Description

一种控制方法及装置 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及但不限于通信领域,尤指一种控制方法及装置。
背景技术
在人们的日常生活中,移动终端的使用越来越普遍。在使用移动终端过程中最常见的烦恼之一就是误拨号。用户在使用移动终端过程中,如果没有锁屏,很容易误触碰导致误拨电话号码,这样,不仅会造成了用户和被叫方的烦恼,而且会产生不必要的资源浪费如网络资源、费用等。
目前,防止误拨的方法主要有下面几种:一种是增加拨号判断,即在每次拨号时,增加提示用户进行进一步判断来防止无触导致拨号的情况;另一种是判断通话过程中是否有语音,来判断是正常的通话还是误触导致的拨号。其中,第一种方式需要在每次拨号之前进行判断提示,是否进行电话拨打,这样不仅增加了用户操作的次数而且不能完全防止误触导致拨号的情况。第二种方式需要拨通电话,然后再进行长时间判断是否是正常拨号还是误拨,不仅会耗费用户的话费,也会导致判断不正确,不能完全防止误拨。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种控制方法及装置,更加可靠并且便捷的防止电话误拨。
本发明实施例提供一种控制方法,应用于终端设备,包括:
当终端设备触发预定界面时,采集人眼数据;
当终端设备触发拨号操作时,判断采集的人眼数据是否满足预定条件;
当采集的人眼数据不满足预定条件时,阻止所述拨号操作。
可选地,所述预定条件包括:所述人眼数据中的人眼注视所述终端设备屏幕的持续时间大于或等于预定的时间阈值。
可选地,所述采集人眼数据包括:从所述触发预定界面开始,到所述触发拨号操作为止的时间段内检测所述人眼数据。
可选地,所述阻止拨号操作后还包括:显示拨号失败提示信息。
可选地,所述预定界面为能够触发所述拨号操作的界面。
本发明实施例还提供了一种控制装置,设置于终端设备,包括:
采集模块,设置为当所在终端设备触发预定界面时,采集人眼数据;
判断模块,设置为当所在终端设备触发拨号操作时,判断采集的人眼数据是否满足预定条件;
控制模块,设置为当采集的人眼数据不满足所述预定条件时,阻止所述拨号操作。
可选地,所述预定条件包括:所述人眼数据中的人眼注视终端设备屏幕的持续时间大于或等于预定的时间阈值。
可选地,所述采集模块中的采集人眼数据具体包括:从所述触发预定界面开始,到所述触发拨号操作为止的时间段内检测人眼数据。
可选地,所述控制模块还设置为:在阻止所述拨号操作后显示拨号失败提示信息。
可选地,其中,所述预定界面为能够触发所述拨号操作的界面。
本发明实施例再提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述任一项的控制方法。
上述方案实现简单,不需要额外添置其它硬件就有效防止了电话误拨,并且操作简单便捷,提高了用户体验,同时有效的降低了开发成本。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下文中将结合附图对本申请的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种控制方法,应用于终端设备,包括:
步骤S11:当终端设备触发预定界面时,采集人眼数据;
具体的,可以从触发预定界面开始,到触发拨出电话操作为止的时间段内检测人眼数据。
预定界面为能够触发拨号操作的界面,可以是通讯录、名片夹、拨号键盘、通话记录,以及可以触发拨打电话的任何界面,在此不一一列举,如含有拨打电话按钮的短信界面。当用户点击进入上述界面时开始进行人眼数据采集,例如手机的当前界面显示在通话记录界面时就开始进行人眼数据采集。
可选地,本发明实施例中,终端设备可以通过自带或另外附加的传感设备监视并采集用户在使用名片夹或则拨号盘以及按下拨号按钮过程中的人眼数据。其中,传感设备包括但并不限于摄像头、红外传感器、蓝牙及通过蓝牙连接的设备等,换句话说,传感设备包括所有能够向终端传递本发明实施例所需要的用户查看屏幕时人眼使用情况数据的传感检测器件。
步骤S12:当终端设备触发拨号操作即拨出电话操作时,判断采集到的人眼数据是否满足预定条件;
在本实施例中,可以设定该预定条件为人眼注视终端设备屏幕的持续时间大于或等于预定的时间阈值。
可以判断终端设备从打开名片夹等界面开始到点击拨号按钮这段时间内的数据,如果检测到有人眼注视终端设备屏幕并且持续时间大于或等于预定的时间阈值就判断没有误拨电话,如果没有检测到有人眼注视终端设备屏幕 或者注视的时间没有达到预定时间阈值就判断该电话是误拨电话。
步骤S13:当所述人眼数据不满足所述预定条件时,阻止拨号操作。
优选地,还可以包括:
步骤S14:显示拨号失败提示信息。
用户在使用移动终端的过程中经常忘记锁屏,在此过程中可能会误触到拨号盘或名片夹,进而有可能误拨电话,在这种情况下不仅会对接话方造成困扰,也会耗费用户的话费,使用包含本发明实施例的移动终端可以有效的避免这种问题。本实施例提供了一种终端设备的控制方法,有效防止了误拨电话,本发明实施例可以应用于手机、平板电脑或者其它可以拨打电话的终端设备。
用户使用移动终端拨打电话,通常需要从名片夹中查找联系人或者去拨号盘拨取被叫人的号码,然后去再按下拨号键,整个过程都需要人眼睛进行辅助操作。而本发明实施例通过终端用户在操作联系人或则拨号盘以及在按下拨号键的过程中,进行检测是否有人眼在查看屏幕,进一步判断用户是否在误拨电话。例如可以使用前置摄像头采集人眼数据,采集用户眼睛是否正在查看屏幕,并对查看时间进行计时;是否误拨号判别系统根据人眼采集系统上报的数据,综合判定眼睛是否已处于误拨号状态。如检测到当前的操作是误拨号,则启动提示用户正处于误拨号状态,并禁止进行拨通电话;否则不对拨通电话进行干预。提示手段可以采取多种形式,如播放提示音,提示用户当前的手机状态可能处于误操作的状态。
此外,在其它的实施例中,判断误拨号还可以根据接近度传感器判断是否有遮挡物,而且遮挡距离小于一定的阈值的情况下,可以认为拨号是误拨号,这种技术方案可以判别在用户在包中或则口袋中出现的误拨号。
如图2所示,本发明还提供一种控制装置,设置于终端设备中,包括:
采集模块11,设置为当所在终端设备触发预定界面时,采集人眼数据;
判断模块12,设置为当所在终端设备触发拨号操作即拨出电话操作时,判断采集的人眼数据是否满足预定条件;
控制模块13,设置为当采集的人眼数据不满足预定条件时,阻止本次拨 号操作。
优选地,
所述预定条件为人眼注视终端设备屏幕的持续时间大于或等于预定的时间阈值。
采集模块11设置为采集人眼数据具体包括:
从触发预定界面开始,到触发拨出电话操作为止的时间段内检测人眼数据。
其中,控制模块13还设置为:阻止拨号操作后显示拨号失败提示信息。
预定界面为能够触发拨号操作的界面。

