Description

剃须刀刀头 技术领域
本发明涉及剃须领域,尤其涉及一种简化工艺、降低材料的使用和制造成本的剃须刀刀头。
背景技术
随着经济的不断发展及社会的不断进步,提供了丰富的物质消费品,为提高人们的生活水平及追求个性化的生活创造良好的条件,从而加速了物质消费品的需求量,而剃须刀就是诸多物质消费品中的一种。
众所周知,现有的剃须刀分为手动及电动这两大类。对于手动剃须刀来说,由于它具有剃须更彻底和不需电源等优点,所以,在市场占有绝大部分的份额。
对于现有带有修剪单元的手动式剃须刀来说,其刀头包括刀头框、剃须刀片、修剪单元、导向辊和润滑条等结构。其中,刀头框包含前框壁、后框壁及将前框壁和后框壁连成一体的侧框壁。剃须刀片位于前框壁及后框壁之间并组装于侧框壁上。导向辊组装于前框壁上,润滑条嵌设于后框壁上,同时,修剪单元也组装于后框壁上,且组装于后框壁处的修剪单元与润滑条之间被后框壁的相应部位所分隔开,则此时的润滑条位于剃须刀片与修剪单元之间,从而使得后框壁分别设置有用于固定润滑条的结构和用于组装修剪单元的结构。
正由于后框壁需要单独地设置用于固定润滑条的结构及用于固定修剪单元的结构,相应地增加了刀头框的制造工艺,并浪费刀头框的材料,从而增加了制造成本。
因此,急需要一种简化制造工艺、减少材料浪费和降低成本的剃须刀刀头来克服上述的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种简化制造工艺、减少材料浪费和降低成本的剃须刀刀头。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种剃须刀刀头,包括刀头框、剃须刀片、独立的修剪单元及润滑条。刀头框包含前框壁、后框壁及侧框壁,前框壁及后框壁沿刀头框的纵向布置,前框壁和后框壁还呈间隔开的并排布置,侧框壁将前框壁及后框壁连成一体。剃须刀片位于前框壁及后框壁之间且沿刀头框的纵向布置,剃须刀片装配于侧框壁上,剃须刀片的刀刃朝向前框壁。修剪单元沿刀头框的纵向布置,修剪单元装配于侧框壁上,且修剪单元与后框壁之间围出沿刀头框的纵向布置的收容槽。润滑条沿刀头框的纵向布置并插置于收容槽内,由修剪单元与后框壁共同夹紧收容槽内的润滑条。
较佳地,刀头框还包含连接于前框壁及后框壁之间的中间连接框壁,中间连接框壁位于剃须时与皮肤背对的一方,且中间连接框壁朝剃须时与皮肤背对的一方延伸出与手柄配合连接的弧形凸块,弧形凸块沿侧框壁的方向布置,且弧形凸块开设有圆弧滑槽,手柄沿圆弧滑槽滑动而使刀头框相对手柄枢转,圆弧滑槽的枢转中心线沿刀头框的纵向布置,且枢转中心线沿弧形凸块延伸的相反方向偏置。
较佳地,前框壁、后框壁及侧框壁围出供收容剃须刀片的刀片空间,侧框壁朝刀片空间处延伸出弹腿,剃须刀片沿第一方向移动靠近所述弹腿并装配于该弹腿上,则弹腿沿第一方向的相反方向阻挡剃须刀片。
较佳地,后框壁包含沿刀头框的纵向布置的供围出刀片空间用的分隔板块,修剪单元包含支撑板块及与支撑板块连在一起的修剪刀片,支撑板块位于剃须时与皮肤正对的一方,修剪刀片位于剃须时与皮肤背对的一方,支撑板块及修剪刀片的端部沿第一方向插置于侧框壁内,由侧框壁包围修剪刀片及支撑板块的端部,支撑板块与分隔板块相互并排且两者之间围出收容槽。
较佳地,分隔板块开设有与刀片空间贯通的贯通孔,贯通孔沿刀头框的纵向排列;后框壁还包含位于剃须时与皮肤背对一方的连接板块,连接板块的第一端与分隔板块连接,连接板块的第二端伸向支撑板块,支撑板块朝分隔板块处延伸出伸入收容槽内的承载块,承载块承载插入收容槽内的润滑条。
较佳地,侧框壁开设有位于前框壁和后框壁之间的通孔,侧框壁上还设置有夹片,夹片包含横跨于剃须刀片的抵触压紧段及相对抵触压紧段弯折且沿第 一方向插置于通孔内的插置段,插置段开设有沿第一方向贯穿该插置段末端的分隔槽,分隔槽使插置段分隔出朝通孔之孔壁处撑开的撑开涨紧部,撑开涨紧部沿第一方向拉紧抵触压紧段,且撑开涨紧部还阻挡插置段沿与第一方向相反的方向从通孔处拔出,抵触压紧段抵触并压紧剃须刀片,则剃须刀片被夹紧于抵触压紧段与侧框壁之间。
