Description

一种带针形滴嘴的挤压瓶 技术领域
本实用新型涉及可挤压排液的容器装置,特别是涉及带滴嘴的挤压瓶。
背景技术
如今,所有由玻璃或任何其他固体材料(不能被挤压或压缩)制成的烟油瓶子,使用带有或不带有滴嘴的瓶帽,使用滴嘴时,需要打开并移开瓶帽,这导致在注入或滴入液体时,瓶子一直保持打开状态,且只要瓶子打开,便会有灰尘、细菌和其他有害物质进入液体并感染的可能性。
另一种在医药行业广泛应用的可挤压变型的瓶子,带有滴嘴,由变形塑料制成,通过挤压瓶身来释放内部液体或气体,但这种方式不适合由玻璃或任何其他固体材料(不能被挤压或压缩)制成的瓶子。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出一种带针形滴嘴的挤压瓶盖,配合该瓶盖,由玻璃或任何其他固体材料制成的瓶子,可以在不开启瓶盖的情况下,通过挤压该瓶盖的可变性部分,实现内部液体或气体的释放,方便人们的使用。
本实用新型的优选实施例为:
一种带针形滴嘴的挤压瓶,包括瓶体120、瓶盖110、可变型瓶盖150、滴嘴140;
上述瓶体120的开口部位具有连接螺纹,上述瓶盖110具有连接螺纹,瓶盖110与瓶体120通过连接螺纹连接或者分离;
上述可变型瓶盖150为可变型材料制成,可以在外力作用下改变形状,减小内部容积,在外力消失的情况下,恢复形状,增大内部容积;
上述瓶盖110的上端开口部与可变型瓶盖150下端开口部连接,滴嘴140的一端与可变型瓶盖150上端连接;
在瓶盖110与瓶体120连接紧密状态下,通过挤压可变型瓶盖 150,改变内部容积,驱使瓶体120内部的液体或气体通过滴嘴140排出。
上述的挤压瓶,还包括保护瓶盖130;保护瓶盖130下端开口可以套接在上述的可变型瓶盖150上,避免滴嘴140暴露在外。上述保护瓶盖130盖顶内部包括保护套管132,在保护瓶盖130套接在上述的可变型瓶盖150上时,保护套管132套接在滴嘴140上,防止内部液体或气体排出。
上述瓶盖110与可变型瓶盖150为分体设计,可变型瓶盖150下端开口部包括外凸沿,瓶盖110包括内凸沿,上述可变型瓶盖150嵌入瓶盖110内;瓶盖110与瓶体120连接时,瓶盖110内凸沿将可变型瓶盖150外凸沿压在上述瓶体120的口部。上述可变型瓶盖150与滴嘴140为一体注塑成型或分别制造成型,材质为硅胶或它他柔韧性材质。
上述滴嘴140为金属材质或硅胶等,一端与可变型瓶盖150固定连接。
上述瓶体120为金属或玻璃或陶瓷等材质。
上述瓶盖110外部包括防滑突起111,用于增大摩擦力,便于开启瓶盖110。
上述保护瓶盖130外部包括防滑突起131,用于增大摩擦力,便于开启保护瓶盖130。
一种带针形滴嘴的挤压瓶盖,包括瓶盖110、可变型瓶盖150、滴嘴140;
上述瓶盖110具有连接螺纹,用于连接瓶体;
上述可变型瓶盖150为可变型材料制成,可以在外力作用下改变形状,减小内部容积,在外力消失的情况下,恢复形状,增大内部容积;
上述瓶盖110的上端开口部与可变型瓶盖150下端开口部连接,滴嘴140的一端与可变型瓶盖150上端连接;
在瓶盖110与瓶体连接紧密状态下,通过挤压可变型瓶盖150,改变内部容积,驱使瓶体120内部的液体或气体通过滴嘴140排出。
同现有技术相比较,本实用新型的有益效果是:利用瓶盖部分的 形变,迫使不形变的玻璃或其他固体瓶体中的液体或气体,可以较为准确的按需排出,避免了使用过程中,开启瓶盖导致的灰尘进入,或其他污染,方便实用。

