本发明的实施例涉及显示领域,尤其涉及一种虚拟试衣系统、虚拟试衣装置及方法。
背景技术
随着社会和经济的不断发展,人们追求个性化的服装设计。因为每个人高矮胖瘦、体态、肤色不同,审美观念不同,所以个性化服装设计和制作过程中,需要通过本人试衣,来考察衣服穿在身上的效果。目前在试衣者试衣服过程中,需要脱掉身上的衣服才能更好的试穿新衣服,这个过程中需要占用大量的时间、人力和服装资源。而且,当顾客需要远程定制服装时,传统的裁缝量体和现场试衣、交流并个性化定制显然也不可能实现。因此,能满足上述要求的虚拟试衣成为现代服装量身定制生产需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种虚拟试衣系统、虚拟试衣装置及方法,以提供解决上述问题的技术方案。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种虚拟试衣系统,包括:虚拟试衣装置,被配置为虚拟出试衣者试穿样衣原型及样衣的场景;修改单元,被配置为响应试衣者请求,对试衣者所试穿样衣原型进行修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣。
可选地,该虚拟试衣系统还包括在线交流单元,被配置为试衣者与服装设计师进行在线交流。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
本发明实施例提供一种虚拟试衣系统,参见图2b,该系统包括:虚拟试衣装置100和修改单元200。虚拟试衣装置例如可以是虚拟试衣镜、虚拟试衣眼镜、虚拟试衣头盔等任何能够虚拟出试衣者试穿样衣原型及样衣的场景的电子装置。以下仅以虚拟试衣镜为例对本发明实施例进行说明。修改单元200用于相应用户请求,对试衣者所试穿样衣原型进行修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣,修改单元200可以通过软件、硬件或固件等方式来实现。
本实施例虚拟试衣系统提供样衣原型供用户(下面称试衣者)选择并试穿,但此样衣原型为虚拟的衣服模型,试穿也为虚拟试穿,即试衣者站在虚拟试衣镜前面,虚拟试衣镜内将会出现衣者试穿所选样衣原型的场景。通过虚拟试穿,试衣者挑选出自己大体满意样衣原型,如果试衣者对该样衣原型的细节如衣领类型或图案不满意,直接通过修改单元对所试穿样衣原型进行修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣,实现个性化衣服定制。
本实施例虚拟试衣镜具有显示功能,能够虚拟出试衣者试穿样衣原型及样衣的场景,具体原理与结构不做限定。
根据本发明实施例的一种可选地虚拟试衣镜如图1a所示,包括:显示屏11、摄像头12(例如,高清摄像头)、体感控制器13及用户端计算机10,摄像头12、体感控制器13、显示屏11均与用户端计算机10相连,例如通过无线或有限方式连接。摄像头12用于将捕捉试衣者的人体图像并将所述人体图像传输给用户端计算机10。体感控制器13用于感应试衣者的体型,并将试衣者的体型信息传输 给用户端计算机10。用户端计算机10用于将摄像头12捕捉到的人体图像进行图像处理并显示在显示屏11上,还用于根据试衣者的体型计算适合试衣者的衣服尺寸,然后通过图像处理按计算出的衣服尺寸将试衣者选定的样衣匹配到所述人体图像上,从而在显示屏11上虚拟出试衣者试穿所选衣服的场景。上述过程中涉及到的计算及图像处理可以采用现有技术中也存在的多种实现方式,例如图像融合等技术,本实施例在此不做限定。该显示屏11还可以替换为其他显示装置,例如投影显示装置等。
对试衣者而言,本实施例显示屏11即为虚拟试衣镜的可视部分,起到普通试衣镜的作用,只不过不需要通常的穿、脱衣动作。可选地,作为虚拟试衣镜的显示屏11可以大尺寸(55英寸以上)镜面显示屏,或者电子白板。另外,可选地,还可虚拟出衣柜,用以提供样衣原型。无人参与时,虚拟试衣系统处在待机状态,当有用户进入到虚拟试衣镜前的功能区内,系统提示用户在虚拟衣柜中选择自己喜欢的服饰,用户便可在虚拟试衣镜观看到自己虚拟试衣的效果了。虚拟衣柜中的服装(例如,样衣原型)可按性别、款式等分别显示,可以快速搜索选择。试衣者还可以包括佩饰,此外穿在试衣者身上的虚拟服装大小会随着试衣者的体型而自动体现出不同效果,好比试衣者真实试穿时出现的效果。本实施例虚拟试衣系统可以省去传统试衣穿、脱的麻烦,节省大量的时间、人力和服装资源。
可选地,上述显示屏11为触控显示屏,例如40寸或65寸(inch)超高清触摸屏,显示屏11还用于接收试衣者对所试穿样衣原型或样衣的修改指令。试衣者可以直接通过显示屏11挑选样衣原型,并通过修改单元200对所试穿样衣原型或样衣输入修改指令。
