Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système qui convertit des transactions d'achat en espèces habituelles en une transaction bancaire au niveau du point de vente. Elle concerne des acheteurs effectuant des achats en espèces, c'est-à-dire des consommateurs, ayant l'option de déposer électroniquement leur rendu de monnaie sur un compte d'épargne ou sur un autre type de compte auprès d'une institution financière au niveau du point de vente. Le compte est lié à la carte de transaction de rendu de monnaie à bande magnétique du consommateur; la bande magnétique est placée sur la carte de transaction de rendu de monnaie magnétique automatisée.
