一种移动通信网络接入方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动通信网络接入方法及装置。
背景技术
随着用户终端(如智能手机)的普及,以及互联网应用的广泛,互联网与人们的生活越来越不可分离,人们能够随时随地连接互联网,访问互联网提供的聊天、视频、游戏、购物、邮件、工作等数据业务。用户在访问互联网所提供的数据业务时,通常会消耗用户终端的SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,用户身份识别卡)卡开通的包月数据流量。
然而实践中发现,用户购买的数据流量一般是与用户终端的SIM卡的归属地匹配的本地数据流量,如果用户到达其他地区,则用户无法使用这部分本地数据流量,如果用户需要使用数据业务,则用户终端将会使用包月数据流量之外的付费流量来接入互联网,而付费流量通常会产生较高昂的费用。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种移动通信网络接入方法及装置,可以降低接入网络时产生的费用。
本发明实施例第一方面公开了一种移动通信网络接入方法,包括:
第一用户终端向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求,所述第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配;
所述第一用户终端接收所述第二用户终端响应所述获取请求而发送的所述实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息,并将所述实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息作为所述第一用户终端的虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息;

本发明实施例中,第一用户终端可以向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求,接收第二用户终端响应获取请求而发送的实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息,并将实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息作为第一用户终端的虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息,进一步地,第一用户终端可以使用虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求。可见,通过本发明实施例,第一用户终端可以在异地时使用第二用户终端开通的数据流量来向网络服务器发送网络接入请求,该第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配,这样,第一用户终端就可以在异地时使用属于该异地的数据流量来接入移动通信网络,从而可以降低接入网络时产生的费用。

本发明实施例公开了一种移动通信网络接入方法及装置,可以降低接入网络时产生的费用。以下分别进行详细说明。
本发明实施例中,第一用户终端可以包括但不限于智能手机、笔记本电脑、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、智能穿戴设备(如智能手表、智能手环)等各类用户终端。第二用户终端可以包括但不限于智能手机、笔记本电脑、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、智能穿戴设备(如智能手表、智能手环)等各类用户终端。其中,该第一用户终端的操作系统可包括但不限于Android操作系统、IOS操作系统、Symbian(塞班)操作系统、Black Berry(黑莓)操作系统、Windows Phone8操作系统等等,本发明实施例不做限定。该第二用户终端的操作系统可包括但不限于Android操作系统、IOS操作系统、Symbian(塞班)操作系统、Black Berry(黑莓)操作系统、Windows Phone8操作系统等等,本发明实施例不做限定。
请参见图1,图1是本发明实施例公开的一种移动通信网络接入方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤。
S101、第一用户终端向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求。
本发明实施例中,第一用户终端或第二用户终端均可以内置SIM卡(Subscriber Identity Module,用户身份识别卡),并通过开通数据流量来使用数据业务。根据内置SIM数量来划分,第一用户终端可以分为单卡单通、双卡双待以及双卡双通等类型,同样,第二用户终端可以分为单卡单通、双卡双待以及双卡双通等类型,单卡单通的类型表明只能内置一张SIM卡,而双卡双待类型以及双卡双通类型均可以内置2张SIM卡。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例适用的场景是基于双卡双待或者双卡双通的用户终端的,即第一用户终端和第二用户终端均为内置有2个卡槽位置的用户终端。这样,其中一个卡槽位置的SIM卡暂时不使用的数据流量就可以共享出来给其他用户终端使用。其中,该数据流量可以分为全国数据流量和本地数据流量,全国数据流量可以在全国范围内使用,本地数据流量只能在本地区域范围内使用。
本发明实施例中,当第一用户终端的数据流量(全国数据流量或本地数据流量)使用完时,无论第一用户终端与第二用户终端位于同一区域还是位于不同区域,第一用户终端都可以向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求,或者,当第一用户终端与第二用户终端位于不同区域,且第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域不属于第一用户终端的实体SIM卡开通的数据流量所属的区域,即第一用户终端开通的是本地数据流量,而第一用户终端处于异地时,第一用户终端的本地包月数据流量没有使用完,但是不能使用这部分本地包月数据流量时,第一用户终端可以向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求。
其中,该第二用户终端可以理解为可以共享数据流量的用户终端,用户可以通过朋友圈、论坛、广告等公开信息来获取该第二用户终端的电话号码以及共享数据流量的大小等信息。该第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配。
具体的,第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配的具体实施方式可以为:
第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域范围大于第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域的范围。
或者,第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域范围等于第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域的范围。
