根据本发明实施例提供的技术方案,可以将与用户的行为信息相匹 配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果,在所有搜索结果中优先展现,实现了根据用户的行为信息,对用户搜索需求进行识别,进而将用户所需要的搜索结果优先显示给用户。因此,本发明实施例所提供的技术方案能够满足用户的个性化搜索需求,实现搜索结果的准确推送,提高了搜索结果的准确性。而且,用户可以及时获得所需要的搜索结果,因此本发明实施例所提供的技术方案还提高了搜索效率。

本发明实施例给出一种搜索结果的处理方法,请参考图1,其为本发明实施例所提供的搜索结果的处理方法的流程示意图,如图所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S101,若关键词包含服务提供者的信息,获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别。
S102,在与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果中,提升所述信息类别对应的搜索结果的排序位置,以获得第二搜索结果。
S103,输出所述第二搜索结果。
需要说明的是,S101~S103的执行主体可以为搜索结果的处理装置,该装置可以位于本地终端的应用,或者还可以为位于本地终端的应用中的插件或软件开发工具包(Software Development Kit,SDK)等功能单元,或者,还可以位于服务器,本发明实施例对此不进行特别限定。
可以理解的是,所述应用可以是安装在终端上的应用程序(nativeApp),或者还可以是终端上的浏览器的一个网页程序(webApp),本发明实施例对此不进行限定。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所涉及的终端可以包括但不限于个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、个人数字助理(Personal Digital  Assistant,PDA)、无线手持设备、平板电脑(Tablet Computer)、手机、MP3播放器、MP4播放器等。
应当理解,尽管在本发明实施例中可能采用术语第一、第二等来描述搜索结果,但这些搜索结果不应限于这些术语。这些术语仅用来将搜索结果彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明实施例范围的情况下,第一搜索结果也可以被称为第二搜索结果,类似地,第二搜索结果也可以被称为第一搜索结果。
可选的,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在执行S101中若关键词包含服务提供者的信息,获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别之前,可以先获取关键词,并识别所述关键词是否包含所述服务提供者的信息。
在一个具体的实现过程中,可以接收用户输入的文本信息,将该文本信息作为所述关键词。或者,也可以接收用户输入的语音信息,然后对该语音信息进行语音识别,以获得语音识别结果,将该语音识别结果作为所述关键词。或者,还可以获取用户在网页中选中的信息,将该信息作为所述关键词,本发明实施例对获取关键词的方式不进行特别限定。
在一个具体的实现过程中,在获取所述关键词之后,需要对所述关键词是否包含所述服务提供者的信息进行识别,以获得识别结果。
举例说明,识别所述关键词是否包含所述服务提供者的信息的方法可以包括但不限于:
利用切词词典对所述关键词进行切词处理,以获得至少一个分词。然后根据其中每个分词,分别在兴趣点词典中进行匹配,以获得匹配结果。
若分词在所述兴趣点词典中有匹配结果,表示该分词是服务提供者的信息,则识别结果是所述关键词包含所述服务提供者的信息。反之,若分词在所述兴趣点词典中没有匹配结果,表示该分词不是服务提供者的信息,可以继续根据下一个分词在兴趣点中进行匹配。如果所有分词都没有匹配结果,则识别结果是所述关键词没有包含所述服务提供者的信息。
可以理解的是,所述兴趣点词典可以包含兴趣点的名称、类型和地理位置信息等。所述服务提供者属于兴趣点,因此,利用兴趣点词典实现关键词中是否包含服务提供者的信息的识别。
在一个具体的实现过程中,所述服务提供者的信息可以是所述服务提供者的名称。例如,肯德基、麻辣诱惑或者大悦城等商家的名称。
本发明实施例中,若识别出所述关键词包含服务提供者的信息,则进一步获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别。
优选的,所述用户的行为信息可以包括但不限于:所述用户的地理位置信息或者所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长。
在一个具体的实现过程中,可以对所述用户所使用的终端执行定位操作,以获得所述用户的地理位置信息;然后,判断所述用户的地理位置信息与所述服务提供者的地理位置信息是否一致。如果所述用户的地理位置信息与所述服务提供者的地理位置信息一致,说明用户当前位于所述服务提供者,表示用户需要在所述服务提供者进行就餐、购物等行为,则与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别可以包括但不限于所述服务提供者的优惠信息和评价信息中至少一个。
例如,所述优惠信息可以包括但不限于团购信息或者打折信息等。
反之,如果所述用户的地理位置信息与所述服务提供者的地理位置信息不一致,说明用户当前没有位于所述服务提供者,用户搜索包含所述服务提供者的关键词,是需要前往所述服务提供者或者需要所述服务提供者提供外卖服务,则与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别可以包括但不限于所述服务提供者的地理位置信息、路线信息和外卖信息中至少一个。
例如,所述服务提供者的地理位置信息可以是标注出所述服务提供者的地图、所述服务提供者的地址信息或者所述服务提供者在地图搜索中的搜索结果的链接。
本发明实施例中,可以利用定位技术对所述用户所使用的终端执行定位操作,以获得所述用户的地理位置信息。例如,所述定位技术可以包括但不限于:基站定位技术、基于无线相容认证(Wireless Fidelity,Wi-Fi)的定位技术或者基于全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)的定位技术。
在一个具体的实现过程中,可以每间隔一段时间,对所述用户所使用的终端执行定位操作,可以获得一系列的用户的地理位置信息。然后,根据一系列的地理位置信息,计算所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长。然后将用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长与第一时长阈值或者第二时长阈值进行比较。
所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长大于或者等于预设的第一时长阈值,表示用户在所述服务器提供者已经停留了较长一段时间,用户可能即将结账并离开所述服务提供者,因此,可以将所述服务提供者的优惠信息作为与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别。反之,所述用户在 所述服务提供者的停留时长小于所述第一时长阈值,可以不获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别。
若所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长小于预设的第二时长阈值,表示用户刚到达所述服务提供者,用户需要所述服务提供者的评价信息,例如,服务提供者是餐馆,评价信息可以是餐馆的推荐菜,则可以将所述服务提供者的评价信息作为与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别。
可以理解的是,所述第二时长阈值小于或者等于所述第一时长阈值。
