Description

一种组呼控制方法及装置、系统、存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及组呼通讯技术领域,尤其涉及一种LTE集群系统的基于优先级的组呼控制方法及装置、系统、存储介质。
背景技术
集群通信系统是为了满足行业用户指挥调度需求而开发的、面向特定行业应用的专用无线通信系统,集群通信系统中大量无线用户共享少量无线信道,以指挥调度为主体应用,是一种多用途、高效能的无线通信系统,具有特有的调度、组呼以及快速呼叫等特性,已经成为下一代集群系统的发展方向。
随着长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)集群业务的不断发展,在专网集群网络中,集群通信系统提供的业务日益丰富,包括呼叫类业务,如一对一的单独呼叫和一对多的群组呼叫,以及非呼叫类业务,如短数据、定位等业务,并且,集群通信系统支持非呼叫类业务与呼叫类业务的并发处理,为集群用户提供综合服务。
在集群通信系统中,通常一个终端会同时属于多个群组,这就可能会出现一个终端同时处于多个呼叫中的情况,例如,当一个终端所属的多个群组的呼叫在某一时刻同时存在,或者多个群组的呼叫和针对该终端的单呼呼叫同时存在,在这种情况下,如果不进行呼叫优先级管理,可能会出现各种问题。
集群呼叫优先级管理可以由PTT调度服务器(PDS,Push To Talk Dispatch Server)和终端进行,由PDS进行呼叫优先级管理,具有易于集中管理的优点,但也存在一些缺陷,如无法完全保证用户接入优先级最高的呼叫中、强拆了不该拆的用户等。而由终端进行呼叫优先级管理,虽然能更加灵活的管理呼叫,但同时也会增加不必要的信令交互。

本发明实施例仅仅是以图1至图9所述组呼控制方法为例,并非限定本发明的保护范围,本领域技术人员可以根据实际场景对图1至图9所述组呼方法步骤进行简单的删减或重新组合,这些变换仍然属于本发明的保护范围。本发明实施例所述组呼控制方法中,用户可以设置终端支持的群组和优先级,并与网络侧的支持的群组和优先级进行综合,以用户设置的群组和优先级为主,通过注册流程将用户设置的群组和优先级信息发送到网络侧,再由网络侧确定最终支持的群组和优先级,通过注册接受消息发送到终端,使终端设置和网络侧设置同步。当网络侧支持的群组和优先级发生变化时,通过组信息更新的方式通知到终端。如此,用户能够根据需要设置支持接入群组以及优先级,也可以不进行设置,使用网络侧设置或默认支持的群组和优先级,从而提高了用户体验。通过注册过程实现终端和网络侧的同步,可以复用当前流程不增加新的流程,在不新增流程的情况,达到同步的目的,大大减少了终端的设计复杂度。

本发明实施例中,当组呼中不存在RRC连接时,网络侧无法确定终端是否处于组呼状态,因此,网络侧直接发起组呼,由终端进行组呼控制。
图10和图11中所示的组呼控制装置中的各处理模块的实现功能,可参照前述组呼控制方法的相关描述而理解。本领域技术人员应当理解,图8所示的组呼控制装置中各处理模块的功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现,也可通过具体的逻辑电路而实现,比如:可由中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现。

