Description

示压注射器 技术领域
本发明涉及医用医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种临床硬膜外麻醉使用的示压注射器。
背景技术
现代医疗在对患者进行局部或全身麻醉时,需要先对脊椎硬膜进行穿刺,使针头进入脊椎硬膜外腔。刺浅了,无法穿透脊椎硬膜,无法正常麻醉;刺深了,又容易损伤脊髓或神经,穿刺成功与否完全取决于操作者的感觉和经验。
2012年10月31号,公开号为CN20250589U的中国实用新型专利公开了一种“硬膜外腔穿刺用高阻力推杆囊泡指示注射器”,该装置包括器体、针头和推杆其特征在于:所述器体上或器体嘴上或针头根部上设有一支管,该支管上设有一密封囊泡,推杆前推,密封囊泡膨胀,并有下述关系:(P1-P0)×S≤Fmax,其中P1为密封囊泡内流体压强;P0为大气压强;S为推杆密封面在推杆横截面上的投影面积;Fmax为推杆与器体内壁之间的最大静摩擦力。上述关系具体表现为:推杆前推、密封囊泡膨胀后,松开推杆,推杆不后退。囊泡用弹性或柔性材料制成,不透水、不透气。所述支管设置在器体前段侧壁上,并与器体内腔相通;作为优化,所述支管设置在器体嘴侧壁上,并与器体内腔相通;作为优化,所述支管设置在针头根部侧壁上,并与针头内腔相通。发明在临床具体实际操作时,囊泡变瘪的同时推杆后移,从而不能精确的判定是由于穿刺到位后负压引起的囊泡变瘪还是由于推杆后移引起的囊泡变瘪。
2003年9月10日,公开号为CN2571331Y的中国实用新型专利公开了“一种硬膜外腔穿刺用囊泡指示保压注射器”,该装置包括器体(即针筒),该器体前底部设有连通管,连通管外连有囊泡,器体后端部设有推杆定位卡槽装置。前述专利在工作时,首先将穿刺针连接在器体上,吸入液体或气体,取下囊泡盖;然后将穿刺针针头刺入人体皮下;再推动注射器推杆使囊泡鼓起。在继续进针前,由于双手要离开推杆尾部,囊泡内的压力会向后推动推杆,使囊泡自动憋掉。为了保持囊泡充盈状态,设计了卡槽将推杆固定,使囊泡压力不能向后推动推杆,在双手离开时囊泡可保持鼓起状态,最后手持器体慢慢推进穿刺针,当囊泡突然变瘪时,表示穿刺针针头已成功刺入低压的硬膜外腔。这 种装置代替了人的手感,用囊泡自动持续监测压力变化并显示穿刺成功,穿刺成功率提高,使用的方便性也有提高。但是其推杆定位装置操作复杂,使用不方便,并可造成操作者握持不稳,影响操作准确性。
发明的公开
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题而设计的一种更加安全、方便、结构简单的示压注射器。
发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是:
示压注射器,包括器体和推杆,所述器体上设有一支管,该支管上设有一密封囊泡,器体尾端内壁上设有一圈凸起,推杆的加强筋中部外缘设有一球形凸起,在该球形凸起所在筋面下方设有一槽口。
上述示压注射器,其特征在所述支管设置在器体前段侧壁上,并与器体内腔相通。
发明所具有的有益效果是:穿刺成功率高、安全性强、成本低、操作简单、利于新手使用和方便教学的优点,即使是医学院的新生也可以熟练完成脊椎硬膜穿刺操作,可广泛适用于各种医疗机构的手术麻醉和临床检验治疗。

实现本发明的最佳方式
如图1-2所示,示压注射器,包括器体1和推杆2,所述器体1上设有一支管3,该支管3上设有一密封囊泡4,器体1尾端内壁上设有一圈凸起5,推杆2的加强筋6中部外缘设有一球形凸起7,在该球形凸起7所在筋面下方设有一槽口8,支管3设置在器体1前段侧壁上,并与器体1内腔相通。
临床具体操作时首先将针头连接于器体1上,拉动推杆2,将药物或液体吸入器体1,握持器体1进针,到达脊柱附近的致密组织,然后拇指推动推杆2,推动过程中,密封囊泡慢慢鼓起,当球形凸起7与凸起5相遇时,由于拇指推力作用,球形凸起7所在筋面下方的槽口8发生形变,从而使得球形凸起7可以顺利通过凸起5,此时拇指 离开推杆2尾端,由于密封囊泡4压力回缩,致使推杆2有一个向后的推力,但此推力不足以使得槽口8发生形变,从而球形凸起7不能越过凸起5,球形凸起7与凸起5之间的咬合力和密封囊泡4的回缩力处于一种动态平衡状态,密封囊泡4仍处于充盈状态,再次握持器体1缓慢进针,当密封囊泡4突然变瘪时,表示针头已成功刺入硬膜外腔,即穿刺成功。
以上是发明的较佳实施例,凡依发明技术方案所作的改变,所产生的功能作用未超出发明技术方案的范围时,均属于发明的保护。
工业实用性
本发明的示压注射器的穿刺成功率高、安全性强、成本低、操作简单、利于新手使用和方便教学的优点,即使是医学院的新生也可以熟练完成脊椎硬膜穿刺操作,可广泛适用于各种医疗机构的手术麻醉和临床检验治疗。

Claims (2)

  1. 示压注射器,包括器体和推杆,其特征在于所述器体上设有一支管,该支管上设有一密封囊泡,器体尾端内壁上设有一圈凸起,推杆的加强筋中部外缘设有一球形凸起,在该球形凸起所在筋面下方设有一槽口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的示压注射器,其特征在所述支管设置在器体前段侧壁上,并与器体内腔相通。