较佳地,在插置段沿第一方向插置于通孔后,一外界物件沿与第一方向相反的方向呈挤压地插入分隔槽内,则撑开涨紧部被外界物件撑开并涨紧于通孔内。
较佳地,撑开涨紧部包含相互并排布置的第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部,第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部沿远离各自的方向被外界物件所撑开而使该第一撑开涨紧部和第二撑开涨紧部共同涨紧于通孔内。
较佳地,通孔沿横跨剃须刀片的方向布置于该剃须刀片的两侧外,抵触压紧段横跨剃须刀片的两端之末端各延伸出插置段,每一插置段对应一个分隔槽;且通孔远离抵触压紧段的一端沿第一方向呈扩大该通孔之孔径的布置形成大孔段,第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部共同涨紧于大孔段内。
较佳地,插置段沿第一方向先穿过修剪单元后再插置于通孔内,由抵触压紧段与侧框壁夹紧修剪单元。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明的修剪单元沿刀头框的纵向布置并装配于侧框壁上,且修剪单元与后框壁之间围出沿刀头框的纵向布置的收容槽,故当润滑条沿刀头框的纵向布置并插置于收容槽内后,由修剪单元与后框壁共同夹紧收容槽内的润滑条,即是说,润滑条的固定是靠修剪单元与后框壁所实现,从而使得修剪单元除具有修剪功能外,还兼负起固定润滑条的功能,因而有效地将修剪单元利用起来。同时,在现有的刀头中,因后框壁需同时组装润滑条和修剪单元,故后框壁需单独地设置有用于组装修剪单元的结构及用于组装润滑条的结构;而本发明的剃须刀刀头在修剪单元组装于侧框壁上时修剪单元与后框壁之间便形成组装滑润条的收容槽,故相应地简化了本发明的剃须刀刀头的工艺过程,减少本发明的剃须刀刀头对材料的使用量,降低了本发明的剃须刀刀头的制造成本。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征,以下结合实施方式并配合附图作进一步说明。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明的剃须刀刀头100包括刀头框10、剃须刀片20、独立的修剪单元30及润滑条50。可理解的是,独立的修剪单元30是指其与剃须刀片20相互分离的两个部件,两者没有直接连在一起,故两者是单独地组装于刀头框10上的。
如图6所示,刀头框10包含前框壁11、后框壁12及侧框壁13。前框壁11及后框壁12沿刀头框10的纵向布置,即是图6中的刀头框10的左右方向;且前框壁11和后框壁12还呈间隔开的并排布置,使得前框壁11和后框壁12沿刀头框10的横向(即图6中的刀头框10的前后方向)被分隔开以形成有供剃须刀片20安装的空间。而侧框壁13是将前框壁11及后框壁12连成一体,从而形成框形结构以简化刀头框10的结构。较优的是,如图6所示,前框壁11及后框壁12相互平行,侧框壁13为两个且相互平行,从而使前框壁11及后框壁12位于两个侧框壁13之间,实现前框壁11、一个侧框壁13、后框壁12和另一个侧框壁13这四者构成首尾相连的封闭结构,以便于剃须刀片20、修剪单元30及润滑条50的组装。
