一种信息防骚扰实现方法及系统 技术领域
本文涉及但不限于通信和信息领域的防骚扰管控技术,涉及一种信息防骚扰实现方法及系统。
背景技术
商业推广活动过程中有大量的针对目标用户的营销需求,这些营销需求以时间、地点、用户行为等多个方面的组合为触发条件,触发条件的业务逻辑处理通常分散在多个业务平台中,当多个业务平台独立向目标用户推送营销信息时存在针对相同用户发送信息重复、营销信息过多等问题,这些问题可能给用户造成营销骚扰。
在流量经营实践中,一个典型的营销信息推送案例是针对用户使用流量过程中满足推送营销信息的策略条件时,PCRF(Policy and Charging Rules Function,策略与计费规则功能单元)检测到满足营销策略条件时给目标用户推送营销短信,目前现网环境是单个PCRF判断用户行为触发策略营销短信发送规则时发送营销短信,因此,可能在同一营销周期里面同一用户收到来自多个PCRF的多条营销短信,这些不可控的营销短信可能给用户造成负面的营销体验。

实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种信息防骚扰实现方法,主要包括如下操作:
步骤11、信息防骚扰平台接收各业务平台提交的待发布信息;
步骤12、信息防骚扰平台根据预先设置的防骚扰策略对所接收到的待发布信息进行过滤操作;
步骤13、将过滤操作完成后剩余的待发布信息通过短信中心发送给对应用户。
其中,本实施例所涉及的信息防骚扰平台所处理的待发布信息,可以是任何信息,例如营销信息等。
在本实施例中,信息防骚扰平台对待发布信息进行过滤操作时,通过判断待发布信息是否符合预先设置的防骚扰策略中的任一个或多个条件,来进行信息过滤,即信息防骚扰平台将符合预先设置的防骚扰策略中的任一个或多个条件的待发布信息删除,或缓存后在设定时间段内发送。本实施例中,例举的防骚扰策略包括如下任一个条件或任意多个条件的组合:
待发布信息在同一信息发布周期内已经向同一用户发送过;
待发布信息属于同一信息发布周期内向用户发送过的同类信息;
待发布信息的目标用户处于休息时间段;
待发布信息的目标用户处于黑名单中。
要说明的是,信息防骚扰平台是根据系统配置预先存储好防骚扰策略的,但由于不同业务平台发布的信息类别不同,因此可以根据指令(如管理员指令等),对已存储的防骚扰策略中的条件进行更新,例如删除或修改防骚扰策略中的任一个或多个条件。
上述技术方案可以将营销信息先汇聚、再通过防骚扰策略过滤后转发,从而过滤掉过多的重复信息及无用信息等,提高用户体验。
下面结合附图对上述方法的具体实现做进一步详细说明。
图2所示为针对营销信息进行信息防骚扰的原理示意图,信息防骚扰平台接收业务平台提交的营销信息,执行防骚扰策略过滤营销信息,将营销信息转发到信息发送平台,如短信中心。营销信息防骚扰的方法的一个示例为:
多个PCRF将短信汇聚发送到POP平台(即信息防骚扰平台),POP平台将短信过滤后转发给短信中心,其中,PCRF作为业务平台检测到满足触发条件时发送短信,同时可以携带业务特征数据;
POP作为汇聚平台接收“PCRF”提交的短信,执行防骚扰策略后将短信转发到“短信中心”;POP作为汇聚平台汇总营销短信发送数据,为防骚扰策略执行提供数据支撑。
POP作为汇聚平台可以提取出业务特征数据,为防骚扰策略定制化执行提供数据支撑。
短信中心作为信息发送平台将短信发送到目标用户。
图3所示为防骚扰策略部署管理过程,汇聚平台(即信息防骚扰平台)支持组件式的部署管理防骚扰策略,针对特定的用户需求,可以提供防重复发送策略、防发送多条策略、防休息时间发送策略、黑白名单策略等一系列防骚扰策略。
防重复发送策略,即检测到在同一营销周期内相同营销短信重复发送给同一用户时自动丢弃重复信息。
防发送多条策略,在系统配置了不允许在同一营销周期内给用户发送多条营销短信时,如果系统检测到某一营销周期内已经给目标用户发送过营销 短信了,则丢弃后续针对该用户的营销短信。
防休息时间发送策略,系统配置多个目标用户休息时间段,当系统检测到发送时间在休息时间段时将待发送消息缓存下来延迟发送。
黑白名单策略,系统配置短信发送黑名单,处于黑名单中的用户将不会发送营销短信;系统配置短信发送白名单,一旦配置了白名单,那么营销短信发送范围就限制在白名单用户范围内。
图4所示为防骚扰策略执行过程,汇聚平台支持在收到营销信息时执行防骚扰策略执行,完成营销信息过滤,其中,
汇聚平台可以基于汇总的营销策略发送数据决定是否过滤掉当前营销信息;
汇聚平台可以基于黑白名单决定是否过滤掉当前营销信息;
汇聚平台可以基于业务特征数据决定是否过滤掉当前营销信息。
在图4中,S311标识的信息1由于存在重复发送,因此被防骚扰策略执行检查过滤掉,在S314处只输出了一条信息1;
S312标识的信息2由于目标用户存在于黑名单中,因此被防骚扰策略执行检查过滤掉,没有输出信息2;
S313标识的信息3在防骚扰策略执行中通过,没有被过滤掉,因此在S315处输出了信息3。
实施例二
如图5所示,本实施例提供一种信息防骚扰系统,该系统至少包括如下三个单元:
接收单元10,设置为接收业务平台提交的待发布信息,例如营销业务平台提供的待发布的营销信息;
过滤单元20,设置为根据预先设置的防骚扰策略对待发布信息进行过滤操作;
在本实施例中,过滤单元20是设置为:判断所接收到的待发布信息是否符合预先设置的防骚扰策略中的任一个或多个条件,并将符合预先设置的防骚扰策略中的任一个或多个条件的待发布信息删除,或缓存后在设定时间段内发送。
其中,本实施例的防骚扰策略可以包括如下任一个条件或多个条件的组合:
待发布信息在同一信息发布周期内已经向同一用户发送过;
待发布信息属于同一信息发布周期内向用户发送过的同类信息;
待发布信息的目标用户处于休息时间段;
待发布信息的目标用户处于黑名单中。
转发单元30,设置为将过滤操作完成后剩余的待发布信息通过短信中心发送给对应用户。
可选地,如图6所示,上述系统还可以包括存储单元40,设置为根据系统配置预先存储防骚扰策略。
还要说明的是,由于不同业务平台所发布的信息的类型不同,推广的目标用户不同等因素,因此,存储单元,还可设置为根据指令对已存储的防骚扰策略中的条件进行更新,即根据指令删除或修改防骚扰策略中的条件。
上述技术方案通过统一的汇聚平台来管理业务平台触发的分散的各类信息,例如营销信息,并通过汇聚、过滤、转发信息提高信息推广的安全性和准确性。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现信息防骚扰实现方法。