本发明实施例能够实现同时属于多个群组的终端的组呼控制,解决了目前终端不能够设置属于自己优先级群组、以及终端的优先级和网络侧的优先级不一致导致等问题。

  1. 一种组呼控制方法,包括:
    将自身设置的支持的群组和优先级发送到网络侧;
    接收网络侧发送的网络侧和终端最终支持的群组和优先级;
    当终端自身或网络侧发起新的组呼时,根据最终支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述将自身设置的支持的群组和优先级发送到网络侧包括:
    当自身设置有支持的群组以及优先级时,通过注册请求消息将自身设置的支持的群组和优先级发送到网络侧;当自身没有设置支持的群组以及优先级时,发送注册请求消息到网络侧,不携带支持的群组和优先级信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当自身设置的支持的群组和/或优先级发生变化时,重新发起注册过程,通过注册请求消息将自身设置的支持的群组和/或优先级发送到网络侧,并接收网络侧通过注册接受消息发送的网络侧和终端最终的支持的群组和/或优先级。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述方法还包括:将接收到的网络侧发送的支持的群组以及优先级保存到本地,当组呼激活时记录当前组呼的优先级。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述方法,其中,所述当终端自身发起新的组呼时,根据支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制包括:
    当终端自身主动发起新的组呼时,判断新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,释放当前组呼, 激活所述新发起的组呼;
    当新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,拒绝所述新发起的组呼。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述方法,其中,所述当网络侧发起新的组呼时,根据支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制包括:
    接收到网络侧发起的组呼时,判断网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,释放当前组呼,激活所述网络侧新发起的组呼;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,拒绝所述网络侧新发起的组呼。
  7. 一种组呼控制方法,包括:
    接收终端发送的终端设置的支持的群组和优先级;
    将网络侧和终端最终支持的群组和优先级发送到终端;
    当网络侧自身发起新的组呼时,根据支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述方法,其中,所述将网络侧和终端最终支持的群组和优先级发送到终端包括:
    当终端中设置有支持的群组以及优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧和终端最终支持的群组和优先级发送到终端;
    当终端和网络侧均没有设置支持的群组以及优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧默认支持的群组和优先级发送到终端;
    当终端中没有设置支持的群组以及优先级,且网络侧设置了支持的群组,没有设置支持的优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧设置的支持的群组和默认支持的优先级发送到终端;
    当终端中没有设置支持的群组以及优先级,且网络侧设置了支持的群组和优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧设置的支持的群组和优先级发送到终端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当网络侧支持的群组和/或等级发生变化时,通过组信息将更新后的支持的群组和/或优先级发送到终端。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述方法,其中,所述当网络侧自身发起新的组呼时,根据终端支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制包括:
    当网络侧自身发起新的组呼,且确定终端处于组呼状态时,判断新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,释放当前组呼,激活所述新发起的组呼;
    当新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,拒绝所述新发起的组呼;
    当网络侧发起新的组呼,且网络侧无法确定终端是否处于组呼状态时,网络侧发起所述新的组呼。
  11. 一种组呼控制方法,包括:
    终端与网络侧共同确定支持的群组和优先级;
    当终端发起新的组呼时,终端根据支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制;
    当网络侧发起新的组呼时,终端或网络侧根据支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述方法,其中,所述终端与网络侧共同确定支持的群组和优先级包括:
    当终端中设置有支持的群组以及优先级时,终端通过注册请求消息将自身设置的支持的群组和优先级发送到网络侧,网络侧通过注册接受消息 将网络侧和终端最终支持的群组和优先级发送到终端;
    当终端和网络侧均没有设置支持的群组以及优先级时,网络侧通过注册接受消息将默认支持的群组和优先级发送到终端;
    当终端中没有设置支持的群组以及优先级,且网络侧设置了支持的群组,没有设置支持的优先级时,网络侧通过注册接受消息将设置的支持的群组和默认支持的优先级发送到终端;
    当终端中没有设置支持的群组以及优先级,且网络侧设置了支持的群组和优先级时,网络侧通过注册接受消息将设置的支持的群组和优先级发送到终端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当网络侧支持的群组和/或等级发生变化时,网络侧通过组信息将更新后的支持的群组和/或优先级发送到终端;
    当终端设置的支持的群组和/或优先级发生变化时,终端重新发起注册过程,通过注册请求消息将自身设置的支持的群组和/或优先级发送到网络侧,网络侧通过注册接受消息将最终的支持的群组和/或优先级发送到终端。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述方法,其中,所述方法还包括:终端将接收到的网络侧发送的支持的群组以及优先级保存到本地,当组呼激活时记录当前组呼的优先级。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述方法,其中,所述当终端发起新的组呼时,终端根据支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制包括:
    当终端主动发起新的组呼时,终端判断新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当终端新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,终端释放当前组呼,激活所述新发起的组呼;
    当终端新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,终端拒绝所 述新发起的组呼。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述方法,其中,所述当网络侧发起新的组呼时,网络侧根据终端支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制包括:
    当网络侧发起新的组呼,且网络侧确定终端处于组呼状态时,网络侧判断新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,网络侧释放当前组呼,激活所述新发起的组呼;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,网络侧拒绝所述新发起的组呼。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述方法,其中,所述当网络侧发起新的组呼时,终端根据终端支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制包括:
    当网络侧发起新的组呼,且网络侧无法确定终端是否处于组呼状态时,网络侧发起所述新的组呼;
    终端接收到网络侧发起的组呼时,判断网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,终端释放当前组呼,激活所述网络侧新发起的组呼;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,终端拒绝所述网络侧新发起的组呼。
  18. 一种组呼控制装置,所述装置位于终端侧,所述装置包括:第一确定模块、第一控制模块;其中,
