本发明涉及信息技术领域,特别涉及一种信息处理方法、终端及电子设备。
背景技术
信息分享作为现代社会高频的使用场景,无论是在信息分享类网站中,还是社交类应用中,用户的活跃度均非常高。为了实现信息分享功能,终端中通常安装有社交应用,基于安装的社交应用,用户可随时随地将需要分享的信息分享给好友。例如,当用户在新闻网站中阅读到一条有意义的新闻,用户可通过微博应用分享给微博好友。
然而,在社交应用中,用户通常会关注多个好友,这些好友不断地通过社交应用分享信息,社交应用按照接收时间由后及先的顺序对接收到的信息进行显示,而终端显示界面的大小是有限的,当用户想要查看任一好友以前分享的信息时,需要手动地在历史分享记录中查找,该过程不仅操作复杂、耗时较长,且大大弱化了社交应用中各用户的粘性。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种信息处理方法、终端及电子设备。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供了一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
第二终端接收第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号发送的信息获取请求;
所述第二终端根据所述第一用户的第一社交应用的账号,从内容集合库中,获取待发送信息,所述内容集合库用于存储第二用户已分享的社交信息;
所述第二终端将所述待发送信息发送至所述第一终端。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述第二终端接收第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号发送的信息获取请求之前,还包括:

本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:在用户想要获取其他用户已分享的信息时,无需在社交应用中查找历史记录,通过与用户进行信息交互,即可获取到所需信息,不仅简化了操作复杂度,节省了查找时间,而且明显地增强了用户间的粘性。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
随着信息技术的发展,终端普及率的提高,越来越多的用户借助终端中安装的打电话应用、短信息应用、微博应用、微信应用等社交应用进行沟通交流。除了沟通交流功能外,有些社交应用中还具有信息分享功能,比如微博应用、微信应用等。借助社交应用的信息分享功能,用户可随时随地分享自己的生活,例如,用户在旅游途中拍摄一组照片,用户可通过微信应用分享给微信好友;又例如,用户阅读到一则有意义的小故事,用户可通过微博应用将该则故事的网址分享给粉丝等。
在用户通过社交应用分享信息的同时,用户的好友也会通过微博应用、微信应用等社交应用将身边的新鲜事分享给用户。由于在一个社交应用中,用户一般会关注多个好友,多个好友不断地通过社交应用分享信息,当用户想要查看某个好友所分享的信息时,需要在历史记录中查看,操作起来非常不方便。
为了解决上述问题,本发明对终端的结构进行了改进,在终端原有的结构基础上,增加了内容收集模块。该内容收集模块具有信息收集、存储功能,当检测到终端通过社交应用分享用户的社交信息时,该内容收集模块可收集终端所分享的社交信息,并将收集到的社交信息存储到内容集合库中。内容集合库用于存储着终端通过不同社交应用分享的社交信息,该内容集合库通常部署在服务器上。在此需要说明一点,该服务器不同于社交应用服务器,能够存储终端通过不同社交应用分享的社交信息。
基于改进后的终端结构,图1示出了一种信息处理逻辑的示意图。如图1所示,在整个信息处理过程中,通常会涉及到接收方终端和发送方终端,接收方终端上安装有至少一个社交应用,通过社交应用可向发送方终端发送信息获取请求,以获取发送方终端所分享的社交信息;发送方终端上也安装有至少一个社交应用,当通过社交应用接收到接收方终端发送的信息获取请求后,可将接收方终端所需的信息发送至接收方终端。在此需要说明一点, 为确保在接收方终端和发送方终端之间能够顺利地传输信息,接收方终端中发送信息获取请求的社交应用与发送方终端中接收信息获取请求的应用为同一类社交应用,也即是,如果接收方终端中发送信息获取请求的社交应用为短信息应用,发送方终端中接收信息获取请求的社交应用也为短信息应用;如果接收方终端中发送信息获取请求的社交应用为微信应用,则发送方终端中接收信息获取请求的社交应用也为微信应用。
图2为根据本发明一个具体实施方式的电子设备。所述电子设备包括输入设备201、处理器202、输出设备203、通信模块204、存储器205、外设接口206等组件。这些组件通过一条或多条总线进行通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图中示出的电子设备的结构并不构成对本发明的限定,它既可以是总线形结构,也可以是星型结构,还可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。在本发明实施方式中,所述电子设备可以是任何移动或便携式电子设备,包括但不限于移动电话、移动电脑、平板电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、媒体播放器、智能电视,以及上述两项或两项以上的组合等。
