OTT是“Over The Top”的缩写,是国际互联网运营商对互联网电视业务的一种称呼,全称是OTT TV,其本质是利用统一的内容管理与分发平台,通过开放的互联网,向智能机顶盒提供高清的视频、游戏和其他多媒体应用。OTT包括两项重要的业务:电视节目点播(True Video On Demand,简称TVOD)和网络个人录制(Network personal video recorder,简称NPVR)。其中,TVOD录制时按节目为单位单独录制,提供给用户的TVOD服务时也以节目为单位进行服务。而NPVR有两种模式,一种模式是用户触发按照完整的节目进行个人的录制(这种模式下所有用户的个人录制的节目的内容相同,以下简称NPVR-A模式),另一种模式则是用户按照喜好对节目的部分时间段进行个人的录制(这种模式下所有用户的个人录制的节目的内容可能都不相同,以下简称NPVR-B模式),提供给用户NPVR服务时以个人录制的内容为单位进行服务。
本领域技术人员在实现TVOD和NPVR的过程中发现,TVOD和NPVR采用分开存储并分别独立提供服务的方式,从而导致占用内容分发系统(Content Delivery Network,简称CDN)大量存储空间。

本发明实施例还提供了一种视频控制装置,包括:
获取模块,设置为获取终端发送的播放请求,所述播放请求用以请求存储在所述CDN节点的以电视节目点播TVOD形式和/或网络个人录制NPVR形式录制的媒体文件,所述播放请求携带频道标识、媒体文件开始时间和媒体文件结束时间;
第一确定模块,设置为根据所述频道标识、所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间,确定至少一个第一索引文件,所述第一索引文件至少包括:媒体文件的存储路径;
第二确定模块,设置为根据所述至少一个第一索引文件,确定第二索引文件,所述第二索引文件包括所述至少一个第一索引文件索引的所有媒 体文件的存储路径信息;
发送模块,设置为向所述终端发送所述第二索引文件,以使所述终端通过所述第二索引文件获取请求的所述媒体文件。
可选的,所述第一索引文件还包括:节目内容开始时间和节目内容结束时间、录制是否成功信息,以及标识信息,所述标识信息包括以下的任意一种或其组合:NPVR标识或TVOD标识。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
本发明实施例提供的视频控制方法具体可以应用于终端向内容分发系统(Content Delivery Network,简称CDN)节点发送播放请求的场景,或,CDN节点录制媒体文件的场景。本实施例提供的视频控制方法可以通过视频控制装置执行,该视频控制装置可以单独设置,也可以设置在CDN节点上,其中,该装置可以采用软/硬件实现。以下对视频控制方法及其装置进行详细阐述。
图1为本发明视频控制方法一实施例的流程示意图,如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的视频控制方法,包括:
步骤101、内容分发系统CDN节点获取终端发送的播放请求。
在本实施例中,所述播放请求用以请求存储在所述CDN节点的以电视节目点播(True Video On Demand,简称TVOD)形式和/或网络个人录制(Network personal video recorder,简称NPVR)形式录制的媒体文件,所述播放请求携带频道标识、媒体文件开始时间和媒体文件结束时间;
步骤102、所述CDN节点根据所述频道标识、所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间,确定至少一个第一索引文件。
在本实施例中,所述第一索引文件至少包括:媒体文件的存储路径。
举例来讲,所述CDN节点根据所述频道标识,确定所述频道标识指示频道对应的目录;接着,所述CDN节点根据所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间,确定所述目录下的所述至少一个第一索引文件, 所述第一索引文件以所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间命名。
步骤103、所述CDN节点根据所述至少一个第一索引文件,确定第二索引文件。
在本实施例中,所述第二索引文件包括所述至少一个第一索引文件索引的所有媒体文件的存储路径信息。
步骤104、所述CDN节点向所述终端发送所述第二索引文件,以使所述终端通过所述第二索引文件获取请求的所述媒体文件。
本实施例至少包括以下两种实现方式:
第一种实现方式:内容分发系统CDN节点获取终端发送的TVOD播放请求时,该TVOD播放请求用以请求存储在所述CDN节点的以电TVOD形式录制的媒体文件,其中,该TVOD播放请求携带频道标识、媒体文件开始时间和媒体文件结束时间。CDN节点收到TVOD播放请求后,确定所述频道标识指示频道对应的目录;接着,所述CDN节点根据所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间,确定所述目录下的所述至少一个第一索引文件。再接着,读取这些第一索引文件中位于媒体文件开始时间和媒体文件结束时间的媒体分片路径,重新生成新的索引文件,即第二索引文件。然后,将第二索引文件发送给终端,以使终端根据获取到的第二索引文件,解析得到每个媒体分片文件的URL,并拿解析得到的URL到CDN进一步获取媒体文件。
第二种实现方式:内容分发系统CDN节点获取终端发送的NPVR播放请求时,该NPVR播放请求用以请求存储在所述CDN节点的以电NPVR形式录制的媒体文件,其中,该NPVR播放请求携带频道标识、媒体文件开始时间和媒体文件结束时间。CDN节点收到NPVR播放请求后,确定所述频道标识指示频道对应的目录;接着,所述CDN节点根据所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间,确定所述目录下的所述至少一个第一索引文件。再接着,读取这些第一索引文件中位于媒体文件开始时间 和媒体文件结束时间的媒体分片路径,重新生成新的索引文件,即第二索引文件。然后,将第二索引文件发送给终端,以使终端根据获取到的第二索引文件,解析得到每个媒体分片文件的URL,并拿解析得到的URL到CDN进一步获取媒体文件。