举例来说,假设第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域为中国区域(即数据流量为全国通用数据流量),第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域为湖北省区域,中国区域包括湖北省区域,则可以认为第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配。又假设第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域为深圳市区域,第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域也为深圳市区域,则可以认为第一用 户终端所处的当前位置区域与第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配。
S102、第一用户终端接收第二用户终端响应获取请求而发送的实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息,并将实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息作为第一用户终端的虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息。
本发明实施例中,该实体SIM卡位于第二用户终端中,实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息可以包括但不限于国际移动用户识别码IMSI、密钥、电话号码以及接入点名称APN等信息。
本发明实施例中,第一用户终端接收到第二用户终端响应获取请求而发送的实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息,第一用户终端就可以将实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息作为第一用户终端的虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息,并将该虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息存储在本地。
S103、第一用户终端使用虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求。
本发明实施例中,第一用户终端可以将虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息写入第一用户终端的调制解调器MODEM中,并使用虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息通过MODEM向网络服务器发送网络接入请求。换句话说,第一用户终端是使用第二用户终端的实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息来向网络服务器发送网络接入请求的。在第一用户终端的包月数据流量用完或者第一用户终端处于异地但需要接入移动通信网络使用数据业务时,第一用户终端就可以使用第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量来接入移动通信网络,而第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配,这样就可以降低第一用户终端接入移动通信网络时产生的流量费用了。
在图1所描述的方法流程中,第一用户终端可以向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求,接收第二用户终端响应获取请求而发送的实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息,并将实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息作为第一用户终端的虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息,进一步地,第一用户终端可以使用虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求。可见,通过本发明实施例,第一用户终端可以在异地时使用第二用户终端开通的数据流量来向网络服务器发送网络接入请求,该第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数 据流量所属的区域匹配,这样,第一用户终端就可以在异地时使用属于该异地的数据流量来接入移动通信网络,从而可以降低接入网络时产生的费用。
请参见图2,图2是本发明实施例公开的另一种移动通信网络接入方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤。
S201、第一用户终端向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求。
S202、第一用户终端接收第二用户终端响应获取请求而发送的实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息,并将实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息作为第一用户终端的虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息。
S203、第一用户终端使用虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求。
S204、第一用户终端接收网络服务器发送的鉴权请求。
本发明实施例中,第一用户终端能否接入移动通信网络,需要经过网络服务器对该第一用户终端的鉴权,只有鉴权通过,网络服务器才允许第一用户终端接入移动通信网络。
本发明实施例中,网络服务器接收到第一用户终端发送的网络接入请求之后,网络服务器将会向第一用户终端发送携带有第一鉴权参数和第二鉴权参数的鉴权请求。其中,该第一鉴权参数和第二鉴权参数均为鉴权参数五元组中的参数,该鉴权参数五元组包括RAND(随机序列)参数、XRES(期望响应数据)参数、AUTN(鉴权令牌)参数、CK(加密密钥)参数和IK(完整性密钥)参数。具体的,该第一鉴权参数可以为RAND参数,该第二鉴权参数可以为AUTN参数。
S205、第一用户终端将第二鉴权参数发送给第二用户终端,以触发第二用户终端判断第二鉴权参数与预先存储的预设鉴权参数是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对网络服务器的鉴权成功。
本发明实施例中,第一用户终端接收到网络服务器发送的AUTN参数之后,进一步地,第一用户终端可以将AUTN参数发送给第二用户终端,第二用户终端接收到该AUTN参数之后,就可以由第二用户终端的实体SIM来验证该AUTN参数与预先存储的预设AUTN参数是否匹配,如果第二用户终端的实体SIM来验证该AUTN参数与预先存储的预设AUTN参数匹配,则表明待接入的 网络是合法的,第二用户终端的实体SIM可以确定对网络服务器的鉴权成功,第二用户终端就可以向第一用户终端发送针对网络服务器的鉴权成功信息。