其中,输入设备201用于实现用户与电子设备的交互和/或信息输入到电子设备中。例如,输入设备201可以接收用户输入的数字或字符信息,以产生与用户设置或功能控制有关的信号输入。在本发明具体实施方式中,输入设备可以是触控面板,也可以是其他人机交互界面,例如实体输入键、麦克风等,还可是其他外部信息撷取装置,例如摄像头等。触控面板,也称为触摸屏或触控屏,可收集用户在其上触摸或接近的操作动作。比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板上或接近触控面板的位置的操作动作,并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸操作,并将检测到的触摸操作转换为电信号,以及将所述电信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收所述电信号,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器。所述触摸控制器还可以接收处理器发来的命令并执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线(Infrared)以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板。在本发明的其他实施方式中,输入设备201所采用 的实体输入键可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。麦克风形式的输入设备201可以收集用户或环境输入的语音并将其转换成电信号形式的、处理器可执行的命令。
在本发明的其他一些实施方式中,所述输入设备201还可以是各类传感器件,例如霍尔器件,用于侦测电子设备的物理量,例如力、力矩、压力、应力、位置、位移、速度、加速度、角度、角速度、转数、转速以及工作状态发生变化的时间等,转变成电量来进行检测和控制。其他的一些传感器件还可以包括重力感应计、三轴加速计、陀螺仪等。
处理器202为电子设备的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个电子设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器205内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器205内的数据,以执行电子设备的各种功能和/或处理数据。
具体地,存储器205包含内容收集模块,用于存储程序代码,并在通信模块接收第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号发送的信息获取请求之前,将所述通信模块204获取到的通过第二用户的至少一个社交应用的账号所分享的社交信息备份到内容集合库。所述存储器在将通信模块获取到的第二用户的社交信息备份到内容集合库时,具体包括:将社交信息存储到内容集合库;或者,调用所述处理器对社交信息进行处理,将处理后的社交信息存储到内容集合库。
处理器202通过总线用于调用存储器205中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:

所述处理器202可以由集成电路(Integrated Circuit,简称IC)组成,例如可以由单颗封装的IC所组成,也可以由连接多颗相同功能或不同功能的封装IC而组成。举例来说,处理器202可以仅包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU),也可以是GPU、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor, 简称DSP)、及通信模块204中的控制芯片(例如基带芯片)的组合。在本发明实施方式中,CPU可以是单运算核心,也可以包括多运算核心。
所述通信模块204用于建立通信信道,使电子设备通过所述通信信道以连接至远程服务器,并从所述远程服务器下媒体数据。所述通信模块204可以包括无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,简称wireless LAN)模块、蓝牙模块、基带(Base Band)模块等通信模块,以及所述通信模块对应的射频(Radio Frequency,简称RF)电路,用于进行无线局域网络通信、蓝牙通信、红外线通信及/或蜂窝式通信系统通信,例如宽带码分多重接入(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,简称W-CDMA)及/或高速下行封包存取(High Speed Downlink Packet Access,简称HSDPA)。所述通信模用于控制电子设备中的各组件的通信,并且可以支持直接内存存取(Direct Memory Access)。