需要说明的是,录制正常的媒体文件在第一索引文件中打入录制成功的标记。
图2为本发明视频控制方法一实施例的目录和索引文件的结构示意图,如图2所示,TVOD(TVO)录制场景下,一个频道下面可以有多个第一索引文件,例如,频道CHANNEL下面有多个第一索引文件,所述第一索引文件以所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间命名。
图3为本发明视频控制方法二实施例的流程示意图,如图3所示,在上述实施例的基础上,在所述CDN节点获取终端发送的播放请求之前,该方法还可以包括:
步骤301、CDN节点接收TVOD录制请求。
在本实施例中,所述TVOD录制请求携带频道标识、节目内容的开始 时间和节目内容的结束时间;
步骤302、CDN节点根据频道标识、节目内容开始时间和节目内容结束时间,确定所述第一索引文件;
步骤303、CDN节点根据所述TVOD录制请求,将所述第一索引文件标识TVOD标识。
图4为本发明视频控制方法三实施例的流程示意图,如图4所示,在上述实施例的基础上,在所述CDN节点获取终端发送的播放请求之前,该方法还可以包括:
步骤401、CDN节点接收NPVR录制请求。
在本实施例中,NPVR录制请求携带频道标识、节目内容开始时间和节目内容结束时间;
步骤402、CDN节点根据频道标识、节目内容开始时间和节目内容结束时间,确定所述第一索引文件;
步骤403、CDN节点根据所述NPVR录制请求,将所述第一索引文件标识NPVR标识。
从以上步骤可以看出如图3所示的TVOD的录制流程以及如图4所示的NPVR的录制流程基本一致。
图5为本发明视频控制方法一实施例的视频控制系统结构示意图,如图5所示,CDN节点的频道录制模块收到业务管理系统的TVOD节目单录制请求周,通过存储模块,判断本地频道的录制情况,返回录制结果。或者,CDN节点的频道服务模块接收到业务管理系统的NPVR请求后,通过存储模块,判断本地频道的录制情况,返回录制结果,同时更新第一索引文件把对应时间段的媒体文件打上NPVR标记。进一步的,到达TVOD节目老化时间后,把索引中不包含NPVR标记的文件路径对应的媒体文件进行删除,同时从索引中把该文件路径也删除。
可选地,所属录制流程包括:定时更新获取源站的对应频道的第一索 引文件,根据获取到的第一索引文件下载最新的媒体分片文件录制到本地存储系统中,存储到对应的频道目录下,并定时生成本地的第一索引文件。本地文件索引按时间段命名,文件名能标识出该第一索引文件包含了那一段时间的媒体分片文件路径,每隔一段固定的时间后,重新生成新的第二索引文件。索引的内容除了包含媒体分片文件的路径,还包含了对应媒体文件的起止时间以及媒体分片文件是否录制成功。
可选地,CDN节点判断本地频道的录制情况包括:根据频道名称找到对应的频道路径,根据TVOD的时间段找到对应的本地第一索引文件,根据第一索引文件找到对应TVOD时间段的媒体分片文件的录制状态。
可选地,业务管理系统对用户的NPVR请求进行整合的流程包括:针对每个用户的NPVR请求,直接返回录制成功。在用户允许的NPVR请求时间段内搜集并保存所有用户的NPVR录制请求,并按照频道对请求的时间段进行合并,生成所有用户的录制集合。
图6为本发明视频控制装置一实施例的结构示意图,如图6所示,一种视频控制装置,包括:获取模块61、第一确定模块62、第二确定模块63和发送模块64。其中,
获取模块61,设置为获取终端发送的播放请求,所述播放请求用以请求存储在所述CDN节点的以电视节目点播TVOD形式和/或网络个人录制NPVR形式录制的媒体文件,所述播放请求携带频道标识、媒体文件开始时间和媒体文件结束时间;
第一确定模块62,设置为根据所述频道标识、所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间,确定至少一个第一索引文件,所述第一索引文件至少包括:媒体文件的存储路径;

