一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的LED灯板(6)上设置一小隔板(7),小隔板(7)上方的两端设置有凸筋(13),凸筋(13)上设置插接驱动电源(8)的PCB板(10)的插槽,小隔板(7)下方设置有两个带开口槽的倒钩(16),倒钩(16)插接设置在LED灯板(6)的插孔内;位于开口槽中心的小隔板(7)上还设置有穿线孔(15),驱动电源(8)通过驱动电源(8)的PCB板(10)上的电解电容的两根引脚经穿线孔(15)与LED灯板(6)相连。本方案结构简单可靠,组装方便,效率高,适合自动化,大批量生产,能更大的降低材料及生产成本,对节能绿色照明大范围的使用有很大的推广作用。

Description

一种塑包铝LED灯泡 技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑包铝LED灯泡。
背景技术
现有LED灯泡,其驱动电源的安装方式复杂且不稳定,一般通过胶水或胶带纸或螺丝固定或焊接电源线进行连接,存在安装工艺繁锁并存在安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种塑包铝LED灯泡的技术方案。
所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,包括灯头、上盖、泡壳、LED灯板和驱动电源,灯头与上盖螺接设置,其特征在于所述的LED灯板上设置一小隔板,小隔板上方的两端设置有凸筋,凸筋上设置插接驱动电源的PCB板的插槽,小隔板下方设置有两个带开口槽的倒钩,倒钩插接设置在LED灯板的插孔内;位于开口槽中心的小隔板上还设置有穿线孔,驱动电源通过驱动电源的PCB板上的电解电容的两根引脚经穿线孔与LED灯板相连。
所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的上盖是一塑包铝的壳体,壳体外层为塑料件,壳体内层为铝杯,且铝杯的外口内侧设置有用于容纳LED灯板的L型台阶。
所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的LED灯板与铝杯通过过盈配合进行连接。
所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的LED灯板与铝杯的接触处设置胶水。
所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的LED灯板包括铝基板和粘贴在铝基板上的LED灯珠。
所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的泡壳卡接设置在上盖的塑料件上。
所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的泡壳粘接设置在上盖的塑料件上。
本发明结构简单可靠,组装方便,效率高,适合自动化,大批量生产,能更大的降低材料及生产成本,对节能绿色照明大范围的使用有很大的推广作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明做进一步说明:
一种塑包铝LED灯泡,包括灯头1、上盖2、泡壳3、LED灯板6和驱动电源8,灯头1与上盖2螺接设置,LED灯板6上设置一小隔板7,用于固定并连接驱动电源8,小隔板7上方的两端设置有凸筋13,凸筋13上设置插接驱动电源的PCB板的插槽14,小隔板7下方设置有两个带开口槽17的倒钩16,倒钩 16插接设置在LED灯板的插孔内,实现对驱动电源的固定;位于开口槽17中心的小隔板上还设置有穿线孔15,为了节省工艺,驱动电源与LED灯板的连接可以通过驱动电源的PCB板上的电解电容9的两根引脚(电解电容引脚11)经穿线孔与LED灯板相连。
本发明的上盖2是一种塑包铝的壳体,壳体外层为塑料件4,壳体内层为铝杯5,LED灯板与铝杯通过铝杯外口内侧设置的L型台阶进行过盈配合固定,且LED灯板6与铝杯的接触处可根据需要设置胶水12,增强固定的稳定性;其中泡壳卡接或者粘接设置在上盖的塑料件上。
本发明的LED灯板6包括铝基板和粘贴在铝基板上的LED灯珠。
组装时,小隔板通过倒钩卡在LED灯板上,然后将驱动电源的PCB板插入小隔板的插槽里,并将电解电容的两根引脚穿过小隔板倒钩内的穿线孔中,穿出后将两根引脚扳倒后焊接在LED灯板上,然后将LED灯板整体压入上盖的铝杯内,压紧并打胶;最后装上灯头,卡上泡壳后,整灯即组装完成。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种塑包铝LED灯泡,包括灯头、上盖、泡壳、LED灯板和驱动电源,灯头与上盖螺接设置,其特征在于所述的LED灯板上设置一小隔板,小隔板上方的两端设置有凸筋,凸筋上设置插接驱动电源的PCB板的插槽,小隔板下方设置有两个带开口槽的倒钩,倒钩插接设置在LED灯板的插孔内;位于开口槽中心的小隔板上还设置有穿线孔,驱动电源通过驱动电源的PCB板上的电解电容的两根引脚经穿线孔与LED灯板相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的上盖是一塑包铝的壳体,壳体外层为塑料件,壳体内层为铝杯,且铝杯的外口内侧设置有用于容纳LED灯板的L型台阶。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的LED灯板与铝杯通过过盈配合进行连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的LED灯板与铝杯的接触处设置胶水。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的LED灯板包括铝基板和粘贴在铝基板上的LED灯珠。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的泡壳卡接设置在上盖的塑料件上。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种塑包铝LED灯泡,其特征在于所述的泡壳粘接设置在上盖的塑料件上。