在本发明的不同实施方式中,所述通信模块204中的各种通信模块一般以集成电路芯片(Integrated Circuit Chip)的形式出现,并可进行选择性组合,而不必包括所有通信模块及对应的天线组。例如,所述通信模块1304可以仅包括基带芯片、射频芯片以及相应的天线以在一个蜂窝通信系统中提供通信功能。经由所述通信模块建立的无线通信连接,例如无线局域网接入或WCDMA接入,所述电子设备可以连接至蜂窝网(Cellular Network)或因特网(Internet)。在本发明的一些可选实施方式中,所述通信模块204中的通信模块,例如基带模块可以集成到处理器202中。
通信模块204在将待发送信息发送至第一终端之后,还用于执行如下操作:
标记已向第一终端发送的社交信息;
当下一次接收到第一终端发送的信息获取请求时,向第一终端发送未标记的社交信息。
射频电路用于信息收发或通话过程中接收和发送信号。例如,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理器处理;另外,将设计上行的数据发送给基站。通常,所述射频电路包括用于执行这些功能的公知电路,包括但不限于天线系统、射频收发机、一个或多个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、数字信号处理器、编解码(Codec)芯片组、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、存储器等 等。此外,射频电路还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、高速上行行链路分组接入技术(High Speed Uplink Packet Access,HSUPA)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。
输出设备203包括但不限于影像输出设备和声音输出设备。影像输出设备用于输出文字、图片和/或视频。所述影像输出设备可包括显示面板,例如采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)、场发射显示器(field emission display,简称FED)等形式来配置的显示面板。或者所述影像输出设备可以包括反射式显示器,例如电泳式(electrophoretic)显示器,或利用光干涉调变技术(Interferometric Modulation of Light)的显示器。所述影像输出设备可以包括单个显示器或不同尺寸的多个显示器。在本发明的具体实施方式中,上述输入设备201所采用的触控面板亦可同时作为输出设备的显示面板。例如,当触控面板检测到在其上的触摸或接近的手势操作后,传送给处理器202以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图2中,输入设备201与输出设备203是作为两个独立的部件来实现电子设备的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板与显示面板集成一体而实现电子设备的输入和输出功能。例如,所述影像输出设备可以显示各种图形化用户接口(Graphical User Interface,简称GUI)以作为虚拟控制组件,包括但不限于窗口、卷动轴、图标及剪贴簿,以供用户通过触控方式进行操作。
在本发明具体实施方式中,影像输出设备包括滤波器及放大器,用来将处理器所输出的视频滤波及放大。音频输出设备包括数字模拟转换器,用来将处理器所输出的音频信号从数字格式转换为模拟格式。
存储器205可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器202通过运行存储在存储器205的软件程序以及模块,从而执行电子设备的各种功能应用以及实现 数据处理。存储器205主要包括程序存储区和数据存储区,其中,程序存储区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序,比如声音播放程序、图像播放程序等等;数据存储区可存储根据电子设备的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。在本发明具体实施方式中,存储器205可以包括易失性存储器,例如非挥发性动态随机存取内存(Nonvolatile Random Access Memory,简称NVRAM)、相变化随机存取内存(Phase Change RAM,简称PRAM)、磁阻式随机存取内存(Magetoresistive RAM,简称MRAM)等,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、电子可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,简称EEPROM)、闪存器件,例如反或闪存(NOR flash memory)或是反及闪存(NAND flash memory)。非易失存储器储存处理器所执行的操作系统及应用程序。所述处理器202从所述非易失存储器加载运行程序与数据到内存并将数字内容储存于大量储存装置中。所述操作系统包括用于控制和管理常规系统任务,例如内存管理、存储设备控制、电源管理等,以及有助于各种软硬件之间通信的各种组件和/或驱动器。在本发明实施方式中,所述操作系统可以是Android系统、iOS系统或Windows操作系统等,或者是Vxworks这类的嵌入式操作系统。
