为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1示出了本发明一个实施例中头部保健器的示意图,下面将参照图1对本发明实施例的头部保健器的结构、功能以及工作方式进行介绍。
参见图1,本发明一个实施例的头部保健器100包括:本体110,传感部 件120,保健部件130。
本体110为头部保健器100的主体部分,是具有一定外部形状的实体或空心体,本体110可以由塑料或金属等材料制成。
传感部件120可以设置有一个或多个,突出的设置在本体110的外表面上,每个传感部件120被构造为用于感测用户头部信息。头部信息例如可以是,用户头发发质信息(例如,油性、干性、中性发质)、用户头部营养信息(例如,缺少营养、营养过剩)、用户头部清洁信息、用户头部生理信息(例如,血液循环情况)等。
保健部件130可以为一个或多个,与传感部件120一样,也突出地设置在本体110的外表面上。保健部件130用于根据需要在头部保健器的控制下对用户头部进行保健操作。这样的保健操作例如可以是供给营养液、按摩、清洁、加湿、吹干等。
下面将具体介绍上述三个主要部件的结构和/或工作方式。
图1是本发明一个实施例头部保健器100的结构示意图。参见图1,根据本发明的一个实施例,参见图1,本体110具有限定一定空间的腔体111,腔体111内设置有营养液储存器112;营养液储存器112可以根据头部保健器的控制输出营养液至保健部件130,由此营养液可被保健部件130排出至例如用户的头皮部位。例如,营养液储存器112包括多个容器1121、1122、1123,每个容器储存不同类型营养液。例如,每个容器分别存储干性发质营养液、中性发质营养液以及油性发质营养液,这些营养液可以根据需要配置或从市场上购买。可选地,本体110中可以包括营养液储存器驱动器113,当接收到头部保健器的输出营养液的控制指令时,营养液储存器驱动器113可以根据该控制指令,将营养液储存器112的容器1121、1122、1123中的至少一种营养液被输送给保健部件130并被其排出。例如,营养液储存器驱动器可以与容器上的一个阀门开关相连,根据头部保健器的控制指令执行阀门的开启和关闭,来控制营养液的输出。营养液可以通过挤压营养液存储器或向其中注入气体而被挤出。
图2是传感部件120的结构示意图,也是图1的仰视图。如图2所示,根据本发明的一个示例,传感部件120包括传感信号输出部件121和传感信号接收部件122。当头部保健器100有一个传感部件120时,该传感部件120 可以同时包括一个传感信号输出部件121和一个传感信号接收部件122。当头部保健器100具有多个传感部件120时,至少一个传感部件120包括传感信号输出部件121;至少一个传感部件120包括传感信号接收部件122。传感信号输出部件121能够发出传感驱动信号;传感信号接收部件122能够接收传感感应信号。传感信号输出部件121例如可以是传感输出探头;传感信号接收部件122例如可以是传感接收探头。
在本发明实施例中,传感部件120可以是具有特定功能的传感器。例如,生物传感器、电容传感器等。传感信号输出部件121上设置有正电极,传感信号接收部件122上设置有负电极,当传感信号输出部件121以及传感信号接收部件122分别接触到用户的头部皮肤或头发的任何两个不同部位时,由于人体机体组织和体液包含的物质(例如,酶、细胞、蛋白质、微生物等)都能导电,传感信号输出部件121发射的传感驱动信号即可以通过用户头部组织或体液传输到传感信号接收部件122。此时,正负电极导通,传感部件即可以开始进行感测操作,以检测用户发质情况以及营养情况。
可选地,当传感部件120是电容传感器时,其内部的检测装置可以根据电容的变化值,检测用户头部皮肤和头发的介电常数,由于不同发质或皮肤的介电常数不同,根据检测到的介电常数,可以获取用户的发质信息。根据发质信息可以进一步判断其是油性地、中性的还是干性发质。根据发质情况,可以进行不同的保健操作。
可选地,传感部件120是生物传感器时,其内部检测装置例如包括电扫描器,电扫描器可以用来在用户的头部获取脉搏等与心电变化相关的信息。由于不同的心电变化可以反映出用户的情绪、活动状态等情况,因此可以根据检测到的上述信息来获取用户的情绪状态信息。例如判断用户是睡眠状态还是活动状态,是情绪平和还是激动,由此根据不同的状态来实现不同的保健操作。