可选的,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,在获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别之后,可以根据所述关键词进行搜索,以获得与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果;然后,在所述第一搜索结果中确定所述信息类别对应的搜索结果。
在一个具体的实现过程中,搜索引擎可以根据获得的关键词,在索引库中快速检索出文档,并进行文档与关键词的相关度评价,对需要输出的搜索结果进行排序,以获得所述第一搜索结果。其中,所述索引库中的文档是爬虫预先从互联网上爬取的。
在一个具体的实现过程中,可以根据与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别,从所述第一搜索结果中,获得该信息类别对应的搜索结果。若所述信息类别是所述服务提供者的优惠信息,则该信息类别对应的搜索结果是从团购类网站爬取到的搜索结果。若所述信息类别是所述服务提供者的评价信息,则该信息类别对应的搜索结果是从点评类网站爬取到的搜索结果。若所述信息类别是所述服务提供者的地理位置信息或者路线信息,则该信息类别对应的搜索结果是从地图类网站或者导航类网站爬取到的搜索结果。若所述信息类别是所述服务提供者的外卖信息,则 该信息类别对应的搜索结果是从外卖网站爬取到的搜索结果。因此,可以根据所述第一搜索结果中,每个搜索结果的来源,从第一搜索结果中筛选出与所述用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果。
本发明实施例中,在获得与所述用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果之后,在与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果中,提升与所述用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果的排序位置,以获得第二搜索结果。
在一个具体的实现过程中,可以增加与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果的权重值,然后按照权重值由大到小的顺序对第一搜索结果重新排序,以获得第二搜索结果。或者,也可以将与所述用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果的排序位置提升到最靠前的位置,这样,第二搜索结果中最靠前的若干位置显示与所述用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果。本发明实施例对提升与所述用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果的排序位置的实现方法不进行特别限定。
在一个具体的实现过程中,若与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果的数目是至少两个,可以根据该至少两个搜索结果中每个搜索结果的价格、评价或者与用户之间的距离等,对至少两个搜索结果进行排序,通过排序决定优先显示与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果中,每个搜索结果的排序位置。
例如,所述第一搜索结果中包含100个搜索结果,其中有10个搜索结果是与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果,这10个搜索结果位于100个搜索结果的排序前10位,然而,这10个搜索结 果之前的排序可以根据每个搜索结果的价格、评价或者与用户之间的距离等确定。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,通过提升与所述用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果的排序位置,可以在搜索结果页中优先显示与所述用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果,从而可以实现将与用户所需要的搜索结果优先显示给用户,使用户能够及时获得所需要的搜索结果。
本发明实施例进一步给出实现上述方法实施例中各步骤及方法的装置实施例。
请参考图2,其为本发明实施例所提供的搜索结果的处理装置的功能方块图。如图所示,该装置包括:
获取单元21,用于若关键词包含服务提供者的信息,获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别;
处理单元22,用于在与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果中,提升所述信息类别对应的搜索结果的排序位置,以获得第二搜索结果;
输出单元23,用于输出所述第二搜索结果。
可选的,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述装置还包括:
输入单元24,用于获取关键词;
识别单元25,用于识别所述关键词是否包含所述服务提供者的信息。
在一个具体的实现过程中,所述用户的行为信息包括所述用户的地理位置信息或者所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长。
在一个具体的实现过程中,所述用户的地理位置信息与所述服务提供者的地理位置信息一致,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所 述服务提供者的优惠信息和评价信息中至少一个。
在一个具体的实现过程中,所述用户的地理位置信息与所述服务提供者的地理位置信息不一致,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的地理位置信息、路线信息和外卖信息中至少一个。
在一个具体的实现过程中,所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长大于或者等于预设的第一时长阈值,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的优惠信息。
在一个具体的实现过程中,所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长小于预设的第二时长阈值,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的评价信息;
所述第二时长阈值小于或者等于所述第一时长阈值。
可选的,在本实施例的一个可能的实现方式中,所述装置还包括:搜索单元26,用于根据所述关键词进行搜索,以获得与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果;
所述处理单元22,还用于在所述第一搜索结果中确定所述信息类别对应的搜索结果。
由于本实施例中的各单元能够执行图1所示的方法,本实施例未详细描述的部分,可参考对图1的相关说明。
本发明实施例的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
请参考图3,其为现有技术中搜索结果的示例图,如图3所示,对于输入的关键词“肯德基”,在输出的与该关键词相匹配的搜索结果中包括了官网、应用下载和优惠券信息。对于输入关键词“肯德基”的所有用户,都是输出图中所示的搜索结果,然而有的用户需要团购类搜索 结果,有的用户需要最近的肯德基的地理位置信息,因此,现有技术中的搜索方式无法满足用户的个性化搜索需求,搜索结果的准确性也比较低,搜索效率比较低。
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明实施例中,若关键词包含服务提供者的信息,获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别;从而,在与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果中,提升所述信息类别对应的搜索结果的排序位置,以获得第二搜索结果;进而,输出所述第二搜索结果。
