Description

SPECIFICATION
A BOLT STRUCTURE WHICH PREVENTS ROTATION TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a bolt structure which prevents rotation used in sliding door lower mechanisms in vehicles. PRIOR ART
There is an arm which connects the door, which is used in sliding door lower mechanisms, to the vehicle body. Due to the problems like sliding and abrasion of the pieces and/or the errors which may occur during the connection of said arm to the vehicle, rotations may occur in the connection region of the arm. This leads to deterioration of the position of the sliding door and deterioration of the position of the pieces engaging/connecting while the door is being closed, and non-closing of the door as a result of hitting of said pieces to each other.
In the present art, the exploded part is formed on one of the sheet pieces and the hole, through which said exploded part passes, is formed on the other sheet piece, and the rotation of the piece is tried to be prevented while the adjustment of the piece is being made. One of the most important problems faced in the prior art is that the tolerances of the exploded part and the hole, provided for engagement of them, create a gap between the exploded part and the hole, and again this leads to rotation of the piece. In mechanisms used in sliding doors, depending on the arm length, the rotation of ±0.5 mm faced in the explosion region increases to ±3 mm in the roller region depending on the mechanism arm length.
Since rotation cannot be completely prevented, the adjustability which has to be provided in the mechanism is abandoned, and the sheet pieces are welded to each other or the piece is formed as one-piece. This leads to adjustment of the sliding door on the vehicle with insufficient precision, and moreover, this leads to dissatisfaction of the end user, and this deteriorates the vehicle quality and gives harm to the company prestige.
As a result, because of all of the abovementioned problems, an improvement is required in the related technical field. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bolt structure which prevents rotation and used in the connection structure of the connection arm provided on the vehicle in sliding door mechanisms, for eliminating the above mentioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
The main object of the present invention is to provide a bolt structure which provides complete closing of the sliding doors.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a bolt structure which fixes the connection arm to the vehicle in sliding doors.
In order to realize all of the abovementioned objects and the objects which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention is a sliding door connection structure comprising a door connection end provided on a connection arm providing connection of a sliding vehicle door to the vehicle; an adjustment opening embodied on said door connection end; a connection opening embodied on a lower sheet connected to the vehicle from one surface and connected to said door connection end from the other surface; and an adjustment bolt providing connection of said lower sheet to the connection arm by means of passing through said connection opening and said adjustment opening. Accordingly, the adjustment opening contacts at least one fixation line provided on said adjustment bolt. Thus, during opening of the sliding door, the rotation force formed on the adjustment bolt can be resisted.
In a preferred embodiment of the subject matter invention, the adjustment opening contacts the adjustment bolt along said fixation line. Thus, a more rigid structure is obtained.
In another preferred embodiment of the subject matter invention, the connection opening contacts at least the fixation line.
In another preferred embodiment of the subject matter invention, the connection opening contacts the adjustment bolt along the fixation line. In another preferred embodiment of the subject matter invention, said fixation line is provided at the end of the cornered geometry embodied on the adjustment bolt. In another preferred embodiment of the subject matter invention, said cornered geometry is at least one conical surface.

SUBSTITUTE SHEETS (RULE 26) THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the subject matter adjustment bolt (13) is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.
With reference to Figure 1 , there is a vehicle (10) ; at least one vehicle door (1 1 ) provided as sliding door on said vehicle (10); a connection arm (12) connected to said vehicle door (1 1 ) from one end and connected to the vehicle (10) from the other end. There is a door connection end (121 ) on the side of said connection arm (12) connected to the vehicle door (1 1 ), and there is a guide connection end (17) on the side of said connection arm (12) connected to the vehicle (10). At the same time, the connection arm (12) comprises a body (16) extending between the door connection end (121 ) and the guide connection end (17). A roller (171 ), placed to the guide provided on the vehicle and which provides the vehicle door (1 1 ) to be slid and opened, is positioned on the guide connection end (17).