所述应用程序包括安装在电子设备上的任何应用,包括但不限于浏览器、电子邮件、即时消息服务、文字处理、键盘虚拟、窗口小部件(Widget)、加密、数字版权管理、语音识别、语音复制、定位(例如由全球定位系统提供的功能)、音乐播放等等。
所述电子设备还包括一个电源207。所述电源207用于给电子设备的不同部件进行供电以维持其运行。作为一般性理解,所述电源207可以是内置的电池,例如常见的锂离子电池、镍氢电池等,也包括直接向电子设备供电的外接电源,例如AC适配器等。在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述电源207还可以作更为广泛的定义,例如还可以包括电源管理系统、充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或逆变器、电源状态指示器(如发光二极管),以及与电子设备的电能生成、管理及分布相关联的其他任何组件。

基于图2所示的电子设备,本发明实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,该方法应用于分享信息的第二终端和接收信息的第一终端中,参见图5,本实 施例提供的方法流程包括:
501、第二终端获取通过第二用户的至少一个社交应用的账号所分享的第二用户的社交信息。
其中,第二终端为第二用户当前所使用的终端,第二终端可以为智能手机、平板电脑、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,掌上电脑)等,第二终端中安装有多个社交应用,这些社交应用通常可分为两类,一类仅具有通信功能,如短信息应用、邮箱应用、电话应用、地址簿应用等,另一个类不仅具有通信功能,还具有信息分享功能,如微博应用、微信应用等等。
在信息分享场景下,当第二用户有新鲜事需要分享时,第二用户可通过具有信息分享功能的社交应用将社交信息分享给如微信联系人、微博联系人、粉丝等关系密切的用户。其中,社交信息可以为信息内容本身,如照片、文字、表情等等,还可以为信息的访问方式,如网址、超链接等等。
通常信息分享功能可以是社交应用内置的,此时需要第二终端启动该社交应用才能分享第二用户的社交信息;信息分享功能也可以是终端操作系统与社交应用的深度结合,当社交应用符合第二终端定制的规范时,第二终端在不启动社交应用的前提下,也可以分享第二用户的社交信息。基于信息分享功能的不同机制,第二终端在分享第二用户的社交信息时包括但不限于如下几种方式:
第一种方式:第二终端不启动社交应用,通过调用操作系统内置的分享接口,再调用第二终端自身所安装的任一社交应用的接口分享第二用户的社交信息。
第二种方式:第二终端启动自身所安装的任一社交应用,通过调用该社交应用的接口分享第二用户的社交信息。
第三种方式:第二终端不启动社交应用,在内容应用上调用第二终端自身所安装的任一社交应用的接口分享第二用户的社交信息。其中,内容应用可以为读书应用、新闻应用、音视频应用等,本实施例不对内容应用作具体的限定。
上述三种方式仅为了说明第二终端分享第二用户的社交信息的方式,并不为了限制本发明。
一般信息分享方式不同,第二终端获取通过第二用户的至少一个社交应用的账号所分享的社交信息的方式也是不同的。例如,如果第二终端通过调 用操作系统内置的分享接口,再调用社交应用的接口分享第二用户的社交信息,则内容收集模块可先调用操作系统内置的分享接口,再调用社交应用的接口获取第二用户已分享的社交信息;如果第二终端通过调用社交应用的接口分享第二用户的社交信息,则内容收集模块可调用社交应用的接口获取第二用户已分享的社交信息;如果第二终端在内容应用上调用社交应用的接口分享第二用户已分享的社交信息,则内容收集模块可调用社交应用的接口获取第二用户已分享的社交信息。
需要说明的是,第二终端在通过内容收集模块获取第二用户的社交信息时,并不局限于第二用户的某些特定的社交应用的账号,对于通过第二用户的任一社交应用的账号所分享的第二用户的社交信息,第二终端均会获取。例如,第二终端中安装的社交应用有微博应用、微信应用,第二终端中的收集模块不仅会获取通过第二用户的微博账号所分享的第二用户的社交信息,也会获取通过第二用户的微信账号所分享的第二用户的社交信息。
502、第二终端将第二用户的社交信息备份到内容集合库。
