Abstract

L'objet de la présente invention est une machine de calandrage et cintrage à la presse combinée multifonctions avec un ou deux volets, pliant et cintrant des tôles avec trois ou quatre rouleaux asymétriques qui déterminent la courbure de l'arc sont positionnés le long du bord externe et/ou sur les volets pour traiter des séquences mixtes telles que des courbes, courbes en v, des spirales ouvertes et/ou fermées, des ellipses, des paraboles, des plis et des contre-plis dans un cycle automatique pour créer des formes géométriques fermées dans la direction longitudinale, plus précisément qui sont circulaires, ovales, rectangulaires, carrées, triangulaires, polygonales, coniques, trapézoïdales, etc., et équipée de pinces de préhension qui tiennent la tôle serrée à usiner, afin de maintenir la position dans toutes les phases, le tout dans une structure unique. La machine en question est gérée par une commande numérique continue (CNC), un système ouvert qui est programmable en réglant les cycles de mouvement des actionneurs en fonction des processus à exécuter. Elle est également équipée d'un dispositif de découpe et de profilage avec des outils circulaires rotatifs pour couper et plier les deux bords longitudinaux afin d'obtenir des produits complets et finis, tels que des conduits, des tuyaux de descente, des gouttières, des bandes de recouvrement, des tuyaux, divers revêtements divers, etc. de façon à satisfaire aux besoins de production, principalement dans les secteurs civil, industriel, commercial et agricole.
