本申请要求在2015年8月12日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510497735.4、发明名称为“一种语音信息反馈方法、装置及一种电视机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子信息技术领域,特别涉及一种语音信息反馈方法、装置及电视机。
背景技术
智能电视是顺应电视机“网络化”、“智能化”的趋势而出现的一种智能多媒体终端,具备从因特网、视频设备等多种渠道获得节目内容,并将消费者最需要的内容在大屏幕上清晰地展现的功能。智能电视功能的增多,使得出现问题的概率也随之增大,用户期望反馈个人问题的愿望也越来越强烈,尤其是新兴智能设备,当用户遇到问题时,更期望通过方便的渠道来反馈问题。
目前智能电视上提供用户反馈的厂家和APP有很多,由于电视上的交互方式的限制,均采用预先设定一些问题类型,例如播放卡顿、意见建议等。由用户切换焦点来选择模块以及提交的方式。这些问题一般不会进行更新,由产品设计之初就定好,后期若有变化则通过升级来扩充或改变可以选择的问题类型。
综上所述,现有技术中电视机播放节目过程中的问题反馈机制比较死板,用户只能选择产品设计者所提供的几种有限类型进行问题反馈,这些预定类型也许并不能满足用户的需求,此时用户将无法有效传达自己遇到的问题,也解决不了用户的问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种语音信息反馈方法、装置及电视机,用以通过语音信息的方式实现用户在电视机使用过程中遇到的问题的反馈,使得电视机可以将用户语音信息收集并反馈给服务器,便于用户反馈问题,从而使得问题可以得到快速有效的解决。
本申请实施例提供的一种语音信息反馈方法,包括:
若收到开启语音信息反馈界面的指令,则输出语音信息反馈界面,所述语音信息反馈界面中包括录制语音信息的提示信息;
接收并录制用户的语音信息;
当收到需要提交已录制的语音信息的指令时,将已录制的语音信息发送给服务器。
本申请实施例提供的一种语音信息反馈装置,包括:

本申请实施例提供的技术方案,用以通过语音信息的方式实现用户在电视机使用过程中遇到的问题的反馈,使得电视机可以将用户语音信息收集并反馈给服务器,便于用户反馈问题,从而使得问题可以得到快速有效的解决。
下面结合附图对本申请实施例提供的技术方案进行介绍。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案,打破现有产品问题反馈的限制,使用户在使用电视机的过程中遇到问题时可以随意进行反馈。在使用电视机的过程中的任意场景下,只要用户通过遥控器上的语音输入装置说出“我要反馈问题”等关键词,电视机将直接跳转至问题反馈应用(APP)中并打开语音信息反馈界面,用户可以在该界面通过录制语音的方式进行问题反馈。其中,所述的语音信息反馈界面,例如图1所示。
那么,本申请实施例中,用户通过语音信息反馈界面进行的语音录制过程,参见图2所示,用户可以通过遥控器的语音输入器件采集语音,并传输给电视机,由电视机录制该语音,从而使得用户可以录制一段语音随心所欲的描述自己的问题,具体地,用户可以根据语音信息反馈界面中的提示按住遥控器语音键便可以开始录音,录制结束后松开遥控器的语音键,录音将自动保存在电视机中。
参见图3,保存到电视机本地的一段录音也会在语音信息反馈界面上显示语音文件和时长,使用户可以方便查看和播放已录制的语音信息。用户在查看过程中如果觉得不清晰或者意思没有表达清楚,可以选择重新录制语音,语音信息反馈界面中将提供重新录制的按钮,若用户通过遥控器选择了该按钮,则将重新进行新的语音录制,录制结束后将删除上一次录制的语音文件;若用户不愿意提交语音信息,也可以通过遥控器选择删除该语音文件。
参见图4,具体的语音信息录制过程包括:

当有用户手动松开遥控器的语音键时,电视机系统发出用户音频停止输入的广播,在UI层面,语音麦克风图标置灰,提示用户录音结束。保存用户录音,并停止监听语音开始输入与语音停止输入的广播事件。
步骤S404:当用户通过遥控器选择了播放用户录制的音频文件的按钮时,播放用户录制的语音,供用户参考。
在步骤S403后,系统音频文件保存在电视机系统的存储卡目录下,UI层会给用户展示录入时长。用户点击界面的播放按键,则开始调用系统的音频播放器,播放用户录制的音频。
步骤S405:根据用户的后续操作,将语音文件上传服务器。
