란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법에서, 란탄계 전구체 및 전이 금속 전구체를 용매 내에서 제1 온도에서 열분해시켜, 예비 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크 및 전이 금속 입자 응집체를 각각 형성한다. 상기 용매 내에 에천트를 공급하여 상기 예비 란탄족 산화물 나노 디스크 및 상기 전이 금속 입자 응집체로부터 란탄계 산화물 단위체 및 전이 금속 단위체로 변환시킨다. 이후, 상기 전이 금속 단위체를 크기 조절자로서 이용하여 상기 란탄족 산화물 단위체를 성장시켜 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크를 형성한다.

Description

란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법
본 발명은 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 여러 물질로 이루어진 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크를 범용적으로 제조할 수 있는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
균일한 나노입자 합성 방법 개발은 나노기술 분야에서 중요한 쟁점 중의 하나이다. 특히 특정 물질에 최적화된 합성방법이 아닌 동일한 합성 조건에서 간단하게 여러 종류의 물질을 합성할 수 있는 범용적인 방법의 개발에 대한 연구가 다양하게 진행 중에 있다.
지금까지 균일한 나노입자의 합성을 위해 핫 인젝션 제조법(Hot-injection method)과 히트업 제조법(Heat-up method), 침지 숙성 제조법(Digestive-Ripening method)이 많이 이용되어 왔다.
특히, 란탄족 산화물 나노 입자를 형성하는 경우, 지금까지 핫 인젝션 제조법(Hot-injection method)에 대하여 알려지지 않고 있다. 이는, 상기 핫 인젝션 제조법에서 사용되는 란탄계 산화물의 산소 소스로서 기능하는 전구체를 발견하는 데 어려움이 있기 때문이다.
따라서, 란탄족 산화물 나노 입자를 형성하기 위한 히트업 제조법(Heat-up method)에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 나노 결정의 크기, 형태 및 분포를 조절하는 데 여전히 어려움이 있다. 이 또한, 적절한 반응성과 좁은 산포를 갖도록 적절한 전구체를 선택하는 것이 매우 복잡하기 때문이다.
특히, 균일한 크기 및 형태를 갖는 란탄족 산화물 나노입자를 가지며, 여러 종류의 란탄계 산화물에 포괄적으로 적용될 수 있는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법이 요구되고 있다.
본 발명의 일 목적은 여러 종류의 란탄계 산화물에 범용적으로 적용될 수 있으며 균일한 크기 및 형태를 갖는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크를 제조할 수 있는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법에서, 란탄계 전구체 및 전이 금속 전구체를 용매 내에서 제1 온도에서 열분해시켜, 예비 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크 및 전이 금속 입자 응집체를 각각 형성한다. 상기 용매 내에 에천트를 공급하여 상기 예비 란탄족 산화물 나노 디스크 및 상기 전이 금속 입자 응집체로부터 란탄계 산화물 단위체 및 전이 금속 단위체로 변환시킨다. 이후, 상기 전이 금속 단위체를 크기 조절자로서 이용하여 상기 란탄족 산화물 단위체를 성장시켜 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크를 형성한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 란탄계 전구체는 Europium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Eu(acac)3·xH2O), dysprosium (III) acetylacetonate (Dy(acac)3), Ho(acac)3, thulium (III) acetylacetonate (Tm(acac)3), ytterbium (III) acetylacetonate (Yb(acac)3), Lanthanum (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (La(acac)3·xH2O), gadolinium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Gd(acac)3·xH2O), erbium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Er(acac)3·xH2O) 또는 terbium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Tb(acac)3·xH2O)을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 전이 금속 전구체는 Co(acac)3, manganese (III) acetylacetonate (Mn(acac)3), cadmium acetylacetonate (Cd(acac)2) 또는 zinc acetylacetonate (Zn(acac)2)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 제1 온도는 260 내지 350°C의 범위일 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 에천트는 올레산 용액, Trioctylphosphine 용액, Lauric acid, Palmitic acid 또는 Stearic acid을 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 예비 란탄족 산화물 디스크 및 상기 전이 금속 입자 응집체로부터 란탄계 산화물 단위체 및 전이 금속 단위체로 변환시키는 단계는 상기 제1 온도와 동일한 온도에서 수행될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 란탄족 산화물 나노 디스크는 7.0 nm 이하의 직경 및 1.1 nm 이하의 두께를 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 있어서, 상기 란탄족 산화물 나노 디스크는 La2O3, Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3, 또는 Yb2O3 를 포함할 수 있다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법에 따르면, 상대적으로 높은 고온에서 에천트를 주입하여 예비 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크 및 전이 금속 입자들로 이루어진 응집체들 식각하면서 균일한 크기 및 형상의 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크를 형성할 수 있다. 나아가, 여러 종류의 란탄계 산화물에 범용적으로 적용될 수 있다.

