当排泄物经打碎机、第二转换阀进入污物箱后,清洗模块分两次来清洗排泄器官以及排泄物收集池。第一次为同时清洗排泄器官以及排泄物收集池,此时第一转换阀的进口、第二出口、第三出口同时打开,所述净身喷头喷射由第一转换阀输送的清水清洗排泄器官,所述净池喷头流出由第一转换阀输送的清水清洗排泄物收集池。当净身喷头以及净池喷头使用一定量的清水后,第一转换阀停止供水。第一次清洗使用的水经打碎机、第二转换阀、喷头后再次清洗排泄器官以及排泄物收集池,进行循环清洗,此时第二转换阀的进口以及第二出口打开。当排泄物收集池清洗干净后,循环清洗结束。循环清洗后产生的污物经过打碎机以及第二转换阀后进入污物箱,此时第二转换阀的进口、第一出口打开。
当排泄物与清洗排泄器官和排泄物收集池产生的污物过多时,排泄物与污物可经溢流管道直接流向污物箱。
第二次清洗过程是当排泄物收集池清洗干净后,净身喷头再次启动,此时第一转换阀的进口、第二出口打开,净身喷头用蓄水箱中的水对排泄器官进行再一次清洗。清洗完毕后,所产生的 污物经打碎机以及第二转换阀后进入污物箱,此时第二转换阀的进口以及第一出口打开,打碎机不工作。当排泄器官清洗干净后,第二次清洗过程结束,出风口送出暖风烘干排泄器官以及排泄物收集池。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种排泄物处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    感应模块,用于感应排泄物是否进入排泄物处理装置;
    清洗模块,用于接收感应模块传递的信息并清洗排泄物处理装置以及被护理者的排泄器官;
    排泄物收集处理模块,用于收集并处理排泄物以及清洗模块清洗排泄物处理装置时产生的污物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种排泄物处理装置,其特征在于,所述排泄物收集处理模块包括:
    排泄物收集池;
    打碎机,一端与排泄物收集池相连,当排泄物为固体时,启动打碎机将排泄物打碎;
    第二转换阀,第二转换阀包括进口与第一出口,所述第二转换阀的进口与排泄物收集池相连;
    污物箱,与第二转换阀的第一出口相连,用于储存经过处理后的排泄物以及清洗排泄物处理装置时产生的污物;
    第二水泵,与污物箱相连,用于提供将排泄物抽至污物箱的动力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种排泄物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第二转换阀还包括:
    第三出口,所述第二转换阀的第三出口与排泄物收集池相连。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种排泄物处理装置,其特征在于,所述排泄物收集处理模块还包括:
    溢流管道,一端与排泄物收集池相连,另一端连污物箱,当排泄物收集池中的排泄物过满时,用于分流排泄物。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种排泄物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第二转换阀还包括第二出口,所述清洗模块包括:
    蓄水箱,用于储存清洁的水;
    第一水泵,一端与蓄水箱相连,用于提供输送蓄水箱中的水 的动力;
    若干个喷头,设置于排泄物收集池上,所述若干个喷头都与转换阀的第二出口相连,所述喷头用于对排泄器官以及排泄物收集池的冲洗;
    出风口,设置于排泄物收集池上,出风口可送出暖风并烘干排泄器官以及排泄物收集池;
    水暖装置,与第一水泵相连,用于加热经过水暖装置的水;
    第一转换阀,所述第一转换阀包括进口与第一出口、第二出口、第三出口,所述第一转换阀的进口与水暖装置相连,所述第一转换阀的第二出口、第三出口都与喷头相连,所述第一转换阀的第一出口蓄水箱相连。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种排泄物处理装置,其特征在于,所述感应模块包括:
    小便感应器,设置于排泄物收集池上,当小便感应器感应到小便漫过小便感应器时,小便感应器产生信号;
    大便感应器,设置于排泄物收集池上,当感应并接收到大便落于排泄物收集池中的产生的压力时,大便感应器产生信号。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种排泄物处理装置,其特征在于,所述若干个喷头包括:
    2个净身喷头,用于清洗被护理者排泄器官,所述净身喷头与第一转换阀的其中一个出口相连,所述2个净身喷头设于竖直方向的同一直线上;
    4个净池喷头,用于清洗排泄物收集池,所述净池喷头与第一转换阀的其中一个出口相连;所述净身喷头、净池喷头都与第二转换阀的其中一个出口相连,所述4个喷头设于排泄物收集池上且对称分布。
  8. 一种排泄物处理方法,其特征在于,在排泄物处理装置中设有排泄物收集池、小便感应器、大便感应器、第一转换阀,第 二转换阀、净身喷头、净池喷头、打碎机、污物箱,排泄物处理装置感应到小便感应器或者大便感应器发出的信号,启动净池喷头,净池喷头向排泄物收集池中加入一定量的水用于稀释排泄物,并经第二转换阀后进入污物箱后,所述净身喷头喷射由第一转换阀输送的清水清洗排泄器官,所述净池喷头流出由第一转换阀输送的清水清洗排泄物收集池;当排泄物中包括大便时,启动打碎机工作,打碎机打碎排泄物后,排泄物经过第二转换阀回到排泄物收集池,打碎机将排泄物进行二次打碎后,排泄物经第二转换阀进入污物箱。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种排泄物处理方法,其特征在于,当排泄物包括大便时,第一次清洗时由净身喷头以及净池喷头分别清洗排泄器官以及排泄物收集池,第一次清洗过程中的水经第二转换阀、净身喷头以及净池喷头回到排泄物收集池循环,当第一次清洗过程结束后,清洗过程中产生的污物经第二转换阀后进入污物箱;第二次清洗时,净身喷头以及净池喷头都使用由第一转换阀输送的清水来清洗排泄器官以及排泄物收集池。