第二终端将获取到第二用户的社交信息备份到内容集合库时,可将获取到的社交信息即时备份到内容集合库中,还可每隔预设时长如一天、一星期等将获取到的社交信息备份到内容集合库中,本实施例对此不作具体的限定。其中,内容集合库用于存储第二用户已分享的社交信息,该第二用户已分享的社交信息不仅包括通过第二用户使用第二终端,通过第二用户的社交应用的账号所分享的社交信息,还包括第二用户使用其他终端,通过第二用户的社交应用的账号所分享的社交信息。内容集合库中所存储的信息可以为第二用户所分享的原始信息,还可以为对第二用户的社交信息处理后得到的信息,本实施例不对内容集合库中所存储的第二用户的社交信息类型作具体的限定。
第二终端将第二用户已分享的社交信息备份到内容集合库时,至少包括如下一种处理方式。
在本发明的一个实施例中,当第二终端获取到第二用户已分享的社交信息时,第二终端可将社交信息直接存储到内容集合库。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,为了节省存储空间或者对社交信息展示的需要,当获取到第二用户已分享的社交信息时,第二终端还将对获取到的社交信息进行处理,并将处理后的社交信息存储到内容集合库。第二终端在对 社交信息进行处理时,如果社交信息为文本形式,则第二终端可提取社交信息的内容摘要,并将内容摘要存储到内容集合库;如果社交信息为图片形式,则第二终端可获取社交信息的缩略图,并将缩略图存储到内容分集合库。为了便于对内容集合库中存储的信息进行管理,第二终端还可将获取到的社交信息嵌入到指定模板中。另外,为了吸引第二用户的更多好友注意,提升体验效果,第二终端还可将获取到的社交信息转化为电子杂志等形式。当然,除了采用上述几种方式外,第二终端还可以采用其他方式对社交信息进行处理,本实施例对此不作具体的限定。
为了清晰地分辨出通过不同社交应用所分享的社交信息,第二终端在存储第二用户所分享的社交信息时,可按照第二终端所使用的社交应用,对获取到的第二用户的社交信息进行分类存储。如将第二终端通过微信应用分享的第二用户的社交信息,存储在微信应用对应的列表中,将第二终端通过微博应用分享的第二用户的社交信息,存储在微博应用对应的列表中等等。在此过程中,第二终端还可以将分享第二用户的社交信息的分享时间一并进行存储,从而可根据分享时间了解到第二用户的分享习惯等。
关于内容集合库中社交信息的具体存储形式,可参见下述表1,内存集合库中存储的社交信息可以包括以下信息的一项或者多项:分享时间、信息内容、信息链接。

另外,由于内容集合库的存储空间有限,为确保获取到的新社交信息可 顺利存储到内容集合库中,内容集合库还可优化保存方式,例如,只保存发布一段时间内的社交信息,超过这段时间的社交信息则删除等等。
上述步骤501~502为第二终端备份第二用户的社交信息的过程,为了便于理解,下面将以图6为例进行说明。
步骤1.0,第二终端通过多种方式分享第二用户的社交信息。具体包括:第二终端通过启动微博应用、微信应用等社交应用的接口分享第二用户的社交信息;第二终端通过调用操作系统内置的分享接口,再调用微博应用、微信应用等社交应用的接口分享第二用户的社交信息;第二终端通过内容应用(如新闻网站)上的社交应用的接口分享第二用户的社交信息。
步骤1.1,第二终端调用社交应用的接口,或调用操作系统内置的分享接口,以获取步骤1.0步骤所分享的第二用户的社交信息。可选地,第二终端在获取到第二用户所分享的社交信息时,可对获取到的社交信息进行处理,例如,如果社交信息为文本形式,则提取社交信息的内容摘要;如果社交信息为图片形式,则提取社交应用的缩略图;将第二用户所分享的社交信息嵌入到统一模板中等等。
步骤1.2,将步骤1.1中获取到的第二用户所分享的社交信息保存到内容集合中。
503、第一终端在显示第一用户的第一社交应用的联系人列表的过程中,通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号向联系人列表中任一联系人的第一社交应用的账号发送信息获取请求。
其中,第一终端为第一用户所使用的终端,第一终端中安装有包括第一社交应用在内的多个社交应用。当第一用户想通过第一社交应用与好友进行通信时,第一用户可触发第一终端启动第一社交应用,并显示第一社交应用的联系人列表,第一用户通过浏览或搜索,查找到需要通信的联系人,触发第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号向联系人列表中的该联系人的第一社交应用的账号发送信息获取请求,该信息获取请求用于第二终端获取所分享的社交信息。其中,第一社交应用可以为微博应用、微信应用等等。
504、当接收到第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号发送的信息获取请求时,第二终端根据第一用户的第一社交应用的账号,从内容集合库中,获取待发送信息。
由于内容集合库中存储着第二用户所分享的社交信息,因而当通过第一 社交应用接收到第一终端发送的信息获取请求时,在信息获取请求的触发下,第二终端可从内容集合库中,获取待发送的信息。
本实施例中,第二终端根据第一用户的第一社交应用的账号,从内容集合库中,获取待发送信息时,可获取第二终端通过第一社交应用所分享的社交信息,也可获取第二终端通过包括第一社交应用在内的其他社交应用所分享的社交信息。针对这两种情况,下面将详细进行说明。
