相较于现有技术,本发明用于缓解鼠标手的护腕和鼠标手缓解方法能够通过设置在外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触部位的电极在手腕穴位处产生脉冲对手腕穴位进行按摩,以及通过手腕穴位振动器进行振动对手背肌肉进行按摩。当手套本体内的温度低于预设的温度阈值时,还能通过设置在外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触部位的加热丝对护腕进行加热,从而能够达到使用者手部肌肉和关节完全放松和防寒保暖的效果,减轻了鼠标手患者的痛苦,降低了鼠标手的发生率。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,图1是本发明用于缓解鼠标手的护腕优选实施例的外部构造示意图。所述用于缓解鼠标手的护腕包括外部护套1、软质弹性凸体2以及绑带3。外部护套1位于软质弹性凸体2的外围,且完全、紧密包裹着软质弹性凸体2,软质弹性凸体2的形状可以为半球形,也可以是半椭球形、正方体形、长方体形或梯台形等其他的形状,以使用者的喜爱为准。一旦软性弹性凸体2的形状确定,外部护套1的形状也会确定下来,因为外部护套1的形状以匹配软性弹性凸体2的形状为准。外部护套1与绑带3固定连接,绑带3的两端可以设置成手表表带的形式,也可以设置成雌雄搭扣方式连接,将所述护腕套在使用者的手腕上。
如图2所示,图2是本发明用于缓解鼠标手的护腕中软质弹性凸体优选实施例的内部结构示意图。在本实施例中,所述软质弹性凸体2包括计时器10、提示器20、电极30、振动装置40、加热装置50以及控制器60,其中:
所述软质弹性凸体2被紧密包裹在所述外部护套1内,所述外部护套1与所述绑带3固定连接;
所述计时器10用于记录使用者使用护腕100的时间信息,并将所述时间信息发送至所述控制器60;
所述提示器20用于根据所述控制器60的控制进行提示使用者使用鼠标的时间信息;
所述电极30用于当所述使用护腕100的时间信息超过预设的时间阈值时,根据所述控制器60的控制在手腕穴位处发出脉冲对手腕穴位进行按摩;
所述振动装置40包括振动器401和蓄电池402,所述蓄电池402用于提供所述振动器401振动所需的能量;
所述振动器401用于当所述使用护腕100的时间信息超过预设的时间阈值时,根据所述控制器60的控制进行振动对手腕肌肉进行按摩;
所述加热装置50包括温度传感器501和加热丝50,其中:
所述温度传感器501设置于所述外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触处,用于检测所述外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位的温度信息,并将所述温度信息发送至控制器60;
所述加热丝50用于当所述检测到的温度信息低于预设的温度阈值(例如370C正常的体温值)时,根据所述控制器60的控制对外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位进行加热。
具体地,计时器10用于记录使用者使用护腕100的时间信息,并将所述时间信息发送至所述控制器60。所述提示器20用于根据所述控制器60的控制进行提示;通过计时器10可以获得使用者使用所述护腕100的具体时间信息,可以在计时器10上设置30分钟倒计时的形式进行计时。当使用者一旦佩戴该护腕100时,所述计时器10会自动开启并开始记录使用者使用鼠标(例如上网或在键盘上打字以及移动鼠标)的时间,并将记录的时间信息发送到控制器60。当记录得到的时间超过预设的时间阈值时,控制器60会控制提示器20进行提示,提示的方式可以是语音提示,例如:“您今日使用的时间已过,请注意”。当计时器10记录的使用时间未超过预设的时间阈值时,控制器60不会控制提示器20进行提示。此外,计时器10和提示器20设置于所述外部护套1的上表面,方便使用者接收到提示音,引起使用者对自身手腕肌肉以及手腕关节的关注,减少了手腕肌肉以及手腕关节麻痹、肿胀、疼痛和痉挛等症状发生的概率。
