Description

背景技术
随着互联网和通讯技术的飞速发展,人们越来越多的习惯通过终端设备接收消息进行信息交互。如移动通讯终端上安装的即时通讯、交友、购物等应用,由于可以快捷、方便的接收查看消息,目前已经成为重要的信息交流方式之一。
在移动终端的应用程序(APP,Application)经常会收到来自好友或者商家的各种消息。在收到用户还未查看的新消息时,终端应用通常会设置相应的消息提示。目前现有终端APP常常采用包括小红点或者在终端消息中心推送的方式提示接收到新消息。图1是现有技术中采取的所述小红点消息提示方式的消息提示示意图。如图1所示,所述小红点消息提示方式主要采取在APP图标右上角采用红色数字显示该APP收到的未读新消息的总和。或者在APP一级导航界面的子功能导航图标上显示相应子功能模块收到的新消息数目。而所述的消息中心推送的方式主要采取包括在终端下拉状态栏中以列表的形式显示所有APP的新消息,如果需要查看具体的消息内容,可以点击列表中相应的消息进入APP。
随着终端应用的不断开发、产品竞争,以及终端应用业务功能的增加,现在用户通过终端接收到的信息量也越来越大。上述现有技术中的消息提示方式将多个消息提示混合在一起,导致用户很难从中区分出真正对用户而言是重要的消息。例如图1所示,对于小红点消息提示方式而言,在APP图标显示所有未处理新消息总和,或者在一级导航界面显示次级子功能界面中的新消息总和。用户通常还需要打开应用或者一级导航,逐个点击查看消息内容。如果所示新 消息没有被浏览的话,一般所述APP图标或者一级导航仍然显示小红点,提示用户有未读新消息。这样,对于用户而言不易区分或定位小红点的消息来源,无法确定是否包括用户重要内容的消息。
现有技术中所述新消息提示的方法通常使用户的难以区分消息的重要性,增加了用户非重要消息查看步骤,降低了用户体验。

本申请目的在于提供一种消息提示及处理的方法、装置和客户端,可以提醒用户接收到重要的新消息,使用户可以从众多新消息中有效、方便的区分出消息的重要性,提高用户操作使用体验。

本申请提供的消息提示及处理方法、装置或者客户端,可以在终端应用或者系统中设置重要消息提示的消息源。在其他的实施例中也可以在发送的消息中设置标记发送的消息为重要消息的标识信息。消息接收方在判断收到设置为消息源或者包含所示标记信息的消息时,可以采用区别于常规第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式,例如增加旋转、跳动等消息提示动画。这样,可以有效识别出接收到设置为消息源或者重要消息的新消息,可以有效的使用户从消息提示中区分识别出消息的重要性,可以节省非重要消息的查看过程,提高消息提示效率和用户使用体验,满足用户消息提示需求。

一般的,终端应用接收到新消息或者推送消息通常有着默认的消息提示方式。需要说明的是,本申请中所述重要消息提示可以包括用户期望的不同于常规的消息提示方式,可以在消息提示界面有效、明确的提示用户接收到用户设置的需要重点提醒的消息,以达到用户可以实现从消息提示中区分消息重要性的目的。
本申请中所述的消息源可以包括多种应用场景下可以进行消息提示的终端应用、终端应用中某一层级的功能应用、特定消息等。本申请中所述的消息源可以包括下述中的至少一种:

表1是本实施例所述消息提示方式中一种所述信源标识符对应关系实施例的示意表。具体应用场景例如表1所示,可以设置多个应用的标识符或者多个关键字对应相同信源标识符。表1中可以将联系人的属性信息设置为与信源标识符进行匹配的匹配属性信息。用户可以将通信录中某个重要联系人设置为需 要重要消息提示的消息源,在接收到所有关于该联系人的短消息时希望可以在消息提示界面采用区别于常规的提醒方式,以便及时读取该联系人的信息。此时可以将所述重要联系人的联系人名称作为短信消息应用消息源的信源标识符。如果后续用户在所述联系人中添加了该联系人的邮箱地址的属性信息,在收到新邮件时,可以基于表1所示的信源标识符对应关系将邮件的标识符与表1中的匹配属性信息相匹配。具体的,可以将所述新邮件的邮件地址与通讯录中的联系人的邮箱地址相匹配。如果所述新邮件的邮件地址与所述用户设置的重要联系人的邮箱地址相同,那么,此时可以认为所述新邮件的标识符与所述信源标识符为联系人名称的查询结果为相匹配。
上述实施例的应用场景中,虽然用户仅设置的某个联系人的名称为消息源,已达到在短信消息提醒中将重要联系人的新消息作为重要消息提示。利用本实施例的实施方案,在收到设置的关于重要联系人的其他属性信息例如邮件或者其他的例如即时通讯工具的新消息时仍然可以有效的识别区分出来,可以有效提高重要消息提示的效率,提高用户使用体验。
在接收到新消息时,查询是否有与所述新消息的标识符相匹配的所述信源标识符。如果有与所述新消息的标识符相匹配的信源标识符,那么所述查询的结果可以为是有与所述新消息的标识符相匹配的所述信源标识符。
S3:在所述查询的结果为是时,在指定消息提示区域采用区别于第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式展示所述新消息的提示信息。
终端应用可以在接收到新消息时可以根据终端设备的状态(如锁屏或者使用中)或者终端应用的状态在预先设置的消息提示区域展示接收到新消息的提示信息。一般的,在终端邮件、即时通信、购物、社交等应用中可以设置有相应的新消息提示方式。通常情况下终端应用可以设置一种默认的消息提示方式,在所述终端应用接收到新消息时可以采取默认设置的消息提示方式提示用户有新消息的到来。例如图1所示,即时通信APP接收到新消息时,可以在所述即 时通信APP的桌面图标右上角显示接收到但还未查看的新消息的个数。本申请提供的消息提示方法中,可以将所述终端应用默认设置的新消息的提示方式作为本申请所述第一消息提示方式的一种实施方式。本申请中所述的第一消息提示方式通常没有明显区分消息中的重要消息,并且进行区别于常规消息提示的消息提示方式。
如前所述,在接收到新消息时,可以解析匹配新消息的标识符。如果接收到的新消息的标识符与所述信源标识符的匹配结果为有与所述新消息的标识符相匹配的所述信源标识符时,则可以在指定的消息提示区域采用预先设置的区别于第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式展示所述新消息的提示信息。
本实施例所述的指定消息提示区域可以包括预先设置的展示消息提示信息的界面、图标或者功能模块区域等。具体的例如桌面应用图标,或者终端预置的所有新消息汇总列表提示的下拉界面,或者如图1所示的一级界面导航中的子功能模块的图标等。在一些消息提示的应用场景中,会涉及到某个新消息在多个信息提示界面中进行提示的情况。例如可以在子功能模块的图标展示中有新消息提示,在桌面应用图标中也有该新消息的提示信息,同时下拉菜单或者锁屏状态下的消息列表界面同样可以有该新消息的提示信息。因此,本申请所述消息提示方法的另一种实施方式中,所示的指定消息提示区域可以包括:
至少一处展示接收到包含所述新消息的信息提示界面。
这样,当收到消息源的新消息时,可以在多处甚至所有包含该新消息的消息提示区域都触发该条消息的信息提示。因此本实施例中可以在多层级的消息提示界面中提示接收到设置为消息源的新消息,增加重要消息的提示效果。
本申请中所述的第二消息提示方式通常可以包括预先为所述重要消息提示设置的区别于所述第一消息提示方式的消息提示方式,可以在消息提示界面方便有效的帮助用户识别新消息中是否包括重要消息。本申请中所述消息提示方法优选的实施例中,所述第二消息提示方式可以包括:
在所述指定消息提示区域增加预先设置的动画提示效果。
例如图标跳动、放大、闪烁等。需要注意的是,本实施例所述的第二消息提示方式中所述的增加动画提示消息可以理解为在没有收到设置为消息源的新消息时,所述的第一消息提示方式中可以不包括动画提示效果,例如可以仅仅为图标右上角消息总数的提示,或者所述的第一消息提示方式不包括所述第二消息提示方式中的动画提示效果。

