本申请的目的是提供一种对象处理的方法与设备,用以解决智能终端设备中对象信息快速处理的问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种对页面中对象信息分类的方法,该方法解决了智能终端设备中对象信息快速处理的问题,该方法包括:

将所述对象窗口中位于由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹所围成区域的对象信息作为所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息,是指若对象信息在智能终端设备的屏幕中的显现区域被所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹所形成的封闭区域所包含,则所述对象信息被标记为拟选择的目标对象信息,例如,单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹在屏幕上形成一个封闭的不规则多边形,则被所述多边形所包含的对象信息均为你选择的目标对象。
更进一步地,所述所围成区域包括以下一项或多项:
由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹所围成的封闭区域;
由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹与所述单次滑动操作对应的起止点间连线所围成的封闭区域;
由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹与所述对象窗口的边界所围成的封闭区域。
其中,由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹所围成的封闭区域是指所述滑动轨迹形成一个封闭的不规则图形,例如,圆形、椭圆,多边形但不限于此,一切滑动轨迹在屏幕锁形成的封闭图形均包含于此,例如,从起点滑动后绕半圈划回形成一个“6”的形状中的圆圈也为所述封闭的不规则图形。由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹与所述单次滑动操作对应的起止点间连线所围成的封闭区域是指起止点相连或交叉形成一个封闭的区域,例如上文所举例的“6”并未完全画全而相交封闭,但起点和终点已经接近小于一定的预设长度阈值,此时可认为起止点连线以及所述滑动轨迹形成一个封闭的区域。由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹与所述对象窗口的边界所围成的封闭区域是指对象窗口边界与原本不封闭的滑动轨迹共同围城一个封闭区域,例如,半圆形的滑动轨迹中半圆的两点均在屏幕显示的边缘上与屏幕显示的边缘共同形成一个封闭的半圆区域。
所述设备1还包括目标对象增强显示装置25(未示出),所述目标对象增强显示装置25用于增强显示所述目标对象信息。即将用户拟选择的目标对象进行增强显示,增强显示的方式包括但不限于显示文字加下划线,显示区域加高亮或变色,放大显示等,从 而区分目标对象与非目标对象信息。目标对象的区分显示既可以是在“单次滑动操作”执行完毕后进行,也可以是在“单次滑动操作”过程中进行,此时,随着用户的滑动操作,实时确定并显示目标对象。通过增强显示所述目标对象,使得用户在滑动选择的时候对所已经拟选的目标对象辨别更加清楚,降低误操作的频次,从而提升快捷处理对象的成功率。
优选地,所述目标对象增强显示装置25在所述单次滑动操作过程中,增强显示所述目标对象信息。是指滑动的过程中同时对已经符合条件的目标对象信息进行增强显示,例如,图5中设置所述对象窗口中与所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹相交的对象信息作为所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息,则所示蓝色滑动轨迹在由上往下滑动的过程中所经过收藏文章显示区域均加深颜色显示,从而可以清晰辨认已选的目标对象。
本领域技术人员应能理解上述增强显示目标对象的方式仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的增强显示目标对象的方式如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
图10示出根据本申请另一个优选实例的一种用于对象处理的设备中目标对象处理装置示意图。所述目标对象处理装置23包括对象操作确定单元231以及对象操作执行单元232。
其中,对象操作确定单元231确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作;对象操作执行单元232对所述目标对象信息执行所述对象操作。
具体地,所述目标对象处理装置23中对象操作确定单元231确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作。即根据单次滑动操作的相关数据信息,例如,滑动的起止时间及位置、滑动的轨迹位置、滑动的轨迹形状等,根据一定的预设规则确定目标对象对应的对象操作,例如,在屏幕中与对象信息一同显示若干对象操作的种类,设定滑动轨迹终止所在的对象操作即为目标对象对应对象操作,则在图片浏览窗口下方有“删除”、“标记”、“移动至A文件夹”等操作显示,当单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹从目标对象图片1至图片9经过后终止于“删除”的显示区域,则图片1至9的对应的对象操作即为删除操作。根据单次滑动操作确定目标对象信息所对应的对象操作使得在一次操作中完成选择目标对象以及选择对象操作等若干操作,从而极大提升对象处理时的效率。
接着,所述目标对象处理装置23中对象操作执行单元232对所述目标对象信息执行所述对象操作,即根据所确定的目标对象所对应的对象操作执行对目标对象的处理,例 如,读取后台数据中所确定的对象操作信息,进而匹配目标对象信息执行相应操作,如删除、分类、标记等。接上文举例,在确定图片1至9的对应的对象操作为删除操作后,对目标图片1至9实施删除操作,从而使得对目标对象的处理操作匹配更加快速和便捷。
优选地,所述对象操作确定单元231根据所述单次滑动操作中包含的对操作选项的选择操作,确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作。即通过设置的预定规则对对象操作的种类进行选择,例如,滑经“删除操作”,或在“删除操作”上保持静止时长超过一定阈值,又例如图6所示,设置滑动操作经过举例左屏幕边框四分之一处时显示操作选项,从而上下滑动选择对应的对象操作,从而使得对象操作的选择更加多元化进而可以在一次操作中包含更多的对象操作种类,同时使得对象操作种类的选择更加灵活。
本领域技术人员应能理解上述确定对象操作的方式仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的确定对象操作的方式如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
图11示出根据本申请另一个优选实例的一种用于对象排处理的设备示意图。所述设备1包括单次滑动获取装置31、目标对象拟选装置32、操作选项显现装置36、目标对象处理装置33。
其中,单次滑动获取装置31获取用户在对象窗口内的单次滑动操作;目标对象拟选装置32根据所述单次滑动操作确定所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息;操作选项显现装置36在所述单次滑动操作过程中,当所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹满足预设条件时,显现操作选项以供选择;目标对象处理装置33对所述目标对象信息执行所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作。