参见图2b,上述虚拟试衣系统还可以包括:在线交流单元300,用于试衣者与服装设计师进行在线交流。在线交流单元包括但不限于QQ等在线交流工具。基于此,上述虚拟试衣系统的硬件还可包括:与用户端计算机10相连的麦克风700,摄像头12与麦克风700用于与服装设计师实时交流,将试衣者就所试穿样衣原型的修改或其它搭配意见等与服装设计师进行交流,要求服装设计师对所试穿样衣原型或样衣进行修改。
可选地,所述修改单元200包括:自主修改模块210和设计师修改模块220。试衣者通过自主修改模块访问服装数据库21,对选定的样衣原型进行有限制权限的自主修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣。服装设计师应试衣者要求,通过 设计师修改模块访问服装数据库21,对试衣者选定的样衣原型进行修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣。试衣者和服装设计师对样衣原型的修改具有不同权限,访问服装数据库时也具有不同权限,进一步地,还可以将服装设计师访问、修改权限进行更为细节的分级设置,这可以根据具体应用情况进行设置,在此不再详述。
根据本发明一个示例,上述服装数据库21包括:样衣原型库,用于向用户提供样衣原型,所述样衣原型包括衣物属性。衣物属性用以描述样衣原型,例如可以包括版型、面料、衣领样式、衣袖样式、衣下摆样式、衣服图案、装饰花边等等。样衣原型库为用户提供样衣原型,并为修改提供了技术基础。
所述服装数据库21还包括:与所述样衣原型库相关联的衣物属性库,所述衣物属性库包含版型库、面料库、衣领库、衣袖库、衣下摆库、衣服图案库、花边库、佩饰库等。衣物属性库为用户修改样衣原型提供选择,使修改变得简单、方便。样衣原型库中的每一样衣原型都通过衣物属性与衣物属性库相关联,修改单元200通过访问样衣原型库、衣物属性库实现如下功能:示例性地,试衣者对所试穿衣服的衣领不满意,可以通过点击衣领处输入修改衣领的指令,衣服的领子需自动消隐,同时后台据此调用所试穿样衣原型中的衣领属性库,出现多种其他衣领供选择,待用户选定后,自动调整衣物领子大小,使之符合目前衣服并显示。
可选地,所述虚拟试衣系统,还包括:样衣库400,存储经用户修改生成的样衣。例如,所述样衣库也与所述衣物属性库相关联,实现样衣的二次或更多次修改。
可选地,上述虚拟试衣系统还可包括:建模单元500,用于生成样衣原型。具有权限的用户如服装设计师,可以通过建模单元400生成或导入自己设计的样衣模型。
可选地,上述虚拟试衣系统还可包括:订购单元600,用于如果试衣者对所试穿样衣原型或样衣满意时,生成包含所试穿样衣原型或样衣属性的订单。本实施例提供的虚拟试衣系统具有试衣者与服装设计师互动交流的部分,使得试衣者在试衣服过程中,可以按照自己的想法修改衣服的某个属性,并与服装设计师沟通,服装设计师根据试衣者的想法将衣服模型作修改,试衣者试衣满意后,通过订购单元向服装厂订购,服装厂再根据服装设计师或试衣者给出的图纸做出符合试衣者需求的衣服,然后邮寄到试衣者所列地址中。
本发明实施例提供的虚拟试衣系统,不仅可以通过虚拟试衣挑选适合自己的衣服,还可以按照自己的想法修改衣服的某个细节,并与服装设计师沟通,服装设计师根据试衣者的想法将衣服模型作修改,试衣者试衣满意后,服装厂再根据服装设计师给出的图纸做出符合试衣者需求的衣服,实现衣服的个性化定制。
此外,本发明的实施例还提供一种远程虚拟试衣方法,包括:试衣者在虚拟试衣镜前进行试穿,选出自己喜欢的样衣原型;如果试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型的细节不满意,则联系服装设计师进行修改或者自行进行修改,直至试衣者试穿满意。试衣者可以与服装设计师互动交流,能够实现个性化衣服定制。

本发明提供的一种虚拟试衣方法,试衣者先通过虚拟试衣镜试穿系统提供的样衣原型,如果试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型只有一些细节不满意,则通过修改单元联系服装设计师进行修改或者自行进行修改,直至试衣者试穿满意,能够实现个性化衣服定制。从而可以使得试衣者在试衣服过程中,可以按照自己的想法修改衣服的某个属性,并与服装设计师沟通,请服装设计师根据试衣者的想法将衣服模型作修改,试衣者试衣满意后,服装厂再根据服装设计师给出的图纸做出符合试衣者需求的衣服。
实施例二
为了本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明实施例提供的虚拟试衣系统及方法,下面通过具体的实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明。
