公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法 技术领域
本发明涉及互联网信息交互领域,具体而言,涉及公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法。
背景技术
广告,是为了某种特定的需要,通过一定形式的媒体,公开而广泛地向公众传递信息的宣传手段。广告的形式多种多样,但不论是哪种广告,其目的均是为了起到一定的宣传作用。广告在起到应有的宣传作用之前需要经过三个步骤,第一个步骤是制作,即,广告拥有方,以宣传为目的进行的广告的策划与设计,从而形成以声音、文字、图片、动画等媒介为载体的宣传资料;第二个步骤是广告拥有方与广告发行方进行交易(如果广告拥有方和发行方是同一方,则可省略该过程),交易的主要部分是,广告拥有方通过向广告发行方支付一定的报酬和签订相应的合同,进而将广告的播出权利与责任赋予广告发行方;第三个步骤是广告发行方,按照合同中的约定,通过指定的媒体将广告拥有方所提供的宣传资料进行播放,进而起到广而告之的作用。
随着近些年互联网和移动互联网技术的发展,信息的传递变得便捷化和简易化。广告的传播也变得简单,人们对广告的重视程度和宣传广告的力度也都大大得到了提高。广告在完成宣传之前的三个步骤中,有两个步骤较为困难,分别是第一个步骤和第二个步骤。第一个步骤,需要针对性的形成宣传资料,这主要考验了广告策划团队的综合能力。第二个步骤, 促成广告发行方和广告拥有方之间的交易也是较为困难的,具体体现在:广告拥有方在期望进行广告推广时,难以找到对应的广告发行方。
从广告发行方的角度来看,可以将发行方分为两类,第一类是官方所控制的发行方,如中央电视台、地方电视台等,该种类的发行方通常可以通过多种渠道进行联系,比较容易找到负责广告传播的人员。第二类是非官方的发行方,如KTV、酒吧等私人营业场所,该种类的发行方可以将需要播放的宣传资料在其营业场所内部的显示器、显示屏等设备上进行展示,以进行宣传。但,对于第二种类的发行方,广告的拥有方通常难以找到对应的负责人。
相关技术中,广告拥有方的负责人通常需要跑遍每一家营业场所,来找到营业场所的相关负责人,才能够进行后期的交流。但,由于营业场所相对独立,并且营业场所的负责人员并不一定会出现在营业场所中,因此,如果广告拥有方想进行广告推广,则需要使用“碰运气”的方式,逐个营业场所中查找对应的营业场所的负责人。这大大降低了广告推广的时效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,以提高公共场所广告推广的时效。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,包括:
客户端上传预先生成的广告信息至网络端,广告信息包括播放内容和播放参数;
网络端将广告信息发送至第一审核终端,以获取第一审核终端所发出的第一审核结果;
若第一审核结果为通过,则网络端将广告信息发送至指定的播放设备,播放设备与第一审核终端相关联;
播放设备按照播放参数中的信息,显示播放内容。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第一种可能的实施方式,其中,还包括:若网络端获取到第一审核终端所发出的第一审核结果,则将第一审核结果发送至客户端;
和/或,若网络端获取到第一审核终端所发出的第一审核结果,则建立客户端与第一审核终端的通讯连接。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第二种可能的实施方式,其中,若广告信息中携带有选择信息,则网络端将广告信息发送至第一审核终端包括:
网络端查找与选择信息相对应的终端作为第一审核终端;
网络端将广告信息发送至第一审核终端。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第三种可能的实施方式,其中,还包括:
监控端实时监控播放设备的播放内容,并生成监控信息;
监控端将监控信息发送至客户端或网络端。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第四种可能的实施方式,其中,若监控端将监控信息发送至网络端,则方法还包括:
网络端对比监控信息与广告信息的一致性;
若监控信息与广告信息的一致性低于预设的阈值,则网络端生成告警信息;
网络端将告警信息发送至客户端。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第五种可能的实施方式,其中,还包括:
若网络端获取到多个第一审核终端所发出的第一审核结果,则网络端将其首个接收到的第一审核结果发送至客户端,或,建立发出首个第一审核结果的第一审核终端与客户端的通讯连接。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第六种可能的实施方式,其中,还包括:
网络端将播放内容发送至第二审核终端,以获取第二审核终端所发出的第二审核结果,第二审核终端与监管部门相关联;
若第二审核结果为通过,则执行步骤网络端将广告信息发送至第一审核终端。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第七种可能的实施方式,其中,监控端实时监控播放设备的播放内容,并生成监控信息包括:
监控端实时记录播放设备中的信号源向播放设备中的显示器所输出的信号,以生成监控信息。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第八种可能的实施方式,其中,监控端实时监控播放设备的播放内容,并生成监控信息包括:
监控端实时采集播放设备的显示屏所显示的画面,以生成监控信息。
结合第一方面,本发明实施例提供了第一方面的第九种可能的实施方式,其中,播放参数包括以下的一种或多种:播放时间、播放区域、播放频率、播放次数;
选择信息包括播放地域、播放场所类型、交易预算费用。
本发明实施例提供的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,采用在互联网技术的基础上,进行网络确认,与现有技术中的如果相关人员需要在公共场所进行广告推广,只能够采用在各个实体的营业场所内进行查找,进而导致难以查找到相关负责人员,导致广告推广的时效下降相比,其通过广告的推广方先通过客户端将包含有播放内容和播放参数的广告信息上传到网络端,而后,网络端将接收到的广告信息发送至第一审核终端,以使广告发行方通过第一审核终端对广告信息进行审核,来确认是否接受该广告推广的任务;如果广告发行方认为可以接收该任务,则会反馈内容为通过的第一审核结果;之后,网络端将广告信息发送至指定的播放设备,此处的播放设备是指与第一审核终端相关联的设备(与第一审核终端相对应的设备),以使播放设备能够按照播放参数中的信息显示播放内容,进而完成广告的推广。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举较佳实施例,并配合所附附图,作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。通常在此处附图中描述和示出的本发明实施例的组件可以以各种不同的配置来布置和设计。因此,以下对在附图中提供的本发明的实施例的详细描述并非旨在限制要求保护的本发明的范围,而是仅仅表示本发明的选定实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在进行公共场所广告推广的时候,由于难以找到指定公共场所(广告推广方期望进行广告推广的场所)的负责人,而导致广告推广的时候,会遭遇到很多问题。如达成交易周期长(主要体现在需要通过多个人才能找到最终的负责人,进而导致找到负责人的时间很长,从而延长交易周期)、交易成本高(主要体现在,在找到负责人的过程中被中间人员恶意索要回扣)、推广时效性低(由于达成交易的周期较长,很多时效性较高的广告在播出之后无法起到预期的效果,如在世界杯期间期望推广某款关于世界杯的产品,一旦广告推广的时间被延后,则会使广告推广的收益大大降低)等。其中,最为重要的便是广告推广的时效性。
随着互联网和移动互联网的发展,信息传播和推广的速度大大提高,以前只能够通过现场观看的演出、比赛,在互联网上同样能够进行观看。也正是由于信息传播的便捷性得到了提高,使得冲动型消费的比例得到了提升。如,在观看某个电影之后,观影人员喜欢电影中的某个道具,便期望尽快购买,但,随着时间的推移,这种购买的欲望则会越来越低,直至最后放弃购买。由此可见,冲动型消费受到时间因素的影响很大。由此,及时的发布广告,以使消费者能够知悉购买渠道,能够促进交易的进行。
