一种远程智能控制的燃气表,包括:燃气表本体、压力传感器(9)、燃气质量探测器(3)、电磁阀(6)、智能插座(5)、报警器(7)和触屏式上位控制及显示器(4),触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)用于显示相关数据和控制电磁阀(6)、智能插座(5)、报警器(7)开闭,触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)内集成有GSM模块(14),GSM模块(14)用于实现手机(13)与触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)之间的通讯。所述的远程智能控制的燃气表,在出现异常情况时,能够自动关闭燃气、告警,并向用户发送提醒短信,大大提高了用气的安全性;配合手机(13)上安装相应的应用程序,能够实现网络远程控制,使用极为方便;既可以通过触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)直接进行网络购气支付操作,又可以通过手机(13)、PC机(15)间接进行网络购气支付操作,用户体验极佳。
Description
本发明涉及一种燃气表,具体涉及一种远程智能控制的燃气表,属于仪表技术领域。
目前,市面上的入户燃气表(包括煤气表、天然气表)只具备燃气度数显示及将已支付的燃气IC卡插入读数功能,不具备燃气泄漏报警及自动截断阀门并通风的功能,也不能检测管道燃气压力以及燃气质量,更不能进行远程安全控制和网络购气支付,用户在离家之后对燃气安全状态无法了解和控制,也不能在燃气使用完毕之后在家完成购气支付,用户体验非常不方便。
当出现管道爆炸损毁导致压力下降,以及出现燃气质量出现变化导致燃气具中途熄火时,目前市场上的燃气表对这类风险无法控制。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种远程智能控制的燃气表,该燃气表不仅更加安全可靠,而且使用起来极为方便。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种远程智能控制的燃气表,包括:燃气表本体,前述燃气表本体由外壳(1)、燃气进气管道(8)、燃气出气管道(10)和燃气度数测量机构(2)构成,其特征在于,还包括:压力传感器(9)、燃气质量探测器(3)、电磁阀(6)、智能插座(5)、报警器(7)和触屏式上位控制及显示器(4);
前述压力传感器(9)、燃气质量探测器(3)和电磁阀(6)均安装于燃气进气管道(8)上,压力传感器(9)和燃气质量探测器(3)分别用于检测燃气进气管道(8)内的燃气压力和燃气质量,电磁阀(6)用于实现燃气进气管道(8)的通气与断气;
前述智能插座(5)和报警器(7)均独立安装,前者用于连接排风机(11),后者用于向用户发出报警信号;
前述触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)与压力传感器(9)、燃气质量探测器(3)、电磁阀(6)、燃气度数测量机构(2)、智能插座(5)和报警器(7)信号连接,触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)用于显示相关数据、控制电磁阀(6)和智能插座(5)开闭、以及控制报警器(7)启停;
前述触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)内集成有GSM模块(14),前述GSM模块(14)用于实现手机(13)与触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)之间的通讯。
前述的远程智能控制的燃气表,其特征在于,前述报警器(7)支持多点布控。
前述的远程智能控制的燃气表,其特征在于,前述电磁阀(6)为数控电磁阀。
前述的远程智能控制的燃气表,其特征在于,前述触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)内集成有WIFI模块(12),前述WIFI模块(12)用于实现PC机(15)与触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)之间数据的无线传输。
前述的远程智能控制的燃气表,其特征在于,前述触屏式上位控制及显示器(4)具有网络购气支付功能。
本发明的有益之处在于:
(1)当出现燃气泄漏、管道压力低于设定值、燃气质量指标低于设定值等异常情况时,能够通过电磁阀自动关闭燃气,并通过报警器告警,大大提高了用气的安全性;
(2)当出现燃气泄漏、管道压力低于设定值、燃气质量指标低于设定值等异常情况时,能够通过GSM模块向用户发送提醒短信;
(3)通过GSM模块,配合手机上安装相应的应用程序,能够实现网络远程控制,使用极为方便;
(4)既可以通过触屏式上位控制及显示器直接进行网络购气支付操作,又可以通过手机、PC机间接进行网络购气支付操作,用户体验极佳。
图1是本发明的燃气表的组成示意图。
