实现终端接入集群业务的方法、 终端和基站
技术领域

背景技术
集群通信是无线通信的一个重要分支, 主要应用在专业移动通信领域。 而基于码分多址(CDMA )技术的集群通信系统则将 CDMA技术与专用调度 通信系统结合起来, 既拓展了蜂窝通信系统的业务范围, 又使集群通信系统 摆脱了专用调度通讯系统在功能和区域方面的局限性。 CDMA集群系统网络 由集群终端、 基站系统(BSS )和调度服务器 (PDS )等设备组成, 如图 1 所示。
当集群用户处于其他业务中时, 属于同一个群组的其他用户发起集群呼 叫, 由于集群呼叫的优先级高于其他业务(例如语音、 数据业务) , 所以基 站会向终端发送释放数据业务的请求并在寻呼信道上发送集群业务的寻呼消 息, 终端从数据业务中退出后, 收到集群呼叫的寻呼消息并回复寻呼响应, 基站下发信道指派消息后, 终端接入集群呼叫。
但是终端处于数据业务中时, 如果数据还没有上传完, 当终端从数据业 务中被基站强制释放后, 马上会再次发起数据业务的起呼消息, 并接入到数 据业务中, 不能收到基站的集群呼叫的寻呼消息, 无法接入到集群呼叫中, 因而导致部分集群用户没有接入到集群中。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种实现终端接入集群业务的方法、 消息发送方法、 终端 和基站, 以解决终端从数据业务中被基站强制释放后, 因再次发起数据业务 的起呼消息, 并接入到数据业务中, 而导致的集群用户没有接入到集群中的 问题。 一种实现终端接入集群业务的方法, 该方法包括:

工业实用性 上述实现终端接入集群业务的方法及终端, 较好地实现了集群业务强拆 其他非集群业务; 上述消息发送方法及基站, 可以向处于非集群业务的终端 发送携带集群业务强拆当前非集群业务的释放消息, 从而为终端实现集群业 务强拆当前非集群业务成为可能。 因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现终端接入集群业务的方法, 该方法包括:
终端接收基站发送的携带有释放原因的释放消息, 在确定所述释放原因 为集群业务强拆当前非集群业务后, 释放当前非集群业务;
所述终端在释放完当前非集群业务后的预定时间段内, 接收所述基站发 送的集群业务的寻呼消息, 接入到集群业务中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 该方法还包括: 所述终端在确定所述释 放原因为集群业务强拆当前非集群业务后, 设置定时器;
所述终端在释放完当前非集群业务后的预定时间段内, 接收所述基站发 送的集群业务的寻呼消息的步骤包括:
所述终端在释放完当前非集群业务后启动所述定时器, 在所述定时器达 到预定时间之前, 接收所述基站发送的集群业务的寻呼消息。
3、 一种消息发送方法, 该方法包括:
基站接收调度服务器 PDS发送的终端查询信息, 根据所述终端查询信息 查询是否有终端处于非集群业务中;
当所述基站查询到有终端处于非集群业务时, 向所述终端发送携带释放 原因为集群业务强拆当前非集群业务的释放消息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 该方法还包括: 所述基站接收 PDS发 送的终端查询信息之前, 所述基站接收终端发送的组呼请求, 将所述组呼请 求发送到所述 PDS;
所述基站接收所述 PDS发送的连接请求命令,与所述 PDS建立集群呼叫。
5、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 该方法还包括: 所述基站向所述终 端发送携带释放原因为集群业务强拆当前非集群业务的释放消息后, 所述基 站向所述终端发送集群业务的寻呼消息。
6、 一种终端, 该终端包括: 释放模块和接入模块, 其中:
所述释放模块设置成: 接收基站发送的携带有释放原因的释放消息, 在 确定所述释放原因为集群业务强拆当前非集群业务后 ,释放当前非集群业务; 所述接入模块设置成: 在所述释放模块释放完当前非集群业务后的预定 时间段内, 接收所述基站发送的集群业务的寻呼消息, 接入到集群业务中。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的终端,其中, 所述终端还包括设置模块, 其中: 所述设置模块设置成: 在确定所述释放原因为集群业务强拆当前非集群 业务后, 设置定时器;
所述接入模块还设置成: 在释放完当前非集群业务后启动所述定时器, 在所述定时器达到预定时间之前,接收所述基站发送的集群业务的寻呼消息。
8、 一种基站, 该基站包括: 查询模块和发送模块, 其中:
所述查询模块设置成: 接收调度服务器 PDS发送的终端查询信息, 根据 所述终端查询信息查询是否有终端处于非集群业务中;
所述发送模块设置成: 当查询到有终端处于非集群业务时, 向所述终端 发送携带释放原因为集群业务强拆当前非集群业务的释放消息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的基站, 该基站还包括转发模块和建立模块, 其 中:
所述转发模块设置成: 接收终端发送的组呼请求, 将所述组呼请求发送 到所述 PDS;
所述建立模块设置成: 接收所述 PDS发送的连接请求命令, 与所述 PDS 建立集群呼叫。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的基站, 其中: 所述发送模块还设置成: 向所述终端发送集群业务的寻呼消息。