第一种情况:第二终端获取通过第一社交应用所分享的社交信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,第二终端可向第一社交应用的接口发送查询请求,该查询请求中至少携带第二用户的第一社交应用的账号。当第一社交应用接口接收到查询请求时,可从第一社交应用服务器上查找到第二用户的第一社交应用的联系人列表,并将第二用户的第一社交应用的联系人列表返回至第二终端。如果第一用户的第一社交应用的账号位于第二用户的第一社交应用的联系人列表中,说明第一用户为第二用户的好友,此时第二终端可从内容集合库中,获取通过第二用户的第一社交应用的账号分享的社交信息,该社交信息即为待发送的信息。例如,第一社交应用为微信应用,当第一终端通过第一用户的微信账号向第二用户的微信账号发送信息获取请求,第二用户所使用的第二终端通过微信应用接收信息获取请求,并向微信应用的接口查询第二用户的微信联系人列表,微信应用的接口从微信服务器上查询到第二用户的微信联系人列表之后,将第二用户的微信联系人列表发送至第二终端。如果第一用户的微信账号位于第二用户的微信联系人列表中,则第二终端将获取通过第二用户的微信账号所分享的第二用户的社交信息,该社交信息即为待发送的信息。
第二种情况:第二终端获取通过多个社交应用所分享的社交信息。
针对第二种情况,信息获取请求中还将携带第一用户的其他社交应用的账号,如果第一社交应用的账号为微博账号,其他社交应用账号可以为微信账号、邮箱账号等等。此时第二终端从内容集合库中获取待发送的信息时,包括但不限于如下几种方式。
在本发明的一个实施例中,第二终端可向第二社交应用的接口发送查询请求,其中,第二社交应用为第二用户所使用的终端中安装的除第一社交应用之外的任一社交应用,查询请求中至少携带第二用户的第二社交应用的账号。当接收到查询请求时,第二社交应用的接口从第二社交应用服务器上查 询第二用户的第二联系人列表,并将第二用户的第二社交应用的联系人列表返回至第二终端。如果第一用户的第二社交应用的账号位于第二用户的第二社交应用联系人列表中,说明第一用户为第二用户的第二社交应用好友,此时第二终端从内容集合库中,获取通过第二社交应用分享的社交信息。遍历第二用户的所有社交应用的联系人列表,获取通过与第一用户具有好友关系的社交应用所分享的社交信息,将获取到的所有社交信息作为待获取的信息。例如,第二终端所安装的社交应用有微信应用、微博应用,第一社交应用为微信应用,当第一终端通过第一用户的微信账号向第二用户的微信账号发送携带第一用户的微信账号和微博账号的信息获取请求时,第二用户所使用的第二终端通过微信应用接收到该信息获取请求,并向微信应用的接口发送查询请求,微信应用的接口从微信服务器上查询到第二用户的微信联系人列表,并将第二用户的微信联系人列表发送至第二终端。如果第一用户的微信账号位于第二用户的微信联系人列表中,则第二终端获取通过第二用户的微信账号分享的第二用户的社交信息。同时第二终端还向微博应用的接口发送查询请求,微博应用的接口从微博服务器上查询到第二用户的微博联系人列表,并将第二用户的微博联系人列表发送至第二终端。如果第一用户的微博账号位于第二用户的微博联系人列表中,则第二终端获取通过第二用户的微博账号所分享的第二用户的社交信息,进而将通过微信账号所分享的第二用户的社交信息及通过微博账号所分享的第二用户的社交信息一同作为待发送的信息。
505、第二终端将待发送信息发送至第一终端。
当获取到待发送信息,第二终端可通过第一社交应用将获取到的待发送信息返回至第一终端。
为了节省网络资源,避免将已发送的信息再次发送至第一终端,当将待发送信息发送至第一终端之后,第二终端还将标记已向第一终端发送的社交信息,从而在下一次接收到第一终端发送的信息获取请求时,向第一终端发送未标记的社交信息。
506、当接收第二终端发送的待发送信息时,第一终端在指定过程中显示待发送信息。
其中,指定过程可以为查看联系人列表的过程,也可以为显示联系人详情的过程,还可以为在与联系人进行交互的过程等,当然,指定过程还可以 为上述几种过程的任意组合,本实施例不对指定过程作具体的限定。
当接收第二终端发送的待发送信息时,第一终端在显示第一社交应用的联系人列表界面上显示待发送信息的信息状态,该信息状态可以体现信息数量,也可以体现信息的发布时间,还可以体现信息数量及信息的发布时间等等。为了直观地显示信息状态,本实施例可在第一社交应用的联系人列表中分享信息一栏中,用圆圈的外观属性指示联系人列表中联系人所分享的信息的属性。例如,圆圈填充颜色的浓度可与分享信息的数量有关,填充颜色的浓度越高,表明分享的信息数量越多,填充颜色的浓度越低,表明分享的信息数量越少;圆圈填充颜色的浓度也可与信息的发布时间相关,填充颜色的浓度越高,表明信息的发布时间越近,填充颜色的浓度越低,表明信息的发布时间越远;圆圈填充颜色的浓度还可与分享信息的数量、信息的发布时间有关,圆圈的填充浓度越高,表明分享的信息数量越多、信息的发布时间越近,填充颜色的浓度越低,表明分享的信息数量越少、信息的发布时间越远。图7为第一社交应用的联系人列表界面上所显示的待发送信息的状态信息,由图7可知联系人1分享的信息数量最多,分布时间最近,联系人3和联系人并未分享信息。