图4是本申请所述第二消息提示方式中增加的动画效果的实施例示意图。如图4所示,用户设置某重要联系人C1短消息的消息源开关为打开时,在没有收到联系人C1的短消息时,终端桌面界面短信图标右上角可以正常显示收到且还未读的新短信的数量8。当利用本申请实施例判断收到所述联系人C1的短消息时,终端桌面界面短信图标可以采用增加消息提示的动画效果,如上述实施例中或者图4中所述的一种或者多种动画效果的组合。这样,在所述第二消息提示方式中增加动画提示效果来区别收到的重要消息提示,可以有效使用户识别消息的重要性,提高用户的操作使用体验。
当然,本申请并不限于上述联系人或者短信消息中图标的动画消息提示,在其他的应用场景中,如邮件应用、即时聊天消息,或者应用中一级导航界面中子功能模块的图标等等,均可以使用本申请所述的消息提示方法实现重要消 息区别提示。具体的实现过程中可以在例如在某个终端应用或者终端应用的某个消息层级的子功能模块中加入设置为消息源的功能开关。上述所述的动画提示效果在视觉上具有良好的提示性、互动性和,对一些用户还可以具有一定的娱乐作用。并且动画提示效果对用户当前操作认为影响很小,不会造成例如声音、震动等的提示导致用户去关闭提示的负担,可以大大提高用户操作使用体验。
进一步的,用户查看新消息后,可以停止展示所述第二消息提示方式的提示信息。例如上述实施例应用场景中用户查看重要联系人的短信消息后,可以关闭终端桌面短信图标的动画提示效果。本申请中所述设置的重要消息提示通常可以需要用户查看确认,可以不受应用或者其他功能模块设置的消息时效性限制。图5是本申请所述一种消息提示方式另一种实施例的方法流程示意图。如图5所示,本申请所述的消息提示方法中,所述方法还可以包括:
基于接收到的所述新消息被读取的确认消息在所述指定消息提示区域关闭所述第二消息提示方式的提示信息。
当然,在其他一些实施例中,所述的新消息被读取的确认消息可以包括用户触发的消息被读取的确认消息,如“将该消息设置为已读”的提示选项,并不限制于一定包括用户实际执行了查看所述新消息的过程。
本申请提供的包括上述实施例的消息提示方法,可以在终端应用或者系统设置重要消息提示的消息源。在判断收到该消息源的消息时,可以采用区别于常规第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式,例如增加旋转、跳动等消息提示动画。这样,可以有效区别展示出接收到设置为消息源的新消息,可以有效的使用户从消息提示中区分识别出消息的重要性,可以节省非重要消息的查看过程,提高用户操作使用体验,满足用户消息提示需求。
为解决本申请所述现有技术中消息提示的缺陷,本申请还提供一种发送消 息处理方法。在另一种应用场景中,终端应用或者系统等发送方在发送消息时,可以将所述发送的消息设置为需要重要消息提示的消息。具体的实现过程可以例如在发送消息的地方增加设置将重要消息设置为重要消息提示的控件或者功能选项等。那么,在消息接收方接收到所述设置为重要消息提示消息时,可以识别出该重要消息,然后可以采用上述区别于第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式展示所述重要消息的提示信息,达到在消息接收方显示提示信息时可以区分出包括重要消息的信息的目的。具体的,本申请提供的一种发送消息处理方法可以包括:

图6是本申请所述一种发送消息处理方法和消息提示方法一种实施例的流程示意图。在本实施例所述的应用场景中,消息发送方可以在发送的消息中设置表示所述消息为重要消息的标识信息,消息接收方可以基于设置的标识信息识别出新消息中的重要消息。进一步的,消息接收方可以在提示区域增加预先设置的动画提示效果提示接收到所述重要消息。
所述的标识信息可以包括设置的关键字,或者通过应用编程设计语言实现的可以用于标记消息为重要消息的标识信息。一种具体的实现方式中,例如可以在编辑发送消息的区域通过长按弹出提示用户是否将当前消息设置为重要消息的选项。当用户选择将当前消息设置为重要消息时,可以在发送的消息中添 加特定字符串Key作为所述标识信息。相应地,消息接收方可以识别出所述的特定字符串Key,判断包括该特定字符串Key的消息为重要消息,需要在消息提示区域重点提示。因此可以在指定消息提示区域采用区别于第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式展示所述重要消息的提示信息。具体的本实施例中所述的第一消息提示方式的描述可以参考本申请中消息提示方法中的描述,在此不做赘述。