针对该种设想,本申请提供了公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,如图1所示,包括如下几个步骤:
S101,客户端上传预先生成的广告信息至网络端,广告信息包括播放内容和播放参数;
S102,网络端将广告信息发送至第一审核终端,以获取第一审核终端所发出的第一审核结果;
S103,若第一审核结果为通过,则网络端将广告信息发送至指定的播放设备,播放设备与第一审核终端相关联;
S104,播放设备按照播放参数中的信息,显示播放内容。
步骤S101,客户端上传预先生成的广告信息至网络端之前,客户端需要先行设计/确定广告信息的播放内容和播放参数。播放内容可以是声音、图片、视频中的某一种,或者是这几种的组合。播放参数指的是该播放内容的播放时间、频率等播放规则。
客户端具体可以设置为网络终端或者移动终端中的一个应用软件。如可设计为手机的APP软件,用户通过下载APP便可以通过运行该APP上传广 告信息。当然,客户端也可以是一个独立的终端。优选的,客户端可以是具备如下功能的网络设备:录音功能、摄像功能、拍照功能、音视频处理功能。
之后,网络端将接收到的广告信息发送至第一审核终端,以使第一审核终端对广告信息进行审核、校对。使用第一审核终端的人员可以是广告发行方,也就是负责推广广告信息的一方。如果,广告发行方认为播放内容和播放参数符合自己的需求,则可以向网络端反馈第一审核结果,如果该第一审核结果是通过,则可以执行步骤S103。即,网络端将广告信息发送至指定的播放设备。此处,需要说明的是,步骤S103中所发送的广告信息可以是经过加工的。具体而言,步骤S101中,客户端上传的广告信息中可以包含有播放地域、播放设备类型等相关参数,但这些参数并不需要告知播放设备,只需要播放设备按照播放时间等播放规则,对播放内容进行显示即可,其他信息则不需要传达至播放设备,以避免造成信息泄露。
也就是步骤S103中,网络端将广告信息发送至指定的播放设备中,广告信息中不包含广告推广地域。
而且,第一审核终端与播放设备是相关联的。步骤S103中所指的播放设备是大量设备中的一部分。如,在进行步骤S103之前可以先进行检索,来确定受第一审核终端所控制的播放设备有哪些(第一审核终端是受广告发行方所控制的,那么该广告发行方也必然能够控制一定数量的播放设备,如分布在城市各个区域的KTV中的显示器)。如可以建立如下表1,来检索出播放设备。

如表1中所示,第二列为不同的第一审核终端的号码,第三列为播放设备的号码。当然,还可以建立另一张表来储存不同播放设备的参数信息,如通信地址等。
步骤S103之前,需要先确认出播放设备的号码,即第三列中所记载的播放设备号码。之后将广告信息发送至该播放设备,以使该播放设备进行播放内容的显示。步骤S104中,播放设备需要按照播放参数中的规定进行播放内容的显示。如每隔10分钟对A视频进行播放;在上午10点播放B音频;在X时刻开始循环播放C视频,直至Y时刻停止。
在步骤S104之后,即完成了广告推广的任务。
图2给出了本申请所提供的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法的基本网络架构,通过该网络架构能够直观的看出,网络端12分别与客户端13、第一审核终端11和播放设备14连接,第一审核终端11虽然是播放设备14的实际拥有者,但为了避免第一审核终端11的拥有者私自控制播放设备14,从而导致播放设备14没有按照播放参数中的规定来显示播放内容,因此,播放终端并不是受第一审核终端11的控制,而是直接接受网络端12的控制(即是由网络端12将广告信息发送至播放设备14中的)。
步骤S103中,说明了播放设备14与第一审核终端11是相关联的,可以理解为:第一审核终端11有权利确认播放设备14是否接受/执行某广告信息。也就是第一审核终端11的控制者是播放设备14的拥有者。
具体的,本申请所提供的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,还包括:若网络端12获取到第一审核终端11所发出的第一审核结果,则将第一审核结果发送至客户端13;