본 출원에서 사용한 용어는 단지 특정한 실시예를 설명하기 위해 사용된 것으로, 본 발명을 한정하려는 의도가 아니다. 단수의 표현은 문맥상 명백하게 다르게 뜻하지 않는 한, 복수의 표현을 포함한다. 본 출원에서, "포함하다" 또는 "구비하다" 등의 용어는 명세서 상에 기재된 특징, 단계, 기능, 구성요소 또는 이들을 조합한 것이 존재함을 지정하려는 것이지, 다른 특징들이나 단계, 기능, 구성요소 또는 이들을 조합한 것들의 존재 또는 부가 가능성을 미리 배제하지 않는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.

본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법에서, 란탄계 전구체 및 전이 금속 전구체를 용매 내에서 제1 온도에서 열분해시켜, 예비 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크 및 전이 금속 입자 응집체를 각각 형성한다. 상기 용매 내에 에천트를 공급하여 상기 예비 란탄족 산화물 나노 디스크 및 상기 전이 금속 입자 응집체로부터 란탄계 산화물 단위체 및 전이 금속 단위체로 변환시킨다. 이후, 상기 전이 금속 단위체를 크기 조절자로서 이용하여 상기 란탄족 산화물 단위체를 성장시켜 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크를 형성한다.
란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법을 설명하기 위한 다이아그램이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법에 있어서, 란탄계 전구체 및 전이 금속 전구체를 용매 내에서 제1 온도에서 열분해시켜, 예비 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크 및 전이 금속 입자 응집체를 각각 형성한다.
상기 란탄계 전구체의 예로는 Europium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Eu(acac)3·xH2O), dysprosium (III) acetylacetonate (Dy(acac)3), Ho(acac)3, thulium (III) acetylacetonate (Tm(acac)3), ytterbium (III) acetylacetonate (Yb(acac)3), Lanthanum (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (La(acac)3·xH2O), gadolinium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Gd(acac)3·xH2O), erbium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Er(acac)3·xH2O) 또는 terbium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Tb(acac)3·xH2O)를 들 수 있다.
상기 전이 금속 전구체의 예로는 Co(acac)3, manganese (III) acetylacetonate (Mn(acac)3) cadmium acetylacetonate (Cd(acac)2) 또는 zinc acetylacetonate (Zn(acac)2)를 들 수 있다.
상기 용매는 올레이라민(oleylamine)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 란탄계 전구체 및 상기 전이 금속 전구체는 상기 용매 내에서 용해될 수 있다. 이로써, 상기 란탄계 전구체 및 상기 전이 금속 전구체로부터 예비 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크 및 전이 금속 입자 응집체가 형성될 수 있다. 이때 상기 란탄계 전구체 및 상기 전이 금속 전구체는 상기 용매 내에서 용해시킬 때 상기 용매를 가열함으로써 보다 효과적으로 용해 공정이 수해될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 예비 란탄계 산화물은 불균일한 나노 디스크의 크기 또는 형상을 가질 수 있다. 또한, 상기 전이 금속 입자 응집체들은 상기 전이 금속 입자들이 상호 응집된 상태를 가질 수 있다.
이어서, 상기 용매 내에 에천트를 공급하여 상기 예비 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크 및 상기 전이 금속 입자 응집체로부터 란탄계 산화물 단위체 및 전이 금속 단위체로 변환시킨다.
상기 에천트는 고온, 예를 들면 260 내지 350°C 범위의 제1 온도에서 공급될 수 있다. 상기 에천트는 올레산(oleic acid), Lauric acid, Palmitic acid 및 Stearic acid과 같은 카르복시산을 포함할 수 있다. 이와 다르게, 상기 에천트는 Trioctylphosphine 용액을 포함할 수 있다. 이로써 상기 예비 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크 및 전이 금속 입자 응집체 및 상기 에천트가 반응하는 침지 숙성 공정이 수행되어 란탄계 산화물 단위체 및 전이 금속 단위체로 변환될 수 있다.
이어서, 상기 전이 금속 단위체를 크기 조절자로서 이용하여 상기 란탄족 산화물 단위체를 성장시키는 성장 공정이 수행된다. 이로써, 균일한 크기 및 형태를 갖는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크가 형성된다.
