Claims (20)

- 根据权利要求1或2所述的系统,其中,所述修改单元包括:自主修改模块和设计师修改模块,所述自主修改模块,被配置为根据试衣者的输入请求,访问服装数据库,对选定的样衣原型进行有限制权限的自主修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣;所述设计师修改模块,被配置为根据服装设计师的输入请求,访问服装数据库,对试衣者选定的样衣原型进行修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣。
- 根据权利要求3所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述服装数据库包括:样衣原型库,被配置为向试衣者或服装设计师提供样衣原型,所述样衣原型包括衣物属性。
- 根据权利要求4所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述服装数据库还包括:衣物属性库,与所述样衣原型库相关联,所述衣物属性库包含版型库、面料库、衣领库、衣袖库、衣下摆库、衣服图案库或花边库。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的虚拟试衣系统,还包括:样衣库,被配置为存储经试衣者修改生成的样衣。
- 根据权利要求6所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述样衣库与所述衣物属性库相关联。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的虚拟试衣系统,还包括:建模单元,被配置为生成所述样衣原型。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的虚拟试衣系统,还包括:订购单元,被配置为生成包含所试穿样衣原型或样衣的订单。
- 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述虚拟试衣装置包括显示装置,其中,所述显示装置与用户端计算机相连,被配置为根据用户端计算机的输入,显示所述试衣者试穿所选衣服的场景。
- 根据权利要求10所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述虚拟试衣装置还包括摄像头、体感设备、所述用户端计算机,其中所述摄像头、所述体感设备均与所述用户端计算机相连;所述摄像头被配置为将捕捉试衣者的人体图像并将所述人体图像传输给所述用户端计算机;所述体感设备被配置为感应试衣者的体型,并将试衣者的体型信息传输给所述用户端计算机;所述用户端计算机被配置为将所述摄像头捕捉到的人体图像进行图像处理并显示在所述显示装置上,并且根据试衣者的体型计算适合试衣者的衣服尺寸,然后通过图像处理按计算出的衣服尺寸将试衣者选定的样衣匹配到所述人体图像上,发送给所述显示装置进行显示。
- 根据权利要求10或11所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述显示装置为触控显示屏,所述显示装置还被配置为接收试衣者对所试穿样衣原型或样衣的修改指令,并根据修改指令进行显示。
- 根据权利要求10-12任一所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述显示装置为65inch超高清触摸屏。
- 根据权利要求2-13任一所述的虚拟试衣系统,还包括:麦克风,所述麦克风与所述用户端计算机相连,所述麦克风被配置为在与服装设计师实时交流时,进行语音输入。
- 根据权利要求1-14所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述虚拟试衣装置包括虚拟试衣镜。
- 一种虚拟试衣装置,包括:显示装置和用户端计算机,其中,所述显示装置与用户端计算机相连,所述用户端计算机被配置为,响应用户输入,向所述显示装置发送信息;所述显示装置被配置为,根据用户端计算机发送的信息,显示所述试衣者试穿所选衣服的场景。
- 根据权利要求16所述的虚拟试衣装置,还包括:摄像头和体感设备,其中,所述摄像头、所述体感设备均与所述用户端计算机相连;所述摄像头被配置为将捕捉试衣者的人体图像并将所述人体图像传输给所述用户端计算机;所述体感设备被配置为感应试衣者的体型,并将试衣者的体型信息传输给所述用户端计算机;所述用户端计算机被配置为将所述摄像头捕捉到的人体图像进行图像处理并显示在所述显示装置上,并且根据试衣者的体型计算适合试衣者的衣服尺寸,然后通过图像处理按计算出的衣服尺寸将试衣者选定的样衣匹配到所述人体图像上,发送给所述显示装置进行显示。
- 一种远程虚拟试衣方法,包括:试衣者在虚拟试衣镜前进行试穿,选出自己喜欢的样衣原型;如果试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型的细节不满意,则联系服装设计师进行修改或者自行进行修改,直至试衣者试穿满意。
- 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,如果试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型的细节不满意,则联系服装设计师进行修改或者自行进行修改,直至试衣者试穿满意包括:如果服装设计师不在线,或者试衣者选择自主修改,由试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型的属性进行有限制权限的修改,直至试衣者试穿满意;如果服装设计师在线,且试衣者没有选择自主修改,试衣者则通过在线交流将需求直接提供给服装设计师,由服装设计师对当前试穿的样衣原型的属性进行修改,直至试衣者试穿满意。
- 根据权利要求18或19所述的方法,还包括:如果试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型或样衣满意,则生成包含所试穿样衣原型或样衣属性的订单。