图2a示出了根据本发明第二实施例提供的虚拟试衣系统的一种结构框图。如图2a所示,本实施例提供一种虚拟试衣系统,包括高性能的用户端计算机10, 与用户端计算机10相连的触摸显示屏111、高清摄像头121、体感控制器13。触摸显示屏111例如可以是超高清65inch触摸屏,提供类似试衣镜的功能。高清摄像头121将捕捉到的人体图像经过用户端计算机的处理在触摸显示屏111上显示。体感控制器13用于感应试衣者的体型,并将体型信息传输给用户端计算机10。用户端计算机10根据试衣者的体型计算适合衣服的大小,将衣服虚拟“穿”在试衣者身上,用以实现虚拟试衣镜的功能。
用户端计算机10通过网络与服装设计师终端30(即服装设计师的设计电脑)相连。当试衣者在触摸显示屏111上对衣物进行修改时,修改的数据经过用户端计算机处理,通过网络将数据实时传送到服装设计师终端30上。另一种方式是将高清摄像头121与麦克风700的功能结合起来,将采集的图像信息和麦克风信息通过用户端计算机的处理与服装设计师实时交流,即视频通话。
如图3所示为试衣者与服装设计师实时交流的流程图。启动试衣功能,试衣者在虚拟试衣镜前进行试衣。如果对当前选中的衣服满意则直接下单购买,如果对当前选中的衣服有些细节不满意,则需要联系服装设计师进行修改:
(1)如果服装设计师不在线,试衣者可在虚拟试衣镜上自己修改想要的款式,保存后,虚拟试衣系统将待修改的衣物推送给服装设计师,服装设计师根据要求修改完成后,通过虚拟试衣镜的网络,推送给试衣者,试衣者在虚拟试衣镜上进行试衣,满意后发送给服装生产厂进行生产,生产完成后邮寄到试衣者所列地址中。
(2)如果服装设计师在线,便可实时进行交流。
一种方式是通过网络与服装设计师进行实时视频沟通,服装设计师根据试衣者口述要求,修改衣服模型,将衣服模型修改完成后,发送给试衣者试穿,直至试衣者试衣满意,然后将定稿发送给服装生产厂进行生产,邮寄到试衣者所列地址中。
另一种方式是试衣者在虚拟试衣镜上自己修改衣服属性,通过网络实时显示在服装设计师的电脑上,服装设计师根据修改的衣服生成衣服模型,实时发送给试衣者试穿,直至试衣者试衣满意,最后再发送给服装生产厂进行生产,邮寄到试衣者所列地址中。
服装设计师在设计衣物的同时建立服装数据库21,服装数据库21可以位于云服务器20上,也可以位于服装设计师终端30上。服装数据库21中包含衣物属性库、可修改衣物库和不可修改衣物库。衣物属性库包含衣领库、衣袖库、衣 下摆库、版型库、衣服图案库等。可修改衣物库分为局部修改库和全部修改库。不可修改库中衣服固定,除非设计师在线,否则不可修改。
如图4所示,为上述过程中涉及到如何修改衣物属性的流程图。在需要修改衣物属性时,分为以下情况:
服装设计师在线时,可以实时交流。通过视频和大数据的实时传输,试衣者将自己的要求直接提供给设计师,设计师修改衣服属性,实时传输给试衣者试穿。试衣者也可以在试衣镜上自行修改衣物属性,通过大数据的实时传输传送给服装设计师,服装设计师将衣服属性修改到样衣上,供试衣者实时试穿。
服装设计师不在线时,试衣者可在可修改衣物库中修改衣服,同时开放供试衣者访问的衣物属性库。试衣者开通访问的账号,通过网络进入服装设计师的衣物属性库访问。衣服属性库只有服装设计师可以对其进行修改和更新,对于试衣者来说,只是访问调用功能,试衣者修改衣物对原始样衣原型无影响。
试衣者在可修改衣服库中需要修改衣物属性时,还可以通过下述方法实现:建立局部修改库。此库中的衣服只能修改一个属性或几个属性,但衣服整体不变。如果顾客想实时观看衣服穿在身上的效果,设计师在设计衣服时,需做一个用户库,库中包含每件衣服的可修改属性,且衣服的可修改属性是作为一个单独的个体,一个可替换的属性。用户改动衣物时,调用这个用户库中的属性:(1)修改衣领时,如要将圆领修改成其他衣领,选中衣领库时,衣服的领子需自动消隐,调用服装设计师的衣服属性库中的其他衣领,比如V领,自动调整衣物领子大小,使之符合目前衣服;(2)修改衣物的袖子时,或是长袖变短袖,或是长袖卷起一点,或是长袖变无袖,或是变成荷叶袖,或是变成泡泡袖等。点击衣袖库,衣服袖子自动消隐,找出合适的衣袖与现在衣物匹配成整体;(3)修改衣服的下摆时,点击下摆库,下摆自动消隐,将用户库中的可修改下摆一一调出试穿对比,选出合适的裙子下摆;(4)修改衣服上的图案时,设计师可在用户库中推荐几款设计比较新颖的图案,用户也可自行发挥想象设计。另外,在修改衣服时,所有可修改的属性没有颜色,颜色可以用户自己调整。对于修改时露出的其他衣服部分,可以涂抹掉,修改完成,另存后发送给服装设计师。
建立全部修改库,此库的衣服没有具体形式,只是衣服的框架,但对衣服的版型可做调整,用户库中可存放H型、A型、T型、V型、X型和O型等服装的类型。通过调用衣服属性库中的各个属性,进行样式匹配,修改衣服属性的颜色、大小等,最后匹配成想要的衣服样式。需要说明的是,局部修改库中的衣 物属性在全部修改库中可共用。