具体地,当所述使用鼠标的时间超过预设的时间阈值时,电极30用于根据所述控制器60的控制在手腕穴位处产生脉冲对手腕处的穴位进行按摩,设置在护腕100上的电极30的数量至少为两个,且电极30设置于所述软质弹性凸体2与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位,当电极30的数量为两个时,这两个的电极30分别设置于软质弹性凸体2与人体手腕部皮肤接触的不同部位。当计时器10记录的使用时间超过预设的时间阈值时,控制器60还会控制电极30在使用者手腕穴位处发出脉冲,此脉冲为电流脉冲,通过电极30持续的发出脉冲和轻微的振动来达到针灸刺激按摩手腕穴位、减缓手腕酸痛的目的。当计时器10记录的使用者鼠标的时间未超过预设的阈值时,控制器60不会控制电极30在使用者手腕穴位处产生脉冲。
具体地,所述振动装置40包括振动器401和蓄电池402,所述振动器401设置于软质弹性凸体2相对于人体手腕肌肉接触的部位。当计时器10记录的使用时间超过预设的时间阈值时,控制器60还会控制振动器401进行振动对手背进行按摩,振动的频率和幅度都是可以调节的,以使用者具体的手腕部健康状况为准。当计时器10记录的使用时间未超过预设的时间阈值时,控制器60不会控制振动器401进行振动;当振动完毕后,使用者可以手动关闭振动装置40。由于电极30的脉冲刺激和振动器401的振动按摩调节的联合使用,可有效缓解使用者的手腕关节和肌肉酸痛的症状;由于振动器401在工作的过程中,需要消耗一定的能量,因此蓄电池402提供振动器401振动所需的能量,蓄电池40为一种较小体积的微型电池,利于匹配软质弹性凸体2的大小。
具体地,在本实施中,由于在北方的冬日非常的寒冷,使用者在使用鼠标过程中,除了会因为长久使用鼠标而导致的手腕肌肉以及手腕关节麻痹、肿胀、疼痛和痉挛,而严寒会加重和加剧手腕关节麻痹、肿胀、疼痛和痉挛的症状,因此需要在护腕100上设置加热装置50,来满足防寒保暖使用者手部肌肉和关节的效果,该加热装置50包括温度传感器501和加热丝502;温度传感器501设置于外部护套与人体手腕部接触处,用于检测外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位的温度信息,并将检测到的温度信息发送至控制器60。当检测到的温度信息低于预设的温度阈值时,控制器60控制加热丝50进行加热,来满足护腕100内部与人体手腕部皮肤接触部位的温度处于正常的阈值范围内,当检测到的温度信息不低于预设的温度阈值时,控制器60关闭加热丝50的加热功能。
本发明还提供一种鼠标手缓解方法,该方法应用于护腕上,能够使用者手部肌肉和关节得到完全放松和防寒保暖的效果,减轻鼠标手患者的痛苦,并降低了鼠标手的发生率。
参照图3,图3是本发明鼠标手缓解方法优选实施例的流程图。
在本实施例中,所述鼠标手缓解缓解方法包括步骤:
S10:计时器记录使用者使用护腕的时间信息,并将所述时间信息发送至控制器;
具体地,在步骤S10中,计时器10可以获得使用者使用护腕的具体时间信息,可以是在计时器上设置30分钟的倒计时的形式进行计时。当使用者一旦佩戴该护腕时,所述计时器10会自动开启并开始记录使用者使用鼠标的具体时间信息,并将记录的时间信息发送到控制器60。
S20:控制器判断使用护腕的时间信息是否超过预设的时间阈值;
具体地,在步骤S20中,当控制器60接收到计时器10发送的记录的时间信息之后,控制器60会与预先设置的时间阈值(例如0.5小时)进行比较,从而判断使用护腕的时间信息是否超过预设的时间阈值。当所述时间信息未超过预设的时间阈值时,执行步骤S21;当所述时间信息超过预设的时间阈值时,执行步骤S30。
S21:提示器不进行提示,电极不在手腕穴位处发出脉冲,振动器不振动。
具体地,在步骤S21中,当计时器10记录的时间信息未超过预设的时间阈值时,控制器60不会控制提示器20进行提示,也不会控制电极30在手腕穴位处发出脉冲,也不会控制振动器401在手腕处振动。
S30:控制器控制提示器进行信息提示;
具体地,在步骤S30中,当记录的时间超过预设的时间阈值时,控制器60会控制提示器20进行信息提示,提示的方式可以是语音提示,例如:“您今日使用的时间已过,请注意”,引起使用者对自身手腕肌肉以及手腕关节的关注,减少了手腕肌肉以及手腕关节麻痹、肿胀、疼痛和痉挛等症状发生的概率。
S40:控制器控制电极在手腕穴位处产生脉冲对手腕穴位进行按摩;
具体地,在步骤S40中,当使用鼠标的时间信息超过预设的时间阈值时,所述控制器60控制电极30在手腕穴位处发出脉冲;所述手套本体100至少设置两个电极30,电极30设置于所述软质弹性凸体与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位,这两个的电极30分别设置于软质弹性凸体2与人体手腕部皮肤接触的不同部位,当记录的时间信息超过预设的时间阈值时,控制器60还会控制电极30在使用者手腕穴位处产生脉冲,此脉冲为电流脉冲,通过电极持续的发出脉冲和轻微的振动来达到针灸刺激按摩手腕穴位、减缓手腕酸痛的目的。