本申请所述消息提示装置中展示新消息提示信息的指定消息提示区域可以包括本申请所述消息提示装置中设置的一个或者多个显示新消息提示信息的功能区域,如图标、消息列表等,也可以包括使用本申请装置进行消息提示的终端设置的一个或者多个展示新消息提示信息的区域。本申请的另一种实施例中,为了增加重要消息的提示效果,可以在多处甚至所有包含该新消息的消息提示区域都触发该条消息的信息提示,例如可以在终端应用多层级的消息提示界面中提示接收到设置为消息源的新消息。具体的,所述重要消息提示单元105可以包括:

本申请在解决现有技术问题时还提供另一种发送消息的处理装置。在另一种应用场景中,终端应用或者系统等发送方在发送消息时,可以将所述发送的消息设置为需要重要消息提示的消息。具体的实现过程可以例如在发送消息的地方增加设置将重要消息设置为重要消息提示的控件或者功能选项等。那么,在消息接收方接收到所述设置为重要消息提示消息时,可以识别出该重要消息,然后可以采用上述区别于第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式展示所述重要消息的提示信息,达到在消息接收方显示提示信息时可以区分出包括重要消息的信息的目的。图9是本申请所述一种发送消息装置一种实施例的模块结构示意图。具体的,本申请提供的一种发送消息处理装置可以包括:

本申请实施例中消息发送方可以在发送的消息中设置表示所述消息为重要消息的标识信息。图10是本申请所述发送消息处理装置处理发送消息的一种应用场景示意图。如图10所示,在发送消息时可以通过长按消息内容的方式弹出将当前发送消息标记为重要消息的选项或者设置。用户将某条发送消息标记为重要消息。本申请发送消息装置在获取标记为重要消息的发送消息后可以在所述发送消息中添加或者设置标识信息。所述标识信息可以包括预先设置的关键 词、特定字符等,可以用于指示接收方该条消息为发送方设置的重要消息。在发送方通常可以由用于非重要消息提示的第一消息提示方式,如前述的图标右上角静态显示消息总数。在发送方接收到该重要消息时可以采用用于重要消息提示的第二消息提示方式进行提示。具体的可以在所述发送消息的指定字段添加相应的标识信息KEY_WORD。
当然,所述发送消息中接收方可以基于设置的标识信息识别出新消息中的重要消息。然后可以采用所述第二消息提示方式展示所述标记为重要消息的新消息的提示信息。具体的,本申请可以提供一种消息提示装置的另一种实施方式。图11是本申请消息提示装置另一种实施例的模块结构示意图。如图11所示,所示装置可以包括:

本实施提高的客户端可以在将某个终端应用或者终端应用中某个业务功能模块如支付应用中信用卡业务A1下的中国银行信用卡B1的消息设置为消息源。这样,在所述支付应用未接收到中国银行信用卡的消息时,可以在支付应用主界面中的各个业务模块如信用卡A1正常显示消息相应业务模块的消息总数。当收到中国银行信用卡的新消息时,在所述支付应用的主界面中信用卡A1页面模块可以在显示当前接收到消息总数的同时,所述信用卡业务模块的图标可以左右摇摆或者上下跳动等,以提示收到中国银行信用卡B1的新消息,大大提高重要消息的区分和提示效果。
当然,在另一种应用场景中,客户端在发送消息时可以将发送的消息设置 为重要消息,以区分于常规发送的消息。这样,接收消息的客户端收到消息时可以得知该消息为重要消息,可以采用区别于非重要消息提示的第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式展示该重要消息的提示信息。因此,本申请还提供一种消息处理客户端,所述客户端可以包括:
发送消息处理单元;
所述发送消息处理单元被设置成,可以用于获取标记为重要消息的发送消息;还可以用于在所述发送消息中设置指示消息接收方采用用于重要消息提示的第二消息提示方式进行消息提示的标识信息。

