Abstract

The invention relates to the field of data processing, and more specifically to electronic devices for communication between sellers and buyers of goods and/or services, which devices include a server having a voice communication module for communication between buyers and sellers, and a module for exchanging data via a unified network with the client devices of sellers and buyers, said client devices having a graphical display and being connected to a computing module which processes data. The electronic communication device has a database of contact numbers of buyers and sellers, and the voice communication module has a unit for switching one of the following signals sent from the voice communication module: a signal for establishing contact with a seller using only one indicated contact number; a plurality of simultaneously transmitted signals for establishing contact with a seller via a plurality of contact numbers of said seller; the alternating transmission of signals for establishing contact with a seller via a plurality of contact numbers of said seller; a signal for establishing contact with a buyer via the buyer's contact number; a plurality of simultaneously transmitted signals for establishing contact with a buyer via a plurality of contact numbers of said buyer; the alternating transmission of signals for establishing contact with a buyer via a plurality of contact numbers of said buyer. The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to the field of data processing, and more particularly to electronic communication devices between sellers and buyers of goods and / or services, including a server having a voice communication module configured to voice communication between sellers and customers, a data exchange module by means of integrated networks with client devices of sellers and buyers having a graphical display, said modules being connected to a computing module processing the data.

In the present description, the following terms are accepted:

Seller - a person who provides services or offers goods for sale or, in a broader sense, engages in any activity, including non-profit, but distributes certain information, for which it places an information message inviting an unlimited circle of people to apply for a service or goods or to obtain information of a different kind. That is, it is the same as the advertiser, manager, dispatcher, employee of the organization.

In this description, it is understood that different managers of the same legal entity, selling goods or providing services from the same address or from one site, are combined into one concept of "seller". This is obvious, since for the buyer, any responding representative of the seller is the seller. It is clear that these may be different users with different devices and having different contact and telephone numbers. Therefore, one seller can have many contacts or phone numbers for voice communication.

Buyer - a person who is interested in a seller’s product or service, as well as in any other kind of information, and who turns to the seller for this information. That is, it is the same as the client, the consumer.

Server (eng. Server) - an electronic device that performs service functions at the request of the client, giving him access to certain resources. For the purposes of this description, a server is considered having a permanent connection to a federated network that can transmit data to the server client devices. The server can process this data and transfer the processing result back to the client device.

The combined network, as well as all connections between all modules and blocks, include various topologies, configurations, and layouts of the components of the interconnect, configured to interconnect corporate, global, and local area networks, and includes, without limitation, traditional wired, Wireless, satellite, optical and equivalent network technologies.

Contact communication module is a server module that can transmit data via regular telephone or cellular lines, a radio channel or through digital data channels, which is called IP telephony (IP telephony) - IP telephony. IP-telephony means a set of communication protocols, technologies and methods that provide traditional telephony dialing, dialing and two-way voice communication, as well as video communication over the Internet or any other IP-based networks. The signal is transmitted digitally through the communication channel and, as a rule, is converted (compressed) before transmission in order to remove excess information and reduce the load on the data transmission network. Advantageously, a contact communication module refers to a module providing telephone communication necessary for voice or voice contact, which can be provided by any known method — a traditional telephone line, cellular communication, radio channel, IP telephony.

A graphic active element is a signal corresponding to a set of pixels on a graphic display screen that form a single group, for example, a window, an inscription, a button, when you hover over it with a trackball, mouse, fingers (in the case of a touch screen) or in another similar way, you can activate sending signal to the module connected to the graphic element.

A data exchange module is a server module specially designed for input or output of digital data from external devices or to external devices that can be connected to the server.

A computing module is a server module, which is a microprocessor specially adapted for signal processing. A database or a database storage module is a server module that stores data corresponding to this data module, which can be executed as a hard disk drive or as flash memory, which refers to semiconductors of electrically reprogrammable memory .

However, some modules can be combined in separate implementations. For example, different databases can be stored in one memory module.

In general, the client device of a buyer or seller can be any form of computing platform that connects to a network, such as an integrated network and allows interaction with application programs. Typical examples of individual client devices include, but are not limited to, stationary and portable personal computers, “smart” cell phones, (in English, a smartphone), lightweight clients, workstations, “dumb” terminals connected to the application server, and their various layouts and configurations, that is, both physical devices for interacting in communication interaction systems, and virtual devices implemented on programmable computers computer devices, and having a software interface for the implementation of communication functions.

The prior art.

Currently, the Internet is increasingly used in all areas, including telephony, which is used to organize voice communication between sellers and buyers. Indeed, the seller, placing advertisements or information about himself on the Internet, having only one telephone line for communication, may find himself in a situation where he will lose his client as soon as the line is busy. But the organization of an additional communication channel through digital voice data transmission solves this problem.

It is well known in the art that an electronic communication device between sellers and buyers of goods and / or services, including a server having a voice communication module configured to voice communication between sellers and customers, a data exchange module through an integrated network with client devices of sellers and customers with a graphical display, and these modules are connected to a computing module that processes data (see the description of the patent for the invention of the Russian Federation N ° 2562972 published September 10, 2015). It uses a telephone communication module as a voice communication module.

This device is the closest in technical essence to the claimed invention and is taken as a prototype to the proposed invention.