图中附图标记的含义:1-外壳、2-燃气度数测量机构、3-燃气质量探测器、4-触屏式上位控制及显示器、5-智能插座、6-电磁阀、7-报警器、8-燃气进气管道、9-压力传感器、10-燃气出气管道、11-排风机、12-WIFI模块、13-手机、14-GSM模块、15-PC机。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
参照图1,本发明的远程智能控制的燃气表包括:燃气表本体、
压力传感器9、燃气质量探测器3、电磁阀6、智能插座5、报警器7和触屏式上位控制及显示器4。
一、燃气表本体
燃气表本体由外壳1、燃气进气管道8、燃气出气管道10和燃气度数测量机构2构成。
燃气进气管道8连接在燃气度数测量机构2的进口端,燃气出气管道10连接在燃气度数测量机构2的出口端,燃气进气管道8、燃气出气管道10和燃气度数测量机构2设置于外壳1内。
燃气经由燃气进气管道8进入到燃气度数测量机构2内,再经由燃气出气管道10流出,经过燃气度数测量机构2时即被计数。
二、压力传感器
压力传感器9安装于燃气进气管道8上,其与触屏式上位控制及显示器4信号连接。压力传感器9用于检测燃气进气管道8内的燃气压力,检测到的数据传输给触屏式上位控制及显示器4,并在其上进行显示。
三、燃气质量探测器
燃气质量探测器3安装于燃气进气管道8上,其与触屏式上位控制及显示器4信号连接。燃气质量探测器3用于检测燃气进气管道8内的燃气质量,检测到的数据传输给触屏式上位控制及显示器4,并在其上进行显示。
四、电磁阀
电磁阀6安装于燃气进气管道8上,其与触屏式上位控制及显示
器4信号连接。电磁阀6用于实现燃气进气管道8的通气与断气,电磁阀6的开启与关闭受触屏式上位控制及显示器4的控制。
电磁阀6为数控电磁阀。
五、智能插座
智能插座5独立安装,其与触屏式上位控制及显示器4信号连接。智能插座5用于连接排风机11,智能插座5的开启与关闭受触屏式上位控制及显示器4的控制。
六、报警器
报警器7独立安装,其与触屏式上位控制及显示器4信号连接。报警器7用于向用户发出报警信号,报警器7的启动与停止受触屏式上位控制及显示器4的控制。
报警器7支持多点布控。
七、触屏式上位控制及显示器
触屏式上位控制及显示器4与压力传感器9、燃气质量探测器3、电磁阀6、燃气度数测量机构2、智能插座5和报警器7信号连接。
触屏式上位控制及显示器4主要有两大功能:一是显示功能,包括:显示压力传感器9、燃气质量探测器3传输来的检测数据,显示电磁阀6、智能插座5、报警器7的状态;二是控制功能,包括:控制电磁阀6、智能插座5开闭,控制报警器7启停。
该触屏式上位控制及显示器4内集成有GSM模块14。GSM模块14用于实现手机13与触屏式上位控制及显示器4之间的通讯。
该触屏式上位控制及显示器4内还集成有WIFI模块12。WIFI模
块12用于实现PC机15与触屏式上位控制及显示器4之间数据的远程无线传输。
此外,触屏式上位控制及显示器4具有网络购气支付功能。当燃气度数测量机构2显示的读数低于设定值时,触屏式上位控制及显示器4通过GSM模块14向用户的手机13发送短信,提醒购气;当燃气度数测量机构2显示的读数达到最低设定值时,触屏式上位控制及显示器4控制电磁阀6关闭。用户可以在触屏式上位控制及显示器4的面板上根据流程按步骤输入相关数据完成购气动作。
当然,用户也可以通过手机APP或PC机15进入燃气公司网站完成购气,或者进入定点银行网络购气操作界面完成购气。购气完成之后,相关数据通过网络传输到触屏式上位控制及显示器4,触屏式上位控制及显示器4显示最新的燃气度数。
平时,用户可以利用手机,借助触屏式上位控制及显示器4内集成的GSM模块14,实时查询燃气管道压力、燃气质量、燃气度数、电磁阀开闭状态。
压力传感器9实时检测管道内的压力,并将检测到的数据传输给触屏式上位控制及显示器4,触屏式上位控制及显示器4对传输来的数据进行处理,当发现检测到的管道压力低于设定值时(很有可能是漏气导致的),触屏式上位控制及显示器4向电磁阀6发送“关闭”命令、向智能插座5发送“接通”命令、向报警器7发送“开启”命令,此时,电磁阀6关闭,阻断燃气;智能插座5接通,排风扇11开始排风,将室内泄漏的煤气排放到室外;报警器7启动,向用户告警。与
此同时,触屏式上位控制及显示器4通过GSM模块14向用户(或燃气公司报警平台)发送提醒短信。
燃气质量探测器3实时检测管道内燃气质量,当燃气质量探测器3检测到异常情况时,燃气表会以同样的方式远程智能控制电磁阀6关闭、控制智能插座5接通、控制报警器7启动,并向用户(或燃气公司报警平台)发送提醒短信。
由此可见,通过安装和使用本发明的燃气表,用户和燃气公司可以实时监控燃气管道的压力和燃气质量,当出现异常情况时,能够自动关闭管道、自动排风、自动告警,确保了用气安全。
更重要的是,本发明的燃气表具有网络购气支付功能,用户既可以通过触屏式上位控制及显示器4直接进行网络购气支付操作,又可以通过手机13、PC机15间接进行网络购气支付操作,用户体验极佳。
需要说明的是,上述实施例不以任何形式限制本发明,凡采用等同替换或等效变换的方式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围内。
