Description

一种磁性连接的积木 技术领域
本发明涉及玩具技术领域，具体的说是涉及一种磁性连接的积木。
背景技术
积木玩具是幼龄儿童常用的玩具之一，通过不同的组装方式可以形成多种多样的组合物，不但具有趣味性，吸引儿童玩耍，而且能激发儿童的脑力活动，促进儿童的智力和动手能力的成长。
传统的积木玩具中，每个积木玩具之间主要通过相匹配的凹槽和凸块来连接。在不正确的安装方式下，用力也是可以进行连接的，此时对幼龄儿童的启迪作用差；另外，组装后的积木与积木之间是完全固定的，一方面限制了积木的组合多样性，另一方面儿童无法让组合后的组装体做出一些动作，组装体的活动性很低。
一种解决方案是提供一种磁性的积木，但是现有的磁性积木中，磁体都是直接推入或者仅仅是用胶水固定在积木中，磁体本身都是裸露在积木表面，磁铁容易掉落的问题，一旦掉落，幼龄儿童吞食非常危险；并且该结构下的积木连接不紧固，启迪作用较差。
以上缺陷，值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本发明提供一种磁性连接的积木。
本发明技术方案如下所述：
一种磁性连接的积木，包括积木本体，其特征在于，还包括磁体固定套筒和磁体，所述积木本体上设有上端开口的套管，
所述磁体固定套筒固定于所述套管内，所述磁体固定套筒上下两侧分别设有插槽和卡槽，且所述插槽位于所述套管外侧，所述卡槽位于所述套管内侧，所述插槽上端封闭并于侧面开口，
所述磁体包括1号磁体和2号磁体，所述1号磁体设于所述插槽内并与所述插槽相匹配，所述2号磁体设于所述卡槽内并与所述卡槽相匹配，所述1号磁体和所述2号磁体与所述磁体固定套筒之间密封连接，所述1号磁体和所述2号磁体的极性方向相同。
进一步的，所述磁体固定套筒为中空的筒状结构。
进一步的，所述插槽的截面呈“C”字形结构，所述卡槽的侧面封闭并于下侧开口，所述卡槽的截面呈倒置的“U”字形结构。
进一步的，所述1号磁体横向插入所述插槽内，所述2号磁体由下而上的纵向卡入所述卡槽内，并且所述1号磁体和所述2号磁体与所述磁体固定套筒之间通过超声波进行密封。
进一步的，所述1号磁体的上侧为N极，所述2号磁体的下侧为S极。
进一步的，所述磁体为磁铁。
更进一步的，所述磁体为永久磁铁。
根据上述结构的本发明，其有益效果在于，本发明将两颗磁体稳固在合适的位置上，通过独有设计的上下磁铁放置台，分别固定，磁体放好之后，会使用超声波进行密封，因此磁体安装更加牢固，幼童 看不到也触摸不到磁体，磁体不易脱落，玩耍及使用时更安全。
上下两侧的两个磁体相互作用，形成磁体自动导向系统，而磁体自动导向系统对幼童摆放积木的顺序起到了提醒的作用。方向正确的时候可以让幼童轻松的将积木迭上，如放错方向，将同样极的积木放在一起，上下两个积木互相排斥亦可以起到提醒幼童的作用。
不同市场上其它积木,均需对位才能接上,本发明积木本体的独特外型设计，配合磁铁套筒，可使积木与积木能互相紧贴而又能轻易迭上，磁体相互吸引的的功能,使1岁以下的幼童均能享受积木的乐趣，积木整体的使用人群更广，可以扩展到6个月左右大小的幼童，启迪效果更佳。
积木本身的重量轻，连接牢固，增加了积木在幼童手中的舒适度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本发明进行进一步的描述：
如图1-2所示，一种磁性连接的积木，包括积木本体10、磁体固定套筒20以及磁体。积木本体10上设有上端开口的套管11，磁 体固定套筒20嵌入套管11内，并通过超声波焊接。优选的，磁体固定套筒20的上面低于积木本体10，有助幼儿能轻松迭上积木，而磁铁的互相吸引力正因此而得以发挥。
磁体固定套筒20两端设有磁铁的放置台，即，磁体固定套筒20上下两侧分别设有插槽和21卡槽22，且插槽21位于套管11外侧，卡槽22位于套管11内侧，插槽21上端封闭并于侧面开口，插槽21呈“C”字形结构，卡槽22的侧面封闭并于下侧开口，呈倒置的“U”字形结构。
磁体包括1号磁体31和2号磁体32，1号磁体31设于插槽21内，2号磁体32设于卡槽22内，1号磁体31和2号磁体32的极性方向相同。可保证所有磁铁均能放进正确的位置及方向，对于积木本身的功能、使用时的效果以及生产时的质量控制各方面均有帮助。
在本实施例中，1号磁体31的上侧为N极，2号磁体32的下侧为S极，在本积木整体上碟套第二层积木的时候，下一层的1号磁体31与上一层的2号磁体32之间相互吸引，可让幼童能轻松将积木迭上，若幼童摆放积木方向相反，则可提醒幼童放错方向，及时更改。在本发明中，上下两层积木中独特的磁铁自动导向系统的应用使得本发明比其它积木更适合幼童的。
优选的，插槽21内的底面上设有卡位23，卡位23使得1号磁体31能够更加牢固的固定在插槽21内。
磁体固定套筒20为中空的筒状结构，该筒状结构的一侧开口，更加减少了原材料的应用，同时也减少了积木整体的重量。
1号磁体31横向插入插槽内，2号磁体32由下而上的纵向卡入卡槽内，并且1号磁体31和2号磁体32与磁体固定套筒20之间通过超声波进行密封。
优选的，磁体为磁铁，磁体可以为永久磁铁或非永久性磁铁。
在本实施例中，整个积木整体采用ABS塑料树脂注塑成型。
应当理解的是，对本领域普通技术人员来说，可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换，而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本发明专利进行了示例性的描述，显然本发明专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制，只要采用了本发明专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进，或未经改进将本发明专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的，均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种磁性连接的积木，包括积木本体，其特征在于，还包括磁体固定套筒和磁体，所述积木本体上设有上端开口的套管，
    所述磁体固定套筒固定于所述套管内，所述磁体固定套筒上下两侧分别设有插槽和卡槽，且所述插槽位于所述套管外侧，所述卡槽位于所述套管内侧，所述插槽上端封闭并于侧面开口，
    所述磁体包括1号磁体和2号磁体，所述1号磁体设于所述插槽内并与所述插槽相匹配，所述2号磁体设于所述卡槽内并与所述卡槽相匹配，所述1号磁体和所述2号磁体与所述磁体固定套筒之间密封连接，所述1号磁体和所述2号磁体的极性方向相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性连接的积木，其特征在于，所述磁体固定套筒为中空的筒状结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性连接的积木，其特征在于，所述插槽的截面呈“C”字形结构，所述卡槽的侧面封闭并于下侧开口，所述卡槽的截面呈倒置的“U”字形结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性连接的积木，其特征在于，所述1号磁体横向插入所述插槽内，所述2号磁体由下而上的纵向卡入所述卡槽内，并且所述1号磁体和所述2号磁体与所述磁体固定套筒之间通过超声波进行密封。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性连接的积木，其特征在于，所述1号磁体的上侧为N极，所述2号磁体的下侧为S极。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性连接的积木，其特征在于，所述 磁体为磁铁。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的磁性连接的积木，其特征在于，所述磁体为永久磁铁。
