本申请要求了申请日为2015年07月29日，申请号为201510453755.1发明名称为“一种搜索结果页的背景实现方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权。
本发明涉及计算机应用技术领域，特别涉及一种搜索结果页的背景实现方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
随着计算机技术的不断发展，人们越来越多的依赖浏览器或APP(应用)等工具通过网络来获取信息。除此之外，人们对于展现形式的趣味性、个性化等的要求也越来越高。针对于此，逐渐出现了诸如设置浏览器背景，设置APP背景等技术。然而，这种背景设置方式仅仅能够设置浏览器的背景，如图1中所示，浏览器在初始界面(打开浏览器的默认界面)上提供背景设置的按钮，用户通过该按钮从浏览器提供的背景图片中选择一个作为浏览器的背景。然而，这种方式仅仅能够进行浏览器背景的设置，当用户通过浏览器打开具体页面时，展现的页面仍然是空白背景。例如，当用户通过浏览器打开搜索页面并进行关键词的搜索时，搜索结果页仍然是空白背景，如图2所示。

有鉴于此，本发明提供了一种搜索结果页的背景实现的方法和装置，以便于实现搜索结果页的背景个性化设置。

图3为本发明实施例提供的主要方法流程图，如图3中所示，该方法可以包括以下步骤：

通过在搜索结果页上提供背景设置功能并依赖用户触发该功能，或者通过搜索关键词触发搜索结果页的背景设置功能等，后续将通过具体实施例进行详细描述。
在302中，确定针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片，将确定的背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景，结束流程。
根据触发搜索结果页的背景设置的方式不同，确定针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片的方式也不同，一种是根据用户的选择来确定背景图片，另一种可以是根据搜索关键词来确定与其相关的背景图片。
在确定出背景图片后，将该背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景的方式可以包括但不限于以下两种：
一种是将确定的背景图片的url地址包含在搜索结果页的css(Cascading Style Sheets)背景中。
另一种是利用该背景图片生成一个位于搜索结果页所在图层之下的图层，并设置搜索结果页所在图层透明。

在303中，不进行搜索结果页的设置，搜索结果页为空白背景。
如果没有触发搜索结果页的背景设置，则可以按照现有技术中对搜索结果页中的方式进行处理，例如搜索结果页仍采用空白背景。
实施例一、
图4为本发明实施例一提供的方法流程图，在本发明实施例中，均以如图5中所示的B/S(浏览器/服务器)架构为例，其中浏览器以智能手机终端中的浏览器为例，服务器为搜索服务器。当然本发明并不限于该架构，也可以应用于C/S(客户端/服务器)架构。另外浏览器或客户
端所在的终端也可以是诸如平板电脑、智能电视等其他移动终端，还可以是PC等固定终端。如图4中所示，该方法可以包括以下步骤：
在401中，搜索服务器在向浏览器返回搜索结果页时，判断是否针对进行搜索的用户标识搜索结果页已设置，如果是，执行402；否则，执行404。
在本实施例中，如果进行搜索的用户之前设置过搜索结果页背景，则搜索服务器会针对该用户标识搜索结果页已设置，并保存该用户设置的背景图片信息。其中进行搜索的用户可以采用诸如账户信息、终端标识等进行表示。之后，在搜索服务器向浏览器返回搜索结果页时，就能够直接确定触发了搜索结果页背景设置功能。
在402中，确定针对该进行搜索的用户保存的背景图片。

在403中，将该背景图片的url包含在搜索结果页的css背景中，结束本次流程。
页面的css是用于描述HTML或XML等文件样式的计算机语言，其中在css中存在background-image(背景图片)属性，将背景图片的url包含在该background-image属性中，并设置好background-position(背景位置)属性、background-repeat属性等。
这样，当浏览器在加载搜索结果页时，会对页面的css进行解析，并从css背景之中获取背景图片的url，根据该url下载背景图片并渲染为搜索结果页的背景。
本步骤还可以采用另外的方式，例如：利用背景图片生成一个位于
搜索结果页所在图层之下的图层，并设置搜索结果页所在图层透明。这样，当浏览器在加载搜索结果页时，会一并加载两个图层，低下的图层为背景图片，搜索结果页所在的图层为透明属性，这样对于用户而言，看到的就是搜索结果页以背景图片为背景。
在404中，向浏览器返回搜索结果页，在该搜索结果页中提供背景图片设置功能。
如果进行搜索的用户尚未进行搜索结果页的背景图片设置，则向浏览器返回的搜索结果页可以采用现有技术中的方式为空白背景，只是在搜索结果页中可以提供背景图片设置功能。例如可以在搜索结果页中提供背景图片设置按钮，如图6a中所示的“背景设置”按钮。当用户点击此按钮时，向用户提供一个以上的背景图片供用户选择，在提供背景图片时，可以在一个界面中同时提供多个背景图片供用户选择，如图6b中所示。也可以一个界面中提供一个背景图片，例如在一个界面中提供以某一个背景图片为背景的搜索结果页效果图，用户可以通过滑动手势来更换不同背景图片为背景的搜索结果效果图，如图6c中所示，如果选定背景图片，则点击确认按钮。
