La présente invention concerne un appareil de lecture de code à barres utilisant deux marqueurs pour localiser un code à barres à lire, et comprenant : un système d'imagerie conçu pour acquérir une image d'un code à barres à lire ; et au moins deux modules d'indication optique qui servent respectivement à former des marqueurs d'indication sur le code à barres à lire, lesdits modules d'indication optique incluant un premier module d'indication optique et un second module d'indication optique. Les axes optiques du premier et du second module d'indication optique forment un angle d'axes. Un premier marqueur d'indication formé par le premier module d'indication optique et un second marqueur d'indication formé par le second module d'indication optique se coupent entre un plan proche et un plan éloigné du système d'imagerie. Lesdits modules d'indication optique dont les axes optiques sont agencés de manière à former un angle d'axes amènent le premier et le second marqueur d'indication à se croiser entre le plan proche et le plan éloigné du système d'imagerie, ce qui aide à ajuster la position du code à barres à lire. La disposition du point d'intersection sur le code à barres à lire positionne avec précision ledit code à barres, et ainsi, le système d'imagerie acquiert une image claire.
