科学技术的不断进步给播放器带来了越来越多实用的功能,也使播放器的显示画面越来越精美,为了保存这些画面以便用户日后欣赏,用户往往需要截屏功能,目前的截屏功能的实现都只能直接在机顶盒上进行触发操作,无法借助外部终端来控制机顶盒进行截屏,用户操作有限,使用体验差。
随着IPTV(Internet Protocol Television)的快速发展和广泛应用,以及智能移动终端的普及,用户对使用体验的要求越来越高,因此,如何方便控制机顶盒实现截屏功能是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供一种截屏方法、终端及机顶盒,解决了相关技术中不能借助外部终端来控制机顶盒进行截屏的问题。
本发明实施例提供一种一种截屏方法,包括:
终端发送截屏指令到机顶盒;
所述终端接收机顶盒根据所述截屏指令反馈的截屏数据;
所述终端根据所述截屏数据进行显示。
可选地,所述截屏指令包括截屏策略参数和数据回传策略参数。

本发明实施例的有益效果是:本发明实施例通过由终端向机顶盒发送截屏指令的方式控制机顶盒获取播放器的截屏数据,然后终端可以对截屏数据进行显示,以此实现终端控制机顶盒截取播放器显示画面的功能,方便用户操作,提升用户体验。同时,本发明实施例还能借助终端远程控制机顶盒实现截屏,并在终端中显示截屏数据,消弱了用户执行截屏操作时与机顶盒的距离限制,实现了用户远程执行截屏操作的要求。
进一步地,所述截屏数据包括至少一个截屏图片和播放频道号、频道URL等业务数据,可以为用户提供更详尽的播放器播放画面的信息,丰富用户的使用体验。本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现终端侧的截屏方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现机顶盒侧的截屏方法。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本申请作进一步详细说明。本发明实施例中的终端和机顶盒是相互独立的设备。
实施例一
如图1,为本发明实施例提供一种截屏方法,包括:
S101:终端发送截屏指令到外部机顶盒;
S102:终端接收外部机顶盒根据截屏指令反馈的截屏数据;
S103:终端根据截屏数据进行显示。
可选地,本实施例中的截屏方法还可以包括:在终端发送截屏指令到外部机顶盒之前,终端判断外部机顶盒是网外设备还是网内设备。其中,网内设备是指当机顶盒和终端处于同一局域网(例如处于同一家庭网络或同一公司网络),机顶盒相对于终端而言是网内设备,同样的,终端相对于机顶盒而言也是网内设备。
步骤S101所述终端发送截屏指令到机顶盒可以包括:
如果所述机顶盒是网外设备,则所述终端通过网关发送所述截屏指令到外部机顶盒;如果所述机顶盒是网内设备,则所述终端通过数字生活网络联盟协议(Digital Living Network Alliance,DLNA)发送所述截屏指令到所述机顶盒;
步骤S102所述终端接收机顶盒根据所述截屏指令反馈的截屏数据可以包括:

在本实施例中,网内包括但不限于同一局域网。终端包括但不限于移动终端,如手机。如果机顶盒是网外设备,则可通过终端远程控制机顶盒实现截屏和截屏数据的回传。网关可以是多屏网关。
上述截屏指令可以包括截屏策略参数和数据回传策略参数,可选的,截屏策略参数包括但不限于截图开始时间、截图间隔和截图次数,截图次数为大于或等于1,当大于或等于2时,该一个截屏指令可以实现对多张图片的截取。
上述数据回传策略参数包括但不限于数据切片策略参数、数据分割策略参数和数据打包策略参数,其中,数据切片策略参数用于对截屏数据进行切片处理,数据分割策略参数用于对截屏数据进行分割处理,数据打包策略参数用于对截屏数据进行打包处理,根据数据切片策略参数、数据分割策略参数和数据打包策略参数,可以完成对截屏数据的切片、分割和打包处理,完成回传前的准备工作。
上述截屏数据可以包括至少一个截屏图片和业务数据,可选的,业务数据包括但不限于截图操作当前播放器的播放频道号和频道URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位符)。播放频道号、频道URL用于告知终端截图操作当前播放器正在播放的频道号、频道URL,也即用于告知终端截屏图片的来源。
本实施例的技术效果是为终端控制机顶盒截取播放器显示内容提供一种有效的方法,尤其是能够实现终端远程控制机顶盒截取播放器显示内容的功能,使用户可以通过终端在不同的地点实现对机顶盒的控制,为用户带来了极大的方便。
如图2,为本发明实施例还提供一种截屏方法,包括:
S201:机顶盒接收外部终端发送的截屏指令;
S202:机顶盒根据截屏指令对播放器的显示内容进行截屏,生成截屏数据;
S203:机顶盒发送截屏数据给外部终端。
在本实施例中,如果所述机顶盒是网外设备,则所述机顶盒通过网关接收终端发送的所述截屏指令;如果所述机顶盒是网内设备,则所述机顶盒通过数字生活网络联盟协议(Digital Living Network Alliance,DLNA)接收终端发送的所述截屏指令。
如果所述机顶盒是网外设备,则所述机顶盒通过网关向所述终端发送根据所述截屏指令反馈的截屏数据;如果所述机顶盒是网内设备,则所述机顶盒数字生活网络联盟协议向终端发送根据所述截屏指令反馈的截屏数据。