和/或,若网络端12获取到第一审核终端11所发出的第一审核结果,则建立客户端13与第一审核终端11的通讯连接。
也就是网络端12在接收到第一审核结果之后,需要将第一审核结果告知客户端13,或者是建立客户端13与第一审核终端11的通信,以促进二者进行交流。
具体而言,第一审核结果可能有三种情况,第一种,通过;第二种,不通过;第三种,部分同意。
当第一审核结果为通过的时候,则说明第一审核终端11认为客户端13所上传的广告信息符合自己的期望,此时只要将第一审核结果告知客户端13即可。当第一审核结果为通过时,则将第一审核结果发送至客户端13。其中,第一审核结果中,优选携带有第一审核终端11的联系信息。
如表1所示,第一审核终端11可以是多个,也就是不同的广告发行方使用不同的第一审核终端11。当第一审核结果(某一个第一审核终端11所发出的审核结果)为不通过的时候,则说明第一审核终端11认为客户端13所上传的广告信息不符合自己的期望,此时,则可以将该第一审核结果告知客户端13。并且,还可以将广告信息传递给其他的第一审核终端11,以询 问其他的第一审核终端11是否会通过该广告信息的播放任务。即,本申请所提供的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法中,还包括:若第一审核结果为不通过,则将第一审核结果发送至客户端13,并将广告信息发送至其他第一审核终端11。当然,还可以是采用群发的方式,即网络端12将广告信息同时发送给多个第一审核终端11,并且选择将接收到的首个第一审核结果(必然是结果为同意)发送给客户端13,或者是建立相应的网络通讯连接。
当第一审核结果为部分同意的时候,则说明第一审核终端11的使用者认为还有可以商量的余地,此时,则应当建立客户端13与第一审核终端11的通讯连接,以便于客户端13和第一审核终端11进行沟通。即,本申请所提供的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法中,还包括:若第一审核结果为部分通过,则建立客户端13与第一审核终端11的通讯连接。其中,建立通讯连接可以理解为两种含义,第一种是将第一审核终端11的通讯信息/客户端13的通讯信息提供给对方,以使二者建立通讯连接;第二种是在互联网上直接建立临时会话连接,以使客户端13和第一审核终端11在网络端12的监控下进行沟通。
进一步,若广告信息中携带有选择信息,则网络端12将广告信息发送至第一审核终端11包括:
网络端12查找与选择信息相对应的终端作为第一审核终端11;
网络端12将广告信息发送至第一审核终端11。
也就是能够进行审核的审核终端有多种属性,如所属公司的规模、所属公司性质等,当然,审核终端的属性还有如播放设备14所处的地域、播放设备14的数量,某个区域内播放设备14的数量等。因此在确定第一审核 终端11的时候,需要根据广告信息中的选择信息,先筛选出来符合要求的审核终端作为第一审核终端11。
具体可以建立如下的表2。

如表2所示,审核终端为多个,且每个审核终端均具有多种不同的属性,具体而言,这些属性可以是指播放设备14拥有总量;指定地域内,播放设备14拥有量;播放设备14类型;公司员工数量、播放地域、播放场所类型等等。客户端13在生成广告信息的时候,可以在广告信息中携带上选择信息(选择信息至少包括以下的一种或多种:播放设备14拥有总量;指定地域内,播放设备14拥有量;播放设备14类型;公司员工数量、播放地域、播放场所类型),选择信息说明了需要由符合某种属性的审核终端来执行广告的推广,因此,在进行广告信息推广之前,先需要确定哪些终端可以作为第一审核终端11。也就是网络端12查找与选择信息相对应的终端作为第一审核终端11。具体的,在步骤网络端12查找与选择信息相对应的终端作为第一审核终端11之前,还可以包括如下步骤:
获取每个审核终端的属性信息;
根据每个审核终端的属性信息建立审核终端的属性表。
进一步,本申请所提供的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,还包括:
监控端16实时监控播放设备14的播放内容,并生成监控信息;
监控端16将监控信息发送至客户端13或网络端12。
