Description

一种金属零件胶黏剂 技术领域
本发明涉及精细化工技术领域，具体涉及一种金属零件胶黏剂。
背景技术
在汽车制造过程中会大量使用到胶粘剂，胶粘剂是通过界面的黏附和内聚等作用，能使两种或两种以上的制件或材料连接在一起的天然的或合成的、有机的或无机的一类物质，统称为胶粘剂，又叫黏合剂，习惯上简称为胶。简而言之，胶粘剂就是通过黏合作用，能使被黏物结合在一起的物质。目前市面上的一些胶粘剂在粘胶过程中，可能会出现粘胶效果或强度不好，或者是胶粘后持续时间不长，在粘胶过程中，可能会涉及皮革和织物之间的粘胶或金属与塑料之间的粘胶，因此，目前市面上的胶粘剂并不能满足人们的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种金属零件胶黏剂，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面，一种金属零件胶黏剂，包括如下重量份的组份：丙烯酸尿烷酯400～800份，联苯酰100～120份，N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮40～60份，甲基丙烯酸甲酯20～28份，二丙烯酸-1，6-己二醇酯脂20～30份，苯乙烯12～24份，过氧化苯甲酰20～30份，对苯二酚3～6份，丙烯腈4～8份，滑石粉12～48份。
在一些实施方式中，一种金属零件胶黏剂，包括下重量份的组份：丙烯酸尿烷酯90份、苯二甲酸二丁酯35份，石墨粉30份，丙烯酸树脂24份，对苯二酚50份，丙烯腈60份，滑石粉30份、联苯酰110份，N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮50份，甲基丙烯酸甲酯24份，二丙烯酸-1，6-己二醇酯脂25份，苯乙烯18份，过氧化苯甲酰25份。
本发明提供的一种金属零件胶黏剂，胶粘效果好，粘合强度高，干燥快且持续时间长。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种金属零件胶黏剂，包括如下重量份的组份：包括如下重量份的组份：丙烯酸尿烷酯400～800份，联苯酰100～120份，N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮40～60份，甲基丙烯酸甲酯20～28份，二丙烯酸-1，6-己二醇酯脂20～30份，苯乙烯12～24份，过氧化苯甲酰20～30份，对苯二酚3～6份，丙烯腈4～8份，滑石粉12～48份加入反应釜中加热至75℃，静置6h后即可。
实施例2
一种金属零件胶黏剂，包括如下重量份的组份：丙烯酸尿烷酯90份、苯二甲酸二丁酯35份，石墨粉30份，丙烯酸树脂24份，对苯二酚50份，丙烯腈60份，滑石粉30份、联苯酰110份，N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮50份，甲基丙烯酸甲酯24份，二丙烯酸-1，6-己二醇酯脂25份，苯乙烯18份，过氧化苯甲酰25份加入反应釜中加热至80℃，静置6h后即可。
实施例3
一种金属零件胶黏剂，包括如下重量份的组份：包括如下重量份的组份：丙烯酸尿烷酯400～800份，联苯酰100～120份，N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮40～60份，甲基丙烯酸甲酯20～28份，二丙烯酸-1，6-己二醇酯脂20～30份，苯乙烯12～24份，过氧化苯甲酰20～30份，对苯二酚3～6份，丙烯腈4～8份，滑石粉12～48份加入反应釜中加热至85℃，静置6h后即可。

  1. 一种金属零件胶黏剂，其特征在于，包括如下重量份的组份：丙烯酸尿烷酯80～100份、苯二甲酸二丁酯30～40份，石墨粉20～40份，丙烯酸树脂18～30份，对苯二酚40-60份，丙烯腈40～80份，滑石粉12～48份、联苯酰100～120份，N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮40～60份，甲基丙烯酸甲酯20～28份，二丙烯酸-1,6-己二醇酯脂20～30份，苯乙烯12～24份，过氧化苯甲酰20～30份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种金属零件胶黏剂，其特征在于，包括下重量份的组份：丙烯酸尿烷酯90份、苯二甲酸二丁酯35份，石墨粉30份，丙烯酸树脂24份，对苯二酚50份，丙烯腈60份，滑石粉30份、联苯酰110份，N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮50份，甲基丙烯酸甲酯24份，二丙烯酸-1,6-己二醇酯脂25份，苯乙烯18份，过氧化苯甲酰25份。