实施例二
如图3,为本发明实施例提供一种终端30,该终端30包括:
第一信息收发模块301,设置为向外部机顶盒发送截屏指令,以及接收机顶盒根据截屏指令反馈的截屏数据;
显示模块302,设置为根据截屏数据进行显示。
可选地,终端30还可以包括判断模块303,设置为判断机顶盒是网外设备还是网内设备。第一信息收发模块301可以通过如下方式实现向外部机顶盒发送截屏指令:如果机顶盒是网外设备,则通过网关发送截屏指令到机顶盒;如果机顶盒是网内设备,则通过DLNA协议发送截屏指令到机顶盒。第一信息收发模块301可以通过如下方式实现接收机顶盒根据截屏指令反馈的截屏数据:如果机顶盒是网外设备,则通过网关接收机顶盒根据截屏指令反馈的截屏数据;如果机顶盒是网内设备,则通过DLNA协议接收机顶盒根据截屏指令反馈的截屏数据。

第二信息收发模块401,设置为接收外部终端发送的截屏指令,以及发送截屏数据到所外部终端;
截屏模块402,设置为根据截屏指令对播放器的显示内容进行截屏,生成截屏数据。
第二信息收发模块401具体可以设置为:如果终端是网外设备,则通过网关接收外部终端发送的截屏指令,以及通过网关发送截屏数据给终端;如果终端是网内设备,则通过DLNA协议接收终端发送的截屏指令,以及通过DLNA协议发送截屏数据给终端。
网内包括但不限于同一局域网。终端包括但不限于移动终端,如手机。如果机顶盒是网外设备,则可通过终端远程控制机顶盒实现截屏和截屏数据的回传。网关可以是多屏网关。