为了保证播放设备14按照播放参数对播放内容进行了呈现,需要增加监控端16,如图3所示,监控端16与网络端12连接,和/或监控端16与客户端13连接。监控端16的作用是对播放设备14所播放的内容进行采集,进而生成监控信息,并且将生成的监控信息发送至网络端12。
具体而言,监控端16有两种形式,第一种,监控端16内部存在信号采集和比对的设备。即本申请所提供的方法还包括:若第一审核结果为通过,则网络端12还将广告信息发送至指定的监控端16,该监控端16用于对指定的播放设备14进行监控;
监控端16实时采集播放设备14的播放内容,以生成监控信息;
监控端16比对监控信息和广告信息的一致性,若监控信息与广告信息的一致性低于预设的阈值,则监控端16将监控信息发送至客户端13或网络端12。
此种情况下,监控端16在将监控信息发出前,先进性了一次比对,只有一致性较低的时候,才会向客户端13或网络端12发出监控信息。
第二种,监控端16只起到信号采集和信号发送的作用,即,监控端16实时监控播放设备14的播放内容,并生成监控信息;
监控端16每隔预定的时间,将监控信息发送至客户端13或网络端12。
此种情况下,比对工作改为由网络端12或客户端13进行。
也就是,若监控端16将监控信息发送至网络端12,则方法还包括:
网络端12对比监控信息与广告信息的一致性;
若监控信息与广告信息的一致性低于预设的阈值,则网络端12生成告警信息;
网络端12将告警信息发送至客户端13。
由于网络端12是预先知悉广告信息的内容的,因此,只要将监控信息与广告信息进行比对就可以确定一致性。
具体的,这两种方法中,在进行一致性对比的时候,均可以使用图像重合法进行,也就是分别截取播放内容和监控信息中某一时间点的图像画面,之后将这两个图像画面的相似度作为一致性。当然,比较一致性的方式还有很多,在此,不一一列举。
除了进行广告信息的审批,还应当在安全环境下完成交易,也就是客户端13需要向第一审核终端11支付一定的费用,此处的费用可以携带在广告信息中。也就是本申请所提供的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法中,若第一审核结果为通过,则方法还包括:网络端12建立客户端13和第一审核终端11的交易连接。
除了通过第一审核终端11对广告信息进行审核,还需要由官方的职能部门对播放内容的合法性进行审核。也就是,本申请所提供的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,还包括:
网络端12将播放内容发送至第二审核终端15,以获取第二审核终端15所发出的第二审核结果;
若第二审核结果为通过,则执行步骤网络端12将广告信息发送至第一审核终端11。
具体的,步骤监控端16实时监控播放设备14的播放内容,并生成监控信息可以有两种方式,第一种方式,是对待输出的信号进行监控,第二种方式,是对已经播放出来的画面进行监控。
更具体的,第一种方式,监控端16实时监控播放设备14的播放内容,并生成监控信息包括:
监控端16实时记录播放设备14中的信号源向播放设备14中的显示器所输出的信号,以生成监控信息。
此种方式,通过对播放设备14的信号源进行监控,根据信号源向显示器输出的信号来生成监控信息。该种方式能够更为精确的获取监控信息,对于后期比对监控信息和广告信息的一致性有着良好的比对精度。
第二种方式,监控端16实时监控播放设备14的播放内容,并生成监控信息包括:
监控端16实时采集播放设备14的显示屏所显示的画面,以生成监控信息。
此种方式,通过监控端16对播放设备14的播放内容进行监控(即,将播放设备14所播出的画面进行录制),来生成监控信息。能够最直观的采集到播放设备14所播出的画面,但采集到的画面受到环境的影响,其精度较低。
第一种方式和第二种方式相比较而言,可以根据不同的工作环境来确定具体使用哪种方式。对环境变化相对较大的地域(如人流量较大、有大 量移动障碍物的地域)、显示屏位置相对较低的地域,优选使用第一种方式。对于环境变化相对较大的地域,受到障碍物遮挡的影响,如果对播放设备14所输出的图像进行采集的话,则可能会受到障碍物的遮挡,进而导致采集到的监控信息是不全面的,这对后续步骤中,对比监控信息和播放内容是不利的。因此,此时可以采用对信号源进行采集的方式来获取监控信息。监控信息可以包含有两种内容,一是图像信息,二是获取到该图像信息的时间信息。