作为一种可选的实施方式,如果第二用户终端的实体SIM来验证该AUTN参数与预先存储的预设AUTN参数不匹配,则表明待接入的网络是非法的,第二用户终端的实体SIM可以确定对网络服务器的鉴权失败,第二用户终端就可以向第一用户终端发送针对网络服务器的鉴权失败信息。进一步地,当第一用户终端接收到第二用户终端发送的针对网络服务器的鉴权失败信息时,第一用户终端就不会执行后续的步骤,即结束当前流程。
S206、第一用户终端接收第二用户终端发送的针对网络服务器的鉴权成功信息。
S207、第一用户终端获取第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据,并将鉴权响应数据发送给网络服务器,以触发网络服务器判断鉴权响应数据与预先存储的期望鉴权响应数据是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对第一用户终端的鉴权成功,并返回鉴权成功信息给第一用户终端。
本发明实施例中,当第一用户终端接收到第二用户终端发送的针对网络服务器的鉴权成功信息之后,第一用户终端就可以获取第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据。
作为一种可选的实施方式,第一用户终端获取第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据的具体实施方式可以为:
第一用户终端将RAND参数发送给第二用户终端,以触发第二用户终端根据RAND参数以及预设算法生成鉴权响应数据,并将鉴权响应数据返回给第一用户终端。
具体的,第一用户终端将RAND参数发送给第二用户终端,第二用户终端接收到RAND参数之后,第二用户终端的实体SIM卡就可以根据该RAND参数以及预设算法计算出RES(鉴权响应)数据,并将RES返回给第一用户终端。
进一步地,第一用户终端将RES数据发送给网络服务器,网络服务器接收到该RES数据之后,网络服务器就会判断RES数据与预先存储的期望鉴权响应(XRES)数据是否匹配,若匹配,则表明该第一用户终端是合法的,网络服务器确定对第一用户终端的鉴权成功,并返回鉴权成功信息给第一用户终端。
S208、当接收到网络服务器响应网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时, 第一用户终端使用第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络。
本发明实施例中,当第一用户终端接收到网络服务器响应网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时,表明第一用户终端和网络服务器都通过了对方的鉴权,网络服务器允许第一用户终端接入网络,此时,第一用户终端就可以使用第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络了。其中,该移动通信网络可以包括但不限于GSM、CDMA、WCDMA、TDSCDMA以及LTE等制式的网络。
S209、第一用户终端使用第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量访问移动通信网络所提供的数据业务。
本发明实施例中,第一用户终端接入移动通信网络之后,第一用户终端就可以使用第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量访问移动通信网络所提供的数据业务,例如:聊天、视频、游戏、购物、邮件、工作等数据业务。
在图2所描述的方法流程中,第一用户终端使用虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求之后,第一用户终端还可以接收所述网络服务器发送的鉴权请求,将所述第二鉴权参数发送给所述第二用户终端,以触发所述第二用户终端判断所述第二鉴权参数与预先存储的预设鉴权参数是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对所述网络服务器的鉴权成功,并接收所述第二用户终端发送的针对所述网络服务器的鉴权成功信息,进一步地,第一用户终端获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据,并将所述鉴权响应数据发送给所述网络服务器,以触发所述网络服务器判断所述鉴权响应数据与预先存储的期望鉴权响应数据是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对所述第一用户终端的鉴权成功,并返回鉴权成功信息给所述第一用户终端。这样,当接收到所述网络服务器响应所述网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时,所述第一用户终端就可以使用所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络,并访问所述移动通信网络所提供的数据业务。可见,通过本发明实施例,在第一用户终端与移动通信网络互相鉴权成功后,第一用户终端就可以在异地时使用第二用户终端开通的数据流量来向网络服务器发送网络接入请求,该第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配,这样,第一用户终端就可以在异地时使用属于该异地的数据流量来接入移动通信 网络,并使用数据业务,从而可以降低接入网络并使用数据业务时产生的费用。

请参见图4,图4是本发明实施例公开的另一种移动通信网络接入装置的结构示意图,其中,图4所示的移动通信网络接入装置是在图3所示的移动通信网络接入装置的基础上进一步优化得到的,与图3所示的移动通信网络接入装置相比,图4所示的移动通信网络接入装置除了包括图3所示的移动通信网络接入装置的所有单元外,还可以包括:
接入单元304,用于当接收单元302接收到所述网络服务器响应所述网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时,使用所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述接收单元302,还用于在所述第二发送单元303使用所述虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求之后,以及所述当接收到所述网络服务器响应所述网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时,所述接入单元304使用所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络之前,接收所述网络服务器发送的鉴权请求,所述鉴权请 求包括第一鉴权参数;
图4所示的装置300还可以包括:
获取单元305,用于获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据;
所述第二发送单元303,还用于将所述鉴权响应数据发送给所述网络服务器,以触发所述网络服务器判断所述鉴权响应数据与预先存储的期望鉴权响应数据是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对所述第一用户终端的鉴权成功,并返回鉴权成功信息给所述第一用户终端。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,所述鉴权请求还包括第二鉴权参数,