如图1至图3所示,剃须刀片20位于前框壁11及后框壁12之间,且剃须刀片20沿刀头框10的纵向布置,并使剃须刀片20装配于侧框壁13上,还使剃须刀片20的刀刃21朝向前框壁11,以满足剃须的要求。具体地,前框壁11、后框壁12及侧框壁13围出供收容剃须刀片20的刀片空间16,侧框壁13朝刀片空间16处延伸出弹腿131,较优的是,弹腿131的数量与剃须刀片20的数量相同,即确保每个剃须刀片20被对应的一个弹腿131所承载,而在本实施例中,剃须刀片20的数量为5个,当然,在其它实施例中,剃须刀片20的数量还可以为1个、2个、3个或4个等,故不以此为限。当剃须刀片20沿第一方向移动靠近弹腿131并装配于该弹腿131上,则弹腿131沿第一方向的相反方向阻挡剃须刀片20,以防止剃须刀片20继续沿第一方向移动。其中,为了使得本发明的剃须刀刀头100更好地剃须,故前框壁11上还组装有内嵌于该前框壁11内的导向辊70,该导向辊70沿刀头框10的纵向布置,较优还与润滑条50相平行。可理解的是,第一方向是指图1中刀头框10由上至下的方向,亦即为刀头框10旁边的箭头所指的方向,也可以理解的是,在剃须刀刀头100剃须时,由与皮肤正对的一方指向与皮肤背对的一方即为第一方向。
又如图1至图3所示,修剪单元30沿刀头框10的纵向布置,修剪单元30还装配于侧框壁13上,使组装于侧框壁13上的修剪单元30与后框壁12之间围出沿刀头框10的纵向布置的收容槽40(见图2)。润滑条50沿刀头框10的纵向布置并插置于收容槽40内,由修剪单元30与后框壁12共同夹紧收容槽40内的润滑条50。具体地,在本实施例中,修剪单元30与后框壁12相互并排的布置,而润滑条50的横向截面呈丁字型结构,故使得润滑条50的底端插置于收容槽40内时,此时的润滑条50的顶端的下方还受到后框壁12及修剪单元30的接触支撑,故润滑条50的固定更可靠。更具体地,如图2和图6所示,后框壁12包含沿刀头框10的纵向布置的供围出刀片空间16用的分隔板块121,修剪单元30包含支撑板块31及与支撑板块31连在一起的修剪刀片32。支撑板块31位于剃须时与皮肤正对的一方(即图2中刀头框10的上方),修剪刀片32位于剃须时与皮肤背对的一方(即图2中刀头框10的下方);较优的是,如图2所示,修剪刀片32与支撑板块31相互叠设,且修剪刀片32的刀刃是位于支撑 板块31的下方,以防止剃须刀片20在修剪时对修剪单元30造成干扰。支撑板块31及修剪刀片32的端部沿第一方向插置于侧框壁13内,由侧框壁13包围它们的端部,以防止修剪刀片32之端部的刀刃因外露而对使用者造成意外的伤害;为使得支撑板块31及修剪刀片32的端部能快速地组装于侧框壁13内,故侧框壁13沿第一方向开设有插置槽133,以使得支撑板块31及修剪刀片32的端部直接插置于插置槽133内而达到组装于侧框壁13内的目的。
又如图2所示,支撑板块31与分隔板块121相互并排且两者之间围出前述的收容槽40,由支撑板块31与分隔板块121对润滑条50进行可靠的夹紧;较优的是,支撑板块31及分隔板块121相互平行的布置,以确保收容槽40各处的尺寸尽量一致。而在本实施例中,支撑板块31是位于分隔板块121的后方,以使得后框壁12的体积更小。更优的是,后框壁12还包含位于剃须时与皮肤背对一方的连接板块122,即连接板块122位于刀头框10的下方,连接板块122的第一端与分隔板块121连接,较优还与分隔板块121连成一体结构,且两者的横向截面呈L型结构,以便于后框壁12的形成。同时,连接板块122的第二端伸向支撑板块31,而支撑板块31朝分隔板块121处延伸出伸入收容槽40内的承载块33,承载块33承载插入收容槽40内的润滑条50,具体是承载丁字型的润滑条50的顶端之下方的位置处。优选的是,承载块33是由支撑板块31顶端的端部向分隔板块121处弯折延伸出,且承载块33正对侧框壁13的那一部分是弯曲并紧贴在侧框壁13处,以供下面描述到的夹片60穿置而固定修剪单元30的目的,即夹片60是穿置于承载块33正对侧框壁13的那一部分处。可选择的是,承载块33位于连接板块122对应的上方处,从而可靠地固定修剪单元30。为使得修剪废物尽快地被排走,故分隔板块31开设有与刀片空间16贯通的贯通孔1211,贯通孔1211沿刀头框10的纵向排列,从而使收容槽40与刀片空间16为连通的空间。可理解的是,修剪单元30的支撑板块31为硬性材质,最优为金属,但不以此为限。