상기 성장 공정은 약 1시간 동안 수행될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 성장 공정은 상기 제1 온도와 동일한 온도 즉, 260 내지 350°C 범위에서 수행될 수 있다. 이로써 상기 성장 공정을 통하여 란탄계 산화물 단위체가 급격하게 성장하여 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크가 효과적으로 용이하게 형성될 수 있다.
한편, 상기 성장 공정 중에, 상기 전이 금속 단위체는 크기 조절자로서 기능함으로써 상기 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 크기 또는 형태가 조절됨으로써 균일한 크기 및 형태를 갖는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크가 형성될 수 있다.
상기 전이 금속 단위체는 상기 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크가 표면에 선택적으로 부착되어 상기 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 표면 에너지를 감소시킬 수 있다.
예를 들면, 상기 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크는 7.0 nm 이하의 직경 및 1.1 nm 이하의 두께를 가질 수 있다. 또한, 상기 란탄족 산화물 나노 디스크는 La2O3, Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3, 또는 Yb2O3 를 포함할 수 있다.
이어서, 상기 성장 공정 후, 상기 용매를 포함하는 용액은 상온으로 서냉된다. 상기 용액에 과량의 에탄올을 추가함으로써 반응물이 침전되며 침전물은 원심 분리에 의해 분리될 수 있다. 상기 침전물은 톨루엔과 같은 용액 내에 재분산되며 모든 부산물을 침전/원심 분리하여 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크가 획득될 수 있다.
란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조
제조예 1. 예비 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크 및 전이 금속 입자 응집체의 제조
먼저 란탄계 전구체(Ln(acac)3)는 Europium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Eu(acac)3·xH2O), dysprosium (III) acetylacetonate (Dy(acac)3), Ho(acac)3, thulium (III) acetylacetonate (Tm(acac)3), ytterbium (III) acetylacetonate (Yb(acac)3), Lanthanum (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (La(acac)3·xH2O), gadolinium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Gd(acac)3·xH2O), erbium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Er(acac)3·xH2O) 및 terbium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Tb(acac)3·xH2O)를 준비하였다. 전이 금속 전구체는 Co(acac)3, manganese (III) acetylacetonate (Mn(acac)3), cadmium acetylacetonate (Cd(acac)2) 및 zinc acetylacetonate (Zn(acac)2)을 준비하였다. 또한, 용매는 올레이라민(oleylamine; OLA)을 준비하였다. 에천트는 올레산(Oleic Acid; OA)를 준비하였다.
상기 란탄계 전구체, 상기 전이 금속 전구체, 상기 용매 및 상기 에천트는 모두 Sigma-Aldrich(社)로부터 구매하였다.
상기 란탄계 전구체(Ln(acac)3) 0.2mmol을 OLA 용매 15mL에 용해시켰다. 상기 용액은 질소 분위기에서 가열되었다. 상기 용액의 온도가 280°에 이르도록 하였다.
제조예 2. 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조
상기 용액의 온도가 280°C로 유지된 상태에서 상기 용액 내에 상기 올레산을 주입하여 약 1시간 정도 반응이 이루어지도록 하였다. 상기 반응이 종료 후, 용액이 상온으로 서냉된다. 이후, 상기 용액에 추가적으로 에탄올을 공급하고 원심 분리시킴으로써 반응 생성물이 용액 내에 침전하도록 하였다.
이후, 상기 반응 생성물을 톨루엔 30 mL 내에 재분산시키고 원심분리심으로써 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크를 포함하는 상청액(supernatant)을 획득하였다. 이로부터 상기 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크를 제조하였다.
<비교예>_히트업 공정
란탄계 전구체, 상기 전이 금속 전구체 및 상기 용매로 이루어진 용액에 처음부터 상온에서 상기 에천트를 공급하였다. 이어서, 상기 에천트가 공급된 용액을 가열하면서 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크를 제조하였다. 에천트의 공급 시점을 제외한 나머지 방법은 제조예 1 및 2와 동일하였다.
란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크에 대한 평가
란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 크기 및 표면 형상은 주사전자현미경(Tecnai, G2 F30)을 통하여 확인하였다. 상기 주사 전자 현미경에 사용된 시편은 탄소 코팅된 200 메쉬 구리 그리드를 이용하여 톨루엔에서 나노 디스크를 드롭 캐스팅하여 준비되었다.
