第一翻转体41与壳体2枢转连接。在壳体2上设有容置腔6,在容置腔的一端设有开口端7,该开口端7位于壳体2的边沿,在该开口端7处,第一翻转体 与壳体2枢转连接,应开口端为开口设置,从而第一翻转体转动时不至被壳体过多地阻碍,使得第一翻转体拥有更大的转动范围。在第一翻转体上设有槽口5,第二翻转体和第三翻转体枢转折叠后可容置在该槽口5上。将第一翻转体41与壳体2贴合,即转动第一翻转体至容置腔6内,而第二翻转体与第三翻转体枢转折叠至槽口5内,则翻转组件4安置在了容置腔内,如图2所示。翻转组件安置在容置腔后,翻转组件4与壳体2的平面齐平,这样,翻转组件安置在容置腔内后,其能得到壳体更多的保护,降低了磕坏的可能性,并且不至因翻转组件凸出壳体而给携带该翻转灯带来不便。
在翻转组件的轴座14上设置有转轴装置10。参阅图3,在第一翻转体靠近壳体的一端的设有轴座14,第二翻转体靠近第一翻转体的一端设有轴座14,上述两轴座都安装有转轴装置10(图中未示出第三翻转体的转轴装置)。该转轴装置10包括一带空腔的外套筒102,其一端为封闭的闭合端105而另一端为开口的开口端104,有一內轴103通过开口端104套入外套筒102,在外套筒的空腔内闭合端与內轴之间设有一弹簧106,该弹簧106两端由其线尾折弯形成横杆107,如图6所示。內轴103靠近弹簧的一端设置有第一卡槽108,该第一卡槽108与弹簧107的一横杆卡接。在外套筒102的闭合端内侧也设置有一第二卡槽109,该第二卡槽109与弹簧106的横杆卡接。內轴的轴体外形结构与外套筒的空腔结构相对应,从而內轴可在外套筒的空腔内相对转动,本实施例中內轴的轴体结构与外套筒的空腔结构皆为圆柱体结构,当然也可以是其他结构形式,如圆台形,乃至內轴轴体的横截面为多边形形状也是可行的,只要不影响內轴在外套筒空腔内的相对转动。
本转轴装置10带有卡槽15与卡键20,卡槽15可与设置在轴座内的卡柱卡接,而转轴装置的卡键可与翻转组件或壳体上的主卡槽18卡接,即。第二翻转体内的转轴装置的卡键与第一翻转体的主卡槽18卡接,第一翻转体的转轴装置的卡键与设置在开口端附近的壳体的主卡槽18卡接。通过卡接的方式安装固定转轴装置,可以提高本翻转灯的安装效率。转轴装置的弹簧的弹性扭力可使得 翻转组件自动地与壳体分离。即第一翻转体上转轴装置使得第一翻转体与壳体转动分离,第二翻转体内的转轴装置使得第二翻转体相对第一翻转体转动,在第一翻转体上设有档杆17,第二翻转体相对第一翻转体转动至与档杆17接触后,第二翻转体的转动被档杆17限制住,即挡杆可限制所述第二翻转体的转动范围,从而使得第二翻转体停止相对第一翻转体的转动。而第三翻转体可以不设置转轴装置,因其较小,可利用从第二翻转体至第三翻转体的导线(图中未示出)的力即可使的第三翻转体与第二翻转体分离,当然,在第三翻转体上设置转轴装置也是可行的。
参阅图7,本翻转灯设置有卡扣结构,在容置腔内设置有卡扣9,在第二翻转体上设置有卡口8,当翻转组件安置在容置腔内后,卡口8被卡扣9卡住,从而翻转组件固定在壳体上。本翻转灯的卡扣结构具有一按键19,通过控制该按键即可控制卡扣9的移动。当卡扣9与卡口分离,在转轴装置的弹性扭力的作用下,翻转组件与壳体分离,直至处于图1的状态。卡扣与卡口的设置方便了使用者对该翻转灯的控制,当然卡扣结构可以为其他的结构形式。
在第一翻转体的轴座处设有第一端部,其外围其中一部分覆盖有第一导电件,该第一导电件为圆弧结构,在壳体对应该第一端部设置有第二导电件,该第二导电件包括弧形部和杆部,其杆部远离弧形部的一端与壳体固定。当第一翻转体转动至预设的位置,如图1所示的位置,第一端部随第一翻转体转动,第一端部的第一导电件与第二导电件的弧形部接触并电连接;当翻转组件位于容置腔内时,第一端部随第一翻转体转动,第一端部没有覆盖第一导电件的部分与第二导电件接触,从而第一导电件与第二导电件分离,利用第一导电件与第二导电件的接触与分离,可在第一翻转体相对壳体转动的同时控制翻转体内的电路回路的开断,从而实现了对第三翻转体上的照明部件工作状态的自动控制。
在翻转灯内设第一导线和第二导线,两导线一端与壳体内的电池仓13电连接,其另一端与第三翻转体内的照明部件电连接。两导线从壳体至照明部件的 线路布置是这样实现地:从壳体内穿过第一翻转体的中空的轴座的一端进入第一翻转体,该轴座的该端靠进第二导电件,并且在轴座的该端转轴装置的卡槽15与第一翻转体上的卡柱卡接,从而轴座该处的端部开口,使得导线从该处穿过得以实现。同样地,第一导线与第二导线从第一翻转体穿过第二翻转体的轴座的端部进入第二翻转体,第二翻转体的轴座该端内侧转轴装置的卡槽与第二翻转体上的卡柱卡接,从而该轴座该端为通孔,使得导线内穿过该处。两导线从第二翻转体穿过轴座进入第三翻转体,因该处的轴座没设置转轴装置,所以该处的中空的轴座两端是通孔结构,故而,两导线能穿过第三翻转体的轴座从而与其上的照明部件电连接。当然,在该处的轴座上与上述类似的方式设置转轴装置也可行的。两导线通过上述的方法设置后,两导线位于翻转灯的内部,避免了导线的外露,从而使得导线得到了保护,增加了本翻转灯的使用稳定性。