对于环境变化相对较小的区域则优选使用第二种方式来获取监控信息。这主要是考虑到,使用第一种方式的时候,即使信号源输出的相应的信号,但由于显示设备的问题,同样可能存在无法播放,或非正常播放的问题。
进一步,所述播放参数包括以下的一种或多种:播放时间、播放区域、播放频率、播放次数。
下面,以三个具体的实例来说明,本申请所提供的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法。
实例1:
1.广告主(广告拥有方)下载app(客户端),上传所需投放的广告内容(文字、图片、动画、视频或组合),输入该广告内容需要投放的时间段、投放频率、投放的地点(具体到某些场所的某些屏幕)。时间段可以以2个小时为一个时间段;投放频率可以以分钟(最短1分钟)为单位和循环播放划分;投放地点有广告主自行选择(一个或多个城市、一个或多个场所、一个或多个屏幕)。
2.管理平台(网络端)收到广告主的请求(广告信息)后自动发送到相关审核人员APP(第二审核终端),审核人员依据广告法相关规定进行初步审核,是否符合法律规定;审核未通过,审核人员写明未通过原因并提出修改意见,推送到广告主的app,广告主修改后再次发送请求到管理平台,经审核人员审核通过后发送到管理平台,管理平台将该请求推送到目标屏幕的管理者app(第一审核终端)审核。
3.管理者根据其场所需求及经营特征,审核是否同意该广告在其屏幕上播出申请。同意该广告播出申请,同意消息发送到管理平台,管理平台发送到广告主app,广告主进行在线支付;如管理者对广告内容提出修改意见,审批结果发送到管理平台,管理平台自动送达发出申请的广告主APP,商家与广告主直接进行交流,广告主修改后再次推送到管理平台审核,管理平台再次推送到管理者app直至管理者审核通过,广告主进行在线支付达成交易。如管理者拒绝播出该广告申请,拒绝消息自动推送到管理平台,管理平台将自动推荐同类场所屏幕到广告主app供其再次选择,直至达成交易。
4.广告主通过在线支付广告费用,管理平台将通过网络将需要播出的广告内容,以及播出时间表加密传送至指定的音视频处理装置存储待播。音视频处理装置将广告按播出时间表投放到显示设备上。播放广告同时音视频处理装置通过网络向管理平台发送已播放消息,管理平台统计同一时间为同一广告主播放的广告数量,并向广告主APP发送监播报告。
实例2:
1.广告主通过操作客户端的APP自动设置播放参数,播放参数可以包括:播放场所、场所分类、播放频次、交易预算费用。其中,播放场所包括指定地域范围,或,全国范围;指定地域范围如,选择A点附近场所(如以A点为圆心5、10、15、20公里为半径的区域均可选);或选全国某个或某些城市,选择场所分类(如量贩式KTV、夜总会、酒吧等),选择播放频次(如每天需要重复播放N次),填写广告投入总预算金额。
2.广告主通过操作客户端的APP上传需要投放的播放内容(文字、图片、动画或视频);
3.广告主通过操作客户端的APP将广告内容和播放参数一并发送给云端平台(网络端);
4.云端平台(网络端)自动选择符合播放场所要求的第一审核终端(目标终端);
5.云端平台将广告内容和播放参数(播放参数可以发送也可以不发送)发送到所有目标终端;
6.云端平台接收目标终端所反馈的第一审核结果(此处的第一审核结果是指结果为同意的审核结果),并选择首个接收到的第一审核结果为目标结果;
7.将目标结果和与目标结果所对应的第一审核终端的信息发送给广告主所使用的APP;
8.广告主通过操作APP查看接收到的信息(目标结果和对应的第一审核终端),并进一步达成交易。
其中步骤8里,广告主如遇到不符合投放自己广告内容的场所,可将该场所删除后,确定达成交易;广告主也可将删除的场所的广告金额再次推送直至达成交易。
实例3:
1.第一审核终端将预先生成终端属性上传至网络端,其中,终端属性也可以理解为第一审核终端同意播放广告的条件和自身的场所设备信息,具体属性如播放时间、播放频次等、本场所信息、场所名称、所在城市的所在位置、场所性质、包间数等。
2.第一审核终端将终端属性上传至网络端;
3.网络端获取客户端所发出的广告内容和播放参数(广告内容和播放参数可以参照实例2中的记载)
4.网络端选择终端属性符合播放参数的第一审核终端作为目标终端;