상기 나노 디스크의 구조 분석을 위하여 X-선 회절분석기(Rigaku D, max-250 V/PC)가 이용되었다. 또한, 자외선-가시광선 분광광도계(Varian Cary 50)을 이용하여 자외선-가시광선 흡수 스펙트럼을 측정하였다.
나노 디스크의 자기적 특성을 확인하기 위하여, 초전자 양자간섭 소자(superconducting quantum interference device; SQUID) 마그네트론(Quantum Design, MPMS XL7)이 이용되었다. 란탄계 산화물 상에 코팅된 올레이트 리간드의 양은 열중량 분석기(thermogravimetric analysis; TGA, TA instruments, SDT Q600 V20.9 Build 20)를 이용하여 측정하였다. 상기 열중량 분석기를 이용한 분석은 10°C/min. 의 가열 온도로 공기 중에서 수행되었다. MRI 장비(Siemens, Magnetrom Trio, A Tim System)를 이용하여 3 T 조건에서 MRI를 측정하였다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법에 따라 제조된 (a) La2O3, (b) Eu2O3, (c) Gd2O3, (d) Tb2O3, (e) Dy2O3, (f) Ho2O3, (g) Er2O3, (h) Tm2O3, 및 i) Yb2O3 나노 디스크를 촬상한 투과 전자 현미경 사진들이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 9개의 종류의 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크들 각각이 실질적으로 동일한 공정으로 용이하게 형성됨을 확인할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법은 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법으로서 범용적으로 적용될 수 있다.
도 3은 침지 숙성 공정(a, c 및 e) 및 비교예인 히트업 공정(b, d 및 f)을 통하여 형성된 산화 홀뮴(Ho2O3) 나노 디스크를 촬상한 투과 전자 현미경 사진들이다.
도 3의 (a), (c) 및 (e)의 경우 모두 침지 숙성 공정을 통하여 나노 디스크를 제조하였으며, 고온에서 올레산의 주입할 경우 핵성장 및 나노 디스크의 단분산성(monodispersity)이 개선될 수 있다. 이로써, 나노 디스크가 자기 조립되어 1차원 구조를 가질 수 있다. 반면에, 비교예인 히트업 공정을 통하여 형성된 (b), (d) 및 (f)의 경우, 불균일한 형상 및 넓은 산포를 가짐을 확인할 수 있다.
한편, 전이 금속 이온인 Co3 + 이 존재할 경우(c), 나노 디스크의 크기 및 형상이 전이 금속 이온이 없는 경우(a)와 비교할 때 균일함을 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 전이 금속 이온인 Cd2 + 이 존재할 경우(e)에도 균일한 크기 및 형상의 나노 디스크가 제조됨을 확인할 수 있다.
도 4는 에천트로서 올레산 주입 전 및 주입 후 형성된 산화 홀뮴(Ho2O3) 나노 디스크를 촬상한 투과 전자 현미경 사진들이다.
도 4의 (a)의 경우, 예비 산화 홀뮴 나노 디스크 및 코발트 나노 입자들로 이루어진 응집체가 280°C의 온도까지 용액 내에서 잔류함으로 확인할 수 있다.
(b) 에천트로서 올레산(OA)이 상기 용액 내에 공급된 시점에서는 예비 산화 홀뮴 나노 디스크 및 응집체의 크기가 감소되기 시작함을 알 수 있다.
(c)의 경우 올레산(OA)이 주입된지 10분이 경과되어 에칭 반응이 진행된 경우, 용액의 색깔이 흐린 흑색에서 맑은 황색으로 바뀜을 확인할 수 있다. 이는, 예비 산화 홀뮴 나노 디스크 및 코발트 나노 입자들로 이루어진 응집체가 각각 홀륨 올레이트 및 코발트 올레이트로 용해되어, 산화 홀륨 단위체 및 코발트 단위체로서 기능함을 알 수 있다.
(c) 및 (d)를 비교할 때 공정 시간이 경과(10분 -> 60분)함에 따라 두께가 얇아지고 직경은 커짐을 확인할 수 있다. 이로써, 두께 분포 및 직경 분포가 균일하게 됨을 알 수 있다. 결과적으로 균일한 크기를 갖는 나노 디스크가 제조될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
이로써 상대적으로 고온의 상태에서 에천트로서 올레산을 용액에 공급함으로써 침지 숙성 공정이 보다 효과적으로 수행됨을 확인할 수 있다. 즉, 고온에서 올레산이 주입됨에 따라 빠른 식각 공정이 진행되어 단위체들이 과량으로 생성됨에 따라 급격한 핵생성이 발생하게 된다. 이때 핵생성으로 인한 단위체들이 소모되어 단위체들의 농도가 감소함으로써 더 이상 핵생성이 발생하지 않게 된다.