根据本发明实施例提供的技术方案,可以将与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别所对应的搜索结果,在所有搜索结果中优先展现,实现了根据用户的行为信息,对用户搜索需求进行识别,进而将用户所需要的搜索结果优先显示给用户。因此,本发明实施例所提供的技术方案能够满足用户的个性化搜索需求,实现搜索结果的准确推送,提高了搜索结果的准确性。而且,用户可以及时获得所需要的搜索结果,因此本发明实施例所提供的技术方案还提高了搜索效率。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如,多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些 接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机装置(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络装置等)或处理器(Processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种搜索结果的处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    若关键词包含服务提供者的信息,获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别;
    在与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果中,提升所述信息类别对应的搜索结果的排序位置,以获得第二搜索结果;
    输出所述第二搜索结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若关键词包含服务提供者的信息,获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别之前,所述方法包括:
    获取关键词;
    识别所述关键词是否包含所述服务提供者的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户的行为信息包括所述用户的地理位置信息或者所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述用户的地理位置信息与所述服务提供者的地理位置信息一致,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的优惠信息和评价信息中至少一个。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述用户的地理位置信息与所述服务提供者的地理位置信息不一致,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的地理位置信息、路线信息和外卖信息中至少一个。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长大于或者等于预设的第一时长阈值,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的优惠信息。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长小于预设的第二时长阈值,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的评价信息;
    所述第二时长阈值小于或者等于所述第一时长阈值。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果中,提升所述信息类别对应的搜索结果的排序位置,以获得第二搜索结果之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述关键词进行搜索,以获得与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果;
    在所述第一搜索结果中确定所述信息类别对应的搜索结果。
  9. 一种搜索结果的处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取单元,用于若关键词包含服务提供者的信息,获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别;
    处理单元,用于在与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果中,提升所述信息类别对应的搜索结果的排序位置,以获得第二搜索结果;
    输出单元,用于输出所述第二搜索结果。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    输入单元,用于获取关键词;
    识别单元,用于识别所述关键词是否包含所述服务提供者的信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户的行为信息包括所述用户的地理位置信息或者所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述用户的地理位置信息与所述服务提供者的地理位置信息一致,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的优惠信息和评价信息中至少一个。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述用户的地理位置信息与所述服务提供者的地理位置信息不一致,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的地理位置信息、路线信息和外卖信息中至少一个。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长大于或者等于预设的第一时长阈值,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的优惠信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述用户在所述服务提供者的停留时长小于预设的第二时长阈值,与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别包括所述服务提供者的评价信息;
    所述第二时长阈值小于或者等于所述第一时长阈值。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述装置还包括:搜索单元,用于根据所述关键词进行搜索,以获得与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果;
    所述处理单元,还用于在所述第一搜索结果中确定所述信息类别对 应的搜索结果。
  17. 一种设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,执行以下操作:
    若关键词包含服务提供者的信息,获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别;
    在与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果中,提升所述信息类别对应的搜索结果的排序位置,以获得第二搜索结果;
    输出所述第二搜索结果。
  18. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有一个或多个程序,当所述一个或多个程序被一个设备执行时,使得所述设备执行以下操作:
    若关键词包含服务提供者的信息,获得与用户的行为信息相匹配的信息类别;
    在与所述关键词相匹配的第一搜索结果中,提升所述信息类别对应的搜索结果的排序位置,以获得第二搜索结果;
    输出所述第二搜索结果。