除了上述的在搜索结果页上提供背景图片设置按钮之外，还可以预先设置一些能够触发背景图片设置的手势，例如长按搜索结果页、左右滑动搜索结果页等手势，就能够触发背景图片的设置功能。但需要注意的是，预设的触发背景图片设置的手势需要与在搜索结果页上触发已有功能的手势相区别，从而避免造成功能混淆。
另外，也可以开放权限给用户，以便于用户能够选择并上传符合要求的本地图片作为设置的背景图片。
在405中，确定并保存用户选择的背景图片，针对该用户标识搜索结果页已设置，转至执行403。
这里，保存用户选择的背景图片且针对该用户标识搜索结果页已设置的目的，是为了使得该用户对搜索结果页的设置能够在后续发起的搜索结果页中得到应用。假设用户选择了一副风景图片作为背景，那么该风景图片就可以与该用户的账户进行绑定，并针对该用户标识搜索结果页已设置，这样如果用户后续使用搜索引擎，都会返回以该背景图片作为背景的搜索结果页。
实施例二、
图7为本发明实施例二提供的方法流程图，如图7中所示，该方法可以包括以下步骤：
在701中，获取用户输入的搜索关键词。
在702中，判断搜索关键词是否存在预设的搜索结果页背景图片，如果是，执行703，否则，按照现有技术中的方式返回空白背景的搜索结果页，或者继续图4所示流程。
在本实施例中，可以预先针对一些搜索关键词设置搜索结果页背景图片，这些搜索关键词可以是一些热门的人物类、风景类、动漫类、影视剧类、节日类等搜索关键词。
在703中，从搜索关键词对应的搜索结果背景图片中选择一个背景图片。
可以预先设置一个搜索关键词对应一个背景图片，也可以设置一个搜索关键词对应多个背景图片。如果对应多个背景图片，则可以从中选择一个背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景。在进行选择时，可以随机选择
一个背景图片，也可以依据背景图片的热门程度选择一个背景图片。其中背景图片的热门程度可以依据该背景图片在图片搜索中的点击次数、浏览次数等确定。
在704中，将该背景图片的url包含在搜索结果页的css背景中，结束本次流程。
页面的css是用于描述HTML或XML等文件样式的计算机语言，其中在css中存在background-image(背景图片)属性，将背景图片的url包含在该background-image属性中，并设置好background-position(背景位置)属性、background-repeat属性等。
这样，当浏览器在加载搜索结果页时，会对页面的css进行解析，并从css背景之中获取背景图片的url，根据该url下载背景图片并渲染为搜索结果页的背景。
本步骤还可以采用另外的方式，例如：利用背景图片生成一个位于搜索结果页所在图层之下的图层，并设置搜索结果页所在图层透明。这样，当浏览器在加载搜索结果页时，会一并加载两个图层，低下的图层为背景图片，搜索结果页所在的图层为透明属性，这样对于用户而言，看到的就是搜索结果页以背景图片为背景。
举一个例子，假设用户输入搜索关键词“李易峰”，如果该搜索关键词是人物类的热门搜索关键词，可以预先设置该搜索关键词对应的背景图片，例如将李易峰的宣传照等照片作为背景图片。那么在返回“李易峰”对应的搜索结果页时，就可以将李易峰其中一幅宣传照作为搜索结果页的背景图片进行显示。
在举一个例子，假设用户输入搜索关键词“端午节”，该搜索关键
词属于节日类的热门搜索关键词，预先设置了该搜索关键词对应的背景图片，那么在返回“端午节”对应的搜索结果页时，就可以将预先设置的该搜索关键词对应的背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景进行显示，如图8所示。可见，这种方式更加具有趣味性，也更个性化。
以上是对本发明提供的方法进行的描述，下面对本发明提供的装置进行详细描述。图9为本发明实施例提供的装置结构图，该装置可以设置于搜索服务器端，如图9所示，该装置可以包括：触发判断单元00和背景设置单元10。
触发判断单元00负责判断是否触发搜索结果页的背景设置。
背景设置单元10负责在触发判断单元00的判断结果为是时，确定针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片，将确定的背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景。
其中，触发判断单元00在判断是否触发搜索结果页的背景设置时，可以包括但不限于以下几种情况：
第一种情况：当搜索结果页上提供的背景设置功能被触发时，触发判断单元00确定触发搜索结果页的背景设置。
在搜索结果页上可以向用户提供诸如背景设置按钮，当背景设置按钮被点击时，确定背景设置功能被触发。或者预先设置能够触发背景设置功能的手势即背景设置手势，当在搜索结果页上捕捉到预设的背景设置手势时，确定搜索结果页上提供的背景设置功能被触发。
这种情况下，背景确定单元10可以提供一个以上的背景图片供用户选择，或者提示用户选择并上传本地的图片作为背景图片。然后确定并保存用户选择的背景图片作为针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片，并针对
