本发明的实施例涉及移动支付,涉及使用移动终端进行支付方法和装置。
背景技术
繁忙的消费者现在可以通过随身携带的移动终端(例如,PDA、移动电话或者平板电脑)来有效地管理其财务状况,例如银行账户的余额,或者快速地进行金融交易,例如支付账单、在商场购买商品。

图1所示的支付的方法可以被实现为安装在移动终端中的APP的功能。
在这个例子中,描述示例性的APP应用的初始化过程。用户可以在该APP中注册,并且使用该APP和附加的读卡设备采集一个或多个支付账户信息(例如,银行卡、礼品卡等)。APP通过网络与后台系统通信,采集的一个或多个支付账户信息由后台系统进行验证。验证成功后,该一个或多个支付账户信息可以被存储到移动终端。后台系统由此建立该用户与支付账户的对应关系。
在以下这个例子中,描述示例性的实例化智能卡(即,利用虚拟账户信息将智能卡实例化为具有支付能力的卡)的过程。

如上所述,非接触可重写的卡可以是与所述移动终端分离的智能卡。APP在生成写入指令后,可以通过操作界面向用户提示将非接触可重写的卡放置在移动终端附近,例如移动电话的背面。移动电话此时开始检索在它的特定距离内是否有可写入的卡。出于安全的考虑,可以在将虚拟账户信息写入卡之前提醒用户进行确认,写入完成之后进行语音提示。在写入完成之后,在线下,用户可以将非接触可重写卡靠近非接受理终端,并输入密码进行支付操作。在线上,用户也可将该非接触可重写卡用于具备受理能力的PC终端。
本发明的实施例可适用于在支付时移动终端和卡分离的情况,使得能够进行分散的支付。即,同一支付账户可以在不同的地点被不同的人用于支付。此外,由于虚拟账户可以被设置成在预定时间内有效,支付账户的非法使用或者不合理的使用能够被避免。

    经由近距离无线通信将所述虚拟账户信息写入与所述移动终端分离的智能卡,使得该智能卡能够使用所述虚拟账户进行支付。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述虚拟账户具有与所述支付账户不同的账号和密码。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    经由蓝牙或者NFC通信将所述虚拟账户信息写入所述智能卡。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    在从用户接收确认之后,才将所述虚拟账户信息写入所述智能卡。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述虚拟账户信息在预定的时间内有效,从而所述智能卡仅在所述预定的时间内能够使用所述虚拟账户进行支付。
  6. 一种使用移动终端进行支付的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一装置,用于向后台发送支付账户信息,
    第二装置,用于从后台接收与所述支付账户对应的虚拟账户信息,
    第三装置,用于经由近距离无线通信将所述虚拟账户信息写入与所述移动终端分离的智能卡,使得该智能卡能够使用所述虚拟账户进行支付。

    所述虚拟账户具有与所述支付账户不同的账号和密码。
