Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de prise de vue (1). Ce dispositif de prise de vue comprend un ensemble source lumineuse (13) conçu pour émettre de la lumière comprenant de la lumière visible (11) et de la lumière d'excitation (10) destinée à exciter une émission infrarouge dans un objet à observer (4), un dispositif d'acquisition (3) comportant un capteur d'image pour acquérir une image d'un objet à observer (4) exposé à la lumière de l'ensemble source lumineuse (13) et, un filtre d'acquisition (9) qui est disposé entre l'objet à observer (4) et le capteur d'image du dispositif d'acquisition (3) et dont la caractéristique de transmission est configurée de manière à laisser passer la lumière visible (16) réfléchie par l'objet à observer (4) et la lumière infrarouge (12) émise par l'objet à observer (4), mais à bloquer la lumière d'excitation (10) réfléchie par l'objet à observer (4). L'ensemble source lumineuse (13) peut être réglé de manière à émettre soit uniquement la lumière visible (11), soit uniquement la lumière d'excitation (10) en direction de l'objet à observer (4).