第一导线、第二导线、电池仓、照明部件共同构成了照明电回路。其中第二导线分别与第一导电件和第二导电件电连接,即第二导线被第一导电件和第二导电件截断,第二导线的被截断的一端与第一导电件电连接,而其被截断的另一端与第二导电件电连接。从而通过第一导电件与第二导电件的接触与分离可控制照明电回路的开断,即第一翻转体相对壳体的转动即可控制照明部件的照明与关闭。
参阅图1和图2,在壳体上设置有U形夹11,U形夹11的两设有卡口的自由端可穿过壳体上的连接孔12,其上的卡口再与壳体内设置的定位柱卡接,从而该U形夹是可拆卸地设置在壳体上。壳体设置了该U形夹11后,用U形夹和壳体可将纸张等物件夹住,调节翻转组件的位置,即可将第三翻转体上的照明部件的光照射在该纸张上,从而方便使用者的使用。
可以理解,翻转组件的转动不限制由转轴装置控制,翻转体间的相对转动、以及第一翻转体与壳体的相对转动可通过卡紧等方式控制。
可以理解,翻转组件的翻转体不限制为三个,可以为两个、四个等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种翻转灯,包括壳体,带照明部件的翻转组件,该翻转组件包括至少两个翻转体,其特征在于,所述壳体设置有用于放置所述翻转组件的容置腔,所述翻转组件的第一翻转体的一端与所述壳体枢转连接,所述第一翻转体上设有槽口,所述翻转组件的其他翻转体枢转折叠后可安置在所述第一翻转体的槽口内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述容置腔的一端为开口端,所述开口端位于所述壳体的边沿,所述第一翻转体在所述开口端处与所述壳体枢转连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述翻转组件安置在所述容置腔后,该翻转组件和所述壳体的平面齐平。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述翻转组件还包括与所述第一翻转体枢转连接的第二翻转体、与所述第二翻转体枢转连接的第三翻转体,在所述第三翻转体上设置有照明部件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述第二翻转体设置有卡口,所述容置腔内相应地设置有可控制的卡扣,所述卡扣可与所述卡口卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求1或4所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述翻转组件的相互连接的两翻转体通过转轴装置实现自动转动,所述第一翻转体与壳体也通过转轴装置实现自动翻转,所述转轴装置都安装在所述翻转组件的中空的轴座上,在所述第一翻转体上设置有可限制所述第二翻转体的转动范围的挡杆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述转轴装置一端设置有卡槽而另一端设置有卡键,所述卡槽与对应设置在所述翻转组件上的卡柱卡接,所述卡键与对应设置在所述翻转组件或壳体上的主卡槽卡接,所述翻转体与壳体通过导线电连接,所述导线穿过所述中空的轴座的靠近所述转轴装置的卡槽的一端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述第一翻转体的第一端部设置有第一导电体,所述壳体对应所述第一端部设置有第二导电体,当所述第一翻转体转离所述容置腔至预定的角度,所述第一导电体与第二导电体接触,从而所述翻转组件与壳体实现电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述壳体包括可拆卸的U形夹,所述壳体靠近所述容置腔两侧设置有供所述U形夹两自由端通过的通孔,通孔内设置有与所述夹子的自由端的卡孔卡接的定位柱。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述照明部件为LED灯,所述壳体内设置有电池仓,所述电池仓与所述LED灯电连接。