S50:控制器控制振动器进行振动对手腕肌肉进行按摩;
具体地,在步骤S50中,当计时器10记录的时间超过预设的时间阈值时,控制器60还会控制振动器401进行振动对手腕肌肉进行按摩,振动的频率和幅度都是可以调节的,以使用者具体的手腕肌肉健康状况为准;当振动完毕后,使用者可以手动关闭振动装置40;由于电极30的脉冲刺激和振动器401的振动按摩调节的联合使用,可有效缓解使用者的手腕关节和肌肉酸痛的症状。
S60:温度传感器检测外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位的温度信息,并将所述温度信息发送至控制器;
具体地,在步骤S60中,温度传感器501设置于外部护套1与人体手腕部皮肤接触处,用于检测外部护套1与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位的温度信息,并将检测到的温度信息发送至控制器60。
S70:控制器判断检测到的温度信息是否低于预设的温度阈值;
具体地,在步骤S70中,控制器60接收到温度传感器501发送的外部护套1与人体手腕部皮肤接触部位的温度信息之后,控制器60会与护腕上预先设置的人体手腕部皮肤正常的温度值进行比较,从而判断外部护套1与人体手腕部皮肤接触部位的温度信息是否超过预设的温度阈值。当检测到的温度信息未低于预设的温度阈值时,流程执行步骤S71;当检测到的温度信息低于预设的温度阈值时,流程执行步骤S80。
S71:控制器控制加热丝不对外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位进行加热;
具体地,在步骤S71中,当检测到的温度信息不低于预设的温度阈值时,控制器60关闭加热丝502的加热功能。
S80:控制器控制加热丝对外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位进行加热;
具体地,在步骤S80中,当检测到的温度信息低于预设的温度阈值时,控制器60控制加热丝502对护腕内部与人体手腕部皮肤接触部位进行加热,来满足护腕内部与人体手腕部皮肤接触部位的温度处于正常的阈值范围内,达到了防寒保暖使用者手部肌肉和关节的效果。
本发明鼠标手缓解方法通过计时器记录使用者使用手套的时间信息,通过提示器进行提示;当使用鼠标的时间信息超过预设的时间阈值时,电极根据所述控制器的控制在手腕穴位处发出脉冲手腕穴位进行按摩;当所述使用鼠标的时间信息超过预设的时间阈值时,振动器根据所述控制器的控制进行振动对手腕肌肉进行按摩;温度传感器检测外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位的温度信息,当检测到的温度信息低于预设的温度阈值时,加热丝根据所述控制器的控制进行加热;从而能够达到完全放松以及防寒保暖使用者手部肌肉和关节的效果,减轻了鼠标手患者的痛苦,降低了鼠标手的发生率。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于缓解鼠标手的护腕,包括外部护套、软质弹性凸体以及绑带,其特征在于,所述软质弹性凸体包括计时器、电极、振动装置、加热装置以及控制器,该振动装置包括振动器,该加热装置包括温度传感器和加热丝,其中:
    所述软质弹性凸体紧密包裹在所述外部护套内,所述外部护套与所述绑带固定连接;
    所述计时器用于记录使用者使用鼠标的时间信息,并将所述时间信息发送至所述控制器;
    所述控制器用于判断使用鼠标的时间信息是否超过预设的时间阈值,当所述使用鼠标的时间信息超过预设的时间阈值时,控制所述电极在手腕穴位处产生脉冲对手腕穴位进行按摩,并控制所述振动器进行振动对手腕肌肉进行按摩;
    所述温度传感器用于检测外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位的温度信息,并将所述温度信息发送至控制器;