上述传感器类型仅仅是用于举例,但本发明不限于此,本领域技术人员能够理解,传感器件还可以是其他各种传感器,例如,温度传感器用来感测用户头部体温,湿度传感器用于感测头部湿度,根据不同传感器感测结果,实现不同的保健操作。
根据本发明的一个示例,传感部件120中的传感信号接收部件122的传 感部件的个数可以多于包括传感信号输出部件121的传感部件的个数。参见图2可以看到,包括传感信号输出部件121的传感部件120的四周分布多个包括传感信号接收部件122的传感部件120(即用虚线连接的多个部件)。由于传感信号输出部件121发射信号传感驱动信号后,该信号可以向用户头部的各个方向、位置进行传输,因此可以利用一个或少量的传感信号输出部件121输出传感驱动信号,而使用更多的传感信号接收部件122来接收传感驱动信号。这样,在头部保健器接触的地方,用户头部皮肤和头发信息可以被充分感测和获取。
在本发明实施例中,保健部件130可以包括具有保健功能的各种器件。根据本发明实施例的一个示例,保健部件130可以是具有按摩作用的按摩器,当传感部件120根据检测到的用户情绪、状态、发质等信息,确定用户需要进行头部按摩,则将该信息传输给保健部件130,保健部件130根据控制信号的控制,对头部进行按摩。可选地,头部保健器包括振动部件170(例如,振动马达等),例如振动部件170可以根据头部保健器的控制驱动至少一个保健部件130振动。
根据本发明的另一个示例,保健部件130还可以包括营养液输出装置。当传感部件120检测到用户头部需要某种营养时,可以将该信息传输给保健部件130,保健部件130根据该信息将营养液输送到用户头部,对其施加营养。例如,在图1中,梳齿型的保健器件130可以被设计为中空部件;在头部保健器的控制下,保健部件130可以将营养液储存器112中的营养液输送并排出到用户头部。
根据本发明的再一个示例,保健部件130还可以包括烘干器。当传感部件120检测到用户头部湿度超过阈值,可以将该信息传输给保健部件130,保健部件130根据该信息自动开启吹风功能,将用户头发吹干;吹出的气流例如由保健部件130上设置的孔输出;又例如,吹出的气流根据需要还可以被加热。
以上对于保健部件130的举例仅仅是示例性描述,本领域技术人员应该理解,保健部件130可以是其他具有保健、养护功能的部件,例如,保健部件130还可以是加湿器、清洁器等等。
根据本发明的一个示例,头部保健器还可以包括控制器140,控制器140 可以设置在本体110内,例如,在图1中,控制器140设置在本体110的腔体111内。当然,本领域技术人员可以了解,控制器140也可以设置在本体110之外,例如,控制器140可以设置在本体上方、下方,或者,控制器140可以是完全与头部保健器分离的、通过有线或无线方式(例如无线局域网、蓝牙等)与之通信的外部设备。在头部保健器开启后,控制器140可以发送传感驱动信号至传感部件120,并根据传感部件120感应到的信息来产生控制信号,然后将控制信号发送给保健部件130以控制保健部件的保健操作。控制器140例如可以通过安装在头部保健器中的一个微处理器芯片、数字处理器等来实现。
可选地,控制器140包括感应信号发射端子和感应信号接收端子,工作时,控制器140的感应信号发射端子提供传感驱动信号至传感部件120的传感信号输出部件121;感应信号接收端子从传感部件120的传感信号接收部件122接收传感感应信号。
根据本发明的一个示例,头部保健器可以构造为梳子形状,由此具有梳子的功能。例如,传感部件120以及保健部件130都设置在梳子的梳齿上。当头部保健器未通电时,其可以作为一个普通的梳子来使用。当头部保健器通电开启后,其梳齿上的传感部件120以及保健部件130进入工作状态。如果此时用户梳头,梳齿接触到用户头部皮肤或头发时,梳齿部分中设置的传感部件可以检测头部信息;保健部件进行振动、施加营养液或其他保健操作。可选地,一个保健部件130与一个传感部件120可以构造在同一个梳齿上。例如,一个或多个梳齿的末端即设有传感部件又设有保健部件。
