Abstract

The invention relates to tooth cleaning products, and more particularly to therapeutic and prophylactic toothpastes, containing abrasives, humectants, foaming agents, a flavourant, breath freshening substances and clove essential oil. The toothpaste according to the invention is produced such that it can be packaged in non-hermetic containers in the form of a dry paste, and also contains talc and sodium bicarbonate, with the following ratio of ingredients (in wt%): talc 25-30%; sodium bicarbonate 25-30%; clove essential oil 1-2%; abrasives 20-25%; foaming agents 2-4%; flavourant, preservatives, breath freshening substances 0.1-2%; humectants and moisturizing agents the remainder. The technical result is a composition which exhibits excellent tooth cleaning properties owing to a polishing effect.
