Abstract
一种人工髋关节臼杯,呈内凹型半圆弧状,包括外层(1)、内层(2)、臼杯内衬(3)和内衬外套(4),其中该外层(1)与该内层(2)固定成一体结构;该内衬外套(4)包裹该臼杯内衬(3),该内衬外套(4)的外侧与该内层(2)表面锁合,该内衬外套(4)的内侧与该臼杯内衬(3)相匹配;该内衬外套(4)由聚醚醚酮(PEEK)或其衍生物构成。通过PEEK或其衍生物的内衬外套(4)与臼杯内衬(3)结合,降低了应力集中,也适当增加了臼杯的刚性。通过PEEK或衍生物的内衬外套(4)包裹臼杯内衬(3)再与内层(2)结合,既能满足硬内衬的匹配要求,又能满足软内衬的匹配要求。
Description
本发明涉及一种医疗康复器械,更具体地,涉及一种人工髋关节臼杯。
近年来新一代髋关节臼杯假体普遍采用一杯多衬的设计,即臼杯能同时接受软内衬(UHMWPE内衬,Ries MD.Review of the evolution of the cementless acetabular cup.Orthopedics.2008Dec;31(12Suppl 2).pii:orthosupersite.com/view.asp?rID=37178.Review.)和硬内衬(陶瓷内衬,Chotai PN1,Su EP.Orthopedics.2011Oct 5;34(10):e682-4.doi:10.3928/01477447-20110826-30.Fracture of a titanium sleeve-encased third-generation ceramic liner in a modern THA,或金属内衬)。但是这两种内衬对锁合结构有截然不同的要求,其中软内衬要求尽可能的外侧球面无缝接触臼杯内壁,从而消除水泵效应及保证内衬壁厚度最大化,而硬内衬则要求内衬外侧边缘锥面与臼杯内壁锥面锁合。
对于不同的病人而言,有的适合于接受软内衬的臼杯,有的适合于接受硬内衬的臼杯,然而,对于硬内衬的臼杯而言,硬内衬特别是陶瓷内衬对臼杯的变形而形成的应力集中特别敏感,为了防止硬内衬对臼杯的应力过大导致臼杯破损,往往将臼杯的边缘厚度最大化来增加臼杯的刚性。然而,这样的做法不仅繁琐,而且往往会导致制作成本较高等一系列缺陷。
因此,一种新的接受硬内衬的人工髋关节臼杯是期望的。
发明内容
针对上述解决的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种人工髋关节臼杯。
为了实现上述发明,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种人工髋关节臼杯,所述人工髋关节臼杯呈内凹型半圆弧状,包括外层、内层、臼杯内衬和内衬外套,其中所述外层与所述内层固定成一体结构;所述内衬外套包裹所述臼杯内衬,所述内衬外套的外侧与所述内层表面锁合,所述内衬外套的内侧与所述臼杯内衬相匹配;所述内衬外套由聚醚醚酮或其衍生物构成。
进一步地,所述臼杯内衬为硬内衬。
进一步地,所述硬内衬为陶瓷内衬或金属内衬。
进一步地,所述内层表面为标准球形结构,所述内层与所述内衬外套和所述臼杯内衬形成滑动摩擦面。
进一步地,所述内层表面为非标准球形结构,所述内层与所述内衬外套和所述臼杯内衬形成组配式固定结构。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
1)本发明提供的结构中的内层通过聚醚醚酮(PEEK)或其衍生物的内衬外套与臼杯内衬结合,降低了应力集中,也适当增加了臼杯的刚性。
2)本发明结构中通过PEEK或衍生物的内衬外套包裹臼杯内衬再与内层结合,既能满足硬内衬的匹配要求,又能满足软内衬的匹配要求。

如图1所示,本发明提供的人工髋关节臼杯的一个实施例,在该实施例中,人工髋关节臼杯呈内凹型半圆弧状,包括外层1、内层2、臼杯内衬3和内衬外套4,其中外层1与内层2固定成一体结构;内衬外套4包裹臼杯内衬3,内衬外套4的外侧与内层2表面锁合,内衬外套4的内侧与臼杯内衬3相匹配;内衬外套4由聚醚醚酮(PEEK)或其衍生物构成。
在上述实施例中,臼杯内衬3为硬内衬;硬内衬优选陶瓷内衬。
在上述实施例中,内层2表面为非标准球形结构,内层2与内衬外套4和臼杯内衬3形成组配式固定结构。
此外,本发明提供的人工髋关节臼杯中的臼杯内衬3也可以为金属内衬的硬内衬;内层2表面也可以为标准球形结构,内层2与内衬外套4和臼杯内衬3形成滑动摩擦面。
本发明提供的结构中的内层通过聚醚醚酮(PEEK)或其衍生物的内衬外套与臼杯内衬结合,降低了应力集中,也适当增加了臼杯的刚性。
本发明结构中通过PEEK或衍生物的内衬外套包裹臼杯内衬再与内层结合,既能满足硬内衬的匹配要求,又能满足软内衬的匹配要求。

Claims (5)
- 一种人工髋关节臼杯,其特征在于,所述人工髋关节臼杯呈内凹型半圆弧状,包括外层、内层、臼杯内衬和内衬外套,其中所述外层与所述内层固定成一体结构;所述内衬外套包裹所述臼杯内衬,所述内衬外套的外侧与所述内层表面锁合,所述内衬外套的内侧与所述臼杯内衬相匹配;所述内衬外套由聚醚醚酮或其衍生物构成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的人工髋关节臼杯,其特征在于,所述臼杯内衬为硬内衬。
- 根据权利要求2所述的人工髋关节臼杯,其特征在于,所述硬内衬为陶瓷内衬或金属内衬。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的人工髋关节臼杯,其特征在于,所述内层表面为标准球形结构,所述内层与所述内衬外套和所述臼杯内衬形成滑动摩擦面。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的人工髋关节臼杯,其特征在于,所述内层表面为非标准球形结构,所述内层与所述内衬外套和所述臼杯内衬形成组配式固定结构。