用户标识搜索结果页已设置。
第二种情况：判断是否针对进行搜索的用户标识搜索结果页已设置，如果是，则触发判断单元00确定触发搜索结果页的背景设置。
对于这种情况，说明该进行搜索的用户进行进行过搜索结果页的背景设置，则可以直接利用已有的设置，即背景设置单元10确定针对用户保存的背景图片作为针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片。
第三种情况：判断搜索结果页对应的搜索关键词是否存在预设的搜索结果页背景图片，如果是，则触发判断单元00确定触发搜索结果页的背景设置。
对于这种情况，背景设置单元10可以从搜索关键词对应的搜索结果背景图片中选择一个背景图片，作为针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片。
无论哪种情况，背景设置单元10在将确定的背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景时，可以采用但不限于以下两种方式：
第一种方式：将确定的背景图片的url包含在搜索结果页的级联样式表css背景中。具体地，可以将背景图片的url包含在搜索结果页css的background-image属性中，并设置好background-position(背景位置)属性、background-repeat属性等。当浏览器在加载搜索结果页时，会对页面的css进行解析，并从css背景之中获取背景图片的url，根据该url下载背景图片并渲染为搜索结果页的背景。
第二种方式：利用背景图片生成一个位于搜索结果页所在图层之下的图层，并设置搜索结果页所在图层透明。当浏览器在加载搜索结果页时，会一并加载两个图层，低下的图层为背景图片，搜索结果页所在的图层为透明属性，这样对于用户而言，看到的就是搜索结果页以背景图
片为背景。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中，应该理解到，所揭露的装置和方法，可以通过其它的方式实现。例如，以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的，例如，所述单元的划分，仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分，实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的，作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元，即可以位于一个地方，或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外，在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中，也可以是各个单元单独物理存在，也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现，也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元，可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中，包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机，服务器，或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括：U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory，ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory，RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已，并不用以限制本发明，凡在本发明的精神和原则之内，所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等，均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。
Claims (18)
- 一种搜索结果页的背景实现方法，其特征在于，该方法包括：判断是否触发搜索结果页的背景设置；如果是，确定针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片，将确定的背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述判断是否触发搜索结果页的背景设置包括：当搜索结果页上提供的背景设置功能被触发时，确定触发搜索结果页的背景设置；或者，判断是否针对进行搜索的用户标识搜索结果页已设置，如果是，则确定触发搜索结果页的背景设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，当在搜索结果页上捕捉到预设的背景设置手势或者搜索结果页上的背景设置按钮被点击时，搜索结果页上提供的背景设置功能被触发。