Abstract
本發明髖臼杯結構,包括:球窩植體,球窩植體的球壁具有由至少二直線連續連接所形成的凹槽,凹槽連通該球壁的外表面至該球壁的內表面,使該凹槽未連續連接的二端與至少該二直線連續連接所形成夾角的該凹槽之間形成可張彈的片體,內襯用以連接股骨柄,且緊配於該球壁的該內表面,其中當內襯緊配於球壁的內表面時,內襯擠壓片體並延伸至凹槽,使該內襯能更緊配於該球窩植體。
Description
本發明係關於一種髖臼杯結構,特別是一種具有可張彈的片體的髖臼杯結構。
髖關節是髖臼與股骨頭的結合處,且髖關節與軟骨、滑液膜以及纖維囊輔助形成一個活動靈巧的球型關節,其結構就像一顆球嵌進一個凹槽,因此結構使得髖關節具有較高的穩定性來支撐人體的體重。目前人工關節替代的髖臼杯,常因巨噬細胞造成髖臼杯周圍骨溶解而鬆脫,所以髖臼需常翻修而增加手術次數,另外一方面,老年人的老化鬆質骨無法緊固髖臼杯,因此已無法使用緊配方式來固定髖臼杯,必需配合骨水泥,也因此手術復原期會延長。
習知技藝中,如美國專利號US 4715859 A所揭示非連接式安裝型髖臼杯,其主要將襯墊直接錨定於髖臼杯中以支撐股骨頭,但此設計常不能因人體活動而承受較大的應力,導致短時間內鬆弛現象發生,有牢固性不佳的情況。
另外,習知技藝中,如中華民國公告號515710所揭示,使用於人工髖關節的複合式髖臼杯,其內襯與外殼
結構為具生物相容性之金屬或成型合金製成,例如鈦合金、鈷鉻鉬合金、不銹鋼等;而夾置其中的中間層則為例如聚乙烯等彈性材料製成。髖臼杯的外圍可加上一層例如多孔性顆粒、金屬網格、氫氧基磷灰石或骨水泥等被覆層,使能接合髖臼的骨組織而固定者,甚至,其固定方式亦可為螺釘鎖合。
然而,上述習知技藝中,其並未特別針對該髖臼杯具有可張彈式的片體設計,而使該內襯能更緊配於該球窩植體上。
本發明目的係以提供一種髖臼杯結構,其藉由該球窩植體的球壁上設計具有連通該球壁的外表面至內表面之凹槽所形成具有可張彈式的片體結構,當內襯緊配於該球窩植體時,部分內襯會延伸至該凹槽,藉此可使內襯更緊配於該球窩植體。
本發明髖臼杯結構,包括:球窩植體,該球窩植體的球壁具有由至少二直線連續連接所形成的凹槽,該凹槽連通該球壁的外表面至該球壁的內表面,使該凹槽未連續連接的二端與至少該二直線連續連接所形成夾角的該凹槽之間形成可張彈的片體,內襯用以連接股骨柄,且緊配於該球壁的該內表面,其中當內襯緊配於球壁的內表面時,內襯擠壓片體並延伸至凹槽,使該內襯能更緊配於該球窩植體。

為了讓本創作之上述和其他目的、特徵、和優點能更明顯,下文將配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下。
首先,請參閱圖1至圖3,圖1係本發明之髖臼杯結構之立體示意圖,圖2係本發明之髖臼杯結構之球窩植體立體圖,圖3係本發明之髖臼杯結構之球窩植體與內襯結合立體圖。本發明髖臼杯結構1,包括:球窩植體10,球窩植體10的球壁具有由至少二直線連續連接所形成的凹槽11,該凹槽11連通球壁的外表面12至球壁的內表面13,使凹槽未連續連接的二端101與至少該二直線連續連接所形成夾角102的該凹槽之間形成可張彈的片體14,球窩植體為記憶金屬,最佳選擇為鈦合金的記憶金屬,利用在低溫下可變形時(0℃),植入該人體的髖臼,當溫度達到與人體相同時溫度(約35℃),會記憶該人體髖臼形狀,並且有效對應緊配於該人體髖臼上。
接著,內襯20用以連接一股骨柄30,內襯20緊配於該球壁的該內表面13,其中當該內襯20緊配於該球壁的該內表面13時,該內襯擠壓該片體14並延伸至該凹槽11,使該內襯20更緊配於該球窩植體10,其中內襯為高分子材料或是陶瓷材料。
上述所述的股骨柄30用以連接人體股骨頭。如上述,其中球窩植體10的底部邊緣15為連續形態,也就是說該凹槽並未延伸至該底部邊緣形成開口。因底部邊緣15為連續形態,其尺寸固定不收縮,此可有效避免周遭骨吸收導致過度張彈或內襯鬆脫衍生片體外張彈情況,底部邊緣15吻合骨缺損處,防止自璇與托滑問題產生。