如图6及图7所示,刀头框10还包含连接于前框壁11及后框壁12之间的中间连接框壁14,中间连接框壁14位于剃须时与皮肤背对的一方,即是图6中的刀头框10的下方;且中间连接框壁14朝剃须时与皮肤背对的一方(即朝刀 头框10的下方)延伸出与手柄配合连接的弧形凸块15,弧形凸块15沿侧框壁13的方向布置;较优的是,侧框壁13与弧形凸块15呈间隔开的并排布置,同时,弧形凸块15开设有圆弧滑槽151,手柄沿圆弧滑槽151滑动而使刀头框10相对手柄枢转,圆弧滑槽151的枢转中心线(即过图7中P所指的点且垂直于图7的纸面的直线)沿刀头框10的纵向布置,且枢转中心线沿弧形凸块15延伸的相反方向偏置,以使刀头框10借助手柄在圆弧滑槽151上滑动而实现刀头框10绕过P点且垂直于图7中平面的直线做旋转,从而使刀头框10上的剃须刀片20更好的贴合皮肤的目的。可理解的是,圆弧滑槽151的枢转中心线即是手柄沿圆弧滑槽151滑动时而使刀头框10相对手柄枢转的直线。
请参阅图1至图5,侧框壁13开设有位于前框壁11和后框壁12之间的通孔132;较优的是,前述的插置槽151是位于通孔132的后方;侧框壁13上还设置有夹片60,由于前面描述到侧框壁13为两个,故每个侧框壁13对应有一个夹片60。其中,夹片60包含横跨于剃须刀片20的抵触压紧段61及相对抵触压紧段61弯折且沿第一方向插置于通孔132内的插置段62,插置段62开设有沿第一方向贯穿该插置段62末端的分隔槽621,分隔槽621使插置段62分隔出朝通孔132之孔壁处撑开的撑开涨紧部63,撑开涨紧部63沿第一方向拉紧抵触压紧段61,且撑开涨紧部63还阻挡插置段62沿与第一方向相反的方向(即图1中的刀头框10由下至上的方向)从通孔132处拔出,抵触压紧段61抵触并压紧剃须刀片20,则剃须刀片20被夹紧于抵触压紧段61与侧框壁13之间,实现对组装于刀头框10上的剃须刀片20进行夹紧的目的。正由于夹片60的抵触压紧段61借助位于通孔132内的撑开涨紧部63朝通孔132的孔壁处撑开而达到对剃须刀片20进行抵触压紧的目的,故使得夹片60于刀头框10上的安装简便快捷。又由于夹片60仅需横跨位于前框壁11及后框壁12之间的剃须刀片20,并使插置段62的撑开涨紧部63朝通孔132的孔壁处撑开即可实现对剃须刀片20的夹紧作用,故缩短了夹片60的长度要求,使得夹片60的用材更小,从而提高了夹片60的利用效率以降低投入成本。更具体地,如下:
如图4所示,在插置段62沿第一方向插置于通孔132后,此时借助一外界物件,并使该外界物件沿与第一方向相反的方向呈挤压地插入分隔槽621内, 此时的撑开涨紧部63被外界物件撑开并涨紧于通孔132内,因此,插置段62更可靠地涨紧于通孔132内,并便于夹片30在刀头框10上的组装,具体原因是:在插置段62未插入通孔132内时,此时插置段62被分隔槽621所分隔出来的撑开涨紧部63因没产生塑性变形而使撑开涨紧部63的尺寸小于通孔132对应的尺寸。当插置段62插入通孔132并使撑开涨紧部63置于通孔132内后,此时再借助外界物件沿与第一方向相反的方向挤进分隔槽621内,使外界物件顶推撑开涨紧部63朝通孔132的孔壁处产生塑性变形(即非弹性变形)而涨紧于通孔132的内壁处,从而实现撑开涨紧部63涨紧于通孔132内的目的。