The disadvantage of this device is that with it you cannot automatically, depending on the need and the set mode, switch the signals transmitted to the customer’s client device that would correspond to different ones at different times, namely, sending signals to the seller and the buyer simultaneously or simultaneously, simultaneously, single or alternately sending a signal to both the seller and the buyer on their client devices. Indeed, the device described in the prior art cannot change the mode of operation in order to realize that, for example, the seller has a lot of contact information, and if you try to make contact by sorting through it, it may take a lot of time if no one answers the first or on the first two calls. Then the buyer may refuse to wait further, which is unacceptable.

Disclosure of the invention.

Based on this original observation, the present invention mainly aims to offer an electronic communication device between sellers and buyers of goods and / or services, including a server having a voice communication module configured to voice communication between sellers and buyers, a data exchange module through an integrated network with client devices of sellers and buyers having a graphical display, said modules being connected to a computing module, processing m data, allowing at least to smooth out at least one of the above disadvantages, namely to provide increased ease of use of an electronic device due to the ability to switch the number and type of sent signals to client devices of sellers and buyers, which is the technical task . To achieve this, the electronic communication device has a database of contact numbers of buyers and sellers of goods and / or services connected to a computing module, and a voice communication module with buyers and sellers is connected to a database of contact numbers for voice communications of buyers and sellers of goods and / or services , and is configured to connect the seller by his first answering voice contact number and the buyer by his first answering voice contact number customer, and has a block for switching sent signals from the voice module, configured to switch the sending module of the voice communication of one of the following signals:

• a signal for establishing communication with the seller by only one specified contact number from the database of contact numbers for voice communication between buyers and sellers;

• a set of simultaneously transmitted signals to establish communication with the seller on the set of contact numbers of the seller from the database of contact numbers for voice communication of buyers and sellers;

• sending alternate signals to establish communication with the seller through a variety of contact numbers of the seller from the database of contact numbers for voice communication between buyers and sellers;

· A signal to establish communication with the buyer by his contact number from the database of contact numbers for voice communication of buyers and sellers;

• a set of simultaneously transmitted signals to establish communication with a buyer by a plurality of contact numbers of a buyer from a database of contact numbers for voice communication between buyers and sellers;

• sending signals one by one to establish communication with the buyer by the set of contact numbers of the buyer from the database of contact numbers for voice communication between buyers and sellers.

Thanks to such advantageous characteristics, it becomes possible to change the signals sent to the client devices of the buyer or seller corresponding to the call by contact information. Indeed, it becomes very convenient if necessary to switch the sent signal from the electronic device to the client device of the seller or buyer, allowing depending on the use of the proposed device to use many options. For example, when there are many contacts data of the buyer and you need to configure the operation of the electronic device for speedy dialing to the seller by simultaneously dialing all his contact information.

There is also an embodiment of the invention in which the voice communication module with buyers and sellers has a signal re-sending unit when it is not possible to establish a connection between the seller and the buyer connected to the signal switching unit from the voice communication module.

Thanks to this advantageous feature, it is possible to automatically resend the signal when it is not possible to establish a connection between the seller and the buyer. This is very convenient for the buyer and seller, as the device automatically repeats attempts to establish a connection.

There is also such an embodiment of the invention in which the re-sending unit of the signal has a database of the delay time for sending the re-signal when it is not possible to establish a connection between the seller and the buyer.

Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it is possible to adjust the parameters of the reconnection. Indeed, in some cases it is very convenient when the device attempts to reconnect after 5 seconds, and in some after 50.

According to figure 1, an electronic communication device between sellers and buyers of goods and / or services includes a server 1 having a voice communication module 2 with buyers and sellers, a data exchange module 3 through an integrated network 4 with client devices sellers 5 and with client devices 6 customers having a graphic display 7, said modules 2, 3 being connected to a computing module 8 processing the data.

The implementation of the invention.

An electronic device for communication between sellers and buyers works as follows. (A non-limiting embodiment is provided). According to figure 2:

Industrial applicability.

The proposed electronic communication device between sellers and buyers has a clear purpose, can be carried out by a specialist in practice and, when implemented, ensures the implementation of the declared purpose. The feasibility of a specialist in practice follows from the fact that for each feature included in the claims on the basis of the description, the material equivalent is known, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "industrial applicability" and the criterion of "completeness of disclosure" for the invention are met.

In accordance with the invention, the applicant made a prototype electronic device for communication between sellers and buyers, which was performed on the basis of standard microprocessors and memory modules, wired and wireless connections.

The pilot operation of this device showed that with its help it is possible:

- transmit signals from the client’s client device to the server, regarding the communication request,

- transmit signals from the server to the customer’s client device, regarding the request for contact information, - carry out the transmission of signals from the client device of the buyer to the server, regarding the introduction of contact information into the server database,

- when the server tries to establish communication between the buyer and the seller, transmit signals to client devices of the buyer and seller, in one of the options, namely transmission:

• a signal to establish communication with the buyer by his contact number from the database of contact numbers for voice communication of buyers and sellers;

Thus, due to the above effects, the claimed technical result is achieved, namely: improving the usability of the electronic device due to the ability to switch the number and type of sent signals to client devices of sellers and buyers.