之后,当检测到第一用户对联系人的选中操作时,在联系人详情页面上显示待发送信息的内容。如果待发送信息为第二终端通过第一社交应用所分享的信息,则第二终端将在联系人详情页面上显示第二终端通过第一社交应用所分享的第二用户的社交信息,例如,如图8所示,第一社交应用为微博应用,第二终端接收到第一终端通过第一用户的微博账号发送的信息获取请求,从内容集合库中获取通过微博应用所分享的第二用户的社交信息,并将获取到的通过微博应用所分享的第二用户的社交信息发送至第一终端。第一终端在微博联系人界面上显示所获取的待发送信息的发送状态,当检测到对第二用户的微博账号,也即是联系人1的选中操作时,第一终端在联系人1详情页面上显示第二终端通过微博应用分享的第二用户的社交信息详情“民安打造全新客服平台”、“今天我去了故宫”、“精彩瞬间”、“每天一则笑话”等。如果待发送信息为第二终端通过多个社交应用所分享的信息,则第二终端将在联系人详情页面上显示第二终端通过多个社交应用所分享的第二用户的社交信息,例如,如图9所示,第一社交应用为微博应用,第二终端接收第一终端通过第一用户的微信账号发送的信息获取请求,从内容集合库中 获取通过微博应用、微信应用等分享的第二用户的社交信息,并将获取到的第二用户的社交信息发送至第一终端。第一终端在微信联系人列表界面上显示待发送信息的发送状态,当检测到第二用户的微信账号,也即是联系人1的选中操作时,在联系人1详情页面上显示第二终端通过微博应用分享的信息“民安打造全新客服平台”、通过微信应用分享的信息“我工作满3年了”等。
上述步骤503~506为第一终端获取第二用户的社交信息的过程,为了便于理解,下面将以图10为例进行说明。
步骤1.0,第一终端展示第一社交应用的联系人列表,该过程可通过启动第一社交应用触发。
步骤1.1,第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号向第一社交应用的联系人列表中的任一联系人发送信息获取请求。
步骤1.2,当该联系人所在的第二终端中安装的第一社交应用接收到第一终端发送的信息获取请求时,从存储第二用户已分享的社交信息的内容集合库中,获取待发送信息。
步骤1.3,第二终端通过第一社交应用将该待发送信息发送至第一终端。
步骤1.4,当接收到第二终端发送的待发送信息,第一终端将该待发送信息显示出来。具体地,第一终端可在第一社交应用的联系人列表界面中展示待发送信息的信息状态,当检测到对第一社交应用的联系人列表中任一联系人的第一社交应用的账号的选中操作时,在查看联系人状态时,或者准备和该联系人进行通信时,或者与该联系人通信完成后,在联系人详情页面上显示待发送信息的详情。
本发明实施例提供的方法,在用户想要获取其他用户已分享的信息时,无需在社交应用中查找历史记录,通过与用户进行信息交互,即可获取到所需信息,不仅简化了操作复杂度,节省了查找时间,而且明显地增强了用户间的粘性。

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第二终端接收第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号发送的信息获取请求;
    所述第二终端根据所述第一用户的第一社交应用的账号,从内容集合库中,获取待发送信息,所述内容集合库用于存储第二用户已分享的社交信息;
    所述第二终端将所述待发送信息发送至所述第一终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端接收第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号发送的信息获取请求之前,还包括:
    所述第二终端获取通过第二用户的至少一个社交应用的账号所分享的社交信息;
    所述第二终端将所述社交信息备份到所述内容集合库。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端将所述社交信息备份到所述内容集合库,包括:
    所述第二终端将所述社交信息存储到所述内容集合库。

    所述第二终端向第二社交应用的接口发送查询请求,所述查询请求中至少携带所述第二用户的第二社交应用的账号,由所述第二社交应用的接口返回所述第二用户的第二社交应用的联系人列表;如果所述第一用户的第二社交应用的账号位于所述第二用户的第二社交应用的联系人列表中,从所述内容集合库中,获取通过所述第二用户的第二社交应用的账号分享的社交信息;或者,

    所述第二终端标记已向所述第一终端发送的社交信息;
    当下一次接收到所述第一终端发送的信息获取请求时,向所述第一终端发送未标记的社交信息。
  9. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号向联系人列表中任一联系人的第一社交应用的账号发送信息获取请求;所述信息获取请求用于请求所述联系人所在的第二终端返回待发送信息;所述待发送信息为所述第二终端根据所述第一用户的第一社交应用的账号,从内容集合库中获取的信息,所述内容集合库用于存储第二用户已分享的社交信息;