5.目标终端的所有人操作第一审核终端进行审核,并生成相应的第一审核结果;
6.云端平台接收目标终端所反馈的第一审核结果(此处的第一审核结果是指结果为同意的审核结果),并选择首个接收到的第一审核结果为目标结果;
7.将目标结果和与目标结果所对应的第一审核终端的信息发送给广告主所使用的APP;
8.广告主通过操作APP查看接收到的信息(目标结果和对应的第一审核终端),并进一步达成交易。自动选择符合播放场所要求的第一审核终端(目标终端)。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,其特征在于,包括:
    客户端上传预先生成的广告信息至网络端,所述广告信息包括播放内容和播放参数;
    所述网络端将所述广告信息发送至第一审核终端,以获取所述第一审核终端所发出的第一审核结果;
    若所述第一审核结果为通过,则所述网络端将所述广告信息发送至指定的播放设备,所述播放设备与所述第一审核终端相关联;
    所述播放设备按照所述播放参数中的信息,显示所述播放内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,其特征在于,还包括:若所述网络端获取到所述第一审核终端所发出的第一审核结果,则将所述第一审核结果发送至所述客户端;
    和/或,若所述网络端获取到所述第一审核终端所发出的第一审核结果,则建立所述客户端与所述第一审核终端的通讯连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,其特征在于,若所述广告信息中携带有选择信息,则所述网络端将所述广告信息发送至第一审核终端包括:
    所述网络端查找与所述选择信息相对应的终端作为所述第一审核终端;
    所述网络端将所述广告信息发送至所述第一审核终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    监控端实时监控所述播放设备的播放内容,并生成监控信息;
    所述监控端将所述监控信息发送至所述客户端或所述网络端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,其特征在于,若所述监控端将所述监控信息发送至所述网络端,则所述方法还包括:
    所述网络端对比所述监控信息与所述广告信息的一致性;
    若所述监控信息与所述广告信息的一致性低于预设的阈值,则所述网络端生成告警信息;
    所述网络端将所述告警信息发送至所述客户端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若所述网络端获取到多个第一审核终端所发出的第一审核结果,则所述网络端将其首个接收到的第一审核结果发送至所述客户端,或,建立发出首个第一审核结果的第一审核终端与所述客户端的通讯连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述网络端将所述播放内容发送至第二审核终端,以获取所述第二审核终端所发出的第二审核结果,所述第二审核终端与监管部门相关联;
    若所述第二审核结果为通过,则执行步骤所述网络端将所述广告信息发送至所述第一审核终端。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,其特征在于,所述监控端实时监控所述播放设备的播放内容,并生成监控信息包括:
    所述监控端实时记录所述播放设备中的信号源向所述播放设备中的显示器所输出的信号,以生成所述监控信息。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,其特征在于,所述监控端实时监控所述播放设备的播放内容,并生成监控信息包括:
    所述监控端实时采集所述播放设备的显示屏所显示的画面,以生成监控信息。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的公共场所的屏幕广告交易方法,其特征在于,所述播放参数包括以下的一种或多种:播放时间、播放区域、播放频率、播放次数;
    所述选择信息包括播放地域、播放场所类型、交易预算费用。