具体实施方式
下面结合各附图对本实用新型的内容进一步详述。
如图1为优选实施例的部件分解图;包括由玻璃制成的瓶体120、瓶盖110、可变型瓶盖150、滴嘴140;
玻璃瓶体120的开口部位具有连接螺纹121,瓶盖110也具有连接螺纹,瓶盖110与瓶体120通过连接螺纹连接或者分离;
可变型瓶盖150为可变型材料制成,可以在外力作用下改变形状,减小内部容积,在外力消失的情况下,恢复形状,增大内部容积;
瓶盖110的上端开口部与可变型瓶盖150下端开口部连接,滴嘴140的一端与可变型瓶盖150上端连接;
在瓶盖110与瓶体120连接紧密状态下,通过挤压可变型瓶盖150,改变内部容积,驱使瓶体120内部的液体或气体通过滴嘴140排出。
为了防止误操作,还包括保护瓶盖130;保护瓶盖130下端开口可以套接在上述的可变型瓶盖150上,避免滴嘴140暴露在外。
如图4,为了防止内部液体在非使用状态下通过滴嘴140排出,保护瓶盖130盖顶内部包括保护套管132,在保护瓶盖130套接在上述的可变型瓶盖150上时,保护套管132套接在滴嘴140上,防止内部液体或气体排出。
上述瓶盖110与可变型瓶盖150为分体设计也可以为一体设计,分体的时候,利用瓶盖110盖在瓶体120上的压力,将可变型瓶盖150 压合在瓶体120的瓶口上,可变型瓶盖150下端开口部包括外凸沿,瓶盖110包括内凸沿,上述可变型瓶盖150嵌入瓶盖110内;瓶盖110与瓶体120连接时,瓶盖110内凸沿将可变型瓶盖150外凸沿压在上述瓶体120的口部。上述可变型瓶盖150与滴嘴140为一体注塑成型,材质为硅。
滴嘴140可以是金属材质,一端与可变型瓶盖150固定连接。
上述瓶体120可以是金属或玻璃或陶瓷材质。
上述瓶盖110外部包括防滑突起111,用于增大摩擦力,便于开启瓶盖110。
上述保护瓶盖130外部包括防滑突起131,用于增大摩擦力,便于开启保护瓶盖130。
图2为优选实施例封闭瓶盖示意图,在闭合状态,保护套管132套接在滴嘴140上,防止内部液体或气体排出。
图3为优选实施例开启保护瓶盖的使用状态示意图,在使用时,挤压可变型瓶盖150,可以迫使内部的液体按照使用者需求滴出。
图4为优选实施例保护瓶盖中带保护套管的示意图;图4中的这套瓶盖系统,可以配合不同大小的瓶子使用,只要瓶子的接口螺纹大小一致。
图4给出了一种带针形滴嘴的挤压瓶盖,包括瓶盖110、可变型瓶盖150、滴嘴140;

    所述瓶体(120)的开口部位具有连接螺纹,所述瓶盖(110)具有连接螺纹,瓶盖(110)与瓶体(120)通过连接螺纹连接或者分离;
    所述可变型瓶盖(150)为可变型材料制成,可以在外力作用下改变形状,减小内部容积,在外力消失的情况下,恢复形状,增大内部容积;
    所述瓶盖(110)的上端开口部与可变型瓶盖(150)下端开口部连接,滴嘴(140)的一端与可变型瓶盖(150)上端连接;
    在瓶盖(110)与瓶体(120)连接紧密状态下,通过挤压可变型瓶盖(150),改变内部容积,驱使瓶体(120)内部的液体或气体通过滴嘴(140)排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带针形滴嘴的挤压瓶,其特征在于,还包括保护瓶盖(130);
    保护瓶盖(130)下端开口可以套接在所述的可变型瓶盖(150)上,避免滴嘴(140)暴露在外。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带针形滴嘴的挤压瓶,其特征在于,所述保护瓶盖(130)盖顶内部包括保护套管(132),在保护瓶盖(130)套接在所述的可变型瓶盖(150)上时,保护套管(132)套接在滴嘴(140)上,防止内部液体或气体排出。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种带针形滴嘴的挤压瓶,所述瓶盖(110)与可变型瓶盖(150)为分体设计,可变型瓶盖(150)下端开口部包括外凸沿,瓶盖(110)包括内凸沿,所述可变型瓶盖(150)嵌入瓶盖(110)内;