在此,图11中单次滑动获取装置31、目标对象拟选装置32与图8中单次滑动获取装置11、目标对象拟选装置12相同或相似,在此不再赘述。
所述操作选项显现装置36在所述单次滑动操作过程中,当所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹满足预设条件时,显现操作选项以供选择。即在屏幕显示的对象窗口中对象信息较多或屏幕容纳对象操作有限等情况下,对象操作信息未在拟选目标对象信息时显现于屏幕中,而在单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹满足预设条件时,显现集合了若干对象操作的操作选择从而供给用户进行选择。其中,所述预设条件是指预先设置的判别滑动轨迹是否满足显现对象操作的条件,例如,设置单次滑动的滑动轨迹进入距离屏幕边缘一定距离阈值时则如图6所示,当蓝色的滑动轨迹距离右边屏幕边缘超过一定距离后,显示操作选项,从而使得在单次滑动中可以一次操作完目标对象选择的同时完成对应对象操作 的选择,且同时可以克服对象操作显示位置有限的困难,进一步提升对象处理过程中的效率以及灵活性。
优选地,所述预设条件包括以下至少任一项:
所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹进入预设范围阈值;
所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹经过预设的位置;
所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹符合预设的形状。
其中,所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹进入预设范围阈值是指所述滑动轨迹进入一定的位置范围,例如,所述范围阈值定义为距离屏幕边缘一定距离阈值,其中上下左右屏幕边缘均可包含一个或多个于此,例如在图6中当滑动轨迹进入虚线所示的距离右侧屏幕一定距离阈值的范围后显现操作选项框,同一进入距离左侧屏幕一定距离阈值的范围后亦可从左边显现操作选项框。所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹经过预设的位置,例如,设定某个按钮“显示操作选项”显现于对象信息的下方,当滑动轨迹经过这一按钮的显示区域后,显现操作选项。所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹符合预设的形状是指当所述滑动轨迹符合预设形状,例如,滑动轨迹圆形或三角形等时,显现操作选项。
本领域技术人员应能理解上述根据预设条件显现操作对象的方式仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的根据预设条件显现操作对象的方式如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
优选地,所述操作选项包括对应的对象操作及操作参数信息,是指所述操作选项包括对象操作信息,例如,删除、标记、移动等,同时也包括操作参数信息,例如图7所示分类后的进一步的具体分类信息,又例如邮箱中操作选项可包括收件人选项,进一步地,显现的收件人的具体姓名则为所述操作参数信息。从而进一步丰富一次滑动操作中所可选择的对象操作内容,使得对象处理更加灵活。
其中,所述目标对象处理装置33中对象操作确定单元331根据所述单次滑动操作中包含的对所述操作选项的选择操作,确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作及操作参数信息,例如图6中所示,所显现的操作选项包括“分类”、“标记已读”以及“删除”,继续滑动选择“分类”后如图7所示显现所对应的具体分类的操作参数信息,进而继续选择“家人”分类,这一过程中即为对象操作为分类操作,操作参数信息为具体的分类名称“家人“。所述目标对象处理装置33中对象操作执行单元332根据所述操作参数信息对所述目标对象信息执行所述对象操作。即接上文举例,在图7中完成单次滑动操作后对左侧所选择的收藏文章进行分类操作,都分类进家人的分类目录下,从而完成对象 操作的执行动作。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
需要注意的是,本申请可在软件和/或软件与硬件的组合体中被实施,例如,可采用专用集成电路(ASIC)、通用目的计算机或任何其他类似硬件设备来实现。在一个实施例中,本申请的软件程序可以通过处理器执行以实现上文所述步骤或功能。同样地,本申请的软件程序(包括相关的数据结构)可以被存储到计算机可读记录介质中,例如,RAM存储器,磁或光驱动器或软磁盘及类似设备。另外,本申请的一些步骤或功能可采用硬件来实现,例如,作为与处理器配合从而执行各个步骤或功能的电路。
另外,本申请的一部分可被应用为计算机程序产品,例如计算机程序指令,当其被计算机执行时,通过该计算机的操作,可以调用或提供根据本申请的方法和/或技术方案。而调用本申请的方法的程序指令,可能被存储在固定的或可移动的记录介质中,和/或通过广播或其他信号承载媒体中的数据流而被传输,和/或被存储在根据所述程序指令运行的计算机设备的工作存储器中。在此,根据本申请的一个实施例包括一个装置,该装置包括用于存储计算机程序指令的存储器和用于执行程序指令的处理器,其中,当该计算机程序指令被该处理器执行时,触发该装置运行基于前述根据本申请的多个实施例的方法和/或技术方案。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种对象处理方法,其中,该方法包括:
    获取用户在对象窗口内的单次滑动操作;
    根据所述单次滑动操作确定所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息;
    对所述目标对象信息执行所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    检测所述单次滑动操作是否包括对象处理触发操作;
    其中,所述根据所述单次滑动操作确定所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息包括:
    当所述单次滑动操作包括所述对象处理触发操作,根据所述单次滑动操作确定所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述单次滑动操作确定所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息包括:
    根据所述单次滑动操作,并结合预定的选择规则,确定所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述选择规则包括以下一项或多项:
    将所述对象窗口中与所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹相交的对象信息作为所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息;
    将所述对象窗口中与所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹相交且相交次数为单数的对象信息作为所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息;
    将所述对象窗口中位于由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹所围成区域的对象信息作为所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述所围成区域包括以下一项或多项:
    由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹所围成的封闭区域;
    由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹与所述单次滑动操作对应的起止点间连线所围成的封闭区域;
    由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹与所述对象窗口的边界所围成的封闭区域。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    增强显示所述目标对象信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述增强显示所述目标对象信息包括:
    在所述单次滑动操作过程中,增强显示所述目标对象信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述对所述目标对象信息执行所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作包括:
    确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作;
    对所述目标对象信息执行所述对象操作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作包括:
    根据所述单次滑动操作中包含的对操作选项的选择操作,确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    在所述单次滑动操作过程中,当所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹满足预设条件时,显现操作选项以供选择。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述预设条件包括以下至少任一项:
    所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹进入预设范围阈值;
    所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹经过预设的位置;
    所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹符合预设的形状。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述操作选项包括对应的对象操作及操作参数信息;
    其中,所述确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作包括:
    根据所述单次滑动操作中包含的对所述操作选项的选择操作,确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作及操作参数信息;
    其中,所述对所述目标对象信息执行所述对象操作包括:
    根据所述操作参数信息对所述目标对象信息执行所述对象操作。
  13. 一种对象处理设备,其中,该设备包括:
    单次滑动获取装置,用于获取用户在对象窗口内的单次滑动操作;
    目标对象拟选装置,用于根据所述单次滑动操作确定所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息;
    目标对象处理装置,用于对所述目标对象信息执行所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的设备,其中,所述设备还包括:
    触发操作检测装置,用于检测所述单次滑动操作是否包括对象处理触发操作;
    其中,所述目标对象拟选装置用于:
    当所述单次滑动操作包括所述对象处理触发操作,根据所述单次滑动操作确定所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的设备,其中,所述目标对象拟选装置用于:
    根据所述单次滑动操作,并结合预定的选择规则,确定所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的设备,其中,所述选择规则包括以下一项或多项:
    将所述对象窗口中与所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹相交的对象信息作为所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息;
    将所述对象窗口中与所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹相交且相交次数为单数的对象信息作为所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息;
    将所述对象窗口中位于由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹所围成区域的对象信息作为所述用户在所述对象窗口中拟选择的目标对象信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的设备,其中,所述所围成区域包括以下一项或多项:
    由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹所围成的封闭区域;
    由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹与所述单次滑动操作对应的起止点间连线所围成的封闭区域;
    由所述单次滑动操作的滑动轨迹与所述对象窗口的边界所围成的封闭区域。
  18. 根据权利要求13至17中任一项所述的设备,其中,该设备还包括:
    目标对象增强显示装置,用于增强显示所述目标对象信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的设备,其中,所述目标对象增强显示装置用于:
    在所述单次滑动操作过程中,增强显示所述目标对象信息。
  20. 根据权利要求13至19中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述目标对象处理装置包括:
    对象操作确定单元,用于确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作;
    对象操作执行单元,用于对所述目标对象信息执行所述对象操作。

    根据所述单次滑动操作中包含的对操作选项的选择操作,确定所述单次滑动操作所对应的对象操作。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的设备,其中,该设备还包括:
    操作选项显现装置,用于在所述单次滑动操作过程中,当所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹满足预设条件时,显现操作选项以供选择。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的设备,其中,所述预设条件包括以下至少任一项:
    所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹进入预设范围阈值;
    所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹经过预设的位置;
    所述单次滑动操作对应的滑动轨迹符合预设的形状。