    所述第一确定模块,配置为将自身设置的支持的群组和优先级发送到网络侧;接收网络侧发送的网络侧和终端最终支持的群组和优先级;
    所述第一控制模块,配置为当终端自身或网络侧发起新的组呼时,根据最终支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述装置,其中,所述第一确定模块还配置为:
    当自身设置有支持的群组以及优先级时,通过注册请求消息将自身设置的支持的群组和优先级发送到网络侧;当自身没有设置支持的群组以及优先级时,发送注册请求消息到网络侧,不携带支持的群组和优先级信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述装置,其中,所述第一确定模块还配置为:
    当自身设置的支持的群组和/或优先级发生变化时,重新发起注册过程,通过注册请求消息将自身设置的支持的群组和/或优先级发送到网络侧,并接收网络侧通过注册接受消息发送的网络侧和终端最终的支持的群组和/或优先级。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述装置,其中,所述装置还包括存储模块配置为:将接收到的网络侧发送的支持的群组以及优先级保存到本地,当组呼激活时记录当前组呼的优先级。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述装置,其中,所述第一控制模块还配置为:
    当终端自身主动发起新的组呼时,判断新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,释放当前组呼,激活所述新发起的组呼;
    当新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,拒绝所述新发起的组呼。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述装置,其中,所述第一控制模块还配置为:
    当接收到网络侧发起的组呼时,判断网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,释放当前组呼,激活所述网络侧新发起的组呼;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,拒绝所述 网络侧新发起的组呼。
  24. 一种组呼控制装置,所述装置位于网络侧,所述装置包括:第二确定模块、第二控制模块;其中,
    所述第二确定模块,配置为接收终端发送的终端设置的支持的群组和优先级;将网络侧和终端最终支持的群组和优先级发送到终端;
    所述第二控制模块,配置为当网络侧自身发起新的组呼时,根据支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述装置,其中,所述第二确定模块还配置为:
    当终端中设置有支持的群组以及优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧和终端最终支持的群组和优先级发送到终端;
    当终端和网络侧均没有设置支持的群组以及优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧默认支持的群组和优先级发送到终端;
    当终端中没有设置支持的群组以及优先级,且网络侧设置了支持的群组,没有设置支持的优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧设置的支持的群组和默认支持的优先级发送到终端;
    当终端中没有设置支持的群组以及优先级,且网络侧设置了支持的群组和优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧设置的支持的群组和优先级发送到终端。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述装置,其中,所述第二确定模块还配置为:
    当网络侧支持的群组和/或等级发生变化时,通过组信息将更新后的支持的群组和/或优先级发送到终端。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述装置,其中,所述第二控制模块还配置为:
    当网络侧自身发起新的组呼,且确定终端处于组呼状态时,判断新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,释放当前组呼, 激活所述新发起的组呼;
    当新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,拒绝所述新发起的组呼;
    当网络侧发起新的组呼,且网络侧无法确定终端是否处于组呼状态时,网络侧发起所述新的组呼。
  28. 一种组呼控制系统,所述系统包括:终端、网络侧设备;
    所述终端和网络侧设备,配置为共同确定支持的群组和优先级;
    所述终端,还配置为当自身发起新的组呼时,根据支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制;当网络侧发起新的组呼时,根据支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制;
    所述网络侧设备,还配置为当自身发起新的组呼时,根据支持的群组和优先级进行组呼控制。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述系统,其中,所述终端还配置为:
    当终端中设置有支持的群组以及优先级时,通过注册请求消息将终端设置的支持的群组和优先级发送到网络侧;
    所述网络侧设备还配置为:当接收到的注册请求消息中包括终端设置的支持的群组和优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧和终端最终支持的群组和优先级发送到终端;
    当终端和网络侧均没有设置支持的群组以及优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧默认支持的群组和优先级发送到终端;
    当终端中没有设置支持的群组以及优先级,且网络侧设置了支持的群组,没有设置支持的优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧设置的支持的群组和默认支持的优先级发送到终端;
    当终端中没有设置支持的群组以及优先级,且网络侧设置了支持的群组和优先级时,通过注册接受消息将网络侧设置的支持的群组和优先级发 送到终端。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述系统,其中,所述网络侧设备还配置为:当网络侧支持的群组和/或等级发生变化时,通过组信息将更新后的支持的群组和/或优先级发送到终端;
    所述终端还配置为:当终端设置的支持的群组和/或优先级发生变化时,重新发起注册过程,通过注册请求消息将自身设置的支持的群组和/或优先级发送到网络侧;对应的,所述网络侧还配置为:通过注册接受消息将最终的支持的群组和/或优先级发送到终端。
  31. 根据权利要求28所述系统,其中,所述终端还配置为将接收到的网络侧发送的支持的群组以及优先级保存到本地,当组呼激活时记录当前组呼的优先级。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述系统,其中,所述终端还配置为:
    当终端主动发起新的组呼时,判断新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当终端新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,释放当前组呼,激活所述新发起的组呼;
    当终端新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,拒绝所述新发起的组呼。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述系统,其中,所述网络侧设备还配置为:当网络侧发起新的组呼,且网络侧确定终端处于组呼状态时,判断新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,释放当前组呼,激活所述新发起的组呼;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,拒绝所述新发起的组呼。
  34. 根据权利要求31所述系统,其中,所述网络侧设备还配置为:当网络侧发起新的组呼,且网络侧无法确定终端是否处于组呼状态时,发起所述新的组呼;
    相应的,所述终端还配置为:接收到网络侧发起的组呼时,判断网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级是否高于当前组呼的优先级;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级高于当前组呼的优先级时,释放当前组呼,激活所述网络侧新发起的组呼;
    当网络侧新发起的组呼的优先级低于当前组呼的优先级时,拒绝所述网络侧新发起的组呼。
  35. 一种第一计算机可读存储介质,该存储介质包括一组指令,所述指令用于执行权利要求1至6任一项所述的组呼控制方法。
  36. 一种第二计算机可读存储介质,该存储介质包括一组指令,所述指令用于执行权利要求7至10任一项所述的组呼控制方法。