另外,头部保健器作为一个智能家电,还可以包括信息存储装置141(例如非易失性存储装置、闪存等),用来存储传感部件120感测到的用户头部信息,或者用户的使用习惯,在每次使用时,可以不经传感部件120的检测,就可以直接根据存储信息进行保健操作。可选地,在本发明实施例中,头部保健器可以与外部设备连接,例如移动终端,这样的移动终端例如为手机、平板电脑,或者例如控制主机,这样的控制主机例如为智能路由器等。例如手机或平板电脑可以设置有对应的应用程序(App),以获取、展示信息或发送指令等。本发明实施例的头部保健器中可以包括输入/输出装置180,信号发送/接收装置190,信号发送/接收装置190用于与外部设备通信,接收控制 信号。输入/输出装置180例如可以接收用户的输入操作,并通过输出装置(例如,指示灯或显示屏等)将信息反馈给用户,用户可以随时查看和了解自己的发质或营养情况。另外,头部保健器还可以包括手柄150,以方便用户对头部保健器进行握持;或者,包括功能按键160,以方便用户对保健器进行操作。本发明的实施例中,头部保健器还可以包括内置电源或者电源接口,通过内置的电池供电或通过外部直流或交流电源供电。
本发明实施例,通过传感部件对用户头部信息进行感测,根据感测到的信息实现相应的保健操作,使用户无需了解、分析自己的头部信息,即可以实现头部的保健和养护,扩展了现有的保健器的功能和梳子的功能,实现了头部保健的智能化,方便了用户的使用。
本发明的另一实施例提供了一种头部保健系统,该系统至少部分基于实施例一,不同之处仅在于,实施例一中的控制器设置在头部保健器内部,而本实施例包括设置在头部保健器外部的控制器,并可以与头部保健器进行连接通信。在该实施例中,例如,头部保健器也可以包括另一控制器,该控制器可以与外部控制器协作以更好地实现对于头部保健器的操作的控制。为了说明书的简洁,以下仅作简要介绍。
图3示出了本发明实施例的头部保健系统的架构图,参见图3,该系统300包括头部保健器310和控制器320。头部保健器310将传感部件311感测到的用户头部信息,通过通信媒介330发送给与之连接的控制器320,控制器320根据接收到的用户头部信息产生控制信号,并将控制信号再通过通信媒介330发送给保健部件312以控制保健部件312的保健操作。根据本发明的一个示例,控制器320可以构造为移动终端(例如手机、平板电脑等)、便携式计算机、游戏机等电子设备或上述设备中具有处理控制功能的软件、硬件或固件。通信媒介330例如可以是有线通信介质、无线通信介质(例如无线局域网(WIFI)、蓝牙或移动通信网络)、红外传输介质等。
可选地,控制器320还包括感应信号发射端子和感应信号接收端子,工作时,感应信号发射端子提供传感驱动信号至传感部件的传感信号输出部件;感应信号接收端子从传感部件的传感信号接收部件接收传感感应信号。
可选地,头部保健系统300还包括输入/输出装置,用于接收用户输入信息,并将信息输出以方便用户查看,控制器320还可以根据用户输入的信息 产生控制信号。例如,当用户希望获得某个保健操作时,可以直接通过输入装置输入控制信息,而无需传感器件311的感测。
本发明实施例的头部保健系统,可以通过与头部保健器进行通信连接的远程电子设备进行控制,使用户可以通过远程操作随时随地地查看自己的头部信息,进行保健操作,方便了用户的控制和使用。
以上所述仅是本发明的示范性实施方式,而非用于限制本发明的保护范围,本发明的保护范围由所附的权利要求确定。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种头部保健器,包括:
    本体,
    在所述本体的外表面上突出设置的多个传感部件,每个所述传感部件用于感测用户头部信息;以及
    在所述本体的外表面上突出设置的多个保健部件,所述保健部件根据控制信号对用户头部进行保健操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保健器,至少一个所述传感部件包括传感信号输出部件;至少一个所述传感部件包括传感信号接收部件;
    所述传感信号输出部件配置为能够发出传感驱动信号;
    所述传感信号接收部件配置为能够接收传感感应信号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的保健器,包括所述传感信号接收部件的传感部件的个数多于包括传感信号输出部件的传感部件的个数,所述包括传感信号输出部件的传感部件的四周分布多个包括所述传感信号接收部件的传感部件。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的保健器,所述本体在其中具有限定一定空间的腔体,所述腔体内设置有营养液储存器;