接著,請參閱圖4至圖5,圖4至圖5係本發明之髖臼杯結構之ㄇ字型凹槽示意圖。其中凹槽可為由三連續直線所形成的ㄇ字型形狀,因此所形成的片體14為矩形或正方形。圖4中該ㄇ字型凹槽垂直於該球窩植體底部邊緣15,形成ㄇ字型形態或倒ㄇ字型形態。該ㄇ字型形態或倒ㄇ字型形態的凹槽可使內襯更緊配於球窩植體以抗上下所施的應力。因此當人上下體跳動時能夠有效預防內襯脫落。
另外,圖5中,該ㄇ字型凹槽可平行於該球窩一底部邊緣,形成ㄈ字型形態或反ㄈ字型形態,該ㄈ字型形態或反ㄈ字型形態的凹槽可使內襯更緊配於球窩植體以抗旋轉扭動所施的應力。因此當人扭動時能夠有效預防內襯脫落。
接著,請參閱圖6至圖7,圖6至圖7係本發明之髖臼杯結構之弧形凹槽示意圖。其球窩植體10結構大至如同上述,差異之處在於球窩植體10的球壁可具有弧形的凹槽11,使該凹槽的二端點101與該凹槽所圍合部分形成可張彈的一片體14。
圖6中,其中該弧形的弧口朝下方或是上方,此凹槽設計可使內襯更緊配於球窩植體以抗上下所施的應力。另外,該弧形的弧口朝左方或是右方,凹槽設計可使內襯更緊配於球窩植體以抗旋轉扭動所施的應力。
本發明髖臼杯結構,其藉由該球窩植體的球壁上設計具有連通該球壁的外表面至內表面之凹槽所形成具有可張彈式的片體結構,當內襯緊配於該球窩植體時,部分內襯會延伸至該凹槽,藉此可使內襯更緊配於該球窩植體。
綜上所述,乃僅記載本創作為呈現解決問題所採用的技術手段之實施方式或實施例而已,並非用來限定本創作專利實施之範圍。即凡與本創作專利申請範圍文義相符,或依本創作專利範圍所做的均等變化與修飾,皆為本創作專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (9)
- 一種髖臼杯結構,包括:一球窩植體,該球窩植體的球壁具有由至少二直線連續連接所形成的一凹槽,該凹槽連通該球壁的一外表面至該球壁的一內表面,使該凹槽未連續連接的二端與至少該二直線連續連接所形成一夾角的該凹槽之間形成可張彈的一片體,一內襯,用以連接一股骨柄,且緊配於球壁的該內表面,其中當該內襯緊配於該球壁的該內表面時,該內襯擠壓該片體並延伸至該凹槽,使該內襯更緊配於該球窩植體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之髖臼杯結構,其中該球窩植體的一底部邊緣為連續形態。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之髖臼杯結構,其中該凹槽為由三連續直線所形成ㄇ字型形狀,所形成的該片體為矩形或正方形。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之髖臼杯結構,其中該ㄇ字型凹槽垂直於該球窩植體一底部邊緣,形成ㄇ字型形態或倒ㄇ字型形態。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之髖臼杯結構,其中該ㄇ字型凹槽平行於該球窩一底部邊緣,形成ㄈ字型形態或反ㄈ字型形態。
- 一種髖臼杯結構,包括:一球窩植體,該球窩植體的一球壁具有一弧形的一凹槽,該凹槽連通該球壁的一外表面至該球壁的一內表面,使該凹槽的二端點與該凹槽所圍合部分形成可張彈的一片體,一內襯,用以連接一股骨柄,且緊配於該球壁的該內表面,其中當該內襯緊配於該球壁的該內表面時,該內襯擠壓該片體並延伸至該凹槽,使該內襯更緊配於該球窩植體。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之髖臼杯結構,其中該弧形的弧口朝下方或是上方。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之髖臼杯結構,其中該弧形的弧口朝左方或是右方。