本申请上述所述的方法、装置、客户端可以在新消息提示界面中使用户容易区分消息的重要性或者定位消息的来源,方便、有效的指导用户是否查看新 消息。同时,本申请中的一些实施例可以采取区别于常规消息的提示的第二消息提示方式提示重要消息,例如加入动画提示效果,大大增加了消息提示效果,还可以有效的提高用户的操作使用体验,提高用户满意度。
尽管本申请内容中提到消息发送、消息源标识、动画效果等的数据处理、信息展示的描述,但是,本申请并不局限于必须是完全标准或者实施例中所提及的数据处理、信息展示的情况。本申请中各个实施例所涉及的上述描述仅是本申请中的一些实施例中的应用,在某些标准、方法的基础上略加修改后的处理方法也可以实行上述本申请各实施例的方案。当然,在符合本申请上述各实施例的中所述的处理方法步骤的其他无创造性的变形,仍然可以实现相同的申请,在此不再赘述。

本申请可以在由计算机执行的计算机可执行指令的一般上下文中描述,例如程序模块。一般地,程序模块包括执行特定任务或实现特定抽象数据类型的例程、程序、对象、组件、数据结构、类等等。也可以在分布式计算环境中实践本申请,在这些分布式计算环境中,由通过通信网络而被连接的远程处理设备来执行任务。在分布式计算环境中,程序模块可以位于包括存储设备在内的本地和远程计算机存储介质中。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,移动终端,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
本说明书中的各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同或相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。本申请可用于众多通用或专用的计算机系统环境或配置中。例如:个人计算机、服务器计算机、手持设备或便携式设备、平板型设备、移动通信终端、多处理器系统、基于微处理器的系统、可编程的电子设备、网络PC、小型计算机、大型计算机、包括以上任何系统或设备的分布式计算环境等等。
虽然通过实施例描绘了本申请,本领域普通技术人员知道,本申请有许多变形和变化而不脱离本申请的精神,希望所附的权利要求包括这些变形和变化而不脱离本申请的精神。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取设置为重要消息提示的消息源的信源标识符;
    在接收到新消息时,查询是否有与所述新消息的标识符相匹配的所述信源标识符;
    在所述查询结果为是时,在指定消息提示区域采用区别于第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式展示所述新消息的提示信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,所述的消息源包括下述中的至少一种:
    指定的终端应用;
    终端应用中指定层级的子功能应用;
    包含指定信息的消息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,所述查询是否有与所述新消息的标识符相匹配的所述信源标识符包括:
    基于预先设置的信源标识符对应关系查询是否有与所述新消息的标识符相匹配的所述信源标识符。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,所示的指定消息提示区域包括:
    至少一处展示接收到包含所述新消息的信息提示界面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    基于接收到的所述新消息被读取的确认消息在所述指定消息提示区域关闭所述第二消息提示方式的提示信息。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,所述第二消息提示方式包括:
    在所述指定消息提示区域增加预先设置的动画提示效果。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,所述第二消息提 示方式中增加的动画提示效果包括:
    所述新消息所属的消息源的图标采用下述中的至少一种动画效果作为所述新消息的提示信息:
    按照预定方向转动的旋转效果;
    按照预定角度转动的摆动效果;
    上下跳动效果;
    左右抖动效果;
    执行预定透明度变化规则的呼吸效果;
    执行预定大小变化规则的缩放效果。
  8. 一种发送消息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    判断发送的消息是否为重要消息;
    在判断所述发送的消息为重要消息时,在所述重要消息中设置指示消息接收方采用区别于第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式进行消息提示的标识信息。
  9. 一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    解析接收到的新消息,判断所述新消息是否包括指示采用区别于第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式进行消息提示的标识信息;
    在判断所述新消息中包括所述标识信息时,在指定消息提示区域采用区别于第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式展示所述新消息的提示信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,所述第二消息提示方式包括:
    在所述指定消息提示区域增加预先设置的动画提示效果。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,所述第二消息提示方式中增加的动画提示效果包括:
    所述新消息所属的消息源的图标采用下述中的至少一种动画效果作为所述新消息的提示信息:
    按照预定方向转动的旋转效果;
    按照预定角度转动的摆动效果;
    上下跳动效果;
    左右抖动效果;
    执行预定透明度变化规则的呼吸效果;
    执行预定大小变化规则的缩放效果。
  12. 一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    消息源设置单元,用于设置重要消息提示的消息源;
    信息获取单元,用于获取所述消息源的信源标识符;
    信息存储单元,用于存储所述消息源的信源标识符;还用于存储区别于第一消息提示方式的第二消息提示方式的信息;
    信息处理单元,用于查询所述信息存储单元中是否存储有与接收到的新消息的标识符相匹配的信源标识符;
    重要消息提示单元,用于在所述信息处理单元的查询结果为是时,在指定消息提示区域采用第二消息提示方式展示所述新消息的提示信息。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,所述的消息源包括下述中的至少一种:
    指定的终端应用;
    终端应用中指定层级的子功能应用;
    包含指定信息的消息。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,所述存储单元包括:
    匹配关系单元,用于存储所述获取的新消息的标识符与所述信源标识符相匹配的信源标识符对应关系表;
    相应的,所述处理单元查询所述存储单元中是否存储有与接收到的新消息的标识符相匹配的信源标识符可以包括所述处理单元给予所述匹配关系单元中 存储的信源标识符对应关系表查询所述存储单元中是否存储有与接收到的新消息的标识符相匹配的信源标识符。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,所述重要消息提示单元包括:
    区域信息获取单元,用于获取展示接收到新消息的提示信息的展示区域;
    指定区域提示单元,用于根据获取的配置信息在至少一处所述展示区域采用所示第二消息提示方式展示所述新消息的提示信息。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    提示信息关闭单元,用于基于接收到的所述新消息被读取的确认消息在所述指定消息提示区域关闭所述第二消息提示方式的提示信息。
  17. 如权利要求12至16中任意一项所述的一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,所述存储单元中存储的第二消息提示方式包括:
    在所述指定消息提示区域增加预先设置的动画提示效果。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,所述存储单元中存储的第二消息提示方式的动画提示效果包括下述中的至少一种:
    按照预定方向转动的旋转效果;
    按照预定角度转动的摆动效果;
    上下跳动效果;
    左右抖动效果;
    执行预定透明度变化规则的呼吸效果;
    执行预定大小变化规则的缩放效果。
  19. 一种发送消息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一信息获取单元,用于获取标记为重要消息的发送消息;
    第一处理单元,用于在所述发送消息中设置指示消息接收方采用用于重要消息提示的第二消息提示方式进行消息提示的标识信息。
  20. 一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    解析单元,用于解析接收到的新消息,判断所述新消息是否包括标记所述新消息为重要消息的标记信息;
    第一存储单元,用于存储用于重要消息提示的第二消息提示方式的信息;
    第一信息提示单元,用于在判断所述新消息中包括所述标识信息时,在指定消息提示区域采用所述第二消息提示方式展示所述新消息的提示信息。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,所述的第一存储单元中存储的第二消息提示方式包括:
    在所述指定消息提示区域增加预先设置的动画提示效果。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,所述的第一存储单元中存储的第二消息提示方式的动画提示效果包括下述中的至少一种:
    按照预定方向转动的旋转效果;
    按照预定角度转动的摆动效果;
    上下跳动效果;
    左右抖动效果;
    执行预定透明度变化规则的呼吸效果;
    执行预定大小变化规则的缩放效果。
  23. 一种消息提示客户端,其特征在于,所述客户端包括:
    设置单元,用于设置重要消息提示的消息源;
    存储单元,用于存储重要消息提示的第二消息提示方式的信息;
    处理单元,用于获取设置为重要消息提示的消息源的信源标识符;还用于查询所述存储单元中是否存储有与接收到的新消息的标识符相匹配的信源标识符;还用于在所述查询的结果为是时,在指定消息提示区域采用所述第二消息提示方式展示所述新消息的提示信息。
  24. 一种消息处理客户端,其特征在于,所述客户端包括:
    发送消息处理单元,所述发送消息处理单元被设置成,用于获取标记为重 要消息的发送消息;还用于在所述发送消息中设置指示消息接收方采用用于重要消息提示的第二消息提示方式进行消息提示的标识信息。
  25. 一种消息提示客户端,其特征在于,所述客户端包括:
    预置信息存储单元,用于存储用于重要消息提示的第二消息提示方式的信息;
    接收消息处理单元,用于解析接收到的新消息,判断所述新消息是否包括标记所述新消息为重要消息的标记信息;还用于在判断所述新消息中包括所述标识信息时,在指定消息提示区域采用所述第二消息提示方式展示所述新消息的提示信息。