    所述第一终端接收所述第二终端发送的所述待发送信息;
    所述第一终端在指定过程中显示所述待发送信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指定过程包括查看所述联系人列表的过程;和/或,显示所述联系人详情的过程;和/或,在与所述联系人进行交互的过程。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端在指定过程中显示所述待发送信息,包括:
    所述第一终端在第一社交应用的联系人列表界面上显示所述待发送信息的信息状态,所述信息状态至少体现信息数量和/或信息的发布时间;
    当检测到对所述联系人的第一社交应用的账号的选中操作时,所述第一终端在联系人详情页面上显示所述待发送信息的内容。
  12. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号发送的信息获取请求;
    第一获取模块,用于根据所述第一用户的第一社交应用的账号,从内容集合库中,获取待发送信息,所述内容集合库用于存储第二用户已分享的社交信息;

  23. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:输入设备、处理器、输出设备、通信模块、存储器及电源;
    所述存储器,用于存储程序代码;
    所述通信模块,用于接收第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号发送的信息获取请求;
    所述处理器,通过总线调用存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    根据所述第一用户的第一社交应用的账号,从内容集合库中,获取待发送信息,所述内容集合库用于存储第二用户已分享的社交信息;
    所述通信模块,还用于将所述待发送信息发送至所述第一终端。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述通信模块在接收第一终端通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号发送的信息获取请求之前,还用于执行如下操作:
    获取通过第二用户的至少一个社交应用的账号所分享的社交信息;
    所述存储器,用于将所述通信模块获取到的所述社交信息备份到所述内容集合库。

    从所述内容集合库中,获取所述第二用户的第一社交应用的联系人列表,当所述第一用户的第一社交应用的账号位于所述第二用户的第一社交应用的联系人列表中,从所述内容集合库中,获取通过所述第二用户的第一社交应用的账号分享的社交信息。

    从所述内容集合库中获取所述第二用户的第二社交应用的联系人列表,当所述第一用户的第二社交应用的账号位于所述第二用户的第二社交应用的联系人列表中,从所述内容集合库中,获取通过所述第二用户的第二社交应用的账号分享的社交信息;
    其中,所述第二社交应用为所述第二用户所使用的终端中安装的除所述第一社交应用之外的任一社交应用。
  30. 根据权利要求23所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述通信模块在将所述待发送信息发送至所述第一终端之后,还用于执行如下操作:
    标记已向所述第一终端发送的社交信息;
    当下一次接收到所述第一终端发送的信息获取请求时,向所述第一终端发送未标记的社交信息。
  31. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:输入设备、处理器、输出设备、通信模块、存储器及电源;
    所述通信模块,用于通过第一用户的第一社交应用的账号向联系人列表中任一联系人的第一社交应用的账号发送信息获取请求;所述信息获取请求用于请求所述联系人所在的第二终端返回待发送信息;所述待发送信息为所述第二终端根据所述第一用户的第一社交应用的账号,从内容集合库中获取的信息,所述内容集合库用于存储第二用户已分享的社交信息;接收所述第二终端发送的所述待发送信息;
    所述输出设备,用于在指定过程中显示所述待发送信息。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述指定过程包括查看所述联系人列表的过程;和/或,显示所述联系人详情的过程;和/或,在与所述联系人进行交互的过程。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述输出设备在指定过程中显示所述待发送信息时,具体包括:
    在第一社交应用的联系人列表界面上显示所述待发送信息的信息状态,所述信息状态至少体现信息数量和/或信息的发布时间;
    当检测到对所述联系人的第一社交应用的账号的选中操作时,在联系人详情页面上显示所述待发送信息的内容。