可选的,在上述实施例的基础上,所述获取模块61,还设置为根据原文件地址,获取媒体文件和所述第一索引文件,所述媒体文件包括在一频道下录制的以一时长分割的媒体分片文件;将所述媒体文件和所述第一索引文件,存储在所述CDN节点的与频道对应的目录下。

  1. 一种视频控制方法,包括:
    内容分发系统CDN节点获取终端发送的播放请求,所述播放请求用以请求存储在所述CDN节点的以电视节目点播TVOD形式和/或网络个人录制NPVR形式录制的媒体文件,所述播放请求携带频道标识、媒体文件开始时间和媒体文件结束时间;
    所述CDN节点根据所述频道标识、所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间,确定至少一个第一索引文件,所述第一索引文件至少包括:媒体文件的存储路径;
    所述CDN节点根据所述至少一个第一索引文件,确定第二索引文件,所述第二索引文件包括所述至少一个第一索引文件索引的所有媒体文件的存储路径信息;
    所述CDN节点向所述终端发送所述第二索引文件,以使所述终端通过所述第二索引文件获取请求的所述媒体文件。

    所述CDN节点根据频道标识、节目内容开始时间和节目内容结束时间,确定所述第一索引文件;

  7. 一种视频控制装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取终端发送的播放请求,所述播放请求用以请求存储在所述CDN节点的以电视节目点播TVOD形式和/或网络个人录制 NPVR形式录制的媒体文件,所述播放请求携带频道标识、媒体文件开始时间和媒体文件结束时间;
    第一确定模块,设置为根据所述频道标识、所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间,确定至少一个第一索引文件,所述第一索引文件至少包括:媒体文件的存储路径;
    第二确定模块,设置为根据所述至少一个第一索引文件,确定第二索引文件,所述第二索引文件包括所述至少一个第一索引文件索引的所有媒体文件的存储路径信息;
    发送模块,设置为向所述终端发送所述第二索引文件,以使所述终端通过所述第二索引文件获取请求的所述媒体文件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述第一索引文件还包括:节目内容开始时间和节目内容结束时间、录制是否成功信息,以及标识信息,所述标识信息包括以下的任意一种或其组合:NPVR标识或TVOD标识。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述第一确定模块,具体设置为所述CDN节点根据所述频道标识,确定所述频道标识指示频道对应的目录;所述CDN节点根据所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间,确定所述目录下的所述至少一个第一索引文件,所述第一索引文件以所述媒体文件开始时间和所述媒体文件结束时间命名。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,还设置为根据原文件地址,获取媒体文件和所述第一索引文件,所述媒体文件包括在一频道下录制的以一时长分割的媒体分片文件;将所述媒体文件和所述第一索引文件,存储在所述CDN节点的与频道对应的目录下。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的装置,其中,所述第一确定模块,还设置为接收TVOD录制请求,所述TVOD录制请求携带频道标识、节目内容开始时间和节目内容结束时间;根据频道标识、节目内容开始时 间和节目内容结束时间,确定所述第一索引文件;根据所述TVOD录制请求,将所述第一索引文件标识TVOD标识。
  12. 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的装置,其中,所述第一确定模块,还设置为所述CDN节点接收NPVR录制请求,所述NPVR录制请求携带频道标识、节目内容开始时间和节目内容结束时间;根据频道标识、节目内容开始时间和节目内容结束时间,确定所述第一索引文件;根据所述NPVR录制请求,将所述第一索引文件标识NPVR标识。