本实施例的技术效果是提供一种机顶盒,机顶盒可以实现与终端的通信连接,以及接收终端发送的截屏指令、对播放器显示内容进行截屏或对截屏数据进行回传,从而满足用户的需求。
实施例三
下面以移动终端控制机顶盒实现截屏为例,对本发明实施例进一步解释说明,包括如下流程:
S501、机顶盒向网关注册信息,网关保存注册的机顶盒信息;
S502、移动终端通过设备搜索,发现家庭内的机顶盒,移动终端绑定一机顶盒时,判断机顶盒是否为网外设备,如果是网外设备,则进入步骤S503,如果是网内设备,则进入步骤S504;
S503、移动终端向网关发起建链请求(socket),网关根据建链请求,检索到机顶盒,并通知该机顶盒建立链路,移动终端作为控制端通过网关发送截屏指令到机顶盒;其中截屏指令中可以包含截屏策略参数(截图开始时间、截图间隔、截图次数等)和数据回传策略参数(数据切片策略参数、数据分割策略参数和数据打包策略参数等),进入步骤S505;
S504、移动终端直接通过DLNA协议发送截屏指令给机顶盒,其中截屏指令中可以包含截屏策略参数(截图开始时间、截图间隔、截图次数等)和数据回传策略参数(数据切片策略参数、数据分割策略参数和数据打包策略参数等),进入步骤S506;
S505、机顶盒接收截屏指令,根据截屏指令获取截屏数据,以及将截屏数据组装成传输包,通过网关基于传输控制协议回传给终端;
在本步骤中,机顶盒中的第二信息收发模块通过网关接收截屏指令,然后发送给截屏模块。截屏模块根据截屏策略参数对播放器显示内容进行截屏,保存截屏图片,收集业务数据(播放频道号、频道URL、点播视频、直播频道、游戏等);第二信息收发模块根据数据回传策略参数中的数据切片策略参数、数据分割策略参数和数据打包策略参数分别对截屏数据进行切片、分割,并组装成数据传输包,通过网关基于传输控制协议(TCP协议)回传给 移动终端。可以是机顶盒每完成一次截屏后立刻执行切片、分割、组装传输包,也可以是在本次截屏指令的所有截屏完成后执行,进入步骤S507;
S506、机顶盒通过DLNA协议接收截屏指令,根据截屏指令获取截屏数据,以及将截屏数据组装成传输包,通过DLNA协议回传给终端;
在本步骤中,机顶盒中的第二信息收发模块通过DLNA协议直接接收截屏指令,然后发送给截屏模块。截屏模块根据截屏策略参数对播放器显示内容进行截屏,保存截屏图片,收集业务数据(播放频道号、频道URL、点播视频、直播频道、游戏等);第二信息收发模块根据数据回传策略参数中的数据切片策略参数、数据分割策略参数和数据打包策略参数分别对截屏数据进行切片、分割,并组装成数据传输包,通过网关基于TCP协议回传给移动终端。可以是机顶盒每完成一次截屏后立刻执行切片、分割、组装传输包,也可以是在本次截屏指令的所有截屏完成后执行,进入步骤S508;
S507、移动终端通过网关接收传输包,进入步骤S509;
S508、移动终端通过DLNA协议接收传输包,进入步骤S509;
S509、移动终端解析传输包,得到截屏数据,并保存;
S510、移动终端通过页面来管理获取到的截屏数据,如显示、排序、查看、删除等。
可选地,本实施例中的网关选用多屏网关实现其功能。
本实施例的技术效果是为终端控制机顶盒截取播放器显示内容提供一种有效的方法,尤其是能够实现终端远程控制机顶盒截取播放器显示内容的功能,使用户可以通过终端在不同的地点实现对机顶盒的控制,为用户带来了极大的方便。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现终端侧的截屏方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现机顶盒侧的截屏方法。

  1. 一种截屏方法,包括:
    终端发送截屏指令到机顶盒;
    所述终端接收机顶盒根据所述截屏指令反馈的截屏数据;
    所述终端根据所述截屏数据进行显示。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的截屏方法,其中,所述截屏指令包括截屏策略参数和数据回传策略参数。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的截屏方法,其中,所述截屏数据包括至少一个截屏图片和业务数据。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的截屏方法,其中,所述业务数据包括截图操作当前播放器的播放频道号和频道统一资源定位符。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的截屏方法,所述方法还包括:所述终端发送截屏指令到机顶盒之前,判断所述机顶盒是网外设备还是网内设备;所述终端发送截屏指令到机顶盒包括:
    如果所述机顶盒是网外设备,则所述终端通过网关发送所述截屏指令到所述机顶盒;
    如果所述机顶盒是网内设备,则所述终端通过数字生活网络联盟协议发送所述截屏指令到所述机顶盒;
    所述终端接收机顶盒根据所述截屏指令反馈的截屏数据包括:
    如果所述机顶盒是网外设备,则所述终端通过网关接收所述机顶盒根据所述截屏指令反馈的截屏数据;

  9. 如权利要求8所述的截屏方法,其中,所述业务数据包括截图操作当前播放器的播放频道号和频道统一资源定位符。
  10. 一种终端,包括:
    第一信息收发模块,设置为向机顶盒发送截屏指令,以及接收所述机顶盒根据所述截屏指令反馈的截屏数据;
    显示模块,设置为根据所述截屏数据进行显示。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述截屏指令包括截屏策略参数和数据回传策略参数。
  12. 一种机顶盒,包括:
    第二信息收发模块,设置为接收终端发送的截屏指令,以及发送截屏数据到所述终端;
    截屏模块,设置为根据所述截屏指令对播放器的显示内容进行截屏,生成所述截屏数据。