    所述加热丝用于当所述温度传感器检测到的温度信息低于预设的温度阈值时,根据所述控制器的控制对外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位进行加热。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于缓解鼠标手的护腕,其特征在于,所述振动装置还包括蓄电池,该蓄电池用于提供所述振动器振动所需的能量。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的用于缓解鼠标手的护腕,其特征在于,所述外部护套上还设置有提示器,当所述使用鼠标的时间信息未超过预设的时间阈值时,所述控制器控制所述提示器发出语音提示对使用者使用鼠标的时间提示进行提醒。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的用于缓解鼠标手的护腕,其特征在于,所述振动装置还包括蓄电池,该蓄电池用于提供所述振动器振动所需的能量。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用于缓解鼠标手的护腕,其特征在于,所述电极的数量至少为两个。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于缓解鼠标手的护腕,其特征在于,所述振动装置还包括蓄电池,该蓄电池用于提供所述振动器振动所需的能量。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的用于缓解鼠标手的护腕,其特征在于,所述软质弹性凸体的形状为半球形、半椭球形、正方体形、长方体形或梯台形。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的用于缓解鼠标手的护腕,其特征在于,所述振动装置还包括蓄电池,该蓄电池用于提供所述振动器振动所需的能量。
  9. 一种鼠标手缓解方法,应用于护腕上,该护腕包括外部护套、软质弹性凸体以及绑带,其特征在于,所述软质弹性凸体包括计时器、电极、振动装置、加热装置以及控制器,该振动装置包括振动器,该加热装置包括温度传感器和加热丝,所述用于缓解鼠标手的方法包括:
    所述计时器记录使用者使用鼠标的时间信息,并将所述时间信息发送所述至控制器;
    所述控制器判断使用鼠标的时间信息是否超过预设的时间阈值;
    当所述使用鼠标的时间信息超过预设的时间阈值时,所述控制器控制所述电极在手腕穴位处产生脉冲对手腕穴位进行按摩;
    所述控制器根据所述电极产生的脉冲控制所述振动器振动对手腕肌肉进行按摩;
    所述温度传感器检测外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位的温度信息,并将所述温度信息发送至控制器;
    所述控制器判断检测到的温度信息是否低于预设的温度阈值;
    当检测到的温度信息低于预设的温度阈值时,通过所述加热丝对外部护套与人体手腕部皮肤接触的部位进行加热。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的鼠标手缓解方法,其特征在于,所述振动装置还包括蓄电池,该蓄电池用于提供所述振动器振动所需的能量。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的鼠标手缓解方法,其特征在于,所述外部护套上还设置有提示器,当所述使用鼠标的时间信息未超过预设的时间阈值时,所述控制器控制所述提示器发出语音提示,对使用者使用鼠标的时间提示进行提醒。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的鼠标手缓解方法,其特征在于,所述振动装置还包括蓄电池,该蓄电池用于提供所述振动器振动所需的能量。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的鼠标手缓解方法,其特征在于,所述电极的数量至少为两个。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的鼠标手缓解方法,其特征在于,所述软质弹性凸体的形状为半球形、半椭球形、正方体形、长方体形或梯台形。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的鼠标手缓解方法,其特征在于,所述振动装置还包括蓄电池,该蓄电池用于提供所述振动器振动所需的能量。