    所述营养液储存器根据所述控制信号输出营养液至所述保健部件并被排出。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的保健器,所述营养液储存器包括多个容器,
    每个所述容器储存不同类型营养液,根据所述控制信号的指令,所述容器中的至少一种营养液被输送至相应的所述保健部件并被排出。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的保健器,所述保健器还包括营养液储存器驱动器;
    所述营养液储存器驱动器根据所述控制信号,将所述营养液储存器输出营养液至所述保健部件。
  7. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的保健器,所述保健器还包括控制器,
    所述控制器设置在所述本体内,所述控制器根据所述传感部件感应到的信息产生所述控制信号,并将所述控制信号发送给所述保健部件以控制所述 保健部件的保健操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的保健器,所述控制器还包括感应信号发射端子和感应信号接收端子,所述感应信号发射端子提供传感驱动信号至所述传感部件的传感信号输出部件;所述感应信号接收端子从所述传感部件的传感信号接收部件接收传感感应信号。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的保健器,所述保健器还包括振动部件,
    所述振动部件根据所述控制信号驱动至少一个所述保健部件振动。
  10. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的保健器,所述保健器构造为梳子,所述传感部件以及所述保健部件设置在所述梳子的梳齿上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的保健器,一个所述保健部件与一个所述传感部件设置在同一个梳齿上。
  12. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的保健器,所述保健器还包括信息存储装置。
  13. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的保健器,所述保健器还包括信号发送/接收装置,所述信号发送/接收装置配置为与外部设备通信,接收所述控制信号。
  14. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的保健器,所述保健器还包括多个功能按键。
  15. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的保健器,所述保健器还包括内置电源或者电源接口。
  16. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的保健器,所述保健器还包括输入/输出装置。
  17. 一种头部保健系统,所述系统包括:
    权利要求1-6、9-16任一所述的头部保健器,以及
    与所述头部保健器通信的控制器;
    其中,所述头部保健器将所述传感部件感测到的用户头部信息发送给所述控制器;
    所述控制器根据接收到的用户头部信息产生所述控制信号,并将所述控制信号发送给所述保健部件以控制所述保健部件的保健操作。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的系统,所述控制器还包括感应信号发射端子 和感应信号接收端子,所述感应信号发射端子提供传感驱动信号至所述传感部件的传感信号输出部件;所述感应信号接收端子从所述传感部件的传感信号接收部件接收传感感应信号。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的系统,所述系统还包括输入/输出装置,所述输入/输出装置用于接收用户输入信息,所述控制器还根据所述用户输入信息产生所述控制信号。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的系统,所述控制器设置为与所述头部保健器通信的移动终端。