所述第一发送单元301,还用于在所述接收单元302接收所述网络服务器发送的鉴权请求之后,以及所述获取单元305获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据之前,将所述第二鉴权参数发送给所述第二用户终端,以触发所述第二用户终端判断所述第二鉴权参数与预先存储的预设鉴权参数是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对所述网络服务器的鉴权成功;
所述接收单元302,还用于接收所述第二用户终端发送的针对所述网络服务器的鉴权成功信息。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,所述获取单元305获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据的具体实施方式可以为:
将所述第一鉴权参数发送给所述第二用户终端,以触发所述第二用户终端根据所述第一鉴权参数以及预设算法生成鉴权响应数据,并将所述鉴权响应数据返回给所述第一用户终端。
在图3~图4所描述的移动通信网络接入装置300中,第一发送单元301可以向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求,接收单元302接收第二用户终端响应获取请求而发送的实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息,并将实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息作为第一用户终端的虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息,进一步地,第二发送单元303可以使用虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求。可见,通过本发明实施例,第二发送单元303可以在异地时使用第二用户终端开通的数据流量来向网络服务器发送网络接入请求,该第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配,这样,第一用户终端就可以在异地时使用属于该异地的数据流量来接入移动通信网络,从而可以降低接入网络时产生的费用。
请参见图5,图5是本发明实施例公开的另一种移动通信网络接入装置的结构示意图,其中,该移动通信网络接入装置500应用于第一用户终端。如图5所示,该移动通信网络接入装置500可以包括:至少一个处理器501,如CPU,输入装置502、输出装置503、存储器504、以及至少一个通信总线505。其中,通信总线505用于实现这些组件之间的通信连接。存储器504可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。可选地,存储器504还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器501的存储装置。其中,存储器504中存储一组程序代码,且处理器501调用存储器504中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
通过输出装置503向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求,所述第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配;
通过输入装置502接收所述第二用户终端响应所述获取请求而发送的所述实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息,并将所述实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息作为所述第一用户终端的虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息;
通过输出装置503使用所述虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求。
作为一种可选的实施方式,处理器501通过输出装置503使用所述虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求之后,还可以执行以下步骤:
当通过输入装置502接收到所述网络服务器响应所述网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时,使用所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,所述处理器501通过输出装置503使用所述虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求之后,以及所述当通过输入装置502接收到所述网络服务器响应所述网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时,使用所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络之前,处理器501还可以执行以下步骤:
通过输入装置502接收所述网络服务器发送的鉴权请求,所述鉴权请求包括第一鉴权参数;
通过输入装置502获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据,并将所述鉴权响应数据发送给所述网络服务器,以触发所述网络服务器判断所述鉴权响应数据与预先存储的期望鉴权响应数据是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对所述第一用户终端的鉴权成功,并返回鉴权成功信息给所述第一用户终端。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,所述鉴权请求还包括第二鉴权参数,所述处理器501通过输入装置502接收所述网络服务器发送的鉴权请求之后,以及所述处理器501通过输入装置502获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据之前,处理器501还可以执行以下步骤:
通过输出装置503将所述第二鉴权参数发送给所述第二用户终端,以触发所述第二用户终端判断所述第二鉴权参数与预先存储的预设鉴权参数是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对所述网络服务器的鉴权成功;
通过输入装置502接收所述第二用户终端发送的针对所述网络服务器的鉴权成功信息。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,所述处理器501通过输入装置502获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据的具体实施方式可以为:
将所述第一鉴权参数发送给所述第二用户终端,以触发所述第二用户终端根据所述第一鉴权参数以及预设算法生成鉴权响应数据,并将所述鉴权响应数据返回给所述第一用户终端。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各个方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本申请并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本申请,某一些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和单元并不一定是本申请所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详细描述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动通信网络接入方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一用户终端向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求,所述第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配;
    所述第一用户终端接收所述第二用户终端响应所述获取请求而发送的所述实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息,并将所述实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息作为所述第一用户终端的虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息;
    所述第一用户终端使用所述虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当接收到所述网络服务器响应所述网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时,所述第一用户终端使用所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户终端使用所述虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求之后,以及所述当接收到所述网络服务器响应所述网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时,所述第一用户终端使用所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一用户终端接收所述网络服务器发送的鉴权请求,所述鉴权请求包括第一鉴权参数;
    所述第一用户终端获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据,并将所述鉴权响应数据发送给所述网络服务器,以触发所述网络服务器判断所述鉴权响应数据与预先存储的期望鉴权响应数据是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对所述第一用户终端的鉴权成功,并返回鉴权成功信息给所述第一用户终端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述鉴权请求还包括第二鉴权参数,所述第一用户终端接收所述网络服务器发送的鉴权请求之后,以及所述第一用户终端获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一用户终端将所述第二鉴权参数发送给所述第二用户终端,以触发所述第二用户终端判断所述第二鉴权参数与预先存储的预设鉴权参数是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对所述网络服务器的鉴权成功;
    所述第一用户终端接收所述第二用户终端发送的针对所述网络服务器的鉴权成功信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户终端获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据,包括:
    所述第一用户终端将所述第一鉴权参数发送给所述第二用户终端,以触发所述第二用户终端根据所述第一鉴权参数以及预设算法生成鉴权响应数据,并将所述鉴权响应数据返回给所述第一用户终端。
  6. 一种移动通信网络接入装置,所述装置应用于第一用户终端,其特征在于,包括:
    第一发送单元,用于向第二用户终端发送实体SIM卡信息获取请求,所述第一用户终端所处的当前位置区域与所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量所属的区域匹配;
    接收单元,用于接收所述第二用户终端响应所述获取请求而发送的所述实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息,并将所述实体SIM卡的SIM卡信息作为所述第一用户终端的虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息;
    第二发送单元,用于使用所述虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    接入单元,用于当接收单元接收到所述网络服务器响应所述网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时,使用所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元,还用于在所述第二发送单元使用所述虚拟SIM卡的SIM卡信息向网络服务器发送网络接入请求之后,以及所述当接收到所述网络服务器响应所述网络接入请求而发送的鉴权成功信息时,所述接入单元使用所述第二用户终端的实体SIM卡所开通的数据流量接入移动通信网络之前,接收所述网络服务器发送的鉴权请求,所述鉴权请求包括第一鉴权参数;
    所述装置还包括:
    获取单元,用于获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据;
    所述第二发送单元,还用于将所述鉴权响应数据发送给所述网络服务器,以触发所述网络服务器判断所述鉴权响应数据与预先存储的期望鉴权响应数据是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对所述第一用户终端的鉴权成功,并返回鉴权成功信息给所述第一用户终端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述鉴权请求还包括第二鉴权参数,
    所述第一发送单元,还用于在所述接收单元接收所述网络服务器发送的鉴权请求之后,以及所述获取单元获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据之前,将所述第二鉴权参数发送给所述第二用户终端,以触发所述第二用户终端判断所述第二鉴权参数与预先存储的预设鉴权参数是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对所述网络服务器的鉴权成功;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第二用户终端发送的针对所述网络服务器的鉴权成功信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元获取所述第一鉴权参数对应的鉴权响应数据的具体实施方式为:
    将所述第一鉴权参数发送给所述第二用户终端,以触发所述第二用户终端根据所述第一鉴权参数以及预设算法生成鉴权响应数据,并将所述鉴权响应数据返回给所述第一用户终端。
