有透光开口的照射筒,每个所述延伸部设置于对应的一个所述照射筒中。这样,采用同一LED射灯可以满足对需要照射的位置变换不同照射筒中的LED发光芯片进行照射的需求,从而提高LED射灯的应用灵活性。

请参考图1,本实施例提供了一种LED射灯,其主要可为需照射区域提供光束。
而上述LED射灯主要包括:LED光源1,以及设置LED光源1的基座2,LED光源1包括:具有至少两个延伸部111的灯板11以及设置于延伸部111上的LED发光芯片12。延伸部111属于灯板11的一部分,延伸部111通过板上的电路与灯板11的主体相电连通而供电并可接收控制信号。
基座2包括:安装基体21以及至少两个从安装基体21不同方向延伸出且具有透光开口221的照射筒22,每个延伸部111设置于对应的一个照射筒22中。
这样,通过调整照射筒的照射位置,采用同一LED射灯可以满足对需要照射的位置变换不同照射筒中的LED发光芯片进行照射的需求,从而提高LED射灯的应用灵活性。
在一个具体应用中,基座2具有两个照射筒22,每个照射筒22中心轴线在同一直线上或呈一定夹角,夹角角度可为60度、90度、120度等。
在另一个具体应用中,基座2具有至少三个照射筒22,例如3个、4个、6个等,相邻的每个照射筒22中心轴线之间呈一定夹角,夹角角度可为30度、60度等。
而作为一种实施例,照射筒22呈直筒状,或,照射筒22内径沿光线照射方向逐渐变大。
作为一种优选实施方式,透光开口221处设置有光学透镜,可提升聚光效果。具体地,光学透镜可为内部阶梯状分布且具有菲涅耳条纹的菲涅耳透镜。
为了实现至少两个LED发光芯片12的控制,灯板11上设置有用于控制LED发光芯片工作的控制器。
而为了实现照射筒的更替,基座可通过旋转轴与一安装支架旋转式固定以更换照射筒进行照射。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种LED射灯,包括:LED光源,以及设置所述LED光源的基座,其特征在于,所述LED光源包括:具有至少两个延伸部的灯板以及设置于所述延伸部上的LED发光芯片,所述基座包括:安装基体以及至少两个从所述安装基体不同方向延伸出且具有透光开口的照射筒,每个所述延伸部设置于对应的一个所述照射筒中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述基座具有两个所述照射筒,每个所述照射筒中心轴线在同一直线上或呈一定夹角。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述基座具有至少三个所述照射筒,相邻的每个所述照射筒中心轴线之间呈一定夹角。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述照射筒呈直筒状。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述照射筒内径沿光线照射方向逐渐变大。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述透光开口处设置有光学透镜。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述光学透镜为内部阶梯状分布且具有菲涅耳条纹的菲涅耳透镜。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述灯板上设置有用于控制所述LED发光芯片工作的控制器。
  9. 如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述基座通过旋转轴与一安装支架旋转式固定以更换所述照射筒进行照射。