具体地,如图5及图8所示,撑开涨紧部63包含相互并排布置的第一撑开涨紧部631及第二撑开涨紧部632,第一撑开涨紧部631及第二撑开涨紧部632沿远离各自的方向被外界物件所撑开而使该第一撑开涨紧部631和第二撑开涨紧部632共同涨紧于通孔132内。如图3所示,通孔132沿横跨剃须刀片20的方向布置于该剃须刀片20的两侧外,如图8所示,抵触压紧段61横跨剃须刀片20的两端之末端各延伸出插置段62,每一插置段62对应一个分隔槽621,即通过邻近前框壁11的通孔132和邻近后框壁12的通孔132去把夹片60的两端固定起来,实现夹片60快速组装于刀头框10的目的。又如图4及图5所示,通孔132远离抵触压紧段61的一端沿第一方向呈扩大该通孔132之孔径的布置形成大孔段,第一撑开涨紧部631及第二撑开涨紧部632共同涨紧于大孔段内,从而使得第一撑开涨紧部631及第二撑开涨紧部632更可靠地涨紧于通孔132内。较优的是,通孔132沿着第一方向的截面呈八字型结构,以便于通孔132对撑开涨紧部63的稳固及组装。其中,为使得夹片60能将修剪单元40一起夹紧,故插置段62沿第一方向先穿过修剪单元40后再插置于通孔132内,由抵触压紧段61与侧框壁13夹紧修剪单元40;具体地,插置段62是先穿过修剪单元40的支撑板块31后再插置于通孔132内的,较优的是,如图2所示,插置段62是先穿过修剪单元40中支撑板块31所延伸出的承载块33后再插置于通孔132内的。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明的修剪单元30沿刀头框10的纵向布置并装配于侧框壁13上,且修剪单元30与后框壁12之间围出沿刀头框10的纵向布 置的收容槽40,故当润滑条50沿刀头框10的纵向布置并插置于收容槽40内后,由修剪单元30与后框壁12共同夹紧收容槽40内的润滑条50,即是说,润滑条50的固定是靠修剪单元30与后框壁12所实现,从而使得修剪单元30除具有修剪功能外,还兼负起固定润滑条50的功能,因而有效地将修剪单元30利用起来。同时,在现有的刀头中,因后框壁需同时组装润滑条和修剪单元,故后框壁需单独地设置有用于组装修剪单元的结构及用于组装润滑条的结构;而本发明的剃须刀刀头100在修剪单元30组装于侧框壁13上时修剪单元30与后框壁12之间便形成组装滑润条50的收容槽40,故相应地简化了本发明的剃须刀刀头100的工艺过程,减少本发明的剃须刀刀头100对材料的使用量,降低了本发明的剃须刀刀头100的制造成本。
可理解的是,从图4中得知,插置段62插置于通孔132内是指收容于通孔132,但,该插置段62的末端并没有伸出通孔132外,有效地防止插置段62对使用者的伤害;同时,上述的夹片60的材质较优为铝材质,当然,还可以为其它材质,但,这都是本领域普通技术人员所熟知,故在此不再赘述。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于本发明所涵盖的范围。

  1. 一种剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,包括:
    刀头框,所述刀头框包含前框壁、后框壁及侧框壁,所述前框壁及后框壁沿所述刀头框的纵向布置,所述前框壁和后框壁还呈间隔开的并排布置,所述侧框壁将所述前框壁及后框壁连成一体;
    位于所述前框壁及后框壁之间且沿所述刀头框的纵向布置的剃须刀片,所述剃须刀片装配于所述侧框壁上,所述剃须刀片的刀刃朝向所述前框壁;
    独立的修剪单元,所述修剪单元沿所述刀头框的纵向布置,所述修剪单元装配于所述侧框壁上,且所述修剪单元与所述后框壁之间围出沿所述刀头框的纵向布置的收容槽;以及