UI层提供用户操作,根据录音的实际情况。用户点击重新录制,则删除上一次录音并准备用户再次录制,点击删除,则删除上次录音并退出。点击提交按键,则生成一份完整的反馈信息,其中包括用户录制的语音文件,提交至服务器。
其中,所述的重新录制、删除、提交,均是语音信息反馈界面上提供的按键选项,用户通过遥控器即可以实现相应按键的点击选中。
由此可见,本申请实施例提供的技术方案,可以通过语音替代文字进行用户问题的反馈录入。避免了电视机端输入交互的短板,减少了用户使用电视机输入的麻烦,而且可以录入的信息更为详尽,反馈的问题也更加清晰。
综上所述,在电视机侧,参见图5,本申请实施例提供的一种语音信息反馈方法,包括:
S101、若收到开启语音信息反馈界面的指令,则输出语音信息反馈界面, 所述语音信息反馈界面中包括录制语音信息的提示信息;
本申请实施例中,可以通过遥控器接收开启语音信息反馈界面的指令,由遥控器将该指令传递给电视机;或者,直接由电视机接收开启语音信息反馈界面的指令。所述的开启语音信息反馈界面的指令,例如是用户的一个语音指令“我要反馈问题”。
S102、接收并录制用户的语音信息;
本申请实施例中,可以通过遥控器接收用户的语音信息,遥控器将语音信息传递给电视机,由电视机录制用户的语音信息;或者,也可以直接由电视机接收用户的语音信息,并录制用户的语音信息。
S103、当收到需要提交已录制的语音信息的指令时,将已录制的语音信息发送给服务器;
其中,例如,可以是当通过所述遥控器接收到用户在所述语音信息反馈界面上选择的需要反馈已录制的语音信息的指令时,将已录制的语音信息发送给服务器。或者,若电视机是可触控的电视机,也可以是电视机直接接收用户在所述语音信息反馈界面上点击选择的需要反馈已录制的语音信息的指令时,将已录制的语音信息发送给服务器。
也就是说,本申请实施例中,用户使用电视机实现的语音信息反馈的操作,可以在遥控器的配合下完成,若电视机是触控电视机,并具有语音输入功能,则用户也可以直接通过电视机实现语音信息反馈的操作。所述的电视机,也可以是电脑、PAD、手机等终端设备。
较佳地,所述语音信息反馈界面中还包括已录制的语音信息的播放按钮,所述方法还包括:
当接收到所述播放按钮的点击指令时,播放所述已录制的语音信息。例如,当通过所述遥控器接收到所述播放按钮的选择指令时,播放所述已录制的语音信息。
较佳地,当收到所述播放按钮的点击指令时,所述方法还包括:输出包括重新录制语音信息按钮和/或删除已录制的语音信息按钮的提示界面。
较佳地,所述方法还包括:
当收到所述重新录制语音信息按钮的点击指令时,重新录制语音信息。
较佳地,所述方法还包括:
当收到所述删除已录制的语音信息按钮的点击指令时,删除已录制的语音信息。
较佳地,所述输出语音信息反馈界面的同时,所述方法还包括:
监听语音开始输入与语音停止输入的广播事件。
较佳地,所述接收并录制用户的语音信息,具体包括:
接收用户音频输出开始的广播事件,并开始录制用户的语音信息;
接收用户音频停止输出的广播事件,并在所述语音信息反馈界面提示用户录音结束,并且保存用户的语音信息,并停止监听语音开始输入与语音停止输入的广播事件。
与上述方法相对应地,参见图6,本申请实施例提供的一种语音信息反馈装置,包括:
第一模块11,配置为若收到开启语音信息反馈界面的指令,则输出语音信息反馈界面,所述语音信息反馈界面中包括录制语音信息的提示信息;
第二模块12,配置为接收并录制用户的语音信息;
第三模块13,配置为当收到需要提交已录制的语音信息的指令时,将已录制的语音信息发送给服务器。
较佳地,所述语音信息反馈界面中还包括已录制的语音信息的播放按钮,所述第三模块还配置为:
当接收到所述播放按钮的点击指令时,播放所述已录制的语音信息。
较佳地,当收到所述播放按钮的点击指令时,所述第三模块还配置为:输出包括重新录制语音信息按钮和/或删除已录制的语音信息按钮的提示界面。
较佳地,所述第三模块还配置为:
当收到所述重新录制语音信息按钮的点击指令时,重新录制语音信息。
较佳地,所述第三模块还配置为:
当收到所述删除已录制的语音信息按钮的点击指令时,删除已录制的语音信息。
较佳地,所述第一模块输出语音信息反馈界面的同时,还配置为:监听语音开始输入与语音停止输入的广播事件。
较佳地,所述第二模块具体配置为:
接收用户音频输出开始的广播事件,并开始录制用户的语音信息;
接收用户音频停止输出的广播事件,并在所述语音信息反馈界面提示用户录音结束,并且保存用户的语音信息,并停止监听语音开始输入与语音停止输入的广播事件。