本发明实施例提供的虚拟试衣系统还包括修改单元200,用于相应用户请求,实现上面所述试衣者对所试穿样衣原型进行修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣的功能.修改单元包括:自主修改模块210和设计师修改模块220,自主修改模块用于试衣者访问服装数据库,对选定的样衣原型进行有限制权限的自主修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣。设计师修改模块用于服装设计师访问服装数据库,对试衣者选定的样衣原型进行修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣。修改单元及其包括的自主修改模块和设计师修改模块可以通过软件方式实现,并与服装数据库一起设置于云服务器上,当然也可以通过程序下载或其它方式安装于用户端计算机和服装设计师终端,本实施例不做限定。
本发明实施例提供的虚拟试衣系统及方法,可以使得试衣者在试衣服过程中,可以按照自己的想法修改衣服的某个属性,并与服装设计师沟通,请服装设计师根据试衣者的想法将衣服模型作修改,试衣者试衣满意后,服装厂再根据服装设计师给出的图纸做出符合试衣者需求的衣服。
通过本发明提供的虚拟试衣系统及方法,试衣者先通过虚拟试衣镜试穿系统提供的样衣原型,如果试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型只有一些细节不满意,则通过修改单元联系服装设计师进行修改或者自行进行修改,直至试衣者试穿满意,能够实现个性化衣服定制。
为了便于清楚说明,在本发明中采用了第一、第二等字样对相似项进行类别区分,该第一、第二字样并不在数量上对本发明进行限制,只是对一种优选的方式的举例说明,本领域技术人员根据本发明公开的内容,想到的显而易见的相似变形或相关扩展均属于本发明的保护范围内。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于设备实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
本申请要求于2015年9月17日递交的中国专利申请第201510595441.5号的优先权,在此全文引用上述中国专利申请公开的内容以作为本申请的一部分。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种虚拟试衣系统,其中,包括:
    虚拟试衣装置,被配置为虚拟出试衣者试穿样衣原型及样衣的场景;
    修改单元,被配置为响应试衣者请求,对试衣者所试穿样衣原型进行修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟试衣系统,还包括:在线交流单元,被配置为试衣者与服装设计师进行在线交流。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的系统,其中,所述修改单元包括:自主修改模块和设计师修改模块,
    所述自主修改模块,被配置为根据试衣者的输入请求,访问服装数据库,对选定的样衣原型进行有限制权限的自主修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣;
    所述设计师修改模块,被配置为根据服装设计师的输入请求,访问服装数据库,对试衣者选定的样衣原型进行修改,生成符合试衣者要求的样衣。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述服装数据库包括:
    样衣原型库,被配置为向试衣者或服装设计师提供样衣原型,所述样衣原型包括衣物属性。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述服装数据库还包括:
    衣物属性库,与所述样衣原型库相关联,所述衣物属性库包含版型库、面料库、衣领库、衣袖库、衣下摆库、衣服图案库或花边库。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的虚拟试衣系统,还包括:
    样衣库,被配置为存储经试衣者修改生成的样衣。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,
    所述样衣库与所述衣物属性库相关联。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的虚拟试衣系统,还包括:
    建模单元,被配置为生成所述样衣原型。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的虚拟试衣系统,还包括:
    订购单元,被配置为生成包含所试穿样衣原型或样衣的订单。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述虚拟试衣装置包括显示装置,
    其中,所述显示装置与用户端计算机相连,被配置为根据用户端计算机的输入,显示所述试衣者试穿所选衣服的场景。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述虚拟试衣装置还包括摄像头、体感设备、所述用户端计算机,其中所述摄像头、所述体感设备均与所述用户端计算机相连;
    所述摄像头被配置为将捕捉试衣者的人体图像并将所述人体图像传输给所述用户端计算机;
    所述体感设备被配置为感应试衣者的体型,并将试衣者的体型信息传输给所述用户端计算机;
    所述用户端计算机被配置为将所述摄像头捕捉到的人体图像进行图像处理并显示在所述显示装置上,并且根据试衣者的体型计算适合试衣者的衣服尺寸,然后通过图像处理按计算出的衣服尺寸将试衣者选定的样衣匹配到所述人体图像上,发送给所述显示装置进行显示。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述显示装置为触控显示屏,所述显示装置还被配置为接收试衣者对所试穿样衣原型或样衣的修改指令,并根据修改指令进行显示。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12任一所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述显示装置为65inch超高清触摸屏。
  14. 根据权利要求2-13任一所述的虚拟试衣系统,还包括:麦克风,
    所述麦克风与所述用户端计算机相连,所述麦克风被配置为在与服装设计师实时交流时,进行语音输入。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14所述的虚拟试衣系统,其中,所述虚拟试衣装置包括虚拟试衣镜。
  16. 一种虚拟试衣装置,包括:显示装置和用户端计算机,其中,
    所述显示装置与用户端计算机相连,
    所述用户端计算机被配置为,响应用户输入,向所述显示装置发送信息;
    所述显示装置被配置为,根据用户端计算机发送的信息,显示所述试衣者试穿所选衣服的场景。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的虚拟试衣装置,还包括:摄像头和体感设备,其中,
    所述摄像头、所述体感设备均与所述用户端计算机相连;
    所述摄像头被配置为将捕捉试衣者的人体图像并将所述人体图像传输给所述用户端计算机;
    所述体感设备被配置为感应试衣者的体型,并将试衣者的体型信息传输给所述用户端计算机;
    所述用户端计算机被配置为将所述摄像头捕捉到的人体图像进行图像处理并显示在所述显示装置上,并且根据试衣者的体型计算适合试衣者的衣服尺寸,然后通过图像处理按计算出的衣服尺寸将试衣者选定的样衣匹配到所述人体图像上,发送给所述显示装置进行显示。
  18. 一种远程虚拟试衣方法,包括:
    试衣者在虚拟试衣镜前进行试穿,选出自己喜欢的样衣原型;
    如果试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型的细节不满意,则联系服装设计师进行修改或者自行进行修改,直至试衣者试穿满意。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,如果试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型的细节不满意,则联系服装设计师进行修改或者自行进行修改,直至试衣者试穿满意包括:
    如果服装设计师不在线,或者试衣者选择自主修改,由试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型的属性进行有限制权限的修改,直至试衣者试穿满意;
    如果服装设计师在线,且试衣者没有选择自主修改,试衣者则通过在线交流将需求直接提供给服装设计师,由服装设计师对当前试穿的样衣原型的属性进行修改,直至试衣者试穿满意。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的方法,还包括:
    如果试衣者对当前选中试穿的样衣原型或样衣满意,则生成包含所试穿样衣原型或样衣属性的订单。