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，如果搜索结果页上提供的背景设置功能被触发，则所述确定针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片包括：提供一个以上的背景图片供用户选择，或者提示用户选择并上传本地的图片作为背景图片；确定并保存用户选择的背景图片；针对所述用户标识搜索结果页已设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于，如果针对进行搜索的用户标识搜索结果页已设置，则所述确定针对搜索结果页设置的背景图 片包括：确定针对所述用户保存的背景图片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述判断是否触发搜索结果页的背景设置包括：判断搜索结果页对应的搜索关键词是否存在预设的搜索结果页背景图片，如果是，则确定触发搜索结果页的背景设置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法，其特征在于，所述确定针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片包括：从所述搜索关键词对应的搜索结果背景图片中选择一个背景图片。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一权项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述将确定的背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景包括：将确定的背景图片的url包含在所述搜索结果页的级联样式表css背景中；或者，利用所述背景图片生成一个位于所述搜索结果页所在图层之下的图层，并设置所述搜索结果页所在图层透明。
- 一种搜索结果页的背景实现装置，其特征在于，该装置包括：触发判断单元，用于判断是否触发搜索结果页的背景设置；背景设置单元，用于在所述触发判断单元的判断结果为是时，确定针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片，将确定的背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置，其特征在于，所述触发判断单元，具体用于：当搜索结果页上提供的背景设置功能被触发时，确定触发搜索结果 页的背景设置；或者，判断是否针对进行搜索的用户标识搜索结果页已设置，如果是，则确定触发搜索结果页的背景设置。
- 根据权利要求10所述的装置，其特征在于，所述触发判断单元，还用于当在搜索结果页上捕捉到预设的背景设置手势或者搜索结果页上的背景设置按钮被点击时，确定搜索结果页上提供的背景设置功能被触发。
- 根据权利要求10所述的装置，其特征在于，如果所述搜索结果页上提供的背景设置功能被触发，则所述背景确定单元提供一个以上的背景图片供用户选择，或者提示用户选择并上传本地的图片作为背景图片；确定并保存用户选择的背景图片作为针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片，并针对所述用户标识搜索结果页已设置。
- 根据权利要求10所述的装置，其特征在于，如果针对进行搜索的用户标识搜索结果页已设置，则所述背景设置单元确定针对所述用户保存的背景图片作为针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置，其特征在于，所述触发判断单元，具体用于判断搜索结果页对应的搜索关键词是否存在预设的搜索结果页背景图片，如果是，则确定触发搜索结果页的背景设置。
- 根据权利要求14所述的装置，其特征在于，所述背景设置单元，具体用于从所述搜索关键词对应的搜索结果背景图片中选择一个背景图片，作为所述针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片。
- 根据权利要求9至15任一权项所述的装置，其特征在于，所述背景设置单元在将确定的背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景时，具体用于：将确定的背景图片的url包含在所述搜索结果页的级联样式表css背景中；或者，利用所述背景图片生成一个位于所述搜索结果页所在图层之下的图层，并设置所述搜索结果页所在图层透明。
- 一种设备，包括：一个或多个处理器；存储器；一个或多个程序，所述一个或多个程序存储在所述存储器中，当被所述一个或多个处理器执行时，执行以下操作：判断是否触发搜索结果页的背景设置；如果是，确定针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片，将确定的背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景。
- 一种非易失性计算机存储介质，所述计算机存储介质存储有一个或多个程序，当所述一个或多个程序被一个设备执行时，使得所述设备执行以下操作：判断是否触发搜索结果页的背景设置；如果是，确定针对搜索结果页设置的背景图片，将确定的背景图片作为搜索结果页的背景。