    信息防骚扰平台接收业务平台提交的待发布信息;
    所述信息防骚扰平台根据预先设置的防骚扰策略对所述待发布信息进行过滤操作;

  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述信息防骚扰平台根据预先设置的防骚扰策略对所述待发布信息进行过滤操作的过程包括:
    所述信息防骚扰平台判断所述待发布信息是否符合预先设置的防骚扰策略中的一个或多个条件;
    如果所述待发布信息符合所述防骚扰策略中的一个或多个条件,则所述信息防骚扰平台将所述待发布信息删除,或将所述待发布信息缓存后在设定时间段内发送。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述防骚扰策略包括如下一个条件或多个条件的组合:
    待发布信息在同一信息发布周期内已经向同一用户发送过;
    待发布信息属于同一信息发布周期内向用户发送过的同类信息;
    待发布信息的目标用户处于休息时间段;
    待发布信息的目标用户处于黑名单中。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,该方法还包括:所述信息防骚扰平台根据系统配置存储防骚扰策略。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,该方法还包括:
    所述信息防骚扰平台根据指令对已存储的防骚扰策略中的条件进行删除或修改操作。
  6. 一种信息防骚扰系统,该系统包括:
    接收单元,设置为接收业务平台提交的待发布信息;
    过滤单元,设置为根据预先设置的防骚扰策略对所述待发布信息进行过滤操作;
    转发单元,设置为将过滤操作完成后剩余的待发布信息通过短信中心发送给对应用户。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的系统,其中,所述过滤单元是设置为:
    判断所接收到的待发布信息是否符合预先设置的防骚扰策略中的一个或多个条件;
    如果所述待发布信息符合所述防骚扰策略中的一个或多个条件,则将所述待发布信息删除,或将所述待发布信息缓存后在设定时间段内发送。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的系统,其中,所述防骚扰策略包括如下一个条件或多个条件的组合:
    待发布信息在同一信息发布周期内已经向同一用户发送过;
    待发布信息属于同一信息发布周期内向用户发送过的同类信息;
    待发布信息的目标用户处于休息时间段;
    待发布信息的目标用户处于黑名单中。
  9. 如权利要求6至8任一项所述的系统,所述系统还包括:
    存储单元,设置为根据系统配置存储防骚扰策略。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的系统,其中,所述存储单元还设置为根据指令对已存储的防骚扰策略中的条件进行删除或修改操作。