한편, 전이 금속 입자들로 이루어진 응집체가 식각되어 전이 금속 이온으로 이온화되고 상기 전이 금속 이온들이, 란탄계 산화물이 결정화되는 동안 나노 디스크의 크기/형태 조절자로서 기능하게 된다.
도 5는 온도 변화에 따른 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 자화 곡선을 나타낸 그래프들이다.
(a)의 경우 300K의 온도에서 측정된 자화 곡선으로서, 3가지 종류의 란탄계 산화물(Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Gd2O3) 나노 디스크에 대한 자화 곡선이 선형적으로 증가함을 알 수 있다.
(b)의 경우 5K의 온도에서 측정된 자화 곡선으로서, Dy2O3, Ho2O3,의 경우는 포화되나, Gd2O3의 경우는 포화되지 않음을 확인할 수 있다.
(c)의 영자기장 냉각(zero-field cooled; ZFC) 자화 곡선 경우, 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크는 상자성체 특성을 가지며, 냉각됨에 따라 자화 정도가 높아짐을 확인할 수 있다.
도 6은 자기 조립된 산화 홀뮴(Ho2O3) 나노 디스크를 촬상한 투과 전자 현미경 사진들이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 면대면으로 나노 디스크들이 스택되어 긴 선형 구조를 갖는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이들은 정형성을 가지며, 자기 조립 구조를 가짐을 확인할 수 있다. 나아가 (100)/(200)패턴들로부터 재구성된 이미지로 보아 상기 패턴들이 컬럼들 사이에는 일정한 거리를 유지할 수 있도록 함을 알 수 있다. 이로써 스택형 자기 조립 구조를 형성함으로써, 상기 나노 디스크들은 그들 사이의 계면 에너지들 감소시킬 수 있으며, 나아가 컬럼 대 컬럼 스택킹을 통하여 계면 에너지를 감소시킬 수 있다.
이러한 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법으로 제조된 나노 디스크는 초고밀도 자기 데이타 저장 매체, 생물 의학적 표지 시약, 약물 전달 물질, 나노규모 전자공학, 매우 효율이 높은 레이저 빔을 위한 소스 물질(source material) 및 광학 장치, 및 MRI 조영제(enhancing agents)와 같은 분야에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
상기에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허 청구의 범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 란탄계 전구체 및 전이 금속 전구체를 용매 내에서 제1 온도에서 열분해시켜, 예비 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크 및 전이 금속 입자 응집체를 각각 형성하는 단계;
    상기 용매 내에 에천트를 공급하여 상기 예비 란탄족 산화물 나노 디스크 및 상기 전이 금속 입자 응집체로부터 란탄계 산화물 단위체 및 전이 금속 단위체로 변환시키는 단계; 및
    상기 전이 금속 단위체를 크기 조절자로서 이용하여 상기 란탄족 산화물 단위체를 성장시켜 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 란탄계 전구체는 Europium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Eu(acac)3·xH2O), dysprosium (III) acetylacetonate (Dy(acac)3), Ho(acac)3, thulium (III) acetylacetonate (Tm(acac)3), ytterbium (III) acetylacetonate (Yb(acac)3), Lanthanum (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (La(acac)3·xH2O), gadolinium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Gd(acac)3·xH2O), erbium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Er(acac)3·xH2O) 또는 terbium (III) acetylacetonate hydrate (Tb(acac)3·xH2O)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전이 금속 전구체는 Co(acac)3, manganese (III) acetylacetonate (Mn(acac)3) cadmium acetylacetonate (Cd(acac)2) 또는 zinc acetylacetonate (Zn(acac)2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 온도는 260 내지 350°C의 온도 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에천트는 올레산 용액, Trioctylphosphine 용액, Lauric acid, Palmitic acid 또는 Stearic acid을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비 란탄족 산화물 디스크 및 상기 전이 금속 입자 응집체로부터 란탄계 산화물 단위체 및 전이 금속 단위체로 변환시키는 단계는 상기 제1 온도와 동일한 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 란탄족 산화물 나노 디스크는 7.0 nm 이하의 직경 및 1.1 nm 이하의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 란탄족 산화물 나노 디스크는 La2O3, Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3, 또는 Yb2O3 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 란탄계 산화물 나노 디스크의 제조 방법.