参见图7,本申请实施例提供的一种电视机,包括存储器21,以及一个或者多个处理器22,其中,所述电视机还包括:第一模块11、第二模块12以及第三模块13;所述第一模块11、第二模块12以及第三模块13都被存储在所述存储器21中并被配置成由所述一个或多个处理器22执行;
其中,所述第一模块11配置为若收到开启语音信息反馈界面的指令,则输出语音信息反馈界面,所述语音信息反馈界面中包括录制语音信息的提示信息;
第二模块12,配置为接收并录制用户的语音信息;
第三模块13,配置为当收到需要提交已录制的语音信息的指令时,将已录制的语音信息发送给服务器。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实 施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种语音信息反馈方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    若收到开启语音信息反馈界面的指令,则输出语音信息反馈界面,所述语音信息反馈界面中包括录制语音信息的提示信息;
    接收并录制用户的语音信息;
    当收到需要提交已录制的语音信息的指令时,将已录制的语音信息发送给服务器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述语音信息反馈界面中还包括已录制的语音信息的播放按钮,所述方法还包括:
    当接收到所述播放按钮的点击指令时,播放所述已录制的语音信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当收到所述播放按钮的点击指令时,所述方法还包括:输出包括重新录制语音信息按钮和/或删除已录制的语音信息按钮的提示界面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述输出语音信息反馈界面的同时,所述方法还包括:
    监听语音开始输入与语音停止输入的广播事件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收并录制用户的语音信息,具体包括:
    接收用户音频输出开始的广播事件,并开始录制用户的语音信息;
    接收用户音频停止输出的广播事件,并在所述语音信息反馈界面提示用户录音结束,并且保存用户的语音信息,并停止监听语音开始输入与语音停止输入的广播事件。
  6. 一种语音信息反馈装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一模块,配置为若收到开启语音信息反馈界面的指令,则输出语音信息反馈界面,所述语音信息反馈界面中包括录制语音信息的提示信息;
    第二模块,配置为接收并录制用户的语音信息;
    第三模块,配置为当收到需要提交已录制的语音信息的指令时,将已录制的语音信息发送给服务器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述语音信息反馈界面中还包括已录制的语音信息的播放按钮,所述第三模块还配置为:
    当接收到所述播放按钮的点击指令时,播放所述已录制的语音信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,当收到所述播放按钮的点击指令时,所述第三模块还配置为:输出包括重新录制语音信息按钮和/或删除已录制的语音信息按钮的提示界面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一模块输出语音信息反馈界面的同时,还配置为:监听语音开始输入与语音停止输入的广播事件。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二模块具体配置为:
    接收用户音频输出开始的广播事件,并开始录制用户的语音信息;
    接收用户音频停止输出的广播事件,并在所述语音信息反馈界面提示用户录音结束,并且保存用户的语音信息,并停止监听语音开始输入与语音停止输入的广播事件。
  11. 一种电视机,包括:存储器,以及一个或者多个处理器,其特征在于,所述电视机还包括:
    权利要求6至10任一权项所述的第一模块、第二模块以及第三模块,所述第一模块、第二模块以及第三模块被存储在所述存储器中并被配置成由所述一个或多个处理器执行。
