Description
Claims (10)
- 一种低压开关中的触头系统,包括分叉触头和动触头,其中:所述分叉触头具有上分叉端和下分叉端,所述上分叉端和所述下分叉端的内侧分别设置有电接触部,所述动触头的执行端的、与所述分叉触头的电接触部相对应的上下表面分别设置有电接触部,当所述触头系统接通并且通电时,在所述分叉触头的电接触部上产生的电动斥力相互抵消,使得所述触头系统能够稳定地保持在接通状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触头系统,其特征在于,所述分叉触头是U形或C形分叉触头,在所述触头系统接通并且通电时流经所述上分叉端的电流小于流经所述下分叉端的电流。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触头系统,其特征在于,所述分叉触头与所述分叉触头的电接触部形成为同材质整体式结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触头系统,其特征在于,所述分叉触头的除电接触部以外的部分是多个连接片体在厚度方向的组合式结构或者是单片结构,其中,所述多个连接片体中的至少一个连接片体的材质的弹性模量高于所述多个连接片体中的其他连接片体的材质的弹性模量。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触头系统,其特征在于,所述分叉触头和/或所述动触头的电接触部为低接触电阻,由耐电弧材料制成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的触头系统,其特征在于,所述分叉触头设置有旋转中心孔,电流从所述旋转中心孔分流至所述上分叉端和所述下分叉端,并且所述上分叉端的电阻大于所述下分叉端的电阻。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触头系统,其特征在于,所述上分叉端和所述下分叉端的电接触部的互相面对的表面的全部或部分为弧面,所述弧面用于电接触、以及用于在所述分叉触头与所述动触头接通与断开过程中的让位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触头系统,其特征在于,所述分叉触头是Y形或V形分叉触头,在所述触头系统接通并且通电时流经所述上分叉端的 电流与流经所述下分叉端的电流相等。
- 根据权利要求2或8所述的触头系统,其特征在于,所述分叉触头设置有复位结构,用于在所述分叉触头与动触头断开后,在复位弹簧或弹片的辅助下使所述分叉触头复位。
- 一种低压开关,包括灭弧室、操作机构、以及如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的触头系统。