    润滑条,所述润滑条沿所述刀头框的纵向布置并插置于所述收容槽内,由所述修剪单元与所述后框壁共同夹紧所述收容槽内的润滑条。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述刀头框还包含连接于所述前框壁及后框壁之间的中间连接框壁,所述中间连接框壁位于剃须时与皮肤背对的一方,且所述中间连接框壁朝剃须时与皮肤背对的一方延伸出与手柄配合连接的弧形凸块,所述弧形凸块沿所述侧框壁的方向布置,且所述弧形凸块开设有圆弧滑槽,所述手柄沿所述圆弧滑槽滑动而使所述刀头框相对所述手柄枢转,所述圆弧滑槽的枢转中心线沿所述刀头框的纵向布置,且所述枢转中心线沿所述弧形凸块延伸的相反方向偏置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述前框壁、后框壁及侧框壁围出供收容所述剃须刀片的刀片空间,所述侧框壁朝所述刀片空间处延伸出弹腿,所述剃须刀片沿第一方向移动靠近所述弹腿并装配于该弹腿上,则所述弹腿沿第一方向的相反方向阻挡所述剃须刀片。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述后框壁包含沿所述刀头框的纵向布置的供围出所述刀片空间用的分隔板块,所述修剪单元包含支撑板块及与所述支撑板块连在一起的修剪刀片,所述支撑板块位于剃须时与皮肤正对的一方,所述修剪刀片位于剃须时与皮肤背对的一方,所述支撑板块及修剪刀片的端部沿第一方向插置于所述侧框壁内,由所述侧框壁包围所述修剪刀片及支撑板块的端部,所述支撑板块与所述分隔板块相互并排且两者之间围出所述收容槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述分隔板块开设有与所述刀片空间贯通的贯通孔,所述贯通孔沿所述刀头框的纵向排列;所述后框壁还包含位于剃须时与皮肤背对一方的连接板块,所述连接板块的第一端与所述分隔板块连接,所述连接板块的第二端伸向所述支撑板块,所述支撑板块朝所述分隔板块处延伸出伸入所述收容槽内的承载块,所述承载块承载插入所述收容槽内的润滑条。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述侧框壁开设有位于所述前框壁和后框壁之间的通孔,所述侧框壁上还设置有夹片,所述夹片包含横跨于所述剃须刀片的抵触压紧段及相对所述抵触压紧段弯折且沿第一方向插置于所述通孔内的插置段,所述插置段开设有沿第一方向贯穿该插置段末端的分隔槽,所述分隔槽使所述插置段分隔出朝所述通孔之孔壁处撑开的撑开涨紧部,所述撑开涨紧部沿第一方向拉紧所述抵触压紧段,且所述撑开涨紧部还阻挡所述插置段沿与第一方向相反的方向从所述通孔处拔出,所述抵触压紧段抵触并压紧所述剃须刀片,则所述剃须刀片被夹紧于所述抵触压紧段与侧框壁之间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,在所述插置段沿第一方向插置于所述通孔后,一外界物件沿与第一方向相反的方向呈挤压地插入所述分隔槽内,则所述撑开涨紧部被外界物件撑开并涨紧于所述通孔内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述撑开涨紧部包含相互并排布置的第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部,所述第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部沿远离各自的方向被外界物件所撑开而使该第一撑开涨紧部和第二撑开涨紧部共同涨紧于所述通孔内。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述通孔沿横跨所述剃须刀片的方向布置于该剃须刀片的两侧外,所述抵触压紧段横跨所述剃须刀片的两端之末端各延伸出所述插置段,每一所述插置段对应一个所述分隔槽;且所述通孔远离所述抵触压紧段的一端沿第一方向呈扩大该通孔之孔径的布置形成大孔段,所述第一撑开涨紧部及第二撑开涨紧部共同涨紧于所述大孔段内。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的剃须刀刀头,其特征在于,所述插置段沿第一方向先穿过所述修剪单元后再插置于所述通孔内,由所述抵触压紧段与所述侧框壁夹紧所述修剪单元。