There is a lower sheet (1 1 1 ) connected to the vehicle door (1 1 ) from one surface and connected to the connection arm (12) from the other surface. Said lower sheet (1 1 1 ) is embodied in "L" form. Totally at least two connection openings (1 12) are embodied such that at least one connection opening is provided on the surface facing the vehicle door (1 1 ) and at least one connection opening is provided on the connection arm (12), in order to provide connection of the lower sheet (1 1 1 ) to the vehicle door (1 1 ) and to the connection arm (12) on the lower sheet (1 1 1 ). An upper sheet (122) is embodied at the door connection end (121 ) and at least one adjustment opening (123) is embodied on said upper sheet (122). The lower sheet (1 1 1 ) and the connection arm (12) are connected to each other through an adjustment bolt (13). On said adjustment bolt (13), there is a head part (131 ), a bolt body (132) integrated with said head part (131 ), and an end part (133) provided at the continuation of said bolt body (132). A nut (15) is placed onto the end part (133). Moreover, the bolt body (132) is embodied in a cornered geometry. In the preferred application, the cornered geometry is in quadrangular form. The bolt body (132) essentially has at least one conical surface (14). There is a fixation line (134) at the end of the conical surface (14). In practice, the adjustment opening (123) and the connection opening (1 12) provided on the surface of the lower sheet (1 1 1 ) facing the connection arm (12) are coincided onto each other, and first of all, the adjustment bolt (13) is passed through the adjustment opening (123) at the continuation of the connection opening (1 12). The head part (131 ) of the adjustment bolt (13) seats onto the surface of the lower sheet (1 1 1 ) facing outwardly. The bolt body (132) and the conical surfaces (14) are provided between the connection opening (1 12) and the adjustment opening (123) positioned one above the other. The width of the connection opening (1 12) is equal to the width of the bolt body (132). In other words, the edges of the connection opening (1 12) are embodied in a manner contacting the bolt body (132) through the fixation line (134). The connection opening (1 12) and the adjustment opening (123) contact the fixation line (134). Thus, the adjustment bolt (13) is positioned such that there is no gap between the connection opening (1 12) and the adjustment opening (123) through which the adjustment opening (13) passes. Thus, the rotation movement of the adjustment bolt (13) between the connection opening (1 12) and the adjustment opening (123) is prevented. Thus, a more rigid structure is obtained.
The end part (133) extends outwardly from the adjustment opening (123) and nut (15) is placed thereon and tightened, and thus, the connection opening (1 12) and the adjustment opening (123) are fixed. The adjustment bolt (13) can be positioned at different locations as long as the adjustment opening (123) permits for completely closing the vehicle door (1 1 ) in a safe manner during connection. In other words, the adjustment bolt (13) can be positioned in the middle of the adjustment opening (123) in some cases for the complete closing of the vehicle door (1 1 ), and in some cases, the adjustment bolt (13) can be positioned at the end part of the adjustment opening (123).
During opening and closing of the sliding vehicle door (1 1 ), the rotation force, exerted by the connection arm (12) to the adjustment bolt (13), rotates a bolt which is normally in cylindrical form, and it leads to abrasion of said bolt. In the following stages, the bolt accidentally moves and it prevents or makes difficult closing of the vehicle door (1 1 ). Thanks to the conical surfaces (14) embodied at the body (16) part on the adjustment bolt (13), even if rotation force is exerted on the adjustment bolt (13), the adjustment bolt (13) is not going to rotate or accidentally move thanks to its cornered structure. Thus, the problems in opening/closing the sliding vehicle door (1 1 ) are prevented.
In the alternative embodiment of the present invention, the body part (16) of the adjustment bolt (13) can be produced completely in quadrangular form. By means of this, the bolt body (132) can pass through the connection opening (1 12) and the adjustment opening (123), however, in case any rotation force is exerted, the adjustment bolt (13) is not going to rotate or accidentally move thanks to its cornered structure. Thus, the problems which occur in opening/closing the sliding vehicle door (1 1 ) are prevented. The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed Claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.