本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述任一控制方法。

本发明实施例提出的控制方法及装置,应用于终端设备,包括:当终端设备触发预定界面时,采集人眼数据;当终端设备触发拨号操作时,判断采集的人眼数据是否满足预定条件;当采集的人眼数据不满足预定条件时,阻止本次拨号操作。上述方案实现简单,不需要额外添置其它硬件就有效防止了电话误拨,并且操作简单便捷,提高了用户体验,同时有效的降低了开发成本。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种控制方法,应用于终端设备,包括:
    当终端设备触发预定界面时,采集人眼数据;
    当终端设备触发拨号操作时,判断采集的人眼数据是否满足预定条件;
    当采集的人眼数据不满足预定条件时,阻止所述拨号操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述预定条件包括:所述人眼数据中的人眼注视所述终端设备屏幕的持续时间大于或等于预定的时间阈值。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述采集人眼数据包括:从所述触发预定界面开始,到所述触发拨号操作为止的时间段内检测所述人眼数据。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一所述的控制方法,其中,所述阻止拨号操作后还包括:显示拨号失败提示信息。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一所述的控制方法,其中,所述预定界面为能够触发所述拨号操作的界面。
  6. 一种控制装置,设置于终端设备,包括:
    采集模块,设置为当所在终端设备触发预定界面时,采集人眼数据;
    判断模块,设置为当所在终端设备触发拨号操作时,判断采集的人眼数据是否满足预定条件;
    控制模块,设置为当采集的人眼数据不满足所述预定条件时,阻止所述拨号操作。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的控制装置,其中,所述预定条件包括:所述人眼数据中的人眼注视终端设备屏幕的持续时间大于或等于预定的时间阈值。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的控制装置,其中,所述采集模块中的采集人眼数据具体包括:从所述触发预定界面开始,到所述触发拨号操作为止的时间段内检测人眼数据。
  9. 如权利要求6至8任一所述的控制装置,所述控制模块还设置为:在 阻止所述拨号操作后显示拨号失败提示信息。
